Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass

My husband and I came to the resort for another anniversary trip. We absolutely love the hotel and the amenities. Staff here is excellent starting with our check in specialist. She was attentive and personable. She even had chocolates sent to our room. The next morning I went to the gift shop. The staff member, Bertha, was amazing and so kind. After engaging in conversation and learning of our anniversary, she had the most thoughtful gift sent to our room. I am already booked for another stay with my daughter and look forward to another amazing time.

We loved this hotel and all of its staff but the on-site restaurants were VERY disappointing. We loved our room. It was beautifully decorated and everything was new and spotless. The pool was perfect — excellent service and a great layout with lots of chairs and umbrellas. It wasn’t overcrowded and the gradual beach-like entrances were lovely. Out favorite part of our stay was the cultural “echos with ancestors” experience we had at the fire circle and “connecting with horses.” Our little girl loved both and allowed us to better appreciate our stay. All of that being said, we stay at resorts because we have a little girl and like stay on-site. We were unable to do this after our first day because we tried 3 of the 4 resultants available to us and we had incredibly disappointing experiences at all of them. The service was OK but the food was unpalatable. We are not a fussy crowd and it was deeply disappointing to have to leave to get decent food. Because of our daughter’s age we were unable to go to KAI so I’m unable to comment. Sheraton, please improve the dining and we will most definitely be back!

Absolutely one of the best hotel that I ever been to with great service, every step here are either amazing or super well trained! The entire stay was very relaxing and well taken care of! The property is beautiful, has a nice pool with fun slide for the kids, and especially hats off to those ladies who were walking around the pool take to the orders in 95° weather!

This Marriott property I would avoid if you are thinking having Marriott status gives you anything, with gold elite status we get either room upgrade or late checkout based on availability but I can tell both times the person we met at the reception didn’t even bothered to check and simply denied us both. I had to call Marriott loyalty line which asked to check with the manager one more time and guess what it’s was instantly approved, thanks for it but why unnecessarily run around for basic things, we work toward maintaining the Marriott status and expect some service in return.

We were absolutely delighted with our stay at the Sheraton. The hotel is beautiful, and the kindness and professionalism of the entire staff truly made our experience special. I’m sure I may be unintentionally missing someone, because everyone was so attentive, but we would especially like to mention Jacob on the last day of our stay at the buffet restaurant — the food was excellent and his service made it even better. We also want to thank Steven and Micah for their great attention, as well as a young lady who spoke Spanish very well and kindly helped my mother on several occasions. Without a doubt, the reception staff and the valet entrance team were also outstanding — always welcoming, helpful, and warm. The property itself is stunning, and we definitely feel we didn’t have enough time to explore it fully. That said, we are absolutely sure we will be back. Thank you to everyone for making our stay so memorable.

Wonderful, tranquil resort with gorgeous grounds that pay homage to its Native American roots. Almost like a nature preserve with the variety of birds and walking trails in a peaceful setting. All the food was excellent too. Our family can't wait to return someday!

We come here are several times a year. This is our home away from home. There are rooms are impeccably clean. The meals here are the best we've ever had. In any hotel and we travel a lot! The people that work here are kind and consider it at the restaurant in the rooms.At the front desk. The property is beautiful and well maintained.

One of my favorite resorts. The customer service is top notch. Resort is absolutely stunning!! Pool/pools are amazing. The food at Kai is fantastic and the service even better. You must try the turkey croissant sandwich from room service! OMG! The shuttle drivers are the star of the show. Thank you Terry, Julie & Jeff for getting us everywhere safely. We will definitely be back.

This is such a gorgeous place. The walking trails are incredible and the views are impossible to beat. The hotel was designed with respect to tribal traditions and art, be sure to read all the placards, or better yet go on one of the free tours and talk to your guide! On a practical note, this place was great to stay. The rooms each had balconies (or little outdoor areas for first floor), amazing amenities, and were kept very clean. We visited for a conference and were also impressed by the food and service we received there. The hotel restaurants and pool are awesome and worth every stop. Only drawback is the location makes it hard to visit other areas in town, but honestly, we didn't want to leave on our short stay.

THEY HATE TRUCK DRIVERS! I called and asked where their truck parking was. I was told they don't allow truck parking. I asked if they had a shuttle from the truckstop to the casino for truck drivers. They said they do not have a shuttle for truck drivers. They're out in the middle of the desert with wide open spaces yet they don't allow trucks. THEY HATE TRUCK DRIVERS!

