Shake Shack South Beach Miami

I have not been to this Shake Shack in sometime. I was in the area and decided to grab lunch. I was surprised to find the location was relatively empty considering it was just after noon on a weekday. I ordered the chicken shack, cheese fries, and a chocolate shake. It took about 15-20 minutes for my order to be ready. The food looked fresh and delicious so no complaints there. My only concern was that the chicken cutlet of the chicken shack appeared to be thicker than it really was. Most of the cutlet was covered in batter. That was a bit disappointing and surprising. The actual chicken was very thin. Other than that the flavor was good. I know perhaps I should’ve had an actual cheeseburger instead, but I thought I’d try something different. I don’t think this experience was worth the $9 spent on this sandwich. Overall, I spent almost $24 including a tip. The best part of my meal was likely the cheese fries and the chocolate milkshake.

Shake Shack on Lincoln Road is a great spot to grab a casual bite while enjoying the buzz of South Beach. This is the place to enjoy an amazing burger! Shake Shack doesn't disappoint, every one of their restaurants keeps up with the great quality and service. The South Beach space is clean, very neat, but lacks some warmth and fun as one could expect at a place near the beach. Anyway, great burger, great staff.

Awesome burgers, very convenient location on a main shopping street. I like the self service kiosks you can order on. They have both indoor and outdoor seating available. My personal recommendation is the avocado burger with extra lettuce, tomatoes and crispy onions. One of my fav burgers of all time. Price is good considering everything else in this area is on the more expensive side.

You get consistency, one of the best smash burgers around. I don’t like the fries though. If you combine Five guys fries with Shake burgers you could eat the best combo around hands down.

The burgers are so great. But the customer service at this location is the absolute best in any shake shack ever. And I’ve been to many including a few in NYC. Chris (I think he’s one of the managers) is amazing - the absolute best, definitely meant to work with people. He greeted me today like usual and chatted/asked if everything was okay, etc. Very attentive. Erica helped me today. The other day I had an amazing experience as well. Whenever I’m in Miami and catch a movie, this is my go-to spot to grab a bite. During my visit, a young gentleman was walking around delivering food, and his demeanor really stood out — polite, respectful, and genuinely passionate about his work. That kind of service is rare nowadays. He even came over to check if I was done eating and kindly offered to take my tray and trash. Unfortunately, I didn’t catch his name or order number since it wasn’t included in my text notification. But I hope this message reaches him — he truly deserves recognition. Employees like him are future leaders. Kudos to the management team as well for cultivating such a great environment!

The food was delicious. I ordered a double cheeseburger and a strawberry milkshake, and the waiter was very nice and professional

I've been patronizing the Shake Shack Restaurant in South Beach since it opened way back June 2010. It is the first Shake Shack location outside of New York City where it originated. They are known for their fresh, high quality ingredients and their gourmet takes on fastfood classics like burgers, hotdogs, fries and frozen custard. Delicious food, self service, and reasonably priced. Avocado Bacon Burger, Smoke Shack, Cheese Fries and the Chocolate Salted Caramel Shake were all good! Large indoor dining area and outside patio as well. Street parking and a few steps from the shops and the cinema. Check it out!

We stopped by today and ordered take-out. We got the Single Shake Burger with cheese. It was so delicious, as were the Cheese Fries! Service was friendly and quick. We used their online order process to speed up the transaction. This location has been consistently excellent and popular for years. The ambiance is casual! Parking is beside their building to the right. It costs $3 to park there. I highly recommend this Shake Shack location.

Ordered pickup from postmates here because they had a buy one get one for the black truffle burger. It was a delicious burger that tasted very good. The place is reasonably nice and has a good bathroom. Overall a solid shake shack. The service was good with the burger coming fast and we had no issues there.

Always a great meal. Ordered the chicken sandwich was almost really good. My complaint is that I added cheese and they just slapped it on straight out the Kraft cheese pack. It was out together sloppy too but it turned out pretty good.

Everything was amazing the food was cooked to order the service was great they were friendly and it was clean and organized I loved it.

