"There are now Shake Shacks all over Chicago. And one popped up in Wrigleyville before you even had time to grieve the loss of the Taco Bell that was torn down. Let this place console you with tasty burgers, and a specialty concrete." - sam faye, adrian kane

"Yes, Shake Shack is a chain, but at the end of the day, Shake Shack is reliably good. And there’s also a location conveniently located in the Willis Tower. So if being 1,353 feet in the sky leads to jelly legs and/or vertigo, regain your composure with a burger (or chicken sandwich, or hot dog, or crinkle cut fries, or milkshake)." - john ringor

Shake shack food is always good, but if I’m ordering an over priced burger I’d at least like decent service. The servers here always seem completely unenthused, and last time I ordered I found a hair on my food after getting home with it. Doubt I’ll return to this location.

Pretty pricey and I got 3/4 of a burger. And I received a peppermint shake instead of the chocolate one I ordered. Things happen but that burger should have never reached a customer.

I got the Avocado Bacon Chicken lettuce wrap. Now I know next time not to get anything avocado from here….

I am very upset. My order was for my four children and simply never arrived. I was working, contacted the store multiple times while on the clock, and three hours later had to order from somewhere else. I was assured a full refund for my order which was never issued. I have left voicemails, spoken to the manager multiple times, and the user experience has been archaic, awful, unhelpful. I am so disappointed and upset.

Good quick snack! Great burger at a good price, the crinkle fries were really tasty and crispy. We shared the sugar plum fairy shake that was a limited time only and I gotta say I hope that I can stop by and grab another before they runout!

Went before the ball game yesterday. Was hoping to get my dad a vegetarian burger. Was able to order it and they came back and told us after purchase that it was not available. Service was horrendous, staff was unhelpful, and the food came cold. I’m not just talking fries. Both sandwiches came cold as well. Trash was overflowing from the waste bin and they weren’t even busy. Hopefully management is able to straighten it out. Worst meal I have had in years. Not a vegan friendly place for my vegan friends out there.

For a shake shack near a MLB stadium it tends to move fast and you don't wait long for your food. Comparing it to other shake shacks it is a little more pricy due to the stadium next to it. The food is just as great as any other shake shack and you either have to go grab your food when your dinning in or they bring it to you. It just depends on how lazy or how hard the staff is working for that day.

So excited to have a location closer outside of downtown! The burgers are great but I especially love the cheese stuffed portabello mushroom patty option. Also, at the Chicago locations they have concrete collaboration flavors with Bang Bang Pie that are phenomenal! This location is usually really busy on the weekends but the staff is fast, friendly and efficient.
