Ordered an avocado bacon chicken and a shackburger. Both of them were pretty bland and absolutely boring. The ingredients themselves were all good, but nothing really stood out. Their sauces have no real kick/flavor. Burgers are on the smaller side (for the price), especially the buns. Atmosphere is great though. They have both outdoor and indoor seating. Prep time was also quick. Will skip this franchise though, definitely not my type of burgers.

I ordered the grill cheese sandwich and a chocolate shake. See attached photos of the grilled cheese. The sandwich appeared to be smashed (in order to cook?) and what appears to be fragments from another sandwich stuck to the top. Although I only ordered one. No the grilled cheese did not taste good. It was cold and had a chemical taste. I assume the non stick they use perhaps. Also if you are looking for a mild chocolate shake I suggest you order their vanilla with the chocolate syrup. As their chocolate shake is extremely rich with chocolate custard and chocolate sauce.

Had lunch around 1 pm on a Friday. It was busy and loud. (Loud music and conversations due to the loud music). We had a short wait to use the kiosk to order. We were able to find a table. There is outside dining available too. I feel like our wait for our lunch was reasonable due to it being a busy lunch hour. I had the avocado bacon cheeseburger with crinkle fries. The crinkle fries had a sweet taste to them and the burger was delicious. We ordered the bacon cheese fries to share, the cheese sauce tasted similar to gravy, it was yummy. My son had a strawberry shake, he said a different restaurant had a better shake. Our food was brought to us at our table. The staff we encountered was pleasant and nice.

The milkshakes were DELICIOUS!!! Food was pretty good. I got the BLT and it was pretty small. It all tasted good though. Also the seating sucked. I know there were places to sit outside but the heaters weren't on and we weren't prepared to be outside.

Google
It was our first time there and we liked it! It's a counter service restaurant where you order your food by yourself on a monitor and then take a number and bring it to your seat. They bring out the food to you, if they can find your number lol. The girl who brought out our food walked around the entire place even though our number was front and center. The burgers are pretty spendy, around $12/$13 a burger, but it was pretty good. The Strawberry milkshake was good. I sort of thought they would have more milkshake options considering their name. Also, what is a "black and white" flavored milkshake? 🤔 There wasn't a description, and there's already a chocolate/vanilla and cookies and cream option.

Google
I loved the friendliness and helpfulness of the cashier, Melina. The young man that brought my food was very sweet and kind asking if I needed anything else. Also picked my tray up when I was finished eating. The food was amazing! I had a chicken shack burger, which was the best in the area, fries, which were also the best, crispy and hot, and a strawberry milkshake. I drove through the horrible construction on Walker road to get here, but I did it because the food is worth it! No photos because I inhaled it!

Google
The shack burger with added crispy onions was delicious. The spicy fries was too spicy for me maybe because it had a lot of seasoning but it was still good dipped in ranch dressing. It was convenient using the kiosk to place an order and didn’t encounter any issues. I came in before the lunch crowd so I didn’t wait too long to get my food. The place is clean. 11/17/23 Tried the chicken shack and it was very tasty. I like the convenience of ordering using the kiosk. Service was good but it was hard to find a parking space because it was around lunch time.

Google
Can’t believe you charged me for my order delivered by door dash. Received 3 drinks with no straws. The grilled cheese looks nothing like the picture. It’s a burned up piece of I don’t know what.

Yelp
This is my favourite location of all SS. Parking can be kk d of tricky but their amazing friendly service and impeccable attention to food quality is second to none in the fast casual dining arena. They often offer great promotions so it helps stretch your dollar. The restaurant is clean, bright, spacious and ordering and pickup is made really easy. Their staff is also amazing when they bring food to you, they'll grab you anything else you might want or forgot. I can't say enough great things about them.