We usually don't eat fast food but the hubby wanted so we order a delivery. Food was good for fast food, we order a grill cheese sandwich, chicken breast sandwich , a cheeseburger, fries and a vanilla shake. Service was ok , have in mind it was a delivery, ambience is cool when we you eat there is always packed.

Food was basic af & over priced. The area was ok I guess, could do moderate people watching.

Decided to give Shake Shack, Miami, a try just to have variety of food during our trip. Definitely did not disappoint! I like how they have a kiosk to order yourself. Our food was delivered to the table and the employee was kind and courteous. Inside and outside seating, that's a plus. Shake Shack never disappoints!

Stopped by after a convention and it's actually the best shake shack my wife and I have been to recently. Staff was friendly and helpful, place was crowded but atmosphere didn't feel ridiculous because it had a will laid out floor plan. Food was great, we had the Bourbon Bacon Jam burgers and spicy cheese fries , they did a great job on the burgers, which isn't the case at most shake shacks I've been recently.

This Shack in the middle of South Beach is much like any other location. What I liked about this location is that I ordered a lot of food and made a lot of modifications - and everything came out as I ordered it. That doesn't always happen. The other thing I liked about my visit is that the staff was friendly behind the counter and the food was delivered by what seemed to be the manager. He was friendly and chatty as he delivered the food with care. He also had a great NYC accent, too.

When I came in the place was pretty empty. They still made me order from the self check out, Which is fine, but then I get a text "your order is ready, we will bring it right out to you" so I sat there waiting. It was slow. Maybe 2 tables.. after 10 mins waiting, I went up to check what's going on.. and my order is sitting there .. freezing cold .. and they hand it to me and say nothing.. I was too hungry and tired to make a fuss, but the management needs to be aware of how this place is being run. Some of the worse service, and employees not caring in slightest I've ever seen.

This is one of my favorite burger places to go to. Now they have self-service via iPad kiosks to make the transaction faster. They have vegetarian options including vegan shakes. Love the shrimp burger and fries. I've been here a bunch of times, so time to leave a review :) Friendly staff and the team keeps it clean.

Food and service is great. Gabriel delivered our food promptly and efficiently. He was very kind.

Double cheese burger, fried and black and white shake all spot on. Cleanliness of tables and floor not spot on. But I guess you can't expect much on a late Saturday afternoon. The tables are not cleaned between every diner so if the last person left crumbs and such, you own them.

Great simple burgers. Price to food ratio is great. Fast service. It can get quite loud. Bathrooms are dirty.

Can we get together and stop going to this Shake Shack. The service was horrible, they did not want to help at all! Every time I would ask the employee for something they look at with a really bad face! Not sure why they are so unhappy. I tried getting a refill and the lady there just ignored me while I waited there for about 10 minutes. She did not want to help! I needed a huge catering order that was very tough to fill in the time alotted. Chris and Anna, the managers, went above and beyond to make sure I was taken care of. Extremely professional & superstar performances. I'll definitely be coming back, GREAT JOB GUYS!!

I still sitting here after my food was brought out cold. I gave it back and still waiting. Lazy and incompetent. They can't give you hot food because they're sitting on their asses talking and not doing their jobs. Fire all these idiots!

Who makes you have a shake with a paper straw. The worst idea ever. Great shake do not have it with a paper straw

Shake Shack is not a place to get too picky with the menu, BUT: there must be a minimum set of decorum, even for a place like this. 1. Tables so sticky the check got stuck to it. 2. A short list of sides: no relish for their hotdogs (what?) and onions sliced into rings--not diced (impossible to eat when sticking out of two hotdog buns)... plus the strangest tasting pile of ice I've ever come across. Not again, thank you; though I will give it two stars for an acceptable malt.

Horrible customer service the lady at the register rolled her eyes when I asked for my burger to be made vegan. They then gave me a veggie burger with mayonnaise on it. Very unfriendly encounter.

I'm a fan of SS and love ours and the most of the ones I've tried in CA. This one has the same quality food and friendly staff, but I guess FL is missing the avocado bacon shack and there is no mayo available? Sticky point...this location needs to work on clean bathrooms, honestly, they needed attention bad. On another note, why is the ordering line out the door and no self order screens available? I'm not sure if they are only standard on the west coast, but it's easy in, easy out, lines move faster and the person behind the counter only takes orders if needed. Definitely room for improvement. Tip: do not park in the garage of the building, $20 is a rip off to eat here, there's a public lot behind the building for $2/h.

