Delicious! The smash burger is always consistent and one of the best fast food burgers you can buy. They are certainly more expensive and take longer to prepare, but the service is reasonable for their food type. The tablets make ordering easy and the interior is clean. Overall a great place to get a quick bite of a great burger.

I ordered a regular cheese burger. The meat tastes like meat so if you enjoy that you’ll enjoy this. I tend to eat veggies so the meat taste was very apparent. The bun lacks lusters . . . They could improve by using a brioche bun 🤤} I also tasted there Christmas cookie shake . . . It tasted similar to eggnog and had a good consistency ~ it helped extend the holiday cheer a little while longer ~ I would come back for the fries and a shake. I don’t enjoy burgers anymore . . . #goingvegan

We were actually in the mood for chicken. Instead we decided to dine at the Shake Shack and were in for a real treat. Guests have two ordering options… Kiosk or counter. We chose the counter…no wait time and the service was fantastic. The burgers & crinkle cut fries (a la cart, no combo meals) were delicious. There were bursts of incredible flavors in every bite. The hand spun strawberry shake was on point. As for the lemonade, it was a bit tart for my taste but still pretty good. The sports bar vibe minus the bar was a nice touch. They do offer beer and wine though. The family friendly atmosphere was appreciated. There’s a wonderful patio for good weather dining. Thank you for the great food, service and experience!

Shake Shack is an absolute favorite of mine—definitely a 10/10! Their hamburgers are just incredible, and I’m really enjoying the new black truffle burger; it’s such a delight! And let’s not forget about those shakes—they’re fantastic! The only thing I’m not a big fan of is the fries; they always seem to be a bit on the cold side, but that’s okay since I don’t usually eat fries anyway. All in all, I just love this place!

I have order smoke burger was delicious but it's small size portion, fries are perfect, vanilla shake tasty, pomegranates sweet basil drink it's a bit spicy taste but it's very freshly drink. Staff are friendly and place are clean. I will recommend to eat here.

Food is trash. Flavorless crinkle cut fries. Everything fried is overcooked and tasting of somewhat stale grease. Chicken sandwiches surprisingly decent, aside from being overcooked. Burgers mediocre. Dont know what people see in this place. Could easily go to Five Guys down the road instead and get your moneys worth and a great meal. This place is straight up a ripoff for the quality. Tells you a lot about this city that people come here.

I think we all are forgetting it’s 10.00 for a Quarter Pounder meal these days. It really doesn’t bother me to pay a few more bucks for a better product. The burgers are very good and unlike Five Guys, the bun doesn’t disintegrate after the first bite. It’s a good beef, to bun to toppings ratio. A bit overdone and dry. The fries I will pass up the next time. Crinkles aren’t my thing and I like fresh cut. Very little cheese on the fries as well. This spot is REALLY busy. Tables were a bit dirty and I had to sit in someone else’s mess. It doesn’t bother me to pay 20 bucks for a burger and fries however, I want a damn clean table to sit at. I prefer this Burger over Burger-Fi but not Five Guys. I like to add my own toppings and not limit the gluttony.

We had a great experience at this Shake Shack. It was our first time to try it, and we thoroughly enjoyed it. The food was excellent- they are not fast food burgers, so think along the lines of Hopdoddy. I loved my bacon avocado burger (ordered as a bowl) and the husband loved the smoke shack burger. The fries were good, typical crinkle fries. I appreciated the designated water dispenser instead of having to use the soda machine for water. Very fun shake flavors, including dairy free options! We ate in the restaurant. It was nice- very clean, and was good ambience- not too loud. Restrooms were clean and well stocked with soap and paper towels. We're looking forward to going again soon.

Always clean. Always delicious. A little on the pricier side but it is good quality so can't complain too much. I feel like whenever I come here with my 8 year old that he and I run up a $30 tab for the two of us! Seems pricey but maybe I'm out of touch with reality. I love getting the smoke stack and my kid loves the plan cheeseburger. The buns and patties are just as good as the smashed, crispy patties you get at their NYC locations. I'm not a fan of their chicken product as they are always a little too greasy for me. The shakes rock!

I come to this Shake Shack location almost every month. Services is always very quick and the restaurant is clean with a lot of natural light. The crowd is a lot of Park Cities families, SMU students and locals. I enjoy coming here and Shake Shack has got great burgers. It's a good monthly indulgence...

second time having an issue at this location. I ordered through UberEATS for lunch and was unable to do my job because I was running to the toilet every 10 minutes. I'm not sure if the beef was old or what but my coworker and I were not ok after lunch.

