"Quincy’s Shaking Crab is one of several in the Boston area, including restaurants in Newton, Cambridge, and on Boston Common. Newton was the first to arrive, opening in November 2015. Shaking Crab initially used a bag method to blend spices with the seafood, but it now opts for mixing the ingredients together in a big bowl. The restaurants also offer shrimp, catfish, and calamari po’ boys, plus sides of mac and cheese, fried rice, and french fries." - Dana Hatic

My friends and I really enjoyed eating here! Our server was super lovely and the food was delicious. Also, who ever was on aux was eating up that K-pop playlist 😄!

This was our first seafood boil and this did not disappoint! (We love seafood) we thiight all the seafood was perfectly cooked. Never had an overcooked bite. Noodles were good too! We did the all you can eat on a Saturday for $70. Not bad pricing to us

Quality of food and portions are okay. Have definitely had better seafood boil elsewhere.

Went here over the summer with my husband and oldest kiddo. The vibe was great, great service and good music, and the food amazing!!! So much so we went back for my younger son’s birthday a few weeks ago. The boils are beyond amazing. Some of the crab legs were bigger then our heads lol. If you’re looking for great sea food I highly recommend giving them a try.

Came in late evening and got provided service instantly. It wasn’t too busy, and the manager himself greeted and seated us. We ordered a jumbo platter and it came out fairly quickly. Manager also brought out our drinks and was very friendly when holding a conversation with us. Food was quite good - we ordered hot, which wasn’t that spicy to us, so next time we’ll come back for the more spicy option. Overall loved it! Would recommend.

Ok... so i cook for a living and never in my life had i seen sooo much precooked food. Like nothing that was given to us was fresh. When it's all cooked together? all the flavors are supposed to harmonize there was no harmony. It was trash. STRAIGHT TRASH! WISH I COULD GIVE IT A ZERO.

Went with my husband, heard about this by coworkers. Decided to go to the Quincy location. Not too crowded, a nice quaint place. Service was good. Food was great. Will definitely go back again. My husband loves the crawfish, There was construction across the street, limited street parking. Lots of amazing cocktails!

It was awesome. Me, and my daughter got there before they closed, and we got waited on by theeee best waiter ever Terry. We got free drinks too. The whole catch is what we got. This thing can feed 2-3 people easily. Me, and my daughter didn't even finish it. It's loaded with shrimp, craw-fish, king crab legs, potatoes corn, and we added sausage for $5. The entire meal cost $105, and to me it was definitely worth it.