Yelp
After 14 years since I first tried Shake Shack at the original Madison Square Park location in New York, I am finally a fan of their burgers. This was the third location that I've tried, and it was the charm. I prefer the Hamburger (4.5 stars) over the Cheeseburger (3.5 stars). I ordered my burger well done with lettuce, tomatoes, onions, and pickles. I like the quality of the ingredients. The fries (3 stars) are hit or miss, which is why I just steal a few from my husband's order. They usually have various ongoing promotions. The recent months included a free Chicken Shack (4 stars) with a $10+ purchase on Sundays. The chicken sandwich included a juicy chicken breast with the right amount of crunchy breading. When I save room for dessert, I order a single scoop with half Chocolate Frozen Custard (5 stars) and half Vanilla Frozen Custard (4 stars). The double scoop didn't not seem like that much more so I just stick to the split single since it's cheaper. The Chocolate Milkshake (4 stars) was also good. I'm bummed they no longer sell concretes. I remember it was the only thing I liked during my first visit in New York. The service was 4 stars. I've only ordered takeout here. They consistently followed order customizations. It's always ready on time, and they were very nice.

Yelp
I'll just leave this to a matter of taste. The burgers aren't a favorite, the style and execution are not my thing. When I want a burger I want fresh beef taste, a bun with substance and veg that can compete with the rest of the flavors. Not a fan of cheese that is like a sauce, sauce that has no distinct flavor and a bun that has little to no substance. The service was good, the space was impeccable clean. The seating was uncomfortable for me, the surfaces make the space extremely loud, in my opinion. I appreciate the service, I wouldn't return for the food.

Mia H.

Yelp
Your casual neighborhood burger spot! The quality here is pretty consistent with other Shake Shacks I've been too and service was really nice. The place was clean and condiments and napkins were kept up well.

Mike H.

Yelp
This location is amongst a bunch of other restaurants and it is a crowd busy parking lot. But it is the Shack so went anyway, yeah had to do it. Really nice layout for a Shake Shack, been to many and this was "high end".. Folks. I hate kiosk ordering, even with quasi fast food, it removes too much of the human element, which to me...still means something. Food...it's the shack, and this one was above average in my opinion. Burger, as expected +. Fries good too. Quick lunch, bad parking but no sweat.

Luna H.

Yelp
Picked up our order & decided to eat there. Service was fast & our food was ready before we got there. Really nice & abundant outdoor seating area. The burgers were great, a little on the small side, though, which was a bummer for my blue collar husband who works up a big appetite. The cheese fries were fantastic & the chicken bites were so tender & perfectly breaded. I can't believe we haven't tried Shake Shack before, now I know to get extra sides (no complaints there, really, I liked the cheese fries so much that I wanted my own) and come back.

Yelp
This was my first visit to Shake Shack as I was at Xfinity next door, and I thought it was the perfect chance to try the restaurant. I am surprised that they only have 3 stars as the food and service was a perfect 5. I had the single classic and it was cooked to perfection. The accompanying 7-UP was also excellent. The winner of the experience was the crinkle cut fries. Wow...perfectly cooked, hot and crisp. The service was friendly and engaging. I did not want to wait for the kiosk but the person at the counter was extremely friendly and took my order. Here is why I gave it 4 stars, and not 5. I needed to use the restroom before running more errands. I noticed one gentleman waiting for at least 10 minutes for one rest room to be vacant. (there are 2 rooms). Out comes a Shake Shack cook. Then I waited another extended period of time and out of the second rest room comes another cook. And what was comical was that a 3rd cook was waiting behind me for a chance to go to the rest room. I guarantee that these cooks are using this time and room to play on their phone. Unacceptable.