Dinner service at Ko'sin and poolside has really gone off the rails this week. Last night at dinner the waiter had difficulty with the fact I ordered a beer while looking at the menu and a glass of wine to come out with my entrée. It seemed he expected me to order one or the other, not both. Our food arrived but no wine and no waiter to ask if everything was OK. He came out some time later, but seemed hurried. The waiter was very slow bringing my coffee after dinner and even slower bringing out cream and sugar (coffee was getting cold by the.) The reasons for his slow response time soon became clear. As we were leaving I stopped at the lobby bar outside Ko'sin for a cocktail. There was our waiter, standing there completely enraptured by the football game on the bar TV. It would seem working at Ko'sin was interrupting his game time. That was last night. Now I'm at the pool and the waiter has been MIA most of the time. Normally a waitress comes by periodically to see if you anything. Last time I was here pool service ran like a German train schedule. Not today. This young man has been kind of out to lunch all afternoon. My wife and I come to the Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass for a 'staycation' every year. We pay thousands for the privilege too. Looks like we may have to change our plans next year and the other times we need to stay at Wild Horse Pass for other events as well.

Excellent stay at the Sheraton. The resort is huge and very well kept. From the four pools to the tennis courts, the place is immaculate. There is so much to do. We came with two toddlers and they went on a morning hike, then to a play area with activities, swam in the pools, went down a large water slide and met the horses, all in the same day. Every staff member from the greeters at the lobby to the hotel cleaners exert a warmth and friendliness beyond expectations. We came on a slow week when temperatures were unseasonably high, so we were extremely fortunate. Would definitely recommend the resort.

The hotel is amazing. The decor and whole theme is American Indian and the atmosphere is very tranquil with calming music and the sound of the water fountain flowing in the background. The room was spacious with a balcony. The rooms were very clean and quiet. I like how updated the rooms were with a modern style. I also enjoyed one of the onsite restaurants and KOLI horse back riding. The bar on the first floor was also convenient for a night cap after dinner. I really enjoyed my stay.

I visited for an accounting industry conference, and the resort's massive conference center handled our large group with ease. But what really stood out? The personalized service from the moment we checked in. At the front desk, Max, one of the managers, greeted me warmly and thanked me for my Bonvoy status. Not only did he upgrade us to a better-located room, but he also included complimentary breakfasts--a much-appreciated perk. What truly elevated our stay was the staff. They don't just smile--they remember your name. Whether it was Carol the restaurant hostess, Frank who served us at breakfast twice, or Max again at the front desk, the team made us feel like welcome guests, not just room numbers. Each morning, we indulged in the Ko'Sin Restaurant's buffet, a highlight of the stay. Thanks to Bonvoy benefits, the full buffet was comped--or we had a $25 credit toward à la carte items. Either way, breakfast was a win. Our king room was spacious, spotless, and filled with gorgeous local artwork. The modern glass shower was especially refreshing after a hot desert day, and daily housekeeping kept everything perfect. The resort features two large pools, plus a tucked-away spa pool that's exclusive to spa guests. My wife raved about her facial, and the spa's serene atmosphere felt miles away from the conference bustle. Despite the business crowd, the resort also attracts plenty of families--drawn to the pools, the walking trails, and the equine center, where guests can learn about horse care. One surreal moment? After exiting I-10, we saw what looked like a dust tornado--but it was actually a herd of wild horses kicking up the desert floor as they passed. Magical. Evenings were made for cocktails at the lobby bar, followed by stargazing and watching the sunset from the outdoor patio. It's hard to beat the stillness and colors of the desert sky. We came for a conference, but we left feeling like we'd been on vacation. If you're looking for luxury, nature, and standout service, Sheraton Grand at Wild Horse Pass delivers all three in style.

This is a beautiful property. I visited for a 3 day conference and was pleasantly surprised at how seamless everything was. Staff was beyond professional, on top of everything, conference rooms were so comfortable and well designed. Flow throughout the conference was perfect too. Breakfast and lunch was so tasty and fresh. Lots of fruit for breakfast and lots of tasty salads for lunches. Desserts were sooo good too. Coffee shop area was nice and comfortable with a variety of seating too. The courtyard areas were fantastic for networking in between sessions. I also loved that the parking was easy and accessible since we weren't staying on property. It made it so easy to arrive and walk right inside without any extra logistics. Highly impressed and I felt very welcome throughout my visit.

