Shake Shack Buckhead

Our recent visit to Shake Shack was truly delightful. The atmosphere was inviting, and the environment was clean and comfortable. The meals were served promptly, arriving at the perfect temperature, and were absolutely delicious. A special commendation goes to Zay, our customer service assistant. Zay was incredibly polite, attentive, and ensured we had everything we needed throughout our meal. Her exceptional service made our dining experience even more enjoyable. Overall, everything was very, very lovely. I wholeheartedly give Shake Shack a 5 out of 5 and highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great meal with outstanding service.

I had an amazing experience at Shake Shack! The staff were super friendly and welcoming, they made me feel like a valued customer from the moment I walked in. The food was absolutely delicious. My burger was cooked perfectly, the fries were crispy, and the shake was the perfect touch. Everything came out fresh and fast. Great service, great food, great atmosphere. I’ll definitely be coming back!

Overall a good experience. Food was good and made fresh. Took a little long even with the dining area being empty but they could have had a lot of pickup orders. They had a rooftop shared with another restaurant and we enjoyed dining there during sunset. My party had 3 different burgers, a grilled cheese sandwich, some fries and drinks. Enjoyed the burgers though I wouldn’t say any of them was exceptionally good. I don’t recommend the grilled cheese because it was hard, bland and just not enjoyable, period. The fries were super crispy and probably freshly fried.

Love it here! Ate my triple smoke shack burger on the rooftop and enjoyed every bite! Had a fun and warm conversation with Zay about what I was going to order and she checked on me making sure I was good. She even grabbed my tray when I was done! Fine dining service at a burger place! A dream! Zay was so hospitable! Thank you! 🥰

All the advertisements shows there is a big layer of crackable chocolate. However it is a total SCAM and DISAPPOINTMENT. Literally chocolate layer was so thin that it only changed the color of the cup and I could not even scrape it with a spoon. It was only pistachio taste small milkshake which was not worth to $10.5.

I've honestly really enjoyed my visits to Shake Shack Buckhead. I've been there twice in the last few days and spent about eight dollars on my burger each time. Since I'm on a vegetarian or healthier lifestyle journey, I opted for my burger in a lettuce wrap instead of bread, and it was very, very tasty. The environment was clean and pleasant, and I appreciated the coloring crayons and sheets available. Sitting there, coloring, and looking out the window at the great nearby stores was a nice way to spend some time. Overall, it's a solid three-star experience for me.

Loved the place. The food is bland ... DO NOT EAT HERE. The burgers are small and the Oreo funnel cake shake was TRASH. It tasted like air. I wish I could get a refund. The ckn bites are salty and greasy. The fries are regular fries. The burgers are home made tho. You can pay cash at the kiosk. Everything is separate. No combos.

Shake Shack IMO is the 🐐fast food-ish burger. This location continued the great experience I've had at many of their other locations. Food was fresh and didn't take long to make. Place was empty but it was very clean and the staff was very pleasant.

Love the food here and the location of this place! Located in the corner with a rooftop seating where you can enjoy the view ( not that much of a view ) but still nice! The service is a little slow but they are friendly!

Burger was good as expected. They were out of cheese sauce and my fries could've been served at a hotter temperature. 50/50 lemonade tea drink was very bland. Floor was extremely sticky. Most people were placing orders through self-service kiosk so I didn't have much interaction with staff.

I'm not impressed with them! It's pretty basic. Did love the mango lemonade! The parking was a little tricky and they do validate.

The burgers were pretty good. A bit dry though. I had the truffle burger and added American and bacon to it. My daughter had the avocado bacon burger. I ordered the Parmesan truffle fries. They forgot my extra cheese and bacon in my burger and my fries were cold and came without the truffle sauce. They did correct the issue quickly. I will say it's no BurgerFi.

I've been craving a burger lately & I am satisfied! It's a yummy basic burger. My partner said this location was full of especially sweet service providers. Super yummy! The fries were okay but I'm not picky about fried potatoes.

