Total satisfaction! The hubby and I ordered the crab daddy feast to share and it was a ton of food and absolutely delicious! The restaurant was clean and the atmosphere was enjoyable. I’ll have to say the best part of our experience was our server, Mary!! What awesome customer service!! She was so pleasant and attentive and her smile is contagious. She made us feel so welcome. Thanks for such a lovely experience!!

Stopped at this Dallas Shell Shack on our way home and when I say Mary was the best waitress we have ever had at a restaurant, we MEAN IT!!! She ensured to keep our drinks full, entrees and appetizers came in a timely manner and she made us FEEL like family! The spinach dip was amazing! Will definitely be back soon! So I ordered a ace boil with an extra corn 🌽 which one corn is $1.50 as you can see that it’s only one corn in my bag . I’ve tried to give this place a chance overall living close by. I’ve been there 3time each time my order has been fulfilled wrong. I will not spend any money in this place again.. The whole staff sucks

Everything about this place gave me such a WOW! The atmosphere was amazing, our server Mary gave us the best service we have ever experienced! She was so outgoing, friendly and helped us both through the menu to get just what we wanted! We definitely will be back again and I will 100% recommend this place to anyone! If you ever come here, ask for Mary!!! She will NOT disappoint!!

I am surprised that this place is not packed!! The food is delicious and our server T was amazing! She took great care of us. There is a great variety of food options for either type of seafood lover. And great daily specials. Definitely worth checking out.

I love the improvements this place has had over the last few months. Mary is an awesome server and makes great drinks when she is at the bar. I’ve tried several of the dishes but I think the shrimp remains my favorite. The manager Keaunte has the place spotless with his constant cleaning. Keep up the good work!

The food was a ten out of ten. I had the calamari which was fire and the fried shrimp platter which was perfect. I don't like coleslaw so I got sausage instead and it was perfectly seasoned I recommend getting the kitchen sink ranch for everything. The ambiance was great and I love the vibe hear. I sat at the bar and was served by India and she was amazing and funny. I will come back anytime I'm in the area.

Disappointed! Came here New Year's Eve for lunch. It was essentially empty, that should have been a sign. Having had great experiences at the shell shack on Knox, I was expecting the same. I got the snow crab, kitchen sink boil. The crab came out cold and was not fresh. Further, the crab legs were like miniature legs, there was hardly any meat. For $40 bucks would have expected more, will not return to this location.

First time here...not so busy, good service. I had the gumbo, which seemed like a cup size serving served in a bowl. Another nearby seafood place sells a bigger serving of gumbo with shrimp at that, for about the same price. As far as the cajun butter sauce on shrimp was way too salty. Still unsettling if I would give this place another chance...

What's the best Tuesday night you can spend in Dallas, at Shell Shack for 2 for Tuesday! Be sure to request Nicholas, so attentive, the best service ever! In addition to 2 delicious snow crab claws, there are great drink specials too! Needing a chill night out! You already know where to go!

If you plan to park here, just know parking is valet only! That being said, the service here is so friendly it's almost unbelievable. The valet guys were super patient and made sure that customers knew how long the wait was before parking the cars. And the waitress we had was both very funny and diligent in making sure we had what we needed. The food itself was so yummy! The crab stuffed tater tots were so good, they literally fall apart in your mouth. And that kitchen sink sauce for the boil is addictive! But be aware that any additional things like sausages, potatoes, corn, etc are an extra charge. We also ended up ordering some oysters, which were HUGE. They were really meaty and juicy. If you're someone who prefers smaller oysters that you barely need to chew before you swallow, you might not like these though because they take a bit of chewing to get down. My only real complaint is that it took a hot minute for us to be seated. The wait time was a bit long which is understandable for a popular restaurant. But there were several tables that had been used just waiting to be emptied and cleaned while the line outside got longer and longer.