Yelp
I ended up getting a Carolina BBQ burger and a side of plain fries, no drink for $15 with a small tip. Considering that a combo meal at McD's is slightly less, but so is the quality, the price was reasonable and inline. The burger tasted great including perfectly crispy bacon and a smash burger with Carolina bbq sauce and fried pickle medallions. I thought the fries were excellent and not over salted nor overcooked. The inside was air conditioned considering it was a warm day and they offer free water in compostable cups which I appreciate. The order process is on a screen and you take a table number and sit down. They can text you when your food is ready and will bring it out to you. Our waitress was very nice and polite. They have outside seating too and some of it is heated for the cool days. I did not try a shake but they looked delicious from what I saw. My only complaint is that the tables were dirty. There were lots of employees behind the counter, so it would have been nice if one came and cleaned the tables occasionally. When I sat down, I lifted my arm and had a piece of burger meat stick to my arm from the table. I saw similar dirty tables around me. So -1 star for cleanliness. The store was not packed so I'm not a sure about their cleaning schedule. Parking was no problem as they are in a strip mall with plenty of parking spaces. Again, delicious food, slightly dirty tables, friendly staff, easy ordering process.

Yelp
I had a great experience at Shake Shack! The food was delicious--everything was fresh, flavorful, and exactly what I was craving. The ShackBurger and fries were top-notch, and the shakes were perfectly creamy. What really stood out, though, was the service. The staff were super friendly, quick, and made the visit even more enjoyable. Overall, Shake Shack delivered on both taste and customer service. Definitely recommend!

Kelsie D.

Yelp
Pretty tasty burgers! The bread was soft and fluffy, the burger patty wasn't overly oily and had good flavor. The fries were not as hot as I'd hoped and a little too salty for my liking. I have mixed feelings about the service. The young man who brought the food to our table looked like would rather be anywhere but there and shoved our food onto the table and walked off without a word. That was a bit off putting but a woman that came by later to clear our tray was friendly and sweet so made up for the first employee. Would definitely come again and try other items!

Vic T.

Yelp
Well, with all the burger choices in the area it took me a while to get around to finally trying Shake Shack. The place looks cool. It's clean. Has a decent menu. The food is just a touch above average in my opinion. Fries are barely average. If you're looking for a good burger and great fries I don't think Shake Shack comes even close to Five Guys. Again, just my opinion. The Shack does serve other items, chicken, hot dogs. Seems a little more kid friendly than Five Guys. Anyway, you won't be unhappy with this place. I guess with all the hype I was hoping for more.

Carolyn L.

Yelp
I remember when they first open there's always a long line to get food from there. I went there Wednesday at 5, no line and food was prepared pretty fast. I had a cheese burger and fries. The burger is juicy but the patty is a little flat. The fries are crunchy and tasty. The food is ok but if I'm craving for a good burger I'll still go to Canyon Grill.

Brian L.

Yelp
I finally was able to make it over to Shake Shack. I'm a huge fan of Danny Meyer and his restaurant philosophy so checking out his fast casual restaurant in the Portland area for a place that originated in NYC was really a treat. The first thing I noticed when i walked in was the cleanliness of the location with roving employees who were picking up after guests. Second thing I noticed was the convenience of the ordering kiosks that made ordering and paying super simple. The wait wasn't bad and was able to find a small table after a large group left. I wanted to try a few different things because I think a fast casual that serves both chicken and burgers can be judged on one or the other so why not both. I dug Into their basic chicken sandwich and was instantly wowed by the flavor of the chicken, crunch of the pickles and the zing of their house made ranch sauce. One thing did not overpower the other leaving a well balanced sandwich. Thumbs up one first bite. The burger was a classic and simple tomato and lettuce cheeseburger that was seasoned well and the sauce complimented the experience. Both soft potato buns were really a good compliment to the respective sandwiches. If I had to pick my favorite, it would be the chicken. Love to see that this caliber of cast casual restaurant has made its way to our neck of the woods on the PNW. I'll be back.

Abby C.

Yelp
First time at shake shack. It was really good. Laid back restaurant with plenty of staff. Food came out timely and at a great temperature. Not sure the price was worth it as burgers weren't that big. Tried the Korean chicken sandwich and my sister had the chicken shack. The fries were great

Jordan B.