First let me say I love that they have a non-dairy chocolate milkshake and an option as well as gluten free buns! But this was my first time at shake shack and I really did not have a great experience at all.Service was not great honestly as well as we waited forever for our food. I stood at the register for a few minutes waiting to ask specific questions pertaining to allergies and Damien walked past me several times and never asked me did I need help. I saw him go to the back and say something to another coworker and they started to laugh. I didn't see what was funny at all about seeing a customer standing at the register not asking if they needed help. So my friend and I proceeded to go to the self-serve computer to order and I ended up figuring out myself even though I had already been over there the first time and not sure about specific ingredients in the food. I saw Damien having and attitude the whole time I was there and my friend even saw him being rude to another customer. We waited for almost an hour for our order and when I went up there to find out where my food was I had to ask one young man several times for my food which I didn't get his name. But I wish I would have. He never even attempted to look for my food. Finally Taylor the manager came up and asked me if I needed help and got my food. He also offered me a drink for my wait which I appreciate him trying. By the time I got my food I had a really bad headache. To top it off I ended up getting sick after eating it and (tmi) ended up vomiting. I think it was the shake unfortunately. Other than all that craziness the dining area was pretty clean. The food was ok. My burger was cold and I did include a picture and hear of it because it barely had any avocado on it and looks kind of skimpy. But it did taste good and my fries were hot. I mentioned that my fries were hot because there were a lot of people saying they're fries were cold. Lastly they were sitting customers food on the counter and walking away which I included a picture of that below as well. I would not go back to this location and my friend told the manager that it was my first time there and that my experience was not good.

First time at this location I ordered online and food was ready upon arrival,I sat in and ate ,and it was clean and the staff was awesome

I love shake shack and go pretty consistently. This location is a tough one to quickly grab and go. The parking is underneath and you have to validate it or else it costs an arm and a leg. This location seems to operate kind of slower than usual. They don't have the self ordering stations like a lot of the other ones. The place itself has a lot of seating, but some times it's not the cleanest. The food itself is always great. The chick n bites are delectable and I typically recommend the shroom burger.

Amazing! Spacious location seated in the heart of the Buckhead shopping district. The view from the upstairs patio is gorgeous. Service is a little slow but the restaurant is kept clean.

ordered 2 togo milkshakes through the app. waited for a while in there after receiving text that drinks were almost ready. apparently you are supposed to ask for them as they keep frozen stuff in a different area. oops makes sense though! i got the nondairy chocolate shake and my bf got the black & white shake. they were both really good! not too thick and not too thin either. i want to come back for the nondairy custard next!

We ordered our food ahead on the app and it was a good online ordering experience, but when we got there our food wasn't ready. When it was ready about 10 min later than we expected, we ate it and it was good. The portabella burger is great because it's a unique veggie burger and delicious. But the fries are just normal. It was a fun casual dining night. Tip 1: They validate parking for 2 hrs. Tip 2: They have some fun promos like BOGO shake after 8 pm.

Came here on a weeknight before a show, and we had placed our order ahead for pickup. We were at the counter a few minutes after our designated pickup time, but had to wait another few while they finished up the order, which was surprising as the place was not busy with either a dine in crowd or pickup orders. Although it was empty, a number of tables also needed to be cleaned/wiped down. The burger I got this time was delicious. I got the shroom burger and fries it the burger itself was great. I've had regular burgers/fries from here before, and they're good but nothing special, but I really enjoyed the shroom's combo of mushroom, cheese, and crispy outside, and it filled me up. Would take it over their regular burger for sure.

Burger was good, expensive though. Fries were frozen crinkles, not worth 4.00. Facility is loud! Exposed HVAC, Ivy and rafters will lead to dust floating EVERYWHERE. Did like they tried to use biodegradable containers, except for their plastic cups and straws. Will not be back. Rich yuppie folks can have this place.

Oh my God, I ordered delivery from this place and the person who was supposed to be driving stopped near a bubble tea place end for about an hour just stood there and waited Our food came stale and cold. This is my first time choosing delivery and I am very unsatisfied. Overall, I would give this place a one star review because of the time of delivery being so far off from the estimated time and how unprofessional the delivery person was stopping at a bubble tea place for an hour, instead of delivering our food first.

