Google
Great bubble tea option in Seattle’s U District and probably one of the better places in town. Really like how easy it is to customize your drink the same way every time with both ice and sweetness. The taro pearl milk tea “less sweet” with “regular ice” is my go to every time. My only complaint is that one time we came right before closing and they ran out of tapioca pearls. What!? Come on. Are they getting a delivery the next morning??

Google
Share tea has great variety and has my current bubble addiction: the milk cap, creama, whatever you wanna call it. It’s tasty. Oh and their customer service is great. The guy who helped us was patient, friendly, and knowledgeable, all marks of great customer service. But please don’t make your employees pay for their replacement T-shirt’s!

Google
Left to right: Hokkaido pearl milk tea (less ice), Okinawa pearl milk tea (no ice) The sweetness of these two drinks weren’t adjustable, which turned out to be a good thing since the black tea they use here was quite bitter. Hokkaido milk tea was alright, the caramel tasted too fake and I think there was still too much ice for a less ice drink. The Okinawa milk tea was supposed to taste like roasted brown sugar, unfortunately I couldn’t really taste it, so that was a disappointment. Service was quick, free Wi-if, ApplePay available.

Google
it was my first time trying Sharetea! the staff was really friendly and most importantly the milk tea was excellent! the lady recommended the honey mill tea for me, and I really enjoyed it!

Google
Never had the "bubble tea" experience until a friend took me. Ive tried a few kinds and am kind of hooked now. This place is super friendly and while the line may seem long they move fast! Buy 10 bubble teas and keep the additional receipts for a free one later!

Google
Hands down my favorite bubble tea shop in Seattle! It's always consistently amazing and I'd recommend getting 50% sweetness, coming from someone who doesn't like overly sweet food!

Jenna

Google
Best bubble tea in Seattle. I usually go for the Okinawa Milk Tea because you can never go wrong with brown sugar.

Google
Order the milk tea to try it out how does it taste, and regret didn't add the tapioca into the drink~ Can't wait to try bobble milk tea in next time~

Yelp
I typically find Sharetea to serve average to below average boba, but sometimes there are locations that surprise me. Hoping to find one of those better Shareteas, I stopped in after lunch to get a drink. Classic Oolong Milk Tea, 50% Sweet, Less Ice w/ Boba ($6.25) - When I received my drink, the cup wasn't sealed properly and some of the drink spilled out when I shook it. I had to bring it back up for them to remake. Starting with the tea - the oolong tastes a bit odd. It only has a slight bit of the roasted taste typical of cheap oolong, and instead mostly tastes too harsh, like perhaps too much non-dairy creamer added. It's not the most pleasant milk tea drinking experience. This is combined with a 50% sugar level that I found to be far too sweet for me, and an ice level that's a more than the typical boba shop for half ice. The boba is even worse than the drink: small, undercooked, and hard. Unpleasant roughness in the center, with barely any bounce. Bleh. Milk Tea Rating: 2.5/5 Boba Rating: 2/5 There are way better boba shops just down the street. This Sharetea is a skip for me. Bathrooms - One unisex room that requires a key from the front counter

Yelp
Ordered online at 5:15pm today. Paid and got the confirmation that my order was received and would be ready between 5:15-5:30. Walked in at 5:35, saw the employees who were supposed to be working were on their cellphones. I asked if our drinks were ready and a young male employee put his cellphone down and said he never got the order. We pulled it up online and showed him. He said he'd check and lo and behold the order did come through but he was too was busy on his phone to even notice an online order came through. He seemed upset and made our drinks. I'd think twice about ordering from this location, hope the staff has a better day in customer service.

Yelp
I really enjoyed this place and their tea. The inside was so clean and cool looking. Not the biggest fan of the close seating in the back area but it wasn't packed so I was able to find space. The good music helped me forget. I ordered the qqfamily milk tea and my date ordered the lemonade. Both amazing. Mine did have a large peice of jelly but I was able to break it apart while stiring. Very filling milk tea due to all the toppings. The workers also seemed very nice. Patient and helpful. I'll be back.

