Stopped in to try it out and everyone is so nice! The male server (sorry I didn’t get his name) is so friendly and helpful. Thanks for the recs! Got a couple tacos off happy hour menu and they were really good. My cheese taco was massive and the salsas are spicy!

This is some of the best tacos I had in Las Vegas since I’ve been here it’s organic natural and local ingredients. I have the Krispy cheese fiesta taco with tempura salmon. It was so good. It was delicious. Will definitely be back. Super clean location.

The wagyu tacos was sooo good!! Tostadas asada meat great!! The nachos are huge plate Loved the salsas red one My favorite 😋🫶

Sharky’s on Blue Diamond is great. Jesus at the counter is amazing. Great customer service, so friendly. The kitchen crew is just as great. You can really tell they love what they do not only in their positive and welcoming attitudes but by the quality of the food and beverages they serve. Definitely will be coming back. Great atmosphere, even better staff. 10/10

We were on this side of town and wanted to try someplace new. This place had glowing reviews so we decided to try it. We walked in and it's a pretty nice looking restaurant. Very clean. It's counter service, you order and pay for your food up front. I added a tip thinking everything was going to be good. They give you a stanchion with a number and they bring the food to your table when it's ready. While we are waiting for our food, we decided to get our drinks and go to the condiment bar. There was no ice in the soda machine. There were no little plastic cups to put the condiments in. We ordered chips and queso. The queso was absolutely tasteless. There was no salt around so we dumped some Cholula sauce in it. It made it a little better. We waited quite a while for the food to arrive and when it did, two of three orders were not right. My wife ordered the carne asada nachos which never arrived, instead, they brought another order of chips and queso. Now we have two of the same thing on the table. My daughter ordered carne asada fries with no jalapenos. It came with jalapenos. I tried it and the meat had a weird aftertaste. I ordered the wagyu tostadas and they we're right. They tasted good too. I don't know what's going on with this place, it seems like there wasn't a manager present or a very ineffective manager was there. Either way, the place was not maintained, the food wasn't that good, and it just seems like nobody cared about their jobs. The bill totaled $71 with tip when was definitely not worth it. It was the worst Mexican restaurant we've ever been to.

My friend took me out to a birthday lunch treat. Found this place! Got there place is nice and clean. Ana manager was pleasant and helpful. I wanted salmon and not sure where to start! Ana recommended the salmon bowl. Let me tell you the presentation was immaculate and perfect! Now the taste 👅10+ it was delicious I tried most of the salsas and all of them were good. The avocado 🥑 salsa was so good! My friend got a salmon burrito it look 🔥. Overall experience was perfect! They have alcohol 🍺 too. I saw they have eat fit meal plan! 🤩 I’m 20 mins away but the drive was worth it! I will definitely recommend!

I got the chicken protein bowl and it was fresh and delicious. My husband ordered a burrito and wasn’t the biggest fan. The burrito was pretty small for the price. We also ordered a bean burrito and although it was good, it was also small. Overall, good food, but small portions.

The food is DELICIOUS and the service very nice and fast! Plus the place is beautiful. Portions are also super complete. 10/10

If you order through a delivery, they always get your order wrong. And their management, they don't care. They don't ever call back or show any concern for your complaint. Most notably... They recently changed their entire menu. They no longer have Sharkys killer salsa. They took out the cilantro and onions. They no longer have the original chicken taco. Instead, they have a new "street taco", with a lot less protein for a ridiculous price, on a much smaller tortilla. They no longer offer free chips. You have to pay for them. And what you have to pay for, is a tiny scoop of chips. They no longer have tortilla chicken soup. Because of All these changes and issues... I will never go back. This was my favorite spot until they ruined everything about why I loved it. (Edited to update: Their weak response below is automated. Clearly proving they don't care and didn't read this review. Huge portions. Amazing taste. Great beer on tap. Patio is awesome. Service was exceptional. Only bad thing I can say....too much food lol food coma for sure

If you're just craving some coastal, easy breezy bites than Sharky's is your place. They give off a California vibe in the desert with their fish tacos, burritos & more. I came with a friend on a weeknight to grab dinner & there was plenty of seating available. We ordered a variety of things, my favorite being the steak nachos. The portion was easily enough to share & fully loaded with toppings. I also really like that they have a help yourself salsa bar which included various salsas, limes & garnishes. The full bar was a nice touch too. A quick & easy place to stop for delicious food.

