Shake Shack

Worst shake shack I have been to in my life. There was nobody in line and took them 15 minutes to make 2 breakfast sandwiches. The egg white lite sandwich was just slopped together. Cheese half melted with too much sauce with no arugula in it. 2 workers at the cashier doing nothing while the back just had 1 worker. Management and corporate needs to look into this place.

This is a shake shack in Orlando terminal C. The hamburger is so-so not as good as expected. The condiments are fresh and the buns are soft good. The shack double burgers are small. There are lots of people working in the restaurant but they only are able to get one hamburger out every five minutes. There’s a very long wait. The seating is plenty. Lots of seats and they are quite comfortable. I can take out my laptop and work there.

I've loved Shake Shack ever since first trying it in New York years ago. I was very excited when they opened some locations in Florida, but some are better than others (I-drive and Vineland outlets are great, but the University Mall location is terrible) I am always wary of airport locations of any food chains as airports are never normally as good. The terminal C location food was surprisingly very very good! The burger patties were thin with crispy edges. Greasy and well seasoned with amazing flavour, and really juicy. In a really good fresh soft potato roll. However the rest of the experience was not great. It felt a bit like they opened yesterday and had no idea what they were doing. I have to agree with other reviews that the girl serving was really not very friendly, very abrupt, doesn't smile and clearly doesn't enjoy her job. There was no warning about how long the food would take, and it did take a while! While I was waiting I watched multiple customers collecting their orders then returning to say something was wrong or missing. My rating is based on the taste and quality of the food which was the great standard I've enjoyed at Shake Shack in the past, and I would definitely get food here again next time I'm at the airport (but make sure you've got enough time before your flight!)

I enjoyed my meal at this Shake Shack, but it is quite a busy location. There was a queue and a number of people waiting for their orders. It's a little disorganized with people standing around everywhere. My Shackburgers were yummy and I would have them again. I couldn't help but notice a large group of adults and children that essentially stood up and left, leaving their garbage behind for the workers to clean up. As usual, the patrons are to blame for some of the negativity surrounding this dining place.

No sense of urgency especially for an airport location. 1 hour poor experience. 4 people on the grill but things came out 1 at a time. The workers casually walked around talking to each other. They had 1 person making drinks. She made your drink as soon as your order was placed and it sat there for 30 minutes getting watered down waiting for your food. The person bagging the orders was just playing around. Also to wait for so long and the bacon in my sandwich was undercooked and the fries were bathed in salt

Really delicious breakfast sandwich. There are plenty of seats. It is located in Terminal C, as soon as you get through security.

There are many staff members working, but it seems like only one hamburger is being prepared every five minutes, which results in a very long wait. The Shack Double burgers are also quite small. On a positive note, the buns are soft, and the condiments are fresh, although the overall taste of the hamburger is decent, not quite what I expected.

Like no fast food chain I’ve seen before, even though it’s on the pricey side it was completely worth it. The home style burger was delicious and the shake was creamy and thick. Would definitely recommend, the staff are very nice you just have to show them some kindness first as I’m sure they deal with many people.