Went to this shake shack for the first time to try their Hot Ones collab food and their seasonal shake. The wait for food was ~20 min around 3 PM due to a sizable crowd but the employees were all very chill and kind. The food tasted great, and I would definitely recommend the apple cider donut shake! Wasn't too strong with apple flavor. The chicken sandwich was also quite good, and not unreasonably spicy, though the spicy sauce comes on the side so quite easy to control that amount

When I first tried SS it was great, but now the quality of the meat is noticeably different. I run into pieces of gristle and the meat is overcooked and tough. It's really a shame because it used to have nicely cooked meat and it was tender.

Ok, I just kind of fell into this place to eat on accident. Weather was perfect for Atlanta, And I just walked 6 miles... In other words, I was hungry.... But only for dessert. I chose to be on time For a shake that's limited in time And I'm pretty happy for making this decision Now this isn't your homemade "little house on the prairie type shake" But, it was good enough to spark my interest The streusel could have been much better The strawberry flavor was good enough And the texture was custard like Not overly sweet. Best part, I was able to drink the shake And make it home with no ill effects To sum things up, It's a strawberry shake Exactly what I paid for Nothing more Nothing less.. I would be open to tasting their cookies and cream shake The worst part was the paper straw I was hoping this trend would have been left behind in California.

There are those special nights when the volume of alcohol within the body starts to exceeds the capacity to drink and anything on the drink menu begins to appear difficult to consume. At that moment, the body starts to crave something fatty and satisfying. Then, Shake Shack comes into the blurry picture of any imagination left, but only if you started drinking early enough to catch this magical moment while the shack is still open. Having visited many locations, from airports to the original in Madison Square Park, this location does a spectacularly wonderful job in all aspects. It is clean and the folks working here are friendly. The burgers are consistently delicious and fries are to die for. They pour steady amounts of beer to chase down the meal before hitting the sheets. If evaluating burgers around the world, Shake Shack would unquestionably sit within the list of top 50, if not the top 10. Thus, it is quite hard to go wrong with a visit to this magical place. It is also excellent to visit Shake Shack without a drink of course, but I genuinely feel that experiencing the flavors of a Shake Shack burger in its full capacity does require at the very least a light buzz.

Just Yummy! Need I say more....Working and had a craving for a burger. Ordered the Smoke shack, double patty with Cheese n bacon Fries...Really hit the spot! Love the brand and the trendy packaging and ambiance of the restaurant. If you haven't had Shack shack yet, go ahead and try it out. It's a delicious, fun burger spot and always in hip areas.

Truly impressed w/ this location's manager! We wanted to have Shake Shack delivered for a Sweet 16 bday party but didn't know how to go about it. I called this location and the manager, Taylor, was not only super friendly and helpful, but very responsive and prompt with putting this order together for us. I appreciate great customer service and their food is delicious too!! Highly recommend this location and thank you Shake Shack for delivering the bday girl's favorite meal :)

Bacon Double Burger 10/10 I added avocado and it was so good. A pointer is to ask for your burger to be well done if you don't like medium well burgers. Everything is always fresh!

This location is definitely geared towards pickup orders. While we waited 15+ minutes for our "for here" order we saw countless bags coming out onto the app and online pickup shelf. There's limited street parking, and the garage is kind of a mission. I probably wouldn't eat here again unless I was coming to the area for multiple things. It's your average Shake Shack location although we did enjoy the rooftop dining area. I found the burger to be really salty but on par with what you'd expect for the franchise. I got the limited edition Oreo shake and it was also ridiculously sweet.

The food was very good. I ordered a veggie burger as added onions, tomato and avocado. As a vegetarian, I didn't know that Shake Shack had options for me but I will go back to try the shroom Burger as well. The place had all around good vibes as well since it was across the street from a lot of bars. The service had very little interaction since you order on a kiosk and then they call your name so you pick it up at the table.