Use to love their burgers ... Will not return! Meat now has bits of hard gristle! Ruins the whole experience. Has anyone else found this to be true. It's been happening for months.

Long time shake shack fan. I've been to a lot of locations across a lot of states over the years. This is the BEST location I've been to. The staff are awesome and the food is always prepared consistently. The atmosphere is clean and the parking is easy. Ramon is the man! Thanks to everybody who makes this location such a stand out!

Food was good. The entry towards the bathroom area was blocked. Kind of threw me off. Other than that I'll be back.

If you want a burnt burger and an attitude from cashiers then this is the place to go. When they mess up you Eder they get mad at you for saying something definetly the worst burger place in Dallas!

Wow, I did not like a single thing about this place. The ambience was cold and uninviting. The ordering system is opaque. When we entered, some people were at a monitor but there is also a counter with registers but no one was there, so it was not clear what to do. Eventually a cashier arrived and I ordered. I was told "we will bring your food to you." So we found a clean table (not easy) and waited. A long time. Finally, another customer said "are you X, your food is waiting up front." So then I understood you pick it up at the counter. The food itself was not horrible but close to it. My Shack Burger was not seasoned, it was cold, and overall it was one of the worst burgers I have ever had. Small and not worth the $5 or whatever it was. Whataburger is so much better. The wife's hot chicken sandwich was pure heat, no flavor at all. The fries were not seasoned. There is absolutely nothing compelling about this place and you could not pay me to return.

Overrated. Overpriced. I got the shroom burger. Next time I come I will get hot n spicy fries and a shake and a burger.

The best service I have had so far at a burger place. The staff was amazing and the manager took the time make sure our group is helped. We will definitely be coming back

The food is always good. Shack burger my fav and fries are always done perfectly for me. However today, a woman working behind the counter has very large hair with weaves and she does not have a hair net on like everyone else. Something to think about.

Jake, It's been almost two months since I emailed you my review and receipt as you requested. And, I have never received any kind of follow-up. I'm not sure if my email went into your spam box, or you haven't gotten around to it yet, or your responding on Yelp to my review was just to make Shake Shack appear concerned about their customers. I guess I'll probably never know.

The place has been there for a while, we finally decided to come in. I tried the mushroom burger or something like that I dont recall the name. It was definitely good, the price however is a bit high. I have to be honest there was nothing special but it was not bad. I tried my daughters burger which was a simple cheeseburger I belwive and it was good. Typical generic burger as far as it goes for my taste buds. Would I come back here, idk maybe give it another shot.

Lots of hype! But didn't deliver. Somewhat high tech-ish decor. Somewhat cold and impersonal interior that is quite noisy. A line of order kiosks to the right when walking in. Not enough room around them if there is more than one in your party They require lots of screen flipping compared to a menu board. Lots of keystrokes and button pressing. Who cleans them between customers? We ordered a couple of double burgers, a couple of cheese and bacon fries, a shake, a large coke and the cobbler dessert for 2 and were stunned by a $41.00 cost. Burgers are not large, the over $3 drink of 16 oz, and all else were way too pricey. Cleanliness was lacking at 9 pm. Debris on floor in many places including restrooms. Condiment counter was filthy with ketchup all over. Very difficult to get portion cups out of holder. No lids or straws. Napkins are thin and had to use more than normal as everything bled through. The burgers have good flavor, but nothing special compared to the other 11 places nearby. Nothing special about the shake The bacon cheese fries are good and perhaps the best item on the menu. The cobbler dessert was blue berry-ish with some dough and ice cream. It wasn't worth it in flavor or cost. The tables are dark stained porous wood. The next table was already losing color from being wiped down. The soft drink condensation was saturating our table. Seats are very hard and not comfortable. There is a patio that faces the afternoon and evening sun. Some may like it. Neither of us plan to go back. Just not worth it.

Food way overpriced (paid $20 for two plain simple hot dogs, fries and a drink in 2019 - I can make hot dogs much better and tastier than this at home for a lot less $$), awful, burnt hot dogs and frozen fries. Service very slow. Atmosphere cold, plain and unappetizing/uninviting. What a disgrace that a disgusting place of such low caliber like this could dare replace Fuddruckers. Employees standing around complaining and doing nothing and waited too long to take our order. This place is a joke. Will NEVER go back. We were very sorry we went to this place.