Pros: - Peaceful - Pretty desert scenery, feels like an escape - Great if you're looking for an escape from the hustle and bustle of daily life - Staff were friendly - Interesting architecture and I liked how the history of the Pima and Maricopa tribes were showcased throughout the hotel in displays and decor Cons: - Not a lot nearby in walking distance (it's 1.3 miles to walk to the edge of the property)

Logistics. Out in Timbuktu.... AKA about 25-30 min south east of Phoenix. Off of I-10 and south of Hwy 202. Vibe. Calming. Mystical-ish. Relaxing. Educational. This property is amazing. Potables and Comestibles. SUPERB. All the food is a chef's kiss. Have not been disappointed with anything. Raving about the Pot Roast Hash -- tender, savory, oh, so good. See also my review of their Michelin Starred restaurant, Ko'sin. Hospitality. The service is TOPS, especially the breakfast staff from Vegas, and that hostess from Manhattan. These people are gems -- so welcoming and made our visits always memorable. Of note. The educational session on the history of the area was very cool. Of course, the cocktail tasting was excellent. I so appreciated they offered NA option too. However, the parking for guests is a hike.

Great views, great service, and beautiful amenities. My room was cleaned and serviced daily every morning, which I feel has been a struggle at most places since the COVID era. The pool area was well maintained and not crowded. They also have an indoor bar area overlooking the pool with great seating for your pre or after dinner cocktails. The conference facilities were also top notch.

This hotel was nice and clean. However, I caution that anyone who stays here, wears flats as the hotel rooms are so far away from the lobby. The restaurant in this hotel was great as well as service.

What an amazing facility with world class dining. Absolutely amazing and a "must" visit location here in the valley.

It's a beautiful hotel but far from any major retail or restaurants other than the Casino and the couple at the hotel. However, the hours were very limited and the grab and go was more of a gift shop with limited hours and was frequently closed. The casino you needed to take a shuttle which can take 20 minutes to show up. There was also a lot of construction at the pool which was noisy and dirty. Overall the grounds and rooms were nice.

I was pleasantly surprised at this beautiful property! I was in town on a business trip and this is what was booked for me. I felt so blessed. The atmosphere at this hotel is so calming and relaxing. I took time to enjoy the pools. Many choices and lots of seating in the pool area. They are also gorgeous walking trails that I enjoyed just before sunset. I wish I had time to take advantage of the spa and some of the other amenities. Overall, this was an absolutely fantastic experience!

It was raining, it was pouring... the pool was still warm to explore in! what's a nice big property with lushes green golf courses, a variety of pools and hot tubs, water slide, river, hiking trails, spa, bar and evening entertainment. rooms are clean, spacious, beds are comfortable and overall a real nice feel to it. it's secluded from anything else but a short 5-7 min to the outlets and other restaurants and activities.

3rd time here. It's very relaxing. It seems like you're far away but the i10 is just 2 miles away. Lots of nature, bird watching, dragonflies and I named a raccoon that visited "racoony! Hehe! I told my husband this I my kind of glamping! Will be back for sure! The pool was also amazing. For a summer time it wasn't crowded. And the crowd that was there was all friendly and nice.

Many years ago, I stayed at the Wild Horse Pass while traveling for work. I remembered it being a great place, so when I was visiting the area recently, I wanted to return to see if it was as wonderful as I remembered. I think my expectations might have been too high, and I was a little let down. The hotel is on the edge of town-10 minutes from Chandler. It's got a lot of beautiful land around it-so much pretty landscape. The décor is very desert/native-esque, although it feels a little dated. Some updates here and there could make it even better. There's plenty of parking, or they have valet service. Our biggest complaint was that the internet was incredibly slow. We could also hear the conversations of anyone when they'd walk by in the hall. However, speaking of other people, for the most part the resort was quiet. We rarely saw any other people, which made it feel strangely abandoned. It's an odd feeling to see cars in the parking lot, yet barely see any other people. Maybe that's because there aren't a lot of activities that draw people out other than the nearby golf course or equestrian center. We ordered room service one night and it was very quickly delivered and with great care. However, the quality of the food was mediocre at best. I enjoyed a meal at the restaurant onsite and it was not too bad for breakfast. The wing of the hotel where our room was didn't have an elevator, so we had to haul our luggage up a flight of stairs. I'd imagine that there are some ADA accessible rooms in the main part of the hotel, but we didn't experience that. If you don't want to walk up stairs, be sure to request a room on the ground level or inquire about elevator accessibility. Overall, for the price of the resort, I'm not sure I'd say we got a good value. I would have liked to see some more bang for the buck, or a lower price to reflect the experience.

I came here for a work conference, the hotel was stunning both inside and out, the staff were amazing and very welcoming. I didn't get to explore the hotel too much, but the rooms, lobby, conference rooms, and restaurants were all great. We dined at one of their restaurants, I can't remember the name, but it was stunning and the food was delicious. This was my first time trying Brazilian cheese bread, these were amazing! The landscaping was peaceful and beautiful, this made me feel relaxed and calm during my stay. I think that they have a spa that I would have love to try.