Tasty burger and cheese and bacon fries. My MIA beer was super cold which made it superb. Not sure why but when we ordered the beer - the Brooklyn brewing collab- the cashier didn't tell us that they were out. We didn't know till the waitress brought us our food and told us they were out and gave us our options. I've eaten at this on in Miami Beach and in Chicago both satisfied the burger craving.

Smash style burger patties with a nice crunch to them. Affordable delicious burgers for the area. Recommend getting the double patty.

We ate here recently and this has definitely got to be one of my favorite fast food spots. Definitely more fresh, tasty, and healthier than McDonalds, Burger King, & Wendys. Didn't feel bad after eating here - worth the cheat meal. Although some of the single patty burgers are around 500-600 calories - so it's not even that unhealthy! Will definitely be back.

We came to grab some burgers on a Saturday night, because I know they have one of the best burgers in the city, it was just after the rain, so all the tables inside were busy and we decided to take it to go, the line to order it moved pretty fast, and the wait for the burgers were also not long, the quality of the burgers is really good and the fries with cheese were good too! Will come back for sure to get more burgers!!

I don't really eat "fast food" just because 1. I don't eat meat so never many options and 2. Sometimes fast food places can be a little unclean. However I was pleasantly surprised when I stopped here to eat in a rush. I ordered the mushroom burger and it was delicious! Also the fries hit the spot. The staff was really nice and the place was pretty clean asides from bathrooms. I would come here again, especially as good eats at decent prices are fading away on Lincoln road. Glad I stopped in!

It's always a good idea !!! Shake n shack 'shroom Burger and crinkle cheese fries are my favourite ... OMG! What a duo!!!! Every time I'm next to Lincoln road I stop by for a good strawberry milkshake and my fav. duo!! Can't go wrong. It's always clean, good quality products and excelente service.

Walked into the bathroom after an employee and there was pee all over the toilet seat and in the toilet. There was also no hand soap in the bathroom. Saw him serve food right as I was walking out. Keep this in mind if you want to eat here.

My Savior in a bland land of Burgers! Yes the always Competent and usually friendly Shack of Shakes and Burgers With Krispy Edges peeping out Beyond the Bun and fresh Lettuce tomato onions and Cheese Melting due to the Heat of That Grilled Magical Meat Stack, What more could a true burger Aficionado ask For? Well there is one small thing. Minor yet Major when it comes To final touches. The drinks are always made Before The Burgers so if you order one Of their incredible shakes it will Inevitably be half melted by The time the rest of your order Arrives. So I can't order a shake and I have to ask that my drink Which was the lychee hibiscus Lemonade be made again as I watched it sit melting for 25 minutes. A true disservice To otherwise stellar combo. I absolutely love the cheeseburgers here and the vanilla shakes. The cheeseburger is so flavorful and the cheese is really high quality. I think we can all taste the difference between high quality cheese and low quality and this one definitely is in the high-quality category. The shakes taste like they are made with premium ingredients. I have only ordered the vanilla one and each time it is so creamy and just the right amount of sweetness. It is not nauseatingly sweet like some shakes I have had. Now the only disappointment I have had hair as the fries. Every time. I am so not a fan of the fries I cannot tell you. To me, they are severely lacking flavor. I really don't get it because to me, everything else is amazing. Well, I guess I haven't had that much of the menu.... I order the same cheeseburger and vanilla shake and fries each time. I always tell myself not to order the fries because I don't like them but it is such a tradition to have fries with a cheeseburger that I just cannot stop myself. But unfortunately, every time I am disappointed with the fries. A lot of people I know love the fries so maybe it is just me. This Shake Shack is always very clean and the staff works hard to keep the tables clean for the next guest.

We came to Miami from out of town and absolutely had to try shake shack. It was well worth it. We love burgers and fries, and they really nail it. Seriously some of the best fast-food I've ever had. Tasty food for good prices. Definitely worth a visit if you have no intentions of eating healthy.

