Shake Shack Willis Tower

This was my first time at a Shake Shack, I was surprised right away when ordering from the remote kiosk. The robot already includes a 10% tip when you finish your order. That’s right the robot is asking for a tip, I mean COME ON NOW. What has happened to dining out, that robots are asking for tips before the food is even made. Needless to say, they are already out to a terrible start. However the food, which cost an exorbitant amount for just a burger and shake, tasted like a lesser Five Guys. It was okay but nothing special. This small burger and shake cost me about $20. Not worth it at all.

Not my first time to Shake Shack, but this time is the first time I wanted to leave a review. My burger was crazy good! It was called something Stacker, and it had a battered fried mushroom that was filled with molten cheese on top of the cheeseburger. Eat this burger immediately!

I expected more from the food. The chicken sandwich was lacking; the burger was decent. The cheese fries were delicious. Shakes were mediocre. Restaurant was clean, staff was friendly and had a good vibe.

Milkshakes are terribly sweet. The food is good, and the service was very fast. Prices are a bit high for the fast food place.

First time at this location. Just stopped in for something to snack on. I ordered the regular fries and the bacon cheese fries. Both were okay, but nothing fancy or "wow" about them. It was pretty busy, to be expected in this area, but since I didn't order much, my other came out quick. Might go back to try the other items.

Shake Shack was a great place to eat, and the cheeseburger was fresh and hot, and filling. The crinkle-cut fries were no different, either. Not only was this time great, but Shake Shack is consistent making fresh food, as the last time I went there it was 2 years ago at the Fort Lauderdale Airport and it was equally fresh. It’s also in a good convenient spot, as it’s super close to other activities in Willis Tower.

Went for the 50th anniversary of the Willis tower. Enjoyed a delicious cheeseburger. The bread is always soft. The meat is always juicy and the customer service was great. Ricky was super awesome

A Korean burger fusion joint. Taste ok only. More Americanized than Korean. Burgers Ava fries were good, not overly dry. Very busy spot though being in the Willis Tower facility. Quicker to order online than to line up to order at the cashier. I would get something else next time though.