A-OK. Finally got the chance to try Shake Shack and wasn't very impressed. This one is located in The Shops at Buckhead, and it is nice inside. It even has a rooftop area. They don't have any "combos", everything is sold separately, but their menu is very simple. They offer Burgers, Chicken Sandwiches, and Hot Dogs. You can pair those with fries, cheese fries, or bacon cheese fries. They have shakes, wine, and beer which is pretty cool for a burger joint. I ordered the Shack Stack which is a cheeseburger topped with a crispy fried portobello mushroom ('Shroom Burger) filled with melted muenster, and cheddar cheese. I also ordered cheese fries. The burger was okay. It sounded very good to me and I was starving, but when I actually got it, it was a bit disappointed. They cheese fries were super yummy. As we all know, parking can be really tricky in Atlanta. There's plenty of parking in their garage, and complimentary 3 hour self parking is provided with validation by most of the businesses you visit. Valet is also available, and they offer "Flash Valet" which will allow you to text them, and tell them where you want your car to be delivered close to you. Nice. We stop by the buckhead location Every once in a while for burgers and cheese fries. The food constantly tastes good here!! This location is always busy specially on weekends and you will have to wait for your food for at least 20 mins, the place is fairly organised, clean, and they will validate your parking ( just ask them about parking validation). Burgers- always yummy with great meat taste but greasy of course. Cheese fries- highly recommend it and ask to put the cheese directly in fries not on the side, I wish they put enough cheese on the fries Shakes- MUST try!! Overall, I enjoy coming here, hopefully they will have better and faster service.

I am a Shake Shack stan. It's my favorite fast casual burger place and I won't give it less than 5 stars. I rarely eat burgers or fast food. It is 100x more likely to catch me eating a salad. But the food here is absolutely worth it. So I reviewed the other location at Perimeter Mall with the items I tried there (Shack Burger, chicken bites, milkshakes, fries, etc.). But I will just talk about the items I had here. Spoiler alert: everything there was good too. This time, I decided to try the Shroom Burger. And it exceeded my expectations. It is so cheesy and umami and delicious. I didn't even miss meat in that burger, which is rare for me. I have tried tons of vegetarian option "burgers" and this was the best by far. It's a portabella mushroom stuffed with cheese and fried. The buns, Shack sauce and the tomato/lettuce are great on it. It's easy to order at the register. Then they give you a buzzer to let you know when your food is ready. There is also a rooftop patio on here so it's nice to eat outside when the weather isn't too hot. There is an elevator to the rooftop. Everything here is good! The burgers, chicken, vegetarian options, milkshakes (we got Oreo), and the strawberry lemonade. The fries I think are a little lackluster because they are nothing special, but they are a good complement to the burgers. I do think it is a little expensive for fast casual ($30 for 2 burgers, fries, and drinks) but well worth it. Overall, would recommend.

Worth the price . Everytime i try shake shack i am completely satisfied with the quality of food . Every ingredient is of quality and my food is always made fresh . The strawberry lemonade is rich and refreshing and the burger steals the show Every bite is packed with flavor

I like Shake Shack. However, this location made me rethink it. I mean it wasn't bad but it was not as delicious as the Perimeter location or the other locations I have been to in this country. I got the usual 'shroom burger, cheese fries and I tried the christmas cookie shake. The cheese fries had less cheese than other locations. The 'shroom burger wasn't memorable. The christmas cookie shake tasted...weird. It tasted a little sour and sweet. The whipped cream and sprinkles were a nice touch. Interior clean and they have a rooftop. Speaking to my other friends who have also been to this location, they agreed that other locations tasted better.

First things first. Park in the parking deck for the shops of buckhead simply because shake shack will validate your parking. Not bad, not floored but not bad. Lead here by my favorite tv show Atlanta eats we all agreed to burgers after our afternoon activities. Causal environment clean and modern designed dining area, they also have an open air patio upstairs. Nice view but too cold on the day we went. Single patty burgers fixed to preference all around, fries, shakes. Someone had to have the GOT memorabilia cup so I ordered the shake...WAAYYYY to minty! Almost to the point of sickening. Imagine those New York peppermint patties x 10 plus cold ice cream form. Smh. The young lady was kind enough to switch out my shake and give me a new unused GOT cup, 5 stars for flexibility and customer service. The burgers and fries were good but again nothing special. I think the shakes were the star of the meal. Also I thought it was a little pricey for the standard burger and fries.