Since my last review eight years ago, Shake Shack and I have gotten pretty serious. It's arguably my favorite place for a fast casual burger. This location has expanded over the years and now has a lot more room inside, as well as seating outside. Things can get pretty crazy when it's peak tourist season but I've never had issues finding a place to sit. My favorite burger is undoubtedly the SmokeShack which is a single cheeseburger with bacon, chopped cherry peppers, and Shack sauce. It's the cherry peppers that really make the thing. I've also grown to like their fries. When made right, they're crispy on the outside and soft on the inside. All of the ice cream creations are legit (milkshakes, concretes, etc) but I also appreciate a solid iced tea to wash it all down. They keep the menu interesting and currently have new chick'n bites on the menu, as well as a special Game of Thrones burger and milkshake. They no longer have the key lime pie concrete, but instead, rotate the pie that goes into the concrete (the last time I was there it was a salted honey pie). If you don't like burgers, they have a chicken sandwich, as well as hot dogs and grilled cheese. When ordering in line, food is typically ready within ten minutes. The service isn't over the top, but they are able to handle the crowds and for that, I'm thankful!

My first shake shack experience was about 7 years ago during a summer pop up in my old home town before Miami, Saratoga Springs NY summer horse race track, that's become a seasonal fixture at the track. I had never heard of it before, but looked into it and found out it was born in NYC. Now living in South Beach, I can walk to the location on Lincoln Road from my condo. This joint is known for its fresh burgers and stellar shakes. This is a great stop for a relatively cheap lunch on the go. Reminds me of an In-an-Out burger type of place, but not really?! It's nicer than a cheaper burger joint, I guess is what I'm saying.. No secret menu that I know about yet? But I'm sure that will eventually happen ;) The menu is relatively limited, and in the past month has added hormone free- range chicken nuggets to the menu. They are tasty, but my buddy and I noticed they are small and the breading falls off pretty easily when trying to dip them, which really annoys me! Lol There is a Shack Burger, a cheeseburger basically. A Smoke Shack, cheeseburger with bacon and shacksauce and spicy pepper relish. (My personal favorite) They offer a chicken sandwich and Vienna Beef hot dogs too. I always grab a Chicago dog too. Fries are crinkle cut and great. Try them with cheese, cheese and bacon, or with shack sauce. Quality burgers and fries and shakes for a quick lunch, not for the calorie Conscious! To me, this is some of the best hangover food you can stuff down your gullet after a night out in South Beach! ;)

I ordered from this location on UberEats for lunch and it was delicious. I got a avocado bacon chicken sandwich and a shroom burger to split with my mom. We also had an order of fries and the black and white shake. Definitely great portions to share the calorie intake. We both enjoyed our lunch and it was very filling. I would recommend this restaurant to anyone.

I have a clearly listed gluten allergy. I ordered spicy fries. They could have sent fries without the spice that likely contains gluten. It's like sending peanuts to someone with a peanut allergy!!! "But we labeled it!!" ‍. So they sent me food I can't eat. Cool. Thanks.

Shake Shack is not your typical fast-food chain. Their burgers are made to order and the crinkle cut fries are so addictive. This South Beach location is pretty busy all day long. I've been here 3 times and there's always a line but it moves pretty quickly. I also like sitting at the outdoor picnic tables if the weather is nice. My favorite is the single Smoke Shack burger topped with Applewood bacon, chopped cherry pepper, Shack Sauce, and American cheese. The bacon is always crispy and the patty is surprisingly not dry considering all their burgers are well done. As I already mentioned, the crinkle fries are a must, especially with bacon and cheese. Burgers are less than $10 even for doubles. Fries start at $3 and it's enough to share for 2. They also offer chicken sandwiches, hot dogs, shakes, floats and cones. I like coming to this location but the only problem is the parking. It's South Beach so you have to pay whether you parked in the lot or on the street.

3.5 stars. It's good, but nothing special. I am not a fan of the fries because I don't really like crinkle fries. Also they don't give you much ketchup for them. The burgers are always fresh and tasty but not something I'd go out of my way for. Better than a standard fast food burger for sure. I think it's along the same lines of 5 Guys burgers. It's nice they serve beer too.