Yelp
Super delicious food. Quick service, amazing shakes. What more could you want for a smash style burger like this? Atmosphere is welcoming and the staff are friendly. Definitely recommend.

Suren D.

Yelp
This was such a cute spot. When you walk in, there are easy to use kiosks that let you filter by allergies, etc. The food was delicious, it arrived pretty fast and the portions were perfect. Really friendly employees and great customer service and best of all, the bathroom paper towel dispenser dispenses a decent length of paper towel so you can fully dry your hands without a second one.

Keola W.

Yelp
tasty burgers with crispy patties and pickles. shakes and fries are also delicious. nice atmosphere with lots of natural light.

Bennette I.

Yelp
Listen - I always love a good burger joint and my son was craving Shake Shack. This place was hopping with a short line, lots of Uber eats or Door Dash orders to be picked up, and a full house with no empty seats (interior). There were outside tables but it was right after an ice storm and 32 degrees! We ordered double cheeseburgers with cheesy fries and root beer. One good thing is that people eat quickly and we were able to get a table before our food arrived. Shake shack does not disappoint - juicy patties, drippy cheese and all the fixings. It satisfied our cravings today !

Soni B.

Yelp
The restaurant is really cute and in a nice area. But it is always super busy at this location and it can get pretty crazy. The food is always reliable but it is expensive for a "fast food" restaurant. For the price point, you can get other burgers in the area. I do like that they have a gluten-free bun option and the fries are some of the best fast-food fries!

Aimee P.

Yelp
Pricey yet solid burger. Lots of indoor and outdoor seating and to-go options. This is a pretty busy spot, so be patient. I do wish they have a better takeout waiting area. Skip the shakes. Elite hint: you can use your Amex gold dining credit here.

Ethan B.

Yelp
Here's the things you already know: Shake Shack is too expensive for fast food, but too cheap and, well, fast for a traditional restaurant. They've got great lemonade and better shakes, and equally awful fries. Here's what you may not know: Shake Shack manages to sear their burgers oh so perfectly every single time. Their veggies are always fresh. Their burgers always frustratingly stomp on the line between "too small to be filling" and "too big to enjoy a second. Here's what you should do: Order some Shake Shack for pickup, eat it in your car, feel your day improve slightly.

Chul L.

Yelp
Great burgers. We always get the shack burgers, and cheese fries. Love coming here with the kids. Staff is very friendly. They have 4 self stations where you can order the food. One of our favorite places in Beaverton.

Melissa W.

Yelp
I moaned with happiness the whole time I ate this burger. I have no idea what people are complaining about. Yes, In and Out is wonderful but it tastes like hamburger and this burger tastes like a steak. It was surprisingly affordable too, but then when I got it, I realized it was surprisingly small, about the size of a regular McDonald cheeseburger, just fatter. So definitely get the double meat or two of the regular ones.

Jackie G.

Yelp
We came here today for lunch as I've been wanting to try it! Upon entering it was really clean and fairly busy for a Friday at 11:30 am. We ordered from the kiosks and it was pretty effortless! We found a nice clean booth to enjoy our meal at. They have a space where you can get ketchup & napkins so we helped ourselves while we waited. The food came out pretty quick and it was all super hot! The cheese fries were yummy, especially dipped in the ketchup. Both burgers were good, what I would expect from a fast food burg. Unfortunately, there was a small hair in my partner's burger patty. The portions were great for us & I thought adequate for the price. The kiwi apple limeade was delicious! For my personal preference, I added some sparkling water to dilute it a bit & it made it perfect! The shake was outstanding. It was thick with so many pieces of cookie in it!! All in all, since I work in the area I'd probably come back for the shakes & cheese fries!

Jessica L.