TLDR: love the packaging and solid burgers and fries!! There's so much attention to detail from the to go packaging to the aesthetics of the burger. Everything is always fresh and consistent. because of the shape and the extra surface area provided from the ridges, the fries are nice and crunchy. The burgers are also juicy and plump!! Would recommend!

Thank God for the Manager JP from New York (Welcome to Georgia), he knows what he's doing! Food is 9/10 and the location is nice. Keep up the work

Shake shack. Pretty cool burguer place. A lot of space. It doesn't feel crowded although it may be, which makes it comfortable to eat. The burguers may be a little small for men, so either get a double or get two.The quality though is very good. No complaints there. It accepts payment through your phone which is nice. Two unisex bathrooms.

Shake Shack is always consistent for me, and in the age of COVID-19 that is a wonderful thing! The food is still fresh, service with a smile, and they have adjusted their pickup protocols to limit contact. I have ordered both ways- walk-in and via web, and each time the process was quick and easy. Any things you need such as condiments, napkins, etc must be requested. I will always come back here.

When I have a taste for a burger or shake...Shake Shack pops up in my mind. I was so happy when I found out they were bringing one to the Lenox Mall food court. The initial joy however was short lived. On my 2nd visit to this location the wait time was long as the young staff members clowned around on the clock. This bothered me but not enough to officially complain. However today, right now, my dissatisfaction and disgust are at its peek. I observed a cook come from the back licking her fingers. She then grabbed a napkin to wipe them and returned to the cooking area. Less than a minute later her fingers were right back in her mouth. I didn't get her name but she is tall, thin, medium brown complexion, and has tats on her neck. I told the manager but I doubt anything was done because he's young. Avoid this location if you value your health.

Usually pretty good. Can be busy during lunch. I do like their milkshakes and burgers. And cheese fries of course.

Terrible service, bad attitude, inpatient staff. The chicken nuggets were terrible, inedible. The drink I got (margarita agave ) was also terrible. Burgers were good, but ver my small. The chocolate shake was good, so they should stick to shakes. I'm never coming back to the Buckhead location. In fact I have a bad taste for Shake Shacks everywhere. With so many options for the same food, I'm definitely taking my business elsewhere. Also, very expensive for it to be a fast food place. We waited 30 minutes for our food for a party of four. Shake Shack is an American classic. Quality and consistency is always there. I love the cheeseburgers and milkshakes. I recommend sitting on the rooftop, which is great in the summer.

Arrived at 6:47p on a busy Friday night. Waited one hour for food. Isn't Shake Shack a fast food place? They appear to be taking too many online and delivery orders. DO NOT COME HERE HUNGRY b/c you may be tempted to break open a ketchup pack to keep your hunger pangs at bay while you wait the hour for your food. What's more, it's ridiculous that you don't even get your drinks while you wait! But, the food was really good once we got it. And they gave us coupons for 3 free burgers.

I've been to a shake shack in three cities and they all have operational issues, partly because they are so busy. This one is the worse. The staff needs to be retrained. I'm aware that there's a staffing shortage but having to ask for a receipt 3x is a little much. There's also not much seating.

Came here for a late lunch and love the food and atmosphere that we got. First the plaza validates for parking for 3 hrs. This is the number one question I had before visiting. The burgers are really good! Patties are fried to perfection. The menu is simple but everything is delicious. I ordered the burger with a fried mushroom and it was delicious!! Watch out for the melted cheese it actually can burn you. Also don't forgot to order the crunchy fries. I did end this amazing meal with some chocolate custard with was pretty tasty and amazing for a hot summer day in Atlanta.

