Shake Shack

I'll be honest. The location is easy enough to find. There really isn't a vast variety of options at the terminal. The staff did not exude friendliness and warmth. BUT I got a freshly made burger for a price that didn't make me want to kick a stranger. It was tasty. It made me happy. It was not healthy. But considering I had a 6 hour flight ahead of me, and I could get this to go, it was worth it. One more thing - there was a line. So make sure you give yourself enough time if you're passing through in a hurry! And when it comes to grabbing a seat, patience is key.

Came here to enjoy a burger before my flight and the quality is the same as the other locations I have visited. Service is friendly and I like that they have carbonated water instead of normal. The burgers are delicious and the bun really holds it all together. I would like a bigger portion but given the high quality I'm still a loyal customer. Highly recommend this place.

I’ve heard from many people to try Shake Shack and I can tell you from first hand it was delicious 🤤. The burger was on the smaller side but I am okay with that because the quality was good. Also bought the cheese fries and to my surprise the cheese was nacho sauce. It was a pretty good combo. I’d say if your ever around a Shake Shack try it out. The foods delicious 😋

Have been to one in New Haven CT. Had a great experience there with my brother. However, at LAX the burger while having really good flavor was super small(think about two patties if you are really hungry). I don't remember it being that small. The fries are crinkle cut were good, but overcooked. It was really busy even at 10am. LAX is hurting for space. There was no where to sit. Some people were sitting on carpet in waiting areas.

This is my first experience with Shake shack. It was on my to do list when visiting USA. The milk shake is soooooo good. I ordered vanilla and I didn’t regret. It’s very filling even when I order the smallest size. Suggest to either share it with someone or treat it as a meal. Line up is super long, but if you got time, give it a try! Staff are a bit impatient, but understandable given the long line up

Very tasty food. The service was a little slow but organized though. The best portobello burger I have ever had. Fries are very tasty. Lemonade was too sweet but still tasty. Staff is friendly. They have tables in the area. A good selection of dressing. Menu is varied enough.

Wanted to try shake shack because I was told good things. Maybe trying it at the airport was not the best idea. Ordered a shake burger which was just a cheeseburger, fries and a drink. They don’t do meal combos so have to purchase each item separately. The burger bun was very oily and not too warm. Too much ice in the drink and fries were also cold. Next time will try a shake shack outside of the airport.

Awesome service and good. Really happy they are here. Great burger, fries, and of course shakes. Connection through LAX and what a joy to find Shack here at terminal 3. You must stop by if you are in T2 or T3. No reason to miss this.