I ate at a different location but the food was overpriced, the burgers are tiny, they messed my order up, and the food was not good. Burger was a 5/10 at best and the Korean sauce for the fries is not good! I could of forgiven everything if the food was delicious which is what I was expecting but it was plain, nasty, and not appetizing. Please save your money and go anywhere else!

Finally got around to trying Shake Shack. First impressions are everything and as soon as I walked in to this location I saw nothing but red flags. Dirty tables everywhere, trash on the floor, staff having a good time chatting it up and horsing around with each other. We placed our order and went to go look for a clean-ish table to sit at. Food took forever and at one point an employee walked around and seemed to be inspecting the whole lobby so I thought good they are about to tidy the place up. Wrong lol. He came, he saw, and he left back to his post without a care in the world. The burgers were actually good. Loved the big pickles and the rest of the veggies were fresh. Crinkle fries were bland. Lemonade tasted fake and overly sweet in my opinion. Will I try them again? Not sure. Maybe.

Food was very bland! I got the black truffle burger and honestly it tasted like a dried out meatloaf patty with no seasonings. The fries hard and cold. Also the customer service sucks. Only one front counter person was attentive but the others were in the back laughing loudly and had to constantly be told to update the next order to be served. For $16 this meal was overpriced for the quality of the overall food.

$35 for lunch for two, just so I can sit in a greasy booth and eat a burger that's only a touch better than McDonald's. The shakes might say that they're made with real custard, but that doesn't mean they're cheap and full of carageenan. Ever had a shake that's room temperature but still thick? I don't know why they couldn't just toss some blue bell and milk in a blender.like normal people. The fries were probably just ore-ida frozen fries. The burger was good, but I paid $12 for it before tax

Since my first review, I've since been back multiple times to this location and my food has been HOT every time! Huzzah! And, they have finally re-opened the dining space so on my last visit I was able to enjoy my meal in a very clean, socially distanced environment vs in my car in the parking lot. What keeps me from giving them 5 stars are the tablets that I'm required to place my order on. It won't keep me from re-visiting again!

This was my first visit to a Shake Shack. I stopped by to try the new black truffle burger. I'm not quite sure what to make of such a pricey little burger. It's more like a slider if anything. It was good, just wasn't enough and especially at almost ten dollars. Maybe I'll return one day for one of their regular menu items; hopefully they're bigger.

The fries were on point! The burgers were very flavorful. The kiosk functioned fine. My (-1) star is from the lack of fried shallots on the new item--black truffle burger...cause we do pay a decent amount of money for the quality.

So, three years after my initial review of Shake Shack I decided on a whim to stop by their Old Town location to give them another try. Unfortunately, they only seem to have gotten worse. I ordered a Bacon Guacamole burger with a fries and a bottle of water. The total came to just over $16. For that kind of money you would expect a pretty decent meal. Unfortunately, that is not the case at Shake Shack. Every unoccupied table was filthy. The one I sat had some kind of "goo" (ketchup or shake?) and left over crap on one end. I sat on the less dirty end. The floor was absolutely filthy with fries, vegetable waste and other refuse. Clearly cleanliness isn't a major priority here. Although an employee came by about 10 minutes after I sat down and wiped the table, they made no effort to sweep or mop the floor. I'm not sure how / why it takes nearly 20 minutes to prepare a burger and fries. Between that and the dirty table / floor I almost walked out before my meal even arrived. When it did, the fries were cold, slightly greasy and had that junior high school cafeteria "freezer burn" taste. Not surprising, I guess, since all the fries are pre-made and sit under a heat light until served. The burger itself tasted okay but was lukewarm. It had clearly sat for some time after being made. Except for the bottled water ($2.85) the portion sizes were super small. The burgers are the size of those you would get at McDonald's or Wendy's. The crinkly fries ($3.45) are the size of a small order. For $16 I expected a LOT more on the portion size. You can easily get something more filling at Whataburger or In-And-Out for $6-7 less. All in all, it was a nasty dining experience and I won't return.