If you want to stay away for crowds and the city, this is a great place. I did 2 walks in the early morning - one only the man made river with paddle boats and the interpretive trail. During the summer, small cafe, the pool restaurant and lobby restaurant are open. The pool side meals were great! The fitness room is nice and yoga studio is a nice size as well. Pool slide was enjoyed by my little ones and the 3 pools were plenty to enjoy. Highly recommend this hotel for family and people who enjoy nature.

It's nice enough, the rooms are a bit tired, and the design is funky in that half of the place has to park far away from their room. At what they charge it's hard to justify, but I hear the golf course is nice..?

We love spending our 4th of July here. We love to swim in one of the 3 pools. We love to sit on the patio at Ko'sin's and watch the fireworks. They really take care of us.

We spent 3 nights here for the July 4th holiday this year. What an escape!! Even though it was a heat wave, and 120 degrees outside, our family had a blast at this desert oasis!! The hotel was very clean, smelled great, and staff was eager to help. Shout out to the kind desk girl who gave us a great complimentary upgrade to a room overlooking the pool area. That was awesome!! The pools and surrounding areas were very clean and up to date. There were constantly towels being restocked. The drinks and food were such a great value!! By far one of the best poolside eateries I have been to in a while. Aji Spa was nothing short of amazing. I enjoyed the Illuminating Body Peel and Massage. Needless to say, I can't wait to go back! Thank you Wild Horse Pass for a wonderful stay, and special memory. Our family cannot wait to visit again!!

Loved my stay! This resort has very beautiful common areas and is in a fabulous location. It is on the river and is surrounded by mountains. There is also a great walking path. My room was comfortable... And my views were absolutely stunning! The staff was great, friendly, and efficient. Check in and check out were easy. Housekeeping was wonderful. There was a bartender in the lower level lobby bar who was fantastic. I would definitely stay here again, and would recommend it to anyone!

Property well kept. Cook "didn't show up" one day, so limited lunch menu at pool restaurant. Check-in ladies needed to be more welcoming. Breakfast was great. The breakfast receptionist, Madeline, is friendly and inviting. Jacob, the waiter, was amazing! He is pleasant and personable - thank you. Signature enchiladas breakfast was delicious! Thank you also for the acknowledgment of our Titanium status. However, the next breakfast we had Alex - not personable at all. Star deducted. Rooms clean - thank you, housekeeping. Nice resort - dark, but nice. Location a little lonely but relaxed.

The Hotel room was nice and the overall vibe was peaceful and relaxing. We used the pool and had a great time.

Wild horse is excellent. The hotel is beautiful and the staff are excellent. The room are spacious and provide great views. The pool is big and nice. Bar in the lobby is a fun spot.

We had a spectacular staycation on July 5th at this wonderful property. First we were able to check in about 1/2 hour early and were also able to check out at 2PM the next day without an additional fee. Every employee that we interacted with, from the front desk, to housekeeping to the pool staff and restaurant staff was helpful and happy to answer questions. Our room was modern with Southwestern and Native touches. The bathrooms were spacious with a bathtub and shower and the hotel soaps and conditioner smelled exceptionally good. We spent the evening of July 5th at the pool, which butted up against a beautiful creek and golf course. The pool faces west with a great view of South Mountain. It wasn't too busy, so we were able to find a few pool chairs next to some umbrellas that provided good shade from the setting sun. There were towels aplenty, but be aware that the one slide on property closes at 6PM. We got 1 run in, but returned on Saturday morning to ride it many times. There were basketball hoops set up at all the pools and my daughter and I got to shoot a couple of times. Staff monitored the entry to the pool area, but had no issue with anyone bringing in their own beers or drinks, which I was really happy about. A little before 8PM, the staff set up a projector screen at played Independence Day: Resurgence, which is far worse than the original, but my wife, daughter and I enjoyed the experience of watching a movie from the pool. The July 4th fireworks on the 5th of July were beautiful. They launched them from somewhere West of the pool area, on the golf course. Whoever the technician is who put on the fireworks show deserves a handshake because everyone loved the 20 minute show. It's definitely worth finding out what day 2025's fireworks show will be on, so you can book a stay on the correct day! Saturday morning began with a trip to Ko'sin for breakfast. They offer a full menu, but since I never say no to a buffet, I went with that option. My daughter's buffet was free because she is 5 and kids 5 and under eat free! The buffet was fantastic and while somewhat small, offered plenty of tasty selections. The thick cut bacon was crispy and delicious. The gravy for the biscuits and gravy was also tasty. My wife loved the seasoned breakfast potatoes. The mini chocolate croissant was great and they offered a variety of items like Greek Yogurt, meats and cheeses, sausage, oatmeal, pancakes and fresh fruit. The big bonus was that you could place made to order eggs with your server and the sunny side up eggs I requested were fantastic. We finished our final morning by returning to the pool. We swam and rode the slide for over an hour, but hot damn, Friday was supposedly 118 and Saturday was 111 and we were all worn down from our time in the sun. We did watch a noon Watermelon eating contest and then headed back to our room to cool down and nap before our late 2PM checkout. If we had stayed another night AND if the weather had been less crazy, we would have loved to check out the tennis courts, paddle boats and gym. If you live in the East Valley or South Phoenix, this is a wonderful property and is really family friendly. I have already made plans in my mind to return for 4th of July 2025! *Tip 1* If you have AAA, their rates on the property website are better than on the AAA website *Tip 2* The rooms have a fridge to store your wine and beer! *Tip 3* Did I mention the buffet is fantastic?!?!