What can I say I haven't had a burrito. This good And such a long time they blow away. Roberto's, Fausto's,,, like a Cali burrito not skimpy at all. I lived down the street from here for 4 yrs and boy was I missing out got the San Diego style carne asada burrito yummers ,, let you know what I try next visit

I ordered for home delivery so I can't speak to ambiance but the food is so good! Everything is fresh and/or organic and made to order. I had the Fiesta shrimp taco plate (non-gmo mexican rice and organic pinto beans for the sides) which was more than enough for one person. I asked for mild but it still had a slight kick. Very flavorful. They also were offering a BOGO deal at this time, so definitely a value as well.

Hats off and huge respect to Jesus! I ordered my favorite salad on the website for a pick up order (Sharky's chicken salad, sub the chicken for tofu). There was an error with the order (mistakes happen). Jesus really impressed me with his customer service skills, he went above and beyond to rectify the issue, and thereby ensured that I would continue returning as a customer :)

Second time dining in, staff is just as friendly! I was super impressed with my power plate and would definitely order it again! The steak was seasoned well and was still tender. The poblano rice was a little dry, but it's brown rice so kind of expected. My husband enjoyed his sharky burrito and steak taco. The chips are good, salt with a hint of lime. We wished they had tacos on the kids menu, because of course our son wanted a real basic taco...steak, lettuce and sour cream. that's it. $4.25 for that taco. If there was a basic taco plate for kids that maybe has 2 tacos and the toppings on the side...a la do it yourself kids tacos that would be ideal for our picky eater! overall he enjoyed the taco and even had some of my steak too.

Went in on Good Friday and this place was super clean. Was greeted by and young lady very pleasant. The fish burritos were amazing one was grilled and one was deep fried. I will be back

Finally, healthy Mexican food. All organic ingredients. Reasonably priced for the quality. The food is wholesome, healthy, and delicious! Food is made to order and is ready quickly. They are vegetarian / vegan friendly as well, several options available. It is definitely better than Chipotle. The restaurant is beautifully decorated and very clean and inviting.They have very nice outside patio. The staff is friendly and welcoming. I was really impressed with the quality of the food and customer service. Who wants to eat healthy organic food and delicious modern Mexican food, please visit this restaurant. You will not be disappointed. Highly recommended! Definitely will be back! They have great new specials : happy hour food and drinks menu, also we have tried their new fajita fiesta de mayo menu and we highly recommend: fajita plate and fajita burrito. First time trying Sharkys.. it was pretty mid , its more of mexican american taste. The carne asada wasnt really flavorful. Pretty dry . My expectations were higher for this place . The ambience was nice and the restaurant and cashier but other than that the food wasnt that good . I wouldnt recommend it tbh . Id rather go to Robertos or chipotle . Also presentation for To-go items isnt presentable .

I honestly love the way this place looks if it all look like the middle part all wood and planting from the ceilings I think I look awesome but besides that. The place is super clean. The people are OK. I mean they don't have the friendly faces but le, the girl at the counter was friendly. The salsa, avocado salsa. I think it was really good bit spicy, but you know different heat standards for different people. Nachos they were good, the tortilla soup. Somebody said that it was way too salty. The street tacos they like the flavor of these that they were very enjoyable. The taquitos they were OK nothing to brag about personally I got the bean and cheese burrito, which is always pretty tasty in my opinion. I will definitely be back for more bean and cheese burritos when time allows

First time here and it was good. The pace is well lit and clean. Fresh salad is always good. We enjoyed our lunch very much.

Sharky's hits the spot every time! Organic, farm fresh ingredients and dishes that are full of flavor! My favorite items are the Nachos Grande and the Fajita Plate. Both of these dishes are big enough to share so make sure to bring friends with you when you stop in to Sharky's!

I have been here a couple of times for burritos on my own, other times with other people as well, each times I have been happy both service and the food I order. The food here is well made for fast food, the place is very clean and the amount of food is very descent though sometimes I notice the burritos size is different if we ordered 2 different ones in one order, I am guessing its depend on if you order meat or seafood, I like consistency. Once we order large nacho here it was too much for two people, never do that again. Service is fast and people working here seems very helpful, a lots of parking easy access and huge place.

The food suck the svs was ok I wanted a hazy ipa beer it was all suds plus it took about 20 min to get witch I had to go back up to the register to ask about it and also it seemed like there was no management around to make sure any issues would be handled so I will not be going back to this place. But it was nicely decorated

Finally! Healthy and tasty brought under the Mexican flavors umbrella! I wish I had one of these restaurants near me in Orange County, California! Great venue too!! Gotta try their Sangria when you come!

