Shake Shack Harlem

I actually liked this place (despite the somewhat challenging neighbourhood) Great for a getting a quick bite. Burger was freshly prepared and tasty. Staff was friendly. Toilet and sitting area were quite clean.

Located at the corner of 125th and Fifth Ave Shake Shack offers up exactly what you want from proper fast food restaurant. My wife and I had the all beef hot dogs and plain French fries which both were cooked to perfection. My daughter had the Bacon Cheese Fries and her first Float ever while my wife had a vanilla shake and I had a root beer. I'm not sure what brand the root beer is but it was delicious. The food was very good and the service was also. I'd rather go here than to a McDonald's or the Checkers down the street. It was clean and with the way it is situated and with large windows it offers up good views of the surrounding area where you could easily watch people come and go about their business. I'd come here again. 👍🏻

This is a great shake shack! Very nice inside- clean and comfortable with a very hospitable and welcoming staff. I was greeted right away (no line!), my order was ready SUPER quickly. They had an expeditor at the window who brought everyone their orders and made sure they got what they needed. Very efficient and professional There were plenty of clean tables to eat at inside, or easy to take to go. Unlike other casual fast food restaurants, this Shake Shack was 100% wheelchair accessible. The manager Howard and supervisor Brianne(a)? were both very kind when I spoke to them, as were all of the employees at this location. They were sold out of a few drinks (understandable on a hot summer’s day) but I appreciated that they had marked on the menu board so you did not have to wait to get to the counter to find out they don’t have the drink you decided on. Will definitely be back!

No complaints here! This restaurant is kept very tidy and orders are quick, accurate, and tasty. A group of 7 of us placed orders ahead on the app and the food was ready within 10 minutes! The burgers are incredible as always. So juicy and flavorful. Make sure you get a side of that Shack sauce. The shroom burger is so good. It’s the best fried mushroom you will have, and the inside is stuffed with melty cheese. The fries are easily some of the best. The fries are double fried which gives a really coarse and crunchy exterior while being incredibly soft on the inside. I personally use that side of extra Shack sauce with the fries!

This location is very clean. The service was good and the food was fresh. My son loves Shake Shack. We will visit this location again.

We were looking around Columbia campus when we stopped here for lunch. It is so tasty! I loved their burgers and the Shack-cago dog. My husband thought the burgers were a little small but I liked them. I order the black and white malt shake. It was so creamy at this location but I ordered it again at the airport location and it was less creamy and more icy. My husband got the root beer float and loved it.

I just ordered my burger and was excited to eat it as soon as I got home. While eating I look at my burger and the is a LONG HAIR WITHIN THE PATTY AND CHEESE. HAIR. Very disappointed since I order bacon cheese fries and a drink but this made me throw the whole meal away. I am nauseous.

New Korean burger was good I don't like my burger well done so I was happy they made it correctly. Homeless man came in and supervisor with glasses sorry don't know her name was on point she handled it where we weren't bothered and I still got him a burger. Pretty chill vibe. Was fairly empty when I went in, made me go back for more Korean fries. Has the best burgers in the area for its price. Other places around here are burnt or bad quality.