No complaints for this one. It's in the middle of the desert. Loved the grounds. So pretty. The walking trail is awesome. Ate at the pool bar and the food was great. Watch out for the birds over there though, they will steal your french fries in a second! The entire hotel had plush carpeting which is great when you are walking around a bunch. And the art! Oh my, the art is fantastic throughout the hotel. The folks at the little store were fabulous and helpful and friendly. The room was comfy and clean and had lots of plugs and USB's. The towels smelled great and the water pressure was fabulous. I'd stay here again.

Truly amazing New Year 2024 vacation at The Sheraton Grand at Wild Pass. We were there for a week and made it the best by doing everything we could on the property. From meeting Jessica at the Bar to finishing the Interpretive Trail...2.5 Miles YES ! PRO's: *All-most- Every employee we met were nice and helpful *Everywhere we went or looked on the property there was cleaning, fixing or picking up by employees; the whole property was clean and we could see it was taken great care of *The big King bed was so nice and we both slept amazingly! Oh and lots of pillows! *We were so happy we could be out of room the first 4 days for the housekeeping to come in. They did so great! Then on the last days I slept late but they still came back and cleaned our room *The shower was so cool with two heads. And the very big deep Tub held both of us CON's: *Food was not available all the time though on the website it said different *We ordered coffee one morning and it was not hot *The toilet paper holder needs to be replaced (at least in room 1023) *A lot of the signs on the trails need to be repaired *The very first person we met was when we drove up to go in to get checked in. He was acting like he was "on something" and was way-to-pushy about wanting to park our car. We were very tired, had to go to the bathroom and just wanted to get to our room so when he asked for our keys while we were inside- I gave them to him. When we came back out (less than 10 minutes later) he had moved our car about 10 feet-- Believe me WE DID NOT APPRECIATE THAT AT ALL...NOT AT ALL!!! I'm sure there is more Pro's & Con's but those stayed with us. We do see is coming back

Beautiful property with a very attentive staff. I thought the resort could probably use an additional food option due to the fact it is a bit on the remote side. Pool area is beautiful and perfect for a long weekend getaway

Where do I begin...... When we (my sister and I) arrived we were completely happy! The resort is beautiful! Smells AMAZING!!!! Rooms were great also. My only complaint would be the hit n miss service. Front desk was very helpful and accommodating. Pool service not so good. Sitting in the pool area by the bar was good. But, if you sat at the far end of the pool away from the bar, forget it. We waited forever for service and never got it until we complained. When we did complain it took another 30 minutes for 4 drinks. And, it was at the bar closing so no guests were there wanting drinks.

Jazz, the bartender, made us feel like we are at a friends house. She was an absolute delight. Her knowledge and depth of her position amazed me. She was truly a shining star in an already amazing resort. The pool is heated and HUGE with a water slide. The resort itself was very clean, friendly staff, and the rooms are very insulated. The room next to us were celebrating but we couldn't hear them at all once we got into the room. The exciting part, we saw Javelinas in the parking lot.

Kathy who works at the front desk, do a better job of not being grouchy & rude, etc. when picking up the phone. You work a customer service job and if you don't like being a people person, then I suggest you find another career path. Thanks!