$6.00 for burger and $6.50 for a cheeseburger. $5.79 for a shake and $4.39 for cheese fries. Didn't see any reviews with prices so i thought I'd put one up for people.

Shake Shack is always fresh. You can never go wrong eating here. Great staff. Great service. Good food. Clean spot. Stop by.

I mean... come on.... who can give Shake Shack below the full 5 stars?!?! Are you insane? Have you gone mad??? This place is made delish and perfect comfort food/ hangover food/ quick yums, all of the above !! Just off Lincoln it is the most convenient spot to duck into for a burger, fries and yes perhaps even a Shake. As much as I love my McDonalds, it isn't quite the destination as Shake Shack ;o)

Shake Shacks are popular with good reason. The food is always delicious. This location is in the Lincoln Mall area and is a nice addition to the many other restaurants in the area. Outside seating is available. Although the restaurant is spacious, we opted to dine outside. Our food came out in a timely manor and there wasn't a long line like we typically see at other locations. Solid choice.

Strong recommended place to go in Key West, fresh and delicious, a little pricey but worth it. Love it.

Shake shack never disappoints! This is one of my favorite burger go-to spots for fast service and fresh delicious food! I always get they're shack cheese burger (Lettuce Wrapped) with pickles and krinkle cut fries with cheese on the side. The cheese for the fries always comes perfectly hot and it's great quality melted cheese. I love the fact, you can order alcohol (beer & wine) dining in. They are affordable , fast and excellent quality delicious food.

It was hot. I'm not sure if it's because it's Miami and it was humid outside... But the place felt like the A/C was not working properly and it was hot inside... So minus 1 star for being that cheap that you couldn't fix your A/C... Or being that cheap that you couldn't drop the temperature. Eh As for the food... It was decent. Was it mind blowingly good? No. The burger was juicy but if you are going to charge almost $10 bucks for a double burger... Can you make it bigger then a McDonald's cheeseburger? Please? And yes the burger was juicy but omg... The amount of grease left in my wrapper was a little disgusting. 2.5/5... Very middle of the road for me. The fries on the other hand was great! They were hot in the middle... Crispy on the outside and perfectly yummy! 5/5 but then again if you can't drop frozen fries in a basket and drop that into the fryer... ummmm you got issues. Lol And don't forget that parking is at a premium here...I was an idiot and parked in the parking garage and it was $20. So as that onto my bill... And for my bf and I... It was $30 at shake shack for 2 burgers...1 fry... And 2 drinks. Now add on the parking fee... And it ended up being $25 per person to eat at shake shack. So totally not worth it. I will not be returning... Too expensive for what I got there.

CAUTION: YOU MIGHT THROW UP...... I ate so much I literally want to throw up from how full I am. I came with my best friend and we've had their Shack Burger but this time we said "screw it let's get the double" WITH fries&cheese and a vanilla milkshake. Their burger is cheesy, messy with a melt in your mouth bun and they add their secret sauce which makes it so much more flavorful. Crunchy wrinkle fries with secret cheese sauce and the shake was the perfect consistency so you can drink with a straw or eat with a spoon. This Shake Shack is hidden in a corner off of Lincoln Road but when you find it.... OH MY GOD. YUM! They'll always have a line because of course 1. It's the beach 2. It's Shake Shack but it moves quickly and food won't take more than 5 mins to get. The outside tables are different now they're more like benches which I guess is ok because more people can fit rather than tables but I would of preferred the tables. The inside has plenty of tables where you can sit too and it's always clean and everyone is friendly. One of my go to's for burgers in the area

I've been to Shake Shack in New York, so when I found out that there was branch here in Lincoln Road, I had to drop by and grab food. It is located right across the Nike store. The restaurant is pretty spacious, with seating inside and outside. However, it does get pretty packed, so it is a little hard to find seating. I recommend sitting outside when the weather permits cause it gets loud inside. The line gets long too, but it moves fast. They have two restrooms inside and it's clean. The food was great! The burger was perfectly cooked and juicy. I ordered the Shack Burger (cheeseburger, tomato, lettuce, and shack sauce) and the fries. I was afraid the fries wouldn't be good cause it's crinkle cut, but when I got my order, it was nice and crispy! I would definitely come here again if I'm around the area.