Update: I've been back several times and this Shake Shack has redeemed themselves. Food temperature has improved and they are doing a good job now! No problems recommending them! I hate to throw shade on this Shake Shack because it's close and convenient to me but it doesn't measure up. I will say employees are friendly but I feel like they're on autopilot and not concerned with normal SS standards. They have the flavor down, but temperature control of food is off comically. Multiple visits: my smokeshack burger has tasted good but it's always lukewarm. Fries: room temp. Final straw: we ordered the black sesame shake last visit and it had no semblance of ever being frozen or even close to freezing. For whatever their shakes cost can you at least try to make it as cold as say Jack in the Box can?? Otherwise it's a great space -the kiosk ordering is pretty sweet and easy and indoor and outdoor seating is well

I came in to order a drink and the young lady at the front literally threw my drink and straw on the counter and walked away and didn't acknowledge me when I spoke. I get you're ready to go home but I literally ordered a drink. This location needs training on customer service, and bad. And my strawberry lemonade was AWFUL!

Came here to get dinner.. after ringing up my order I tried my card twice, it was declined both times although there was money on the card... I was embarrassed and apologized... Mack an employee here paid for my dinner, and I was really moved by that. Great customer service, clean environment, and delicious food! Can't go wrong coming here!

Everything tasted the same chocolate shake strawberry shake vanilla shake everything tasted the same. Also super expensive burgers fries are horrible with cheese or with out 4 burgers fries and a 4 shakes almost 100$ Also took like 1 hour to get our food wife and kids super pissed do not go here McDonald's is better and plus more economical....

I was thrilled to find there was a Shake Shack on Greenville since I'm frequently in that area. I stopped by and immediately noticed a colorful design on the outside, which is a little different from the other locations I've been to. Inside, it was different also. There were several kiosks to self order and pay. The layout was different. What I disliked most was that there was no menu. I'm old fashioned so I approached the register to place my order. I asked if there was a menu I could view. Luckily, there were laminated copies the cashier gave me. I ordered and was given a buzzer. I sat in a corner booth near the window and looked over everything. What was so different then all the other visits to previous Shake Shack restaurants? Then it became obvious. The atmosphere was quite different. It wasn't particularly busy since this was right after a lunch rush. There were few diners but it was overloaded with employees. That normally wouldn't be a problem but it was almost like I was attending a party that I hadn't been invited to. I felt in a way out of place. There were employees just hanging out all over. In the parking lot, the outside patio, inside. Everywhere. I'm not sure if there was a shift change taking place or what. And because there were so many employees there, you would expected it to have been cleaner. But outside, there were trays filled with trash stacked up, balled up napkins on the floor and some dirty trays inside. Don't get me wrong. The 2 employees I encountered were very nice. One openly began speaking to me and we engaged in conversation about the weather, tea, and where we are from. The second was the cashier who called me by name. It was more personal in my opinion and I love that. The food came out quickly and was cooked to perfection. I seriously considered asking to speak to the cooks to thank them for making it so dang good. I will definitely revisit this location because of the proximity and will update my review if I need to.

Customer service is great. I order pickup from the app. However, it must have been some type of glitch when I got there they never received my order. We confirmed i ordered from the correct store they were apologetic and made my new order right away. Thank you again to the manager that was on duty.

I visited my new neighborhood Shake Shack! I was really excited to see this because I'm a fan of the business. I walked in and it's a huge and spacious restaurant. I ordered with the cashier even though they have some cool kiosk order station. The cashier was super sweet and enthusiastic. I ordered the chick shack and fries. The sandwich was filling! The fries were good( a bit crisp) but good! I love the crinkle cut style. I have had the vegan burger at other locations and I was bummed to see they didn't offer it here. I am hoping they are bringing that to this location. The location is a great add to the Upper Greenville area and I can't wait to visit again!

It's fast food and it's oily. I found the burgers pricy for the size. The quality also depends on the location which wasn't really great here.

Food is okay but the inside is always freezing. The ac is pumping so hard that you need a winter coat to enjoy your meal. I love shake shack, but you guys need to stop freezing your customers. You hear people complaining about this all the time.

