Shanghai Dumplings Fusion

Shanghai Soup Dumplings + the Spicy Crispy Chicken were really good. I got the rainbow soup dumplings and definitely think the shanghai dumplings are the only one worth getting Place seemed newly opened, yet was a bit dirty. (I found myself having to wipe off some of the silverware). Could have been an off-day. Food came out really quick and we ate it up! Though… my side of white rice was the driest rice I’ve ever had.

The golden crispy shrimp was anything but crispy. It should be called golden soggy shrimp. As for my coke, when they served it the can was crushed. I never seen any restaurant do that before. Maybe they think it's like orange juice. Freshly squeezed? We also put a order in for soup dumplings. It never came out. Apparently, no soup for you.

Walked in here off the street and it was the best decision I made this weekend. The chicken soup dumplings are SO good and so are the scallion pancakes. The crispy shrimp are fine but they are served skin on which I do not like.

This restaurant was a delightful surprise! The Shanghai dumplings and the sweet and sour pork are absolutely delicious. Staff is very polite and kind. I will definitely come back!

As an Asian American who grew up eating a lot of Chinese food, I often wish UWS had more solid Asian food options. This is a very welcome addition to the neighborhood! I really liked the soup dumplings and the pork chop noodles with scallion oil. The pork chop was fried very nicely. Excited to keep coming back.

For New York, the service was REALLY GOOD ! The woman that was serving was really nice and understandable! I took the fried rice and it was delicious too (the picture is linked down, don't mind the fork ahah) ; I definitely recommend it. Thank you so much !!!

An absolute delight, delicious soup dumplings (the rainbow set is a wonderful idea, and the truffle dumplings outshine the rest). The meal had several sources of acid (vinegar, lemon water, etc) that kept it all from feeling heavy. Truly delicious.

Great food. Great service. Authentic Shanghainese. Ordered Crab Roe Tofu & Soup Dumplings. Would be back again!