We had such a great time during our stay here in July that we booked a room for our friends visiting from Michigan who are in their 80s. Why? Well their sister lives in the area so location first of all. Then the way it is tucked away in the beautiful desert scenery where you feel like there is nothing around for miles yet you are right down the street from pretty much everything. They are packed with amenities. I learned from Emily W. who does Yelp's business podcast they are a Marriott chain yet individually owned. That to me explains why our visit was extra special. They go above and beyond in customer service more than any other resort for a staycation we have been to. Another reason we chose this resort for our friends. We enjoyed the scenery, culture, live music, heated pools, food and spa this visit. They didn't want to leave. Beats the Michigan snow amy day. I am glad they enjoyed their visit here as much as we did. Being older they purposely booked them a room centralized to valet parking and where the amenities were so they didn't have to walk. This is a very large property and you can put on the steps walking from one end to the other. We had just as much fun this visit as last and were tickled our friends had such a nice time. We have a pool and live in Arizona so when vacationing we look for something special we can't get at home in service, amenities for us and the kids, location and ambiance. Wild Horse has it. We will for sure be back in July again, but for a longer stay so we have more time to enjoy more of what they have to offer on and around the property.

We had a lovely time on our staycation here. It was our first time coming and we both said we would like to come back. The rooms were updated. The whole hotel had a spa vibe feeling as they played calming Native American music all day in the hotel. It's also far away from freeway and the city so it doesn't even have a hint or feeling that you are really close to Chandler and Tempe. The elite breakfast allowed for the buffet breakfast and you could also order fresh made pancakes and eggs. The premium outlets were nice to go to and very close. The interpretive trail was beautiful and an easy hike. The Ko Sin restaurant was really good. We ate there for dinner one night and it was delicious. The downsides- it was difficult to find the elevators and there weren't many of them. Getting in and out was kind of difficult, it took about 5 times before we got the lay of the land. The hallways echoed a lot and we could hear everyone's conversations outside and through our vent. Not sure if it was the location of our room in particular. Upside we couldn't hear people when they were in their room. Last downside is the shower and bathroom products. This is a Sheraton thing and not necessarily this hotel. But I should have remembered that they use products ( doesn't matter the brand) that have very strong cologne or Irish spring like scents. I cannot use them ever. My skin will break out in psoriasis and I will get a migraine from the smell. If you are like me- bring your own shower products. :) Next time we plan on enjoying a spa day and relaxing more at the pool and doing the paddle boats on the river. The have have a huge pool area that looks really fun for kids.

The hotel was nice. Very disappointed that to get to the gym I had to take a shuttle to a different building on the property and the shuttle only came every 20 minutes - what a hassle. The food was very unhealthy. The only vegetables I could find were lettuce and tomatoes. Not one of their casual restaurants had a vegetable - has no one ever heard of green beans, sweet potatoes, broccoli, asparagus, cauliflower, eggplant, green beans, squash - some suggestions. Really insane that a vegetable was not offered at any of the onsite multiple casual restaurants . With so much regarding Paleo, gluten free, keto, low carb you'd think you could get some vegetables and lean protein to include fish. Never going back.

The four stars is all about the service and kindness from the hotel staff. The housekeeping staff, servers, gift shop staff member, Bertha and front desk employees were so personable and friendly throughout our visit. The decor in the lobby was truly beautiful and captivating. The rooms themselves could use some updating, particularly the TV's and furniture. I agree with other guests that you will have to walk at times (this maybe a lot for some) as this is a big hotel, however I enjoy the exercise and didn't mind at all. FYI--this is kind of in the middle of nowhere. The spa and gym are NOT attached to the hotel, making for a very long walk or a short ride to go there. I did not like that leaving the hotel required a ride, and feel the proximity of the amenities of the resort should have been much closer.

It was our first time here after Hilton dropped the ball on our room. I was very surprised when we pulled up and it felt like a vacation resort and not just a hotel. The long long drive back is very beautiful and makes you feel very secluded. There are tons of walking trails and an equestrian trail you can go on. The pool is beautiful. The grounds are beautiful and very peaceful! The lower bar is a fun place to be! My room was one of the most wheelchair accessible rooms I've ever stayed. We had a great balcony that I could roll right out on without any problem. The shower is truly a roll in and comes with a secure pull-down bench. Don't worry at all about accessibility here!

Great unique property - have been staying here since 2016 - mostly to play golf and enjoy the pool and spa. Sadly - the customer service has deteriorated to the point I won't return again. For a "resort" expect great customer experience - but this staff seems completely over worked, grumpy, short, unfriendly - the bartenders included. The pool service closes at 5 - as does the spa. Room refresh completely overlooked one day Typing this as I'm waiting over one hour for the 30 minute shuttle from the casino. I called the front desk and female stated she would call the driver and then hung up on me Nice place - Staff erodes the experience and value Still waiting....

