Shake Shack Lenox Square

I visited the Shake Shack at the Lenox Mall today during the busy lunchtime rush. I wanted to highly commend Keezy, one of the cashiers, for his outstanding service. Despite dealing with difficult customers who were complaining and had poor attitudes while picking up their complicated orders, Keezy remained incredibly patient, professional, and humble. It was genuinely impressive to watch him manage the chaos with such composure. When it came to my complex custom order, Keezy handled it perfectly. He was patient while taking the order, assisted me with a smile, and ensured the meal was prepared perfectly. He meticulously checked that I received all my requested sides and sauces. His attention to detail and professional demeanor made my entire experience fantastic. I highly recommend this location thanks to staff like Keezy!

Many issues with this visit. First thing is they have kiosks to take your order, and will actively ignore you if you want them to take your order. They serve your food in a bag and it’s very messy, but there’s nothing to put your burger on except a flimsy napkin. I ordered my burger well done and it was raw in the middle, I couldn’t even eat it. Also the burger had exactly 1 pickle chip, one tiny piece of onion and two cherry tomato slices. When they gave me the food at the counter it was shoved at me like they were angry at me or something. Never again.

I finally teied the soup sandwich my drill sergeants were so obcessed about! It was delicious! The French onion soup topping is made thick so it doesn't cause any unusual mess. It is very flavorful, however, so if you onlybget a single patty, the topping flavor might iverpower the beef. I would suggest getting a double like I did. The topping to meat flavor ratio was perfect!

I am very grateful for this location and crew. Mr. Alan and his team are always on point and so is the food. The quality of everything is great and the swiftness of delivering food is quite impressive. Thanks to Bazi for great service and recommendations

I really adore this location for Shake Shack. The food is always fresh and on-point, the team is diligent and swift not only with fulfilling orders but kindly yet professionally assisting with orders at the register and kiosk. I adore this team and excited to have as my main location and burger spot in general. Masha'Allah.

Quick bite. Their milkshakes are too good as the name goes.. Usually their Shroom burgers 🍔 are good with amazing mushroom filled with some type of sauce but this time. Unfortunately the last time I had this, it was more oily and didn’t taste great. They even have a vegetable patty burger which is new on the menu.🫘 It’s nice to see a vegetarian options in the recent days in the fast food industry. 🌱 The shake shack is located on the food pavilion of the Lenox mall. The google maps location shows somewhere near the Gucci store which is incorrect and maybe difficult to spot the right location.📍

We attended my daughter in laws 30th bday tonight. I love the rooftop area. The burgers are great. The fries are always my favorite. I didn’t get a shake this time but the strawberry lemon aid is so good!! If you are in the area, you need to give them a try. Beautiful area!! Take the whole family.

The food was really good! The prices were a little on the high side, but the quality made up for it—I enjoyed everything. My order was ready in about 15 minutes, and the fries were fresh and hot. The server was very kind and friendly, which made the experience even better. Definitely a place worth visiting!