This is my 2nd at Shell Shack and this time was a lot better. Nick is an excellent server and bartender. He covers a larger area outside the bar as well so he is always busy serving any and all guests. Very personable and kind. I would recommend this seafood cuisine to any looking for good music, great service and nice vibes check out Shell Shack near Deep Ellum.

Kelsey waited on us and was very friendly and helpful. We shared the fried catfish plate with fries and hush puppies. Fish was good and sauces added to the overall flavor.

I didn't even know that there was a crawfish place opened late at night until my friends told me about this place! Our server was really nice. She forgot a few things here and there but she admitted fault and she fixed the problem. That takes true character! Omgsh so I ordered the crab stuffed tater tots because I have never heard of such a thing before! OooOo i liked it! It was different. It was good. The fried pickles were pretty average. The onion rings were pretty good but not as good as those gator tots. We got the kitchen sink flavored crawfish. It was not too shabby for a late night seafood place! I mean you can't really complain.. The only thing I didn't really like was that some of the employees weren't helping their teammates. It kinda seemed like everyone was on their own which kinda made the vibe a bit hostile imo.

The food was very very very salty I ordered the Date night for $142.99 . I told the Manager he just said he really sorry. I was really sorry for me too.

The ONLY reason I'm rating 5 stars at this location is because of our bartender Nyle! We came in on 4th of July & we're told only 2 people were working, it was a full house & service was horribly slow! Nyle was taking care of a full bar as well as tables & still made sure we had everything we needed, given the conditions he was working under he still had a great attitude about everything! I will make sure I ALWAYS be serviced by him at the bar anytime I go to this location!

Drinks were delicious BUT there are a lot of rules Parking Credit card for patio dining Menu challenges. Crab tatertots were pretty darn good! One star for cocktails One star for crab tatertots

Nile was the best server I have had in a long time. We were consistently taken care of and our needs were anticipated before even having to ask. I will definitely be back and asking for him every time!

TAY WAS AMAZING! Try the jolly rancher SHAWT and the kitchen sink sauce was AMAZING! Try the crab tots- tell them Ashlee from LA sent you! The service was amazing! And the vibe was chill and family friendly. We will definitely be back!

My my my...GOODNESS!! What a delicious and enjoyable experience! I definitely recommend this place. I came and dined with my sister on a Saturday around 4pm and beat the evening crowd. We were seated and served promptly. Initially we pulled in the parking lot and literally laughed at the audacity of the suggestion of valet parking for $5. So was I supposed to hop out of my car while they drove and parked my car 20 feet away in the parking lot I just pulled into?! We parked across the street for free. Everything is market price, so breaking the bank is a hit or miss depending on the season. But with the flavor shell shack is dishin', I'm certain it will always be a hit! Speaking of flavor, I highly recommend going with kitchen sink for seasoning. It is basically the works - garlic, lemon, cajun! I l'm usually a girl who likes her spice, but surprisingly I felt the "mild" was spicy enough! Anything spicier probably would have been a bit too much for me. We ordered "Date Night" and our total came out to about $165, which included the purchase of the "shell shack mama" beverage, which my sister says was good. A great place to take an out of town guest! Way better than Cali's Crab Boil in my opinion. If you're on the fence...you won't regret it!

Horrible food. Tasted bad. Fish was not fresh. Crab was over cooked and over spiced. Catfish had a taste. Food is overpriced considering it's sub par. Ambiance was as bad. Went to dinner at 7:30pm and no one was in the restaurant. What a waste of $200!

Good boil options. Large portions so you can easily share with another person. Not a fan of the house salad dressing. Wings are pretty good. And best of all they are open super late. So that's a huge plus. Valet parking is $6. There is no self parking available.

Fantastic service, great food, great drinks. Bar is fantastic and makes you feel at home.