We stayed sheraton 4night-5days for my doughter's birthday! Everyone is so kind rental bike and spa is excellent! We will definitely back (Just pool bar needs more attentive)

Beautiful perfection! Everything about this Resort is 5 Star from the second you drive up to the Valet. Our Valet Jose gave us outstanding service, not only did he take care of our car and bags, he educated us on the Pima and Maricopa tribes and their culture. The conversation on the tribes was spurred by the most amazing mural that is painted on their lobby ceiling. When Jose took us to our room, we were blown away by the simple beauty of the room the Carrie's you towards the outside of the property. Truly amazing! All of their rooms were updated during Covid and it was done to perfection! The room and bed are not only pretty they also comfortable! That evening we had our evening meal at ko'sin. Again, the staff, exceptional! Our server William, our server was outstanding, and the hound lady (sorry I don't remember her name) we also waited on us, she had the most beautiful long hair, was so attentive and helpful. We struck a conversation with a wonderful couple sitting next to us, a local couple who come regularly. It was a wonderful night. Thank you all for such a lovely evening! We had a wonderful stay!

Just arrived after an incredibly long day. The valet was upset that he had to take my bags for me. Put my luggage in the door, took the tip, pointed to the ice machine. He didn't remember where the closet was to put my garment bag. Ok - cool. It's not that big of a room. I've only dined at Kai a few times and the service was spectacular. The hotel ... meh. Don't expect four star service. Maybe my expectations were too high. Strike 2: I ordered a sirloin burger well done from In Room Dining. I received a raw hamburger. Not rare; the outside way grayish and the inside still stuck together with congealed cold fat raw. Yuck. I feel like I'm in a very cheap hotel. I'm not sure my door locks all the way. I not sure I'm safe here. Update: Breakfast was awesome two days in a row. Bad news tho: Upon returning to my room after leaving the resort for four hours I was able to just push the door to my hotel room without even removing my key from my pocket. Housekeeping has been here so maybe that's how it occurred. Speaking of housekeeping- there is more detritus on my floors than when I left (by the entry) and all of my hair that I have brushed and fell on the floor was still there. They did make the bed; small luxury versus leaving the room open to whomever passes by. It's not at all safe. And I'm here for three more days. I guess I'll reject housekeeping but I'm not happy. Addendum: I've completed my stay. The upside: Housekeeping is very friendly and the woman in guest services in the evenings is the best. The room I had was very quiet. Downside: I don't think my bathroom floor has seen a boom or mop for sometime before I even arrived. I did not hear a vacuum at any point during my stay. The hotel wants to market itself as an upscale destination resort and it certainly has potential. Most of the employees seem unhappy and treat guests like they're an imposition. Definitely the reception desk needs help. To check out, the young woman had her head down, the part of her hair was visible; not her face. I got locked out of my room at 10:40 am although check out is 11:00 am. Therefore I had to haul my luggage and the stuff I bought while visiting and my drink the distance to the front desk. To say I struggled is an understatement. The staff watched me struggling and did not offer a bellman but told me I could leave it unattended in the lobby while I went to get cash for the valet. I was told- "it's not the airport ". I did not ask for credit; I'm a seasoned traveler and I would not recommend this hotel.

They say shuttle every 15 minutes. We have been waiting for 37. If you do not call to let them know you are ready to go back to THEIR HOTEL, then you are stuck at the shopping mall until they feel it is convenient for them to come back and pick you up.

We spent a week here with our teenage daughters over new years. I really enjoyed the attention to incorporating Native American elements in the interior design and landscaping. The pools were amazing and perfectly heated for evening swims in winter. My daughters enjoyed the water slide however it wasn't as extensive as I imagined from the other reviews. Just one slide that's a fun, fast ride into a small pool. I loved seeing the stars at night while I swam and the hotel grounds phase seamlessly into the surrounding desert. The walking trails are lovely but I did often find trash along the way and bins outside the hotel were sometimes spilling over. The rooms were clean with lovely deep bath tubs. No soap provided for the bath tub but was mounted in the shower. I wish the hotel would provide small samples of soaps, shampoos and bath salt from the Aji spa. Food at Ko'sin and the pool was very expensive and passable but not great for the price. There is a small coffee kiosk selling Starbucks brand items and a bar with some pub food options open at 2 pm. Many hotel employees were very kind and welcoming but a few were dismissive and condescending, which unfortunately cast a shadow over the experience as a whole. I had difficulty the first few days adjusting to the dry air combined with heating in the rooms and the front desk was able to supply a humidifier. Overall lovely experience and very family friendly (except for food prices).