Shake Shake has always been one of my favorite burger spots. This location is no different than any other Shake Shack. I went with my typical order of double meat Shake Shack Burger with cheese fries but this time also got their famous frozen custard and a Stack Shack on the side The Shake Shack burger did not disappoint at all The combination of the ShackSauce with fresh tomatoes green lettuce and melted cheese between the fresh beef patties made this burger irresistible. The buttered bread was also soft and yummy. If you get cheese fries, ask for some more cheese on the side so you can dip your burger in it too The Stack Shack which is a cheeseburger with mushrooms was also good but not comparable to the regular burger in my opinion. What really impressed me however was the vanilla custard. It was cold, soft and overall delicious. Dipping fries in the custard was a smart decision too Overall, this location was clean and the service was quick and excellent. I'd for sure come back if I'm craving a Shake Shack burger It also has kiosk devices so you can take your time customizing your burger with whatever you want

Update: Jake, the business manager of this location saw my last update and promptly contacted me via email. I have not had a chance to revisit his restaurant to see if my experience was a one off and if they *are* capable of doing better. One thing I have noticed though - most of these Yelp reviews are negative. I know many businesses are struggling right now to get capable workers. However, if good service is consistently lacking, maybe more training is needed? I don't know. I've been to this establishment ONE time. But it seems to me that something is wrong that is not being addressed.

The service was very great, the burger was hot, but I had some fries that were cold and hard, which is why I couldn't give it five stars. And sadly I had no tomatoes on my burger because the one that was on there was no good. If I were to go back it would mainly be to try the chicken sandwich and because of the g customer service. Update: Had a chance to revisit Shake Shack and the food was much better with the same great customer service!

I ordered 2 orders of bacon cheese fries, and a burger. Well when i got my order, the cheese was seperated in a cup as well as the bacon. So when i got to my house to eat, the cheese hardened up like butter and the fries were soggy. I only live 10mins away. I looked at the burger and thought 3rd time is a charm. Yeah no, im better off eating mcdonalds fake food then this place. Ordered fresh, got old. Im sure they will use some "covid-19" cant make it like its supposed to be ordered mumbo jumbo. Worst $25 spent

Shake Shack corporate office reached out to be multiple times regarding my order and offered a more than generous fix for the most recent wrong pickup order. I've been back once to this location and my pickup order was perfect.

New location!! It's so cute and different from the others! Very streamlined!! Order at kiosk or counter. Customer service great! Food is great as expected!! I had a shack burger with crinkle fries... yum yum! It was all fresh and delish! I prefer this location over all the others.. including Vegas.

Love the food usually but ability to order to-go is totally messed up right now... Tried to go on the app and there is not a single burger available on the menu. Is this not a burger place? Where are the burgers? Maybe it's an app glitch so I check the website, same thing. Switch to other locations and they are working but I live closest to this one... Ok guess I will try to call and place my to-go order that way. But calling results in a voicemail box saying I'll get a response in 24hrs... Guess I'm going elsewhere as I really would have preferred a curbside pickup or to-go pickup vs waiting in the restaurant. Next time...Do better,

This is the only location that lacks good customer service. When customers walk through the door and get to your register you should greet the customer instead of playing on your phones or talking amongst each other. Yes there is a way to order on your own but we still tip you and at the least you can speak to us and make sure we have everything we ordered instead of just tossing it on the counter and leaving. Also, I don't think bonnets are very professional to wear at work but that's just me. Appearance and attitude is everything! Oh and this is an ongoing thing at this location. Everywhere else has been excellent.

This Shake Shack has the best customer service I have ever experienced anywhere. Bryan went out of his way to make my mother feel at home and taken care of! I still am smiling just thinking about how happy he made her, it was her first time to shake shack too! We will definitely be back and with more friends :)thanks again! Awesome burgers and even better service!

Shake Shack offers lettuce wraps, this calorie counter appreciates that. Sorry, Whataburger, I'm a native Texan but those buns make up more than half the calories. 30 pounds lighter since Jan. No white bread is the ticket.

I'm from California so I've had Shake Shack before , but it was interesting to visit this location and notice that they also serve wine. Maybe it's because I'm new to Shake Shack and I haven't been in about a year or two, but the Shroom Shack Burger I got was so good along with the fries. However, I did order during dinner time (6 pm) so there were a lot of to-go orders that they were making, and my order took some time to come out.

Curb side order and pick out took so long for a not so busy day:( Uptown has better curb side service.

Let me tell you, Brian gives great customer service!!! I like Shake Shack but he just took it to a whole new level. Even with the COVID restrictions. He needs a raise! There the minute I drive up, friendly, courteous and served the whole group. He's a keeper! He even brought my dog a treat while we waited!
