Seattle-Area Boba Shop Review #62
Sharetea is one of those franchises that can really vary in quality between locations. I'm usually hesitant to visit because I find a lot of them to be below average, but decided to give this one a try anyways.
Classic Black Milk Tea, 50% Sugar, Less Ice w/ Boba ($5.80) - As with most Sharetea locations, the milk tea here is exceptionally rich with powdered creamer. It's almost a little too much, with a creamer taste that almost completely overwhelms the tea, not to mention the drink leaving a film on the tongue with each sip. Still, it's smooth rather than being gritty, a sign of everything being well incorporated. Sharetea is quite generous with the toppings, giving a lot of pretty decent boba. They are very consistent in size and shape and have a good chew that bounces back quite readily. It's among the best textures for boba I've found in a US based Sharetea.
Milk Tea Rating: 3/5
Boba Rating: 4/5
I found this Sharetea to be one of the better locations I've been to. There are other boba shops in the area that I'd choose over Sharetea, but it's certainly not a bad visit.
Bathrooms - IIRC one unisex room