Yelp
I love a good burger and fries and Shake Shack does not disappoint. They have unique options on their menu which makes this place better than the average burger fast food joint. The service is quick and friendly too! The only downside is the layout and size of the place. Obviously this place gets busy, but I just wish the flow of foot traffic moved more smoothly. Both times I've been here I had to eat outside because it was too overstimulating and busy inside. Excited for this business to be expanding to other parts of Portland!

Ana R.

Yelp
Ecstatic that Shake Shack is in the Portland metro area. I waited for a bit since they opened so they could work out the kinks and I'm glad I did. The ordering tablets are very easy to use and I love that you can totally customize your food. Order came back to us in a jiffy (waited maybe 5 min) and it was brought to our table. I had a chicken sandwich that was amazing. Super moist and crunchy at the same time. My friend had a burger and it was also great. I'm so happy that I can have SS any time now and not just as a novelty in LAX (my previous way of getting it :) )

David K.

Yelp
I literally just spent over $20 on a bacon cheeseburger ($12), fries ($5) and a coke ($4). What a joke. Never again. I'm going to wait patiently for In-n-out to open up in Beaverton. Less than $11 for the same thing plus it tastes way better.

Rashi T.

Yelp
Fast food is something that doesn't happen often for us but when you are next to Shake shack you cant really not indulge. Order and pay process were easy with the self service Kiosks . Food took about 10 minutes to come out and there was plenty of open seating while we waited . The space is big and has plenty of indoor and outdoor options to dine -in . we got the Shack Stack and the Chicken shack with the crinkle cut fries . Both the burgers were pretty bang-on but the shroom patty on the Shack stack really took the cake .. The Crisp-fried portobello mushroom filled with melted muenster was such a great option - Next time I am getting that as my burger . Very convenient location as well .

Paula J.

Yelp
I visited Shake Shack last week, end of May 2024, and thought the burger was excellent. I ordered their basic cheese burger, extra crunchy fries and a large root beer. It was my first time so I walked in to what seemed like an endless line of customers. I quickly understood that all of the people had already ordered and were waiting for their food. Which meant I was next in line. The restaurant was packed with only a few remaining empty tables available but my order was to go. It seemed like a pretty long wait for my food but the staff were ALL extremely busy filling orders and delivering to those seated. My order was called and when I checked it my fries were not crispy so I sent them back for a re-fry. They were hot and crunchy on the re-fry and were done perfectly. Hats off to the staff that never had a moment of down time. They really work hard and were very helpful and kind.

Allen C.

Yelp
Good burgers at this joint. The shakes are definitely where it's at though. You can order at the kiosk and just wait for your order. It's pretty nice when you just want to keep to yourself listening to your music or audio book.

James D.

Yelp
This is a new one for me. Kinda overwhelmed by the selection, I'm an In N Out guy, so I ended up getting a weird burger. Food is fast, fresh and friendly...the staff, not the food:) To be fair I should try it again ...maybe a shake.

Maps R.

Yelp
I wasn't expecting much but an overhyped average burger, but what can I say I wanted to test them out so I got the big boy the one with the big fried mushroom on it, and I have to say it is one of the most interesting burgers I've had. I like their buns too, they aren't all huge and dry like so many places. IDK if I will spend that much on a hamburger ever again, but I dont regret it.

Phil N.

