Shake Shack Staten Island Mall - New Springville

I don’t go to the mall often, but when I do I always crave Shake Shack. The food court options don’t do it for me. The burger was flavorful and crisp, the fries were delicious as always. We got the double shack burger and fries with the tropical kiwi lemonade. The seating area is pretty large and happened to be fairly empty, but it does fill up quick during the weekends depending on the time and it’s far too cold currently to sit outside. Overall, Shake Shack continues to provide a satisfying meal.

I know it was 40 Minutes before closing and everyone was very anxious to leave, but serving up 3 burgers that were completely raw to a family with an 8 year old is unacceptable.

The fries and shakes here are always consistent and great. They're always fresh, crispy and tasty. Food is great. It's very clean and now there are little kiosks by the counter where you can place your order if it's busy. The staff are welcoming and the atmosphere is comfortable and casual. For those who are concerned about price, they usually have BOGO deals on UberEats or the Shake Shack app if you check. Highly recommend.

I came here a few days ago and ordered with my daughter and the employee behind the counter would not stop starting at her,she is 14 year old, i caught him looking her up and down, more than once mind you, i had to move her out of his sight while we waited for food. To me he looked indian and at least 30 years old. Disgusting especially because so many kids like to hang out here and come here after school. Never letting them come here again, be careful if you let your kids hang out here. I asked my daughters friends if they ever had any problems and one said that one of the middle aged 40 year old man cashiers made a comment on her outfit that made her uncomfortable. These girls are 13-15 years old. Completly unexeptable and disgusting be careful!!!

The cashier, Hoi, made my shake shack experience extremely pleasant. His professionalism and customer care was excellent. I wish everyone can work like him. He was efficient, friendly and helpful. The food is delicious, which makes sense because the entire store is always so clean, so the kitchen must be very fresh and tidy.

I love that fact that when you get off the ferry ⛴ at the outlet on Staten Island they have the Shake Shack. It was busy on Saturday but the service was still great! First let me start with the burger Wow can you say awesome 👏🏾 you can tell you are eating real meat not not that fake stuff. The fries 🍟 are so hot and crispy. The ice cream is like the cherry 🍒 on top of the meal! We got the mint chocolate chip and boy was it good. To my surprise it didn’t irritate my stomach which was great news. They even gave out free samples of ice cream. This is a great stop to make between shopping‼️🛍

Food was good, although slightly expensive. The fried chicken burger was ok, I still think the other competitors are better as although it was crunchy, the chicken isn't as well seasoned and the sauce isn't as good. That being said, their frozen custard/milk shakes are good.