At the core, this was a great hotel. It did what it needed to do, comfy bed, clean, easy check in and out. No complaints. But, this place is quiet... ...like eerily quite. Like to the point we are almost positive that it's ran by vampires. It's in the middle of no where, you drive down about a mile road that is just desert with cacti and maybe a coyote or two. There a parking lot full of cars, yet no one in the hotel besides employees. We continued to see the same employees day in and day out, and while they were as always friendly and wanted to make conversation they started to look more and more like vampires as our stay went on. There was a handful of people at the hotel bar and maybe 10 people at the pool, our entire stay. We don't understand where all the cars were coming from, as we never saw a single person in the restaurants. We often would only hear noise at night. And well, we all know the vampires come out at night. There was also a chocolate cake incident, we placed an order for chocolate cake at 9:45 and was told it would take 40 minutes. Odd, because we assumed the cake was baked, and we didn't think there would be that many orders in the queue but at last we waited. It wasn't till 11:30 that our cake mysteriously showed up. This is not a complaint at all, we got the cake and we were plenty happy. However, this is only to provide more evidence that this place is ran by vampires. Overall, great hotel. Would stay again. Just make sure to eat your daily garlic and you'll be fine!

We selected this hotel because the website made it seem like It had a lot to offer and it was in a good location. I will say that while it seems remote, I do like the quiet desert surroundings and its location to the outlet mall. This is a sprawling resort and we did not go to the casino. We didn't dine there except for attempting to order food and drinks at the pool side bar which had at least six staff members but seemed very unorganized and the tables were filthy. We decided to go inside to the bar and had a great experience with Alex - great service very good drinks. Overall the hotel is probably understaffed and I have to give consideration to the management and employees for trying to keep up with so many rooms/entire resort - otherwise I would probably give it three stars. Elevators are not conveniently located but staircases are. The whole hotel could use a bit of a cleaning - just a little dusty . Our room was a neat not spotless, the bathroom was clean and the bed was comfortable. We enjoyed the view from our fourth floor balcony. There is a spa nearby. There are opportunities but I feel for anyone trying to keep a full staff in this environment.

Beautiful resort. It is secluded so if you want a desert oasis getaway come here. The golf course that you pass on the way in is beautiful too. There is great customer service here which was awesome. Michael made me feel welcome from the moment I stepped out of the cab. Incredibly friendly. The rooms are nice and I especially liked the balcony. I didn't get to try the restaurant but heard it is good. I would definitely come back and recommend.

I was lucky to be invited along with my girlfriend to attend a How To Manage a Small Law Firm quarterly meeting at this resort. This property is HUGE and vast. It sits two miles off the main road, and is nicely secluded. The property has onsite: - Separate spa and fitness center - Conference area - A Triple A, 5 Star Diamond Restaurant - Poolside Restaurant - Lobby bar and restaurant - Starbucks - Gift shop - Miles of nature trail (1.5 miles I believe) - Lighted concrete trail (1.2 miles I believe) - Heated elongated pool outside (3 ft deep) - Casino (never saw it) - Golf course - Paddle boats and canoes - Life size chessboard - Room service My only real dislikes were the fact they had no mini bar, no craft draft options I liked and the rooms I expected to be more posh. Oh, and the walk to our room felt like a quarter mile walk. There is also no microwave in the rooms, which is a minor inconvenience. I LOVED the fitness center. It has everything! They even have apples (which I dropped in one morning just to grab). If you're a runner, you have plenty of surface types to run on (the 2 mile road leading to resort is cushier than most roads). There are also bike lanes on the main road plus I highly recommend running down to Rawhide (there's a .4 mile dirt loop if you run around the parking lot, and it's about .58 miles down from the main road). The trails aren't in bad shape at all either. It's mostly flat in this area too, and not tons of traffic. I will say, they have Bobcats onsite and you can smell their territory markings if you walk the trails. We were told they don't mess with the people and are well fed. The smell is overpowering though (think walking into an apartment with cat piss on the carpet). I was also told javelina pigs roam here (hairy pigs). Rattlesnakes are common to the region too but bartender said he's never seen any. The views are amazing and the staff was very friendly. I finished up a run and the valet gave me a cold water. The room service food is so-so, not bad but not great. Check review out of the 5 star dining, as I'm posting that separately along with the other restaurant review. Overall, a great stay. Met or exceeded all expectations!

I stayed two nights and thought the property was very nice. Tucked away and somewhat hidden away which was great. There is the Gila River Casino about a mile away closer to the freeway. Rooms were clean, good restaurant options and reasonably priced. The have a Spa, nice looking Golf Course and great walking trails from what i saw. I'd definitely stay again.