Yelp
I had brunch plans that fell through today and I'm rarely on the Westside. I remembered there was a BOGO deal going on at SS on their app but when I looked the deal had just expired a few days earlier, but to my surprise something amazing was on the screen. A collaboration with Hot Ones! By far one of my favorite YouTube shows (I was one of the OG fans back when their production values were really crappy). I was so excited to see this collaboration and immediately changed course to Shake Shack. I ordered on the app and saw that it would take 15-20 mins for the food to be ready and I purposely waited until I was 10 mins away before I hit order. I'm glad I did bc I got there just 10 mins later but my food was already waiting for me in their pick up area. My chicken sandwich was piping hot, but the construction was very sloppy but I'll give it a pass. I felt guilty walking past the 20-30 people in line but I quickly forgot about them once I dug into my sandwich. I doused my entire sandwich with the Last Dab sauce packet which was an additional $2 which is pretty damn expensive but I am such a Hot Ones fanboy that I had to do it. No dabbing for me...my chicken patty was swimming in this hot sauce. This was such a perfect collaboration bc the heat factor from the hot sauce made ordering a shake a necessity to alleviate any discomfort from the spice. I ordered a chocolate and vanilla shake and it was the perfect accompaniment. Outdoor seating was a bit difficult bc other parties were taking chairs from other tables leaving 3 tables without any chairs, but after some begging I was able to snag one. Between the ample parking, app ordering, quick service, and nice dining area...I honestly would rather eat here at Shake Shack than that other popular chain in town...In N Out any day.

Megan Y.

Yelp
Before Shake Shack came to Oregon, I would make it a point to eat at this chain whenever I visited a city that had it. I was beyond stoked to find out that they were coming to Oregon and more importantly, on the Westside! However, the quality just hasn't been the same as other locations that I've visited even after giving this new location time to workout the kinks. The shroom burger continues to be my favorite burger on the menu. Instead of a burger patty, it's a crispy fried portobello mushroom stuffed with cheese. Yes, it's as good as it sounds. The fries are okay, but what's a burger without fries? The shakes are good, and they better be since it's in the name, but the best dessert in my opinion is the frozen custard. Unless I'm trying a seasonal flavor shake that piqued my interest, I always go for the frozen custard. Soooo good!

Jen M.

Yelp
I've been here twice now, and each time it's fallen short. First off, it's always dirty in here. I never see tables wiped down, or where the ketchup is.. it's always just a little gross. I'd also recommend taking it home as the dining inside is cramped, uncomfortable and again it's dirty. The line does move quick, but I recommend you do an order "to go" regardless of dining in or out. The to go orders seem to go quickly whereas the dine in took nearly 30 mins to receive. The food falls short. It's neither good nor bad. It's just.. food. I'd also say for those who need it, this is not an accessible place. The parking lot lacks handicapped parking. (The lot is actually a disaster) and the iPads you would order off are much to high for wheelchair access. The store also lacks space for a chair to ease through and there are not many options for seating besides in the center in a crowded, cramped area!

Stephen K.

Yelp
I just don't get what the hype is. Maybe because they serve wine? There is noting noteworthy or special about the burgers or shakes at Shake Shack. They're both dead average. Sure, you can opt to get a breaded and fried portobello mushroom instead of a beef patty (or even with a beef patty, which I did), but the flavors were nothing to write home about. The chocolate malt shake was good, but not great. The fries were decent, but again, nothing outstanding. What I disliked most about Shake Shack is the seating. You have your choice of: 1. Tables with backless stools 2. Booths with FAR too little room to be comfortable (distance between seats and table is ridiculously narrow) On my visit, every empty table was dirty, and while there was one person cleaning the tables, they didn't seem to be able to keep up with the customer load (not that employee's fault, there should have been more employees cleaning tables). Prices are also high for what you're actually getting.

Yen Y.

Yelp
First time at Shake Shack. Burger not band. Loved the bread! Son loved his - burger with patty and shroom. We loved the fries. Service was excellent. Didn't have to wait that long for my to go order

Brent W.

Yelp
I have been here 3x. The burgers are good. The milkshakes are also good. The fries are not so good. Place looks nice and the service is efficient.

Todd H.

Yelp
Its been six months and I missed the shake shack. It does not seem like anyone else is. Place is packed. They were handling the crowds though. Keeping the line flowing with the kiosk and the counter and the app. I mean they know how to get those orders in. Always a special burger I went with the Truffle burger and the Parm fries. I mean it's what they recommend and it's special. Can you go wrong ? It does have some cleaning needed. I guess gone is the pit crew wiping down between every table and sweeping up before a napkin hits the ground. Place is hoping good thing it's far away or I would be here too often

Mary W.