Celebrated my birthday there and had a great time, the food and service was great our waitress was Courtney and she was so sweet and professional and she took care of our table from the beginning to the end, she made me feel very special on my day, she's a very good waitress, we need more workers like her but in passing all the waitress seem to be good. Will definitely visit again soon

We got a reservation on a Sunday evening, there was a bit of wait but nothing more than about 20 minutes. The service was great and attentive. The crab tater tots were a bit disappointing, it was good but not great. I love crab and had higher expectations for this. The alligator tenders were so good! This was a first for me and didn't know what to expect, but I throughly enjoyed it. For my main meal I ordered the snow crab with the kitchen sink sauce and hot in terms of the spicy level. It was pretty good, but I've had better. Overall it was a good experience and I can see myself coming back.

Tae was awesome! We have been a couple of times and weren't impressed by the service but today he made us want to keep coming back! Thank for the Fiji water!

I placed an order on 1/16 at 8:06pm for pickup at 9pm. I live 30 minutes away from the Knox Henderson location, when I arrived the server was unable to locate my order. Once I showed her the confirmation email she continued to search and realized that the order hadn't processed through the system. She called the manager Hugo for assistance. Since I'd already waited a bit AND driven 30 mins, I didn't really care to wait any longer which is the option that Hugo provided. We decided to go casual for our 12 year wedding anniversary and know that Shell Shack has great food so we decided to order in. Well when I asked for a refund(cause I'd paid online), Hugo advised that since it was an online purchase he didn't have the ability to refund in-store and that I'd have to call corporate. I then asked him to throw in some extra food for my trouble, he said "he can't". My question to him was what can you do? My issue with Shell Shack, Trispan or Dallas Hale, is that you didn't give me an option as a customer to be compensated for an issue that I didn't create. My time is valuable and the fact that I have now spent an additional 30 minutes of my life waiting on an order is a problem. You don't give your Managers the autonomy to resolve issues like they should. Hugo was very nice and apologetic but as a consumer, business owner and leader you guys failed. I likely won't be returning here after tonight's events. I don't like my time being wasted nor do I appreciate the lack of ability to make customers whole.

Me and my partner were in the mood for some a seafood boil so we decided to give Shell Shack a shot. We've both visited multiple times over the years but not this location. Despite it being a year since I've had their kitchen sink , it's still just as good. We had the crawfish tails which to me were just okay but my partner enjoyed them very much. As far as appetizers are concerned, this one gives you the most bang for your buck outside of the catfish nuggets (my favorite) I ordered the Bairdi in kitchen sink medium and convinced my partner to order the Bairdi - garlic mild. He typically orders Dungeoness so I was a little nervous he might not like this type of crab. To my relief, he loved it! It was amazing per usual. I've never tried the garlic by itself but the next time we visit , I'll get my seafood tossed in this. The only reason this place gets a 4 is because we had to pay to park and in the Plano location you do not. Our waitress , Nayelli , was absolutely lovely!! She very quick and had a lovely personality! Good luck on your degree love bug! And so was the valet. Very nice.

If I could give this place -5 stars, I would. Absolutely disgusting beyond compare. Terrible service. Terrible crawfish. Terrible ambiance. There's a high pitched beep whenever the food is ready? And it keeps going until someone decides to turn it off? Horrific experience

First and last time visiting this location! On arrival, was told by Valet that it would be a 30 min wait. No problem. Got added to wait list. Wait ending up being only about 20 mins. Upon being seated was told they didn't have any of the cocktails on the menu available except 1. Ordered frozen and on the rocks margaritas. Was then told they don't have ingredients for on the rocks. Ordered 2 frozen. About 5 mins later was informed they no longer have frozen Margaritas. WTH. Ordered food. Order came out incorrect/incomplete. Notified waitress and was informed it would be corrected. After additional food was brought out it was still incorrect but I didn't bother to mention it after all the previous problems. Food (that was brought) was ok and waitress was fine and atmosphere was ok. Maybe just an off night, but I won't be returning for a do over.

Jill was my server, she was great! Very attentive and suggestive. I got 1/2 shrimp, sausage, potatoes, and corn (garlic and Cajun flavor medium) it was tasty! I'll for sure be back. (to see Jill lol)