This was my first time eating at a Shake Shack outside of Manhattan, and my taste buds were pleased to find it wasn't any different than what they were used to. The main reason I enjoy SS burgers is that they are consistent, always juicy and never tough or overcooked. I ordered a campfire S'mores custard to go along with my double burger. Extremely delicious, but you may want to share. The chocolate doesn't hold back and it's a good size. No matter how much I tried, I was unable to finish. Next time I visit, I'll give the rooftop patio a go. They are located on a corner, so even if dining in, there are huge windows on both sides, which fits in well with the other upscale shops around the corner. It also gives you a great view of the Lamborghinis parked outside. Don't forget to get your parking validated.

I have to give them 1 star unfortunately although my first experience here was quite positive. My second try was a fiasco and I hate inconsistency. Plus risking food poisoning is never on my list of things to try. I tried Shake Shack first with a free burger coupon I was given at one of the yelp events and I thought the burger was pretty good. I ordered the smoked cheeseburger that comes with bacon and pepper relish. Second time here I ordered the same thing, adding pickles and asking for an extra toasted bun. Neither of my requests were granted and simply overlooked or forgotten but I was already home when I realized this. The first bite was ok but then I bit into something so moldy I couldn't even bring myself to investigate further. Not sure if it was the meat, the relish, the bun or some other ingredient in there but it tasted rotten. I still get goose bumps thinking about it. GROSS!! Food safety is a huge concern for a fast food place so I do not see myself ever coming back and would not recommend it to my friends.

This is a chain burger restaurant with locations all over the country! While I love the food and thoroughly enjoy the "Shroom Burger" since I'm a pescatarian, sometimes the service can be a bit slow and the orders aren't always perfect. Nonetheless, my experience has been overall positive and I always enjoy the fries, cheese fries, shakes, and custards. A 7.5/10 in my book!

Start off by saying I'm a fan of Shake Shack and this location is no different. Plus the rooftop in the summer is an added bonus that is second to none! Visiting this location in the shops at buckhead, it's garage parking that is usually free. It's a busy location road wise but also foot traffic so lines on the weekends can happen. Food wise, I've never met a burger I didn't like at this location. The burgers are yum, the cheese fries are disgustingly created with the cheese sauce but they are also are yum and a guilty pleasure. The milkshake especially the chocolate is thick and rich and one of the best in the area. Here's the kicker, price wise, it's like your Five Guys or specialty burger joint so it's higher and you question why you paid this much for a burger. Just as a heads up! But if you're good with it, it's worth it every once in a while. No brainer, come get it y'all!

Whenever I go to the East Coast I make sure to get Shake Shack. It is truly one of the best burger places in my book. So, we went here on Sunday before I needed to get to the airport. As always the food was delicious. The place was neat and the employees were friendly. The only issue I had was that my buzzer went off and yet I still had to wait another 4 minutes. That has never happened. Generally, when the buzzer goes off I get my food immediately.

If I can only have one burger for the rest of my life it would be from Shake shack! I love the shake shack burger because it melts in your mouth, almost reminds me of eating a Krispy Kreme doughnut. The burgers may not look like much and they don't have a whole Lotta fancy toppings but simplicity is best sometimes. This is not a place you come to for ambiance. You come here to get a good burger.

Yes I'm a fan, have been to many shack shacks and now twice on 2 different trips to this one. If you're a red blooded American that likes staying pudgy, you'll be happy you came here! Milk Shakes, cheese fries, burgers and beer, yes please!!

Decided to give Shake Shack another try and I'm so glad I did! My visit at the Perimeter Mall location was extremely pleasant! The service wasn't top notch but I didn't care because my burger was amazing! ABOUT MY VISIT: I was greeted at the door and helped immediately. I knew what I wanted ( Shake Stack) so I didn't bother to examine the menu. I ordered my food, went to the restroom ( which was clean and smelled good), came back and waited for my food. I waited 10 minutes and my name was called. The Shake Stack is a burger patty topped with lettuce, tomato, a fried Portobello Mushroom, and mayo. Be careful when you bite into this burger because the juice will run out and burn you. My burger was so good. It was crunchy, and hot. My fries were fresh and piping hot to touch. Overall it was a much better visit than my original in New York. I'm glad I gave Shack Shake another try and for future visits I will come here!