Yelp
SHAKE Cinnamon deliciousness. Loved the addition of cinnamon in a shake, as it is like my favorite dessert ingredient. The little chunks of cinnamon crumble was a little salty too which added a fun element to the sweet treat. Will get again SHACK We tried the new bourbon burger and the shack burger. Hands down without a question, the staple is a staple for a reason. We liked it so much we wished we just got two of the same. Happy we tried the new flavor however. But it was really rich? Like a littttttle much. It's made with makers mark and had lots of carmelized onions and cheese. Sounds amazing right? But it was just ALOT The crinkles were legittttt here. I think that's where the big debate stems from. Since In N Out fries are something to be desired sometimes, especially if you don't get them animal style. I think shake shack takes the fries on this one. Would have loved a "special sauce" to dip them in, but there wasn't any. A litttttle spendy for a burger joint imo. The limited time mango passion fruit juice is a must. Do I need to say more, I mean, mango passionfruit people! Overall, will definitely be back if I'm in the area craving a burger. The bun is very soft but doesn't just... dissolve. And the shake + crinkles were great!

David G.

Yelp
First shake shack experience. The burger was good and made to order, but I was very unimpressed with the portion size. The burger size was the equivalent to the size of my child's Happy Meal Burger size. They should really rethink their bun & patty sizes.

Taylor M.

Yelp
Don't get this one. It's just okay. Been five or six times now, and frankly, the portion sizes are way too small for what you're paying here. Killer Burger crushes this place right across the street.

Miki M.

Yelp
I've been a big fan of Shake Shack for a while now so I've been here many times. My husband and I came here on a rather busy Sunday afternoon, so we decided to order through the app and placed a pick up order while waiting inside the restaurant. When we placed the order, the app gave us an estimated time of when the order was ready. To my surprise, the estimate time was spot on! We got our food right when we expected it. I ordered a Shack Burger with a lettuce bun. The lettuce was a lot more than I expected but it still kept the overall flavor of the burger which was nice. The fries came in this cute box which made it so easy to eat out of. I also tried the Mango Passionade. Both the mango and passionfruit flavors were very prominent, it was the perfect drink to round out my meal.

Yelp
I was excited to finally try out the Shake Shack outside of New York (Manhattan to be exact) but was clearly disappointed in my experience outside the big Apple. I ordered the Smokeshack, Avocado Bacon and Black Truffle. I kind of messed up on my order and wanted to get two of the Smokeshacks but my wife ordered the same so she offered to give me half of hers when we got home. They have two separate lines (kiosk for to go orders where they will send you a text message alerting you that your order is ready for pick-up and a 2nd line for dine-in). The flavors were good and all and meat party delicious but when I got half of my wife's burger, I asked her where's the other half? These dang burgers are so tiny for the price I paid for them ($7+ ea). They are almost the size of a Burger King Whopper Jr. Even the parmesan garlic fries were 1/4th the size of a regular fry. The strawberry shake though was delicious but for $35 that I spent on food it seemed like the portions were way too small.

Yelp
Very subpar. There are many other great options near by like Killer Burger and Little Big Burger. I went here today because I remember this place being pretty good when it opened. I got the veggie burger and it was warm at best. I think they might've changed what kind they use and it's not good anymore. The cheese was also hardly melted. The crinkle fries look and taste like something you buy at the grocery store and throw into the oven for 15 minutes. I'm actually wondering if they went across the street to Winco for some of their food. Also, not a huge deal, but they texted me that my order was ready and then told me that it wasn't ready when I went to the counter. I ended up waiting an extra seven or so minutes. Again things happen that's not a huge deal...my overall complaint is with the food. Just not that good. Not a place I see thriving long-term.

Yelp
The burgers here are still pretty tasty and flavorful. It's good to go during off hours when it's not too busy. I also like their scorpion sauce that you can get on the side. It goes great with the fries.

