SHAKER Cuisine & Mixologie Ste-Foy

We had a reservation, there was no wait for someone to greet us at the front desk and no wait for our table 5 ⭐️. Our waiter Marco came right away to greet us and even though the place was busy, he was very attentive and informative. We told him that we had to be out at a certain time and he made that happen. 5 ⭐️ . The food was fresh and hot, and excellent. Portions were generous.5 ⭐️

Always a wonderful time at Shaker. We go in Trois-Rivières and decided to visit this location while on vacation in Quebec city. Even canceled reservations elsewhere to go here instead. The cocktails are always amazing (I had their version of a classic bloody mary this time and it was perfectly spicy/tasty/spiked). The food is tasty and typically worth the price. Useful to ask about drink specials, too. If you're sharing a tartar duo, get the larger 4oz portion instesd of 2oz! We recommend the rosted brie as an appetizer 👌

I like it! I went there to hang out with friends and I ordered fish and chips and mixology peach & love non-alcohol. I like the fries in fish and chips. The size of the each fries is smaller than the regular size and savory. The drinks is also good. It makes me want to try another menu. The staff is attentive and regularly will be near you if you need anything. Great place to chat with friends.

Wings were a bit small, 5 dumplings for 15 bucks seemed a bit steep for what it is but at least there was some greens with it. Food was still good though. My wife had the virgin Cesar and it was a little bland, but the service was good.

This is definitely an experience. The food is small portiened for the price. The drinks were very pretty

Friendly staff and good ambiance (music is a bit loud). Food is delicious, I got the vegetarian burger with fries ( by the way their french fries are really yummy 😋). It is a nice place to go with a group of friends. Next I would love to try their cocktails .

So disappointed. Our first visits were great with awesome servers. Went with a group of colleagues and experienced the worst server and service ever. He was rude, impatient and inattentive. He didn't take the time to fully listen to and take note of our orders. Was nowhere to be seen and always frowned when we motioned him over. We spent a hefty amount (more than 500) and all of us will definitely not be back.

Food tasty but quality low, hair in something, server didn't know menu, suspect I paid for more expensive of two steak choices, music tv videos 20 years out of date. Would not go back.

Food was not bad. I got the tuna poke bowl. They give you ample portions. Out of the restaurants I went to was not the best but nice to get a pub style meal at. It's located in the strip of old Quebec. Service was normal. We had to keep asking for water because it was so hot.

July 24, 2022 Went to SHAKER tonight. I've been in the city on vacation with my parents, since they had never seen Quebec before and I thought they'd love the city. We split up for dinner, since they were tired, and I wanted to explore. Unfortunately, I found my way into SHAKER, thinking that a burger & fries would make a decent dinner. Once I was seated, I waited a _very_ long time for service and when my server, Rebeka, arrived, she was useless. She took my drink order and then disappeared. I waited almost 15 minutes before I gave up and caught the attention of the manager, who was passing by my table. He ended up taking my order and getting my drink. For the record, I ordered a BOSS Burger and an order of onion rings. The burger was overcooked, small, and completely underwhelming. So much so that I would never, ever patronize the restaurant again. It was that bad. With taxes, the bill came to $26.07 (canadian) ($20.07 USD). In the states, I would have paid, probably, $12.95 to $15.95 for the same thing. Either way, IT WAS NOT WORTH IT and I encourage people to avoid this restaurant like the plague. Worse... When I complained to the manager and told him, to his face, that the food and the service wasn't worth what they were charging, and that I was completely underwhelmed, he disregarded me and walked off. He needs to be fired.

Absolutely one of the best times I could have at a restaurant, and the service was impeccable. The kitchen might be a little slow, but with a big group, I say they did all right. We had Max as our server and there are no complaints on how she handled the 60 of us and our orders. I hope the rest of the group tipped her accordingly since she work very hard to please all of us and the other patrons in the restaurant. The food was extremely reasonable and a good portion in every dish. We couldn't even finish our ribs and fries. The bar staff, I'm not sure if they lost my drink a couple of times but again Max had it corrected immediately. To the clean up staff, you are amazing too actually one lady in particular was amazing. I apologize for our crazy crowd and it was amazing to see you navigate though our dancers that took over what ever floor was available. I highly recommend visiting " Shakers mixology " too anyone going to Quebec City and now our group now has smaller dance group with your name call "The Shakers" Bravo, once again, and Merci beaucoup!!! Ps If you are a large crowd please call ahead for them to prepare. Although they accommodate us going over the 50 people and did an amazing job. It's definitely not easy to do it on the fly and too the manager that accommodate it us!! A Huge thank you!!!!

Not very good value. Expensive for what you pay for. Food is okay. I ordered skip the dishes from here. I spent $50 and it was hardly enough for 2 people. We ordered the fish burger with fries and a salad. Plus the dual tartare with rice and veggies. Packaged nicely, the food was kept cold with mini homemade ice packs for the tartare and the fries and burger were still hot. The fries were crispy and quite tasty. Probably the only thing satisfying about our meal. The fish burger was completly missing the salad on arrival. The tartare was a small portion but it seemed pretty fresh as there was plenty of fresh avocados in the dish. It claims to be a tartare but theres nothing really to dip it in. It's more served like a poke bowl. The flavours didnt go well together and it tasted weird all together. It should of came with some peices of something to eat the tartare with. Overall, for delivery. It was fast and packaged nicely. Food was decently fresh but the flavours and dishes just were off or missing something to complete the meal. It wasnt awful, and it wasnt great. It was okay at best. But for $50 it was definetly not worth the money. Pretty sure its not really worth coming back for either...

Positives: Good cocktails, lots of selection and fair prices. Fun ambiance (but very loud, lots of large groups and mostly university students) Negatives: Very slow service. Took 20 mins before someone even acknowledged us. Food was sub-par. I had ribs and fries, ribs seemed reheated. My sister had the Tataki meal which was not fresh at all, my other sister had the chicken burger and the chicken was so dry and mostly just the fried breaded part. We had wanted to order a bottle of wine with our meal but from the time that we finished our first drinks, nobody ever came by our table and our waitress was nowhere to be seen. We even asked the guy who dropped off our food if we could order and he said it wasn't with him but he'd notify a waitress. We watched him notify another waitress and she never bothered to come see us. When our waitress finally reappeared our meals were finished. She asked us how everything was and we told her - she did apologize and bring us tequila shots. Definitely won't be returning to this restaurant.

Stopped for a quick bite and enjoyed my blue drink and shrimp/avocado dish. Staff was very friendly and the atmosphere is trendy yet I didn't feel out of place as an older adult. We're staying nearby so I bet we'll be back before we leave.

Very trendy restaurant in Sherbrooke, but doesn't have any vegan options... (Not even 1...). They had one veggie burger (vegetarian) so I had to ask the chef to remove the cheese and mayo and my burger ended up looking a bit sad. Even the waitress felt sorry for me . Nevertheless, the drinks were very good and they have a good selection of wines. Great ambiance and it is a very beautiful place.

The nachos are amazing. The collection of cocktails are all really good and unique. The bartenders were all very informative and helpful. Interior design pretty dope.
