I love the staff ave friendly service and patience with my order fun personalities and human interaction. Cleanliness, chargers and the atmosphere along with the real meat!!! Are the food already. Lol

Very unprofessional, very unorganized waited 35 minutes for a single shack. burger and fries, for my burger to be cold, to the point my cheese was hard. When there were 10 people on the back and front floor, plus people who came after me got the food before me will never go there again. Have to do better !! Very disappointed.

We ordered through the kiosk and received our food quickly(food was hot and like the picture). Mia, who delivered our food, was incredibly pleasant and went above and beyond to ensure we were taken care of. She even cleared our tray when we finished and checked if we needed anything else. The location itself was clean and well-maintained, making for a great experience overall. There was only one hiccup with a neighborhood dweller, and the situation was handled fast like it never happened. Will come again.

It's a Shake Shack. Solid burger, fine fries, good shake. We went on their grand opening day and the staff was really on their game trying to help us at every step. Ordered at the touchscreen kiosk and then the system texts you when the food is ready. Pretty easy and it worked well. Food came out quickly and everything was to order. Prices were reasonable in this economy. Very clean. Sustainably sourced wood for their benches and tables was a nice touch.

I recently indulged in the Smokey Classic BBQ Burger (double) at Shake Shack. This burger features 100% Angus beef topped with American cheese, applewood-smoked bacon, pickles, crispy onions, and their classic smoky BBQ sauce, all served on a toasted potato bun. It was truly the best burger I’ve had at a fast food restaurant, surpassing even In-N-Out in my opinion. Unfortunately, Shake Shack's fries did not impress me; they always taste stale and lack freshness, with a starchy texture that detracts from the overall experience.

This is my favorite Shake Shack location! I loved the ease of ordering at the kiosk and the attentive hospitality from Mia who made the experience feel more like being tended to by wait staff at a restaurant. And the burgers are fire... I would come back again over and over. Highly recommended! #itsfoodovereverything

I was extremely pleased upon my entrance. Clean space, friendly faces, everyone is working efficiently. The food came out fast. We expected our order to come to the outside window however Mia allowed our in shack service. SiSi spoke our name and brought us our food. This was a personalized experience that I would want everywhere I visit. I did not expect such high standards outside of “Chick Fil A “ & I’m pleasantly impressed. As someone who prioritize customer service and works in the field, this is amazing to experience outside of work. I also noticed Mia coming from behind the counter to assist a customer’s ordering. I was having an extremely bad evening until I walked in. This is my first visit & I will certainly return to Shake Shack especially to this location!

I would like full bacon strip like EVERY other shake shack gives. I frequent the store ALL over enough to know. Disappointing that you guys are breaking bacon strips in pieces but charging the same prices!

I had the pleasure of meeting the general manager, a kind and approachable Black woman, who explained how the Brooklyn and Manhattan locations operate differently. Brooklyn's Shake Shacks tend to be more consistent in their menu offerings, while Manhattan locations rotate items every few months to cater to a different crowd. The burgers here were perfectly cooked, with crispy edges and a flavorful, buttery taste that seemed seasoned with something more dynamic than regular salt. The root beer also had a uniquely strong carbonation, almost like a craft soda, which added to the experience. The restaurant itself was clean and well-maintained. The staff seemed attentive to keeping the space orderly, even when dealing with occasional disruptions like someone entering the restaurant without making a purchase. The bathrooms were clean and secured with a code, ensuring they stayed in good condition throughout my visit. While Shake Shack's prices are on the higher side, using the app for promotions and discounts can help make the experience more affordable. Overall, the welcoming atmosphere, tasty food, and attentive service make this location worth visiting. It's a great spot if you're looking for a quality burger experience in Bed-Stuy.

I want to start by saving that I was first very excited to see shake shack in a neighborhood that is closest to where I live. We decided to order from this location this evening and when we got the order, it was missing the main proteins, both of them! Unfortunately, it was the meals we ordered for the kids that didn't come. We were able to get a refund via the Uber app, but I wish I tasted my burger prior to that. My burger is burnt and dry all around the edges, I was starving so I ate about half before realizing there is a hair on the edge of the bun. None of my family matches the texture of the hair found so I know it's not from us. I tried calling the location directly but only got an answering service. Over all we are just disappointed with the lack of service and care, especially at such a new location. DO BETTER!

I ordered food online for delivery which is a service they offer. Not only did I never get my food but they never contacted me to let me know that they were canceling my order. After the estimated arrival time passed I tried calling them but their phone was not working. I had to email someone through the app who told me that my order was being canceled and the charge to my card would be dropped. Then they advised me to order through grub hub or seamless and not directly from Shake Shack because direct orders are not honored by this establishment. They tried to offer me coupons but I just told them to delete my online account, which only they can do, because I would not be back. I should have read their reviews before ordering.