I love sharkys! Food was AMAZING (especially the shrimp bruittos) I loved the outside seating area. It's just a cozy vibe. Plus the service was good. I will come back soon

Really delicious, & fresh every visit. I love the salsa bar, and It's cute and cozy inside. The staff is always friendly and helpful as well. I used to live in the valley in southern California several years back, and would go to one of the locations off I think Burbank a bunch. I was excited when they open the Las Vegas location, and that it's so close to my house. It's a local gem now! My boyfriend and I go quite a bit for our fix. Haha And they have some super tasty frozen margaritas. I would love to know what's in them, but we can't seem to get a direct answer for this question. In any case they're delicious! if anyone knows, can you please tell us!

Great food and service. Everyone was so attentive and nice, especially Jesus & Gia. New menu is great update. Really miss the Newport Beach location. Also the dining room is so nice and clean.

First time at Sharky's. This place is incredible from the excellent customer service to the food. I ordered the salmon with cilantro rice and grilled veggies. It was very tasty. I definitely recommend this place. I live in Summerlin but will come back here with my husband

I have been a regular customer there since I moved to Las Vegas in 2021. I always thought their food and service was great. On last Saturday, I ordered Chicken quesadillas and chips to go. When I got home, thinking that the chips were in the large pizza size box they put the quesadillas in, I found out they were missing. No big deal, I'll just tell them when I go back. Today, I stopped in for another to go order. The woman who was the manager there today acted like I was trying to steal free chips and didn't believe what I said. Btw, I have a customer account there. I was very insulted and angry. Instead of apologizing and giving me an order of chips they acted like I was a liar trying to steal a small bag of chips. It's enough to make me feel like I will never return. It's the woman who is a manager there today that I have a problem with. It reflects very poorly on how they treat their customers.

I love Sharky's! I wish we had one in my neighborhood in Skye Canyon. I would go all the time :). The food is excellent and the service is great! Very clean. I wish there was more of them around town.

We stumbled across Sharky's and fell in love! The ambiance and food were amazing, but the service was phenomenal! Jesus was extremely attentive and hospitable. We tried the chips & guacamole, shrimp tempura tacos and fiesta burrito. All of which were great. It was a filling and satisfying meal!

Nooooo you got rid of my favorite thing on the menu-- stacked chicken enchiladas. I tried the burrito, it was good... but no comparison to the enchiladas. My husband always ordered the korean tacos which is also gone off the menu. Such a disappointment. Don't get me wrong, the food is always fresh and delish, just sad that our favs are gone. Service at this location is going downhill fast. It used to be amazing, so I am not sure what's going on???? Maybe it was one of those days.

Food was not good. For $15 you would expect a decent meal. Chicken was dry. Portions were small. This business is ripping off their customers. Never again.

I went to Sharky's yesterday with hubby and ordered the veggie bowl with tofu. Some of the veggies were still raw after waiting for about 20 min. We used to come here often when living closer on blue diamond, but I don't know if we will be coming back.

Sharky's food is fresh and flavorful. I usually get the half salmon plate with veggies, salad, or rice. It's always a win. Their house salsa is also very delicious. I rated it a 4 because I did have an order issue previously when ordering from uber eats, but otherwise the food is tasty.

This place is wonderful food is always fresh customer service is great prices are fair for the area but one thing you can never ever forget is the food is fantastic definitely trying this place you will definitely not be disappointed

Wanna know what? I'll tell you what!. Not usually a review person because who wants to waste time on writing a review. I already spend waaaay too much time texting and typing emails I can't even believe I still have thumbs but here I am making it a real point to put these thumbs to good use both for the level 10 review I'm about to drop and the two thumbs up I gotta give this place... I'm so pumped to write this and I HAVENT EVEN GOT MY FOOD YET!! You see, the thing is. I'm about that life when it comes to customer service. I'll take an acceptably good but not great restaurant ALL DAY LONG over a snooty snob pump & dump that might have great food but leave you feeling like a two bit Teresa doing the walk of shame after not being treated like the absolute king or queen you are! JESUS IS WHERE ITS AT with this spot. That guy will have me coming back like I grew up eating here and haven't had it since I was a teenager. Front row service with a smile. If he ever leaves I might not come back but for now, this is my new favorite spot in the entire valley based on the simplicity of a human being treating another human being like, well... A HUMAN BEING. FIVE STARS.

SHARK!! So happy we dropped by for lunch :) Think savory Mexican dishes that you crave made with healthy, fresh, organic ingredients. Sharky's Mexican cuisine is all that! I ordered a shrimp burrito that I must say is one of the best I have tried in a long time. The ingredients tasted so fresh, delicious, and made with care. Additionally, my husband had a barbecue chicken burrito and my kids enjoyed their cheese quesadilla that came with rice and beans. Furthermore, I must add that this restaurant was immaculate in all areas. Management and staff are doing an excellent job keeping this place very clean. It was a delightful lunch with my family and staff was very friendly. Looking for some appetizing Mexican fare made with fresh and healthy ingredients? Give Sharky's a visit!