Yelp
Good bubble tea in very clean premises. Prompt and courteous service. I found it a trifle overpriced though.

Yelp
Still come here because the tea is mostly on point. However, hours are inconsistent, and not kept updated online or their ig page.

Yelp
Not sure what's going on with this location but I ordered a wintermelon tea with aiyu jelly and I got a cup mostly filled with ice. I didn't realize it until I was already on my way. Only had a few sips before it was gone :( The second drink, green milk tea with pudding also did not have any sugar. And no I did not request no sugar lol

Yelp
I'm so glad they're back on the ave!! (*´ー`*) Sharetea was one of my go-to spots after class until the old location closed down. Love the new location! It's now located directly on the ave & right across from Safeway. Roommate and I took our cat on a fun adventure and ended up getting boba :') Super nice interior. It's really spacious with tables spread out and their Christmas decorations are so cute! The workers are all so friendly and despite just having their grand opening, the drinks are made very fast. We got the wintermelon creama with boba and the taro milk tea with boba. You even get a special cup that thanks all frontline workers! Will definitely become a regular here :-)

Yelp
Hawaii fruit tea with aiyu jelly(no ice, no sugar) $5.23 Aiyu jelly is my favorite summertime dessert back in Taiwan. I think it's rarely difficult to find it in the US. So you can imagine how surprised I was when I found that Sharetea has so many choices of tea with aiyu jelly. Though I got it with no ice no sugar, it's still pretty sweet. Highly recommend to choose sugar-free. The label put a smile on my face. It says "No Ice, no sugar (healthy)." So creative!

Yelp
My sales team & I decided to do a work call at the Sharetea near University of Washington. I ordered the strawberry ice blended w/ boba. One of the workers recognized both of my colleagues when we walked in which I think it's always nice walking into an establishment & being remembered. I don't recall ever having ice cream w/ my boba drinks before, but it's definitely something that you need to add at any place you go to if you can. It just gives a sweet aftertaste. I've been to other Sharetea locations & this location holds the same quality. Along with doing a work call here, overall it was a great experience. My team & I would definitely come back & do it again.

Yelp
I LOVE Sharetea. You can't go wrong with their drinks. This location was great, too. I went a few months ago for the first time and the worker who made my drink (I'm SO sorry I forgot your name--I literally typed it out on Yelp but it didn't save) did such a thorough job. He told me he puts extra love and care into making his dreams so the proportions and creaminess are just right. He was really friendly and made me feel comfortable. Even after I totally walked in looking for a different bubble tea shop, rudely left, and came back. I highly recommend any and all Sharetea locations, including this one!

Yelp
Do not order on Uber Eats. I ordered two drinks, it sat at "Preparing your order..." for two hours, and when I finally got the drinks 2 and a half hours later, they were completely melted and the boba was nicely congealed into one big ball. Seems pretty likely that it was forgotten about and left until they were sure it would be very sad. Unfortunate, but definitely not the best Sharetea location.

Yelp
Taike tea was closed and I thought that ShareTea would be the next best option. I ordered the Taro milk tea and winter melon fresh milk tea. But the more I drank it ... the more I disliked it. The winter melon was too sweet and I'd say the Kung fu tea here before it made it much better. I even asked the employees there and they said it's not that sweet. The taro milk tea didn't really taste like taro. It actually had a bubble gum taste. The boba was good but not good enough for me to come back.

Yelp
Their drinks are on the sweeter side. I asked for 50% it tasted like 150%. I asked for less ice but it looked like normal ice. I don't think they listen to your requests

Yelp
Not a lot of options but the drinks they do have they do well. There's a lot of boba options in udistrict and this place is one of many that all start to look the same. The decor is nothing special and their drink list is pretty basic. There's not a ton of options but they had a ginger milk tea which i love but can be hard to find so I wanted to try. I think it may be one of the best ginger milk teas I've ever had. The ginger wasn't so strong that it became too pungent but it was definitely a front and center flavor. My boyfriend got the Hawaiian fruit tea which had some fruit pieces in it and a nice fruity (albeit somewhat fake) flavor. His drink was a bit on the sweet side for the 30% he ordered. Their toppings were a little on the pricey side but the drinks themselves were pretty reasonable. If I read the menu correctly they only have one size which I'm not a fan of because I often get smalls.

