Shake Shack Hudson Yards

The staff here are super friendly and the food was delicious. This is my 2nd time in New York (1st being 7 years ago) and this visit beat out the last one I had (last one was good to) The staff member going by the name of Sam (female) who was cleaning tables and greeting guest at the door. This level of customer service was better than the fine dining Italian restaurant I went to last night.

I loved the Korean burger they currently have and wish it will remain a regular! I appreciate that the patties were fully charred, slightly crisp edges. Also, it was not raw like I experienced at another location which led me to take a long break from shake shack. I also appreciate that they serve wine and beer. Just works nicely with a burger in a Friday.

I have no idea what the manager is doing here to keep his employees happy but it’s WORKING and other restaurants in this franchise need to duplicate his management style and leadership. Who was cleaning the tables was extremely nice and eager to help, her energy lit up the room… if I had a restaurant I would have hired her on the spot. The cashier was energetic and knowledgeable about the menu and you can even see the people in the back cooking with smiles. Although this is only fast food I was extremely pleased with the service. I don’t usually take time writing reviews but this location deserved one. Keep doing whatever you guys are doing. You do it WELL!

Ya know what? This was actually decent 😂 we ordered a Korean burger, and the chicken burger and they were really tasty! I somewhat wasn’t expecting much, but we were both pleasantly surprised!

Very busy and crowded. Lots of people line up. I don’t think this place ever empty and not busy. When we were there, there was also groups who line up for the burger. We ordered the Korean burgers, drinks and hotdog and chicken sandwich. All were delicious.

Food was delicious. Even though they were extremely busy they have their process down to a science. Ordering, pickup all very streamlined. My big gripe here is seating. There is simply not enough space to sit and eat your meal. We had to mill around the shops to snag a seat. Frustrating!

I ordered a single cheese burger, honey yuzu lemonade and tried a new item: Korean spicy cheese fries. For the cheese burger, yummy as always. I was surprised by the honey yuzu lemonade. It is so refreshing!!!! Honey balances the sour of lemon, and yuzu provides the nice scent. What a perfect drink for yuzu lovers or lemonade lovers! The Korean spicy cheese fries have too much sauce on it. It is just spicy cheese fries adding one more dipping sauce in Korean flavor. I took out the Korean dipping sauce and used it for the bread spread the next day. What a nice try out! The place in hudson yards is a little bit crowed compared to other locations. But there are lots of tables and chairs for people outside the restaurant.

Good food inside hudson yards in new york. Chicken and fries were cooked and fried great! The lemonade has great sweetness. It was a bit of wait at lunch time. Overall, I would go back to solid good food.