The food is solid with fish and shrimp options. I used to go often working by the location ans they off a miltary discount for the vets out there which is always appreciated. The employees were nice and helpful. The ambiance is nothing special but nice seating including outdoor option is nice in a location surrounded by other eateries.

What a great Mexican restaurant! This was mine and my boyfriend's first time here. He's lived around the corner from Sharky's for the past two years and he never noticed that it was here until I bought it up (I found them via a random search on Yelp). There are lots of food options to choose from, ranging from burritos to tacos and even churros. You can dine in or take out from this place. If you choose to dine in, they will give you a number and bring out your food for you. If you choose to take out, it will be a while before your food is ready, since it's all made from scratch. We chose to take out and bring it back home with us, but the wait wasn't very long, maybe 10 minutes at least. I ordered the bean and cheese burrito and shrimp taco, and my boyfriend ordered the Sharky's burrito and Nashville hot fried chicken taco (their newest food addition). We were also given a bag of nachos. The bean and cheese burrito was freaking delicious and the shrimp taco was the BEST taco I've ever had in my life. My boyfriend loved Sharky's so much that he couldn't stop raving how excellent it was, adding that the Nashville hot fried chicken taco was his favorite. Now he wishes that he tried them earlier. If you're vegetarian/vegan, they also have a wide variety of vegan/plant based food options. Will we be back again in the future? YES.

I was about to leave cause they changed the menu and didn't have the same burrito I like but Jesus saved the day and kept me here. He had the kitchen make the burrito I usually get. Great customer service! Jesus for the win!!! Sharky's should give him a raise!

Located off of Blue Diamond in SW Las Vegas. Style: Casual, order then sit down with a number. They will bring your food out and bus your table. Menu Recommendation: Chicken Fried Tacos Pros: Loved the new chicken fried tacos! I didn't try the Korean bbq chicken fried taco because it had some things on it that I don't like, but the hot honey and the Nashville hot chicken fried tacos were delicious! I also had the watermelon margarita. Pretty refreshing and they have the good ice Lol Looks well maintained and if you order delivery I suggest a family meal. Then you have some leftovers for breakfast! You can make chilaquiles or steak and eggs or tacos. Their green salsa is amazing! I love it. Cons: It's getting hot in Las Vegas and they had the AC barely running. I don't know if it was broken, but it was super hot indoors. My boyfriend said the fajita bowl was pretty average, nothing special. I think this place can benefit from better menu advertising. The margaritas and sangria drinks were behind the cashiers and I almost missed them. Plus, gluten free symbols would also be helpful. I know they have gluten free options because it's on their online menu, but not in house. Overall, I would recommend!

Wow, pleasantly surprised. Debating between Tacos and Beer or The Taco Stand but decided to try this place out because it's near our house and again wow. Service was 5 star, food was great and good sized portions. They even have beer and the football game on. I'll be back.

Sharkys is a fast casual mexican restaurant. It's casual inside and the staff is friendly. They have this pineapple lemonade that is delicious and made in house - it's also hard to get lol They also have a salsa bar where you get grab little containers full of different house made salsas which is nice. I got the fiesta burrito with chicken - super good & reasonably priced and generous in portion. I also like that this place has calories mentioned and also has a healthier food option. The only thing is I wish their menu had a bit more stuff to choose from. Otherwise, great restaurant if you eat on the more healthy side and you want a casual place to eat at.

Sharkys is the place your looking for if you want great restaurant quality Mexican food, but do not want the full service of a waiter. Since everything is made fresh to order it will take a few minutes, but they do bring the food to your table. If you wish to eat at home Sharky does have everything to go as well. The food is always fresh and great quality. Keep in mind portions are typically large, especially when compared to a fast food place. I do recommend the Nachos. The nachos are served on a pizza tray so all chips are covered with the ingredients. Last mention is they have a self serve salsa bar you can help your self to, with a variety of different fresh made salsas. I must acknowledge the last few times I have been there the Staff is helpful and friendly. We didn't finish are food, and the girl that was cleaning the tables (also the casheir) asked us if we would like to go boxes. I wouldn't have thought twice if I had to go get my own box, but its the little things that make this place more enjoyable.

Took my family here from out of state (Illinois). We all loved it. Food was so good and the service. The salsa bar is 10/10. Will recommend this place to all my friends and family.

The cashier was very nice but the food didn't have any flavor and it took SO long to be made. I have eaten at Sharky's in Arizona and wanted to love the Sharky's here, but unfortunately I won't be going back.