Yelp
I don't know what changed when they moved locations, but this sharetea is absolute dog crap now. Been to the new location a couple times, and the boba is always mushy and tasteless. What pushed me over the edge was the last time I went, I ordered a thai tea ice blended and oreo ice blended (two of their sweetest flavors!), and they were so watered down. The thai tea tasted completely like water, and my friend said his was super watery, but at least had a bunch of oreos. Used to be a consistent customer. I don't plan on coming back anymore since there's so many other good boba places on the ave. Please don't waste your money here.

Yelp
Ridiculous that gift cards bought at other sharetea locations aren't valid here. Annoying & stupid reasoning

Yelp
Boba taste great! I recommend black pearl milk tea 0% sugar with red beans!! You're welcome.

Yelp
Really good customer service here! Also the interior is really cute. I was excited that a sharetea opened up in this area and they did not disappoint. Got a Mango Passionfruit green tea and it was really good! Will be coming here again :)

Yelp
Finally a Sharetea at UW! I've been missing one since the old one disappeared but there's finally another one. The interior is super modern looking and looks like a good place for social gatherings and meetups with friends once quarantine lifts. I got a taro milk tea with boba and the boba was rlly good ^^

D K.

Yelp
I am a big Sharetea fan. Highly recommend this location - fast service and an abundant tea selection! Ice and sugar level is adjustable. You may also sub a fruit in any drink (not allowed in most other stores). Their fruit based teas are perfect without added sugar. They have rewards system as well (11th drink is free) :-)

Yelp
i don't know what it is about this location, but they're doing something wrong. every single time i've gone, it's been disappointing and such a let down. the most recent time i visited, my girlfriend ordered mango green tea with pearls. pearls were the worst pearls i've had in a very long time. all the pearls stuck together in a coagulated clump and they were so mushy, and basically disintegrated in the mouth. they lost any bounce, and were so mushy it was crazy. i do not recommend anyone that cares about boba to come to this specific sharetea.

Lahn D.

Yelp
I come here maybe once a week, and Jerome and Martin is excellent and very friendly. They were able to help me get my points after I had already paid for all my drink. This is a great location w great staff, friendly, fast and efficient, highly recommended!

Kristin S.

Yelp
Friendly staff, but my drink tasted awful. Had Cocoa Lover, which is what i always get from Sharetea. The taste of tab water was so strong I couldn't drink it...

Haylie E.

Yelp
the customer service here is one of the worst i've ever seen. Genuinely confused on how some of these kids got employed. I love Sharetea, but will not be returning to this location.

Yelp
I was really happy to hear that Sharetea finally reopened in the UW area, and this one definitely did not disappoint! The interior is simple, spacious, and clean with a nice aesthetic. As of right now, there are some Christmas decorations so it has a very festive vibe which I enjoyed. Upon entering, I noticed how welcoming the employees were, and they were patient and helpful throughout the entire time. They also seemed to be responsible about how they handled COVID, providing hand sanitizer at the register, keeping the space clean, closing off their bathrooms/seating because of the current lock down, having a glass shield, and wearing masks the entire time. So far, I have ordered the Okinawa Pearl Milk Tea, Mango Green Milk Tea, Thai Pearl Milk Tea, and Peach Green Tea with Aiyu Jelly, and I really enjoyed all of them. I'm looking forward to being able to hang out here more often in the future when things open back up!

Nohelani A.

Yelp
The employees are very nice and always greet when customers enter and leave :) place is clean, drinks are made fast, and if they mess up on a drink they would always remake it :) Definitely coming back here again :)

Emma V.

Yelp
very welcoming employees, was greeted when I walked in and out! I loved their interior, very clean and decorated I highly recommend and will definitely be coming back here