Yelp
First time going to a Shake Shack! **Update, after eating for 2 hours, I got super thirsty. Just saying. We got the BOGO deal and looking at various websites, it said you can do it on the app OR on their website. We personally thought using the website on the computer is easier than on the phone but it wouldn't let us. We tried so many times. Sometimes we couldn't pick the times, and others it just bounced back to before ordering so it was very frustrating to order online and we didn't even get to the BOGO yet. When we finally got to the BOGO part it said I didn't have an account but I was in my account. Anyways, a star docked off for that because it was hard to use. The app itself was fine but not everyone may have wifi outside their homes or know how to use the app (like my parents) so that was a bit disappointing. Okay, anyways, those who don't know, they have the BOGO deal for JUST the Shack Burger ($6.19) and it will end on 1/2/22. I hope that helps. After ordering online, I waited for a bit to be done. Very busy but overall it was organized chaos. Everyone knew their job and there were lots of customers but it all worked out. I picked 5:30pm as my pick up and got it at 5:36pm, not bad since, like I said it was very busy. For take out, this was not bad. The buns were sadly extra mushy compared to other take out burgers I had but the pickles and onions were fresh, the patty was a bit burnt on the sides but nothing special. People talked about how delicious their shack sauce was but I found it to be very heavy and filling. It had a very strong mayo flavor and couldn't tell what other spices or flavors it contained as it was orange-ish. The fries were placed in a container that would make it 100% mushy for take out. Flavor was good-not too salty like other places but it felt like the frozen fries I get and bake them at home from time to time. I know take out will be less fresh and more soggy so yeah...I thought this was okay. The main question, Shake Shack or the other competitive brand? To be honest, I only had the other brand once and that didn't stood out to me either. I personally like the burger place across from Shake Shack more.

Yelp
Here's the real...I don't do lines and I am not into trendy. I was not a fan of waiting in a line with a pile of I don't know where you have been people pre-pandemic. I liked the look of this spot except for the insane line out the building. I find a lot of the reviews amusing since it looks like people are waiting in crazy long lines for nasty food. I have been getting a lot of Ubereats deliveries and had never seen Shake Shack as an offering till the other day. When I saw it there I just knew I needed to jump on that. I actually have not seen it since! I was almost expecting to be disappointed and shockingly I wasn't. I decided to get a standard burger with some bacon action and I suspect that they put crack in their sauce because wow, that was one tasty freaking burger - genuinely that was actually one of the best burgers I have had in memory. I also grabbed a hot dog which was very good. Their crinkle cut fries were quite good. I am curious to try a shake - this round I got the vanilla and chocolate custard which was rich and delicious. I look forward to grabbing this again sometime. Its probably good people are keeping up on ordering food they hate because I probably shouldn't order ridiculous amounts of food from here that I love.

Yelp
I can't say enough good things about this place, I took my fiancé and toddler here after visiting a friend nearby. We'd heard that "Shake Shake" currently holds as king of burgers in Oregon, and we wanted to see if it was true. At least for us, they definitely hit the mark! Service was friendly, we had a mixup with one of the burgers. We both ordered a Shack Stack (a burger that includes a fried portobello mushroom stuffed with a blend of cheese) and mine was missing its fried mushroom. I was courteous and not expecting much, I would have been happy with them just giving me the fried mushroom I was missing but instead they insisted to remake the whole sandwich for me. 100% great customer service delivered in a friendly and casual manner which I love. That Shack Stack was the most fabulous burger I'd ever had, the fried mushroom is the star of the show and absolutely takes the whole burger to new heights. The restaurant is casual and pretty busy in a whole, but after eating I completely understand why it's so busy. Despite how many people are packed in, our food still arrived quickly, another huge bonus! I leave off saying; the Hype is real, if you haven't had a Shack Stack at Shake Shack you're missing out big time.
