Al Pastor: The al pastor taco was dry and flavorless. Just a Thought: It seems like the quality of the food can vary. It's worth a visit for the loaded fries and Jamaica water, but be cautious with other menu items.

Absolutely incredible tacos and margaritas in Boulder! If you’re looking for the best tacos in Boulder, this is the spot! The birria tacos and consommé were packed with flavor, the shrimp tacos were fresh and perfectly seasoned, and the birria grilled cheese was an insanely delicious twist on a classic. We also had the elote, which was the perfect balance of smoky, creamy, and cheesy goodness. The margaritas were next level—we tried the hibiscus margarita and the skinny margarita, both of which had amazing flavor and a unique twist. The attention to detail in both the food and drinks really sets this place apart. On top of that, the service was top-notch, making the experience even better. Friendly, fast, and super knowledgeable about the menu. You can tell they take pride in what they do. If you love authentic tacos, creative cocktails, and amazing service in Boulder, do yourself a favor and check this place out. We’ll definitely be back!

I love this place. Started with the excellent service and ambiance. Roberto personally took care of me. I mean personally, friendly obviously loves his job. He is proud of his work and food. Rightfully so, the food is spectacular and very authentic Mexican style food. If you're in Boulder or near to Boulder I highly recommend you stop by and try them out. You won't be disappointed.

The skateboards on the wall and the skating vibe throughout the restaurant are fun and unique, but unfortunately, the rest of our experience fell short. The food lacked flavor, the drinks were weak, and the tortillas were served cold instead of warmed or steamed. Pricing also felt high considering the overall quality. When we arrived, there were only two people working out front, and it was clear they were overwhelmed. There were more dirty tables than clean ones, which made the restaurant feel disorganized. At one point, another staff member, possibly a manager, came in, but they didn’t step in to help guide or support the team. Stronger leadership and direction could have made a big difference. Being across the street from the college is certainly an advantage, but with some improvements, this place could really shine. More attentive staffing, cleaner tables, and better focus on food quality would go a long way in making the experience match the great atmosphere.

This is hands-down the best taco spot in Boulder! The tacos are absolutely delicious—easily the best I’ve had since Santa Fe. It’s a great spot to grab quick, easy, and flavorful tacos without breaking the bank. The staff are friendly and make the experience even better. Highly recommend!

Overall rating is due to prices changing. Food - The birria tacos were delicious and the consume was outstanding. We also ordered the pupusa’s and even though they were in the menu selection they didn’t have them so we cannot rate those. The chips were stale though but since they were complimentary I’m not critiquing them. Service - Two issues. The sign outside said buy one get one drinks, we tried to apply that to sodas, but were told it was only good for margaritas. We were given the bar menu and were pleased to see that house margaritas were only five dollars so we decided to go with that. But when we got our bill the price changed to $10 per margarita. We showed him the menu he gave us and he argued with us about the price and how the price shown was after the BOGO which still makes no sense because who would pay $25-$27 for non-house margaritas. In the end we paid the bill and left (still reasonable for a margarita, but I don’t care for the bait and switch tactics) Atmosphere - we went on a Sunday afternoon during the broncos game and we were the only ones in the restaurant. All workers were mostly on break (good to see them eating their own food sitting at the bar) but we were mostly ignored. This could be a fun place to watch the game, if the owners could offer BOGO on beer/soda and game specials. Recommendations to Owners- if you print and publish menus you need to stick to that price.

1st time at my girls' newest location, and I gotta say, I was NOT disappointed! I have known this woman for over 20 years, and she can serve some damn good food! 🇲🇽 If any of you are looking for a new spot to make your regular spot, come get some good tacos, grilled cheese birria, deserts, and more at Shreddy's!

10/10 recommend Shreddy's. I literally could not imagine anything more tasty. We got the al pastor quesadillas, carne arsada nachos and churros.... I am speechless. Will 1000% be back.

Follow up review. Shreddys went from a questionable start to a good solid restaurant with outstanding birria for several months. Shreddys had an outstanding manager (Z) who was awesome and on top of things. She unfortunately left and I can guess why but that is a different story. Since Z has left sometime in the spring of 2025 the place is disorganized, slow to take and serve orders, and certainly not gaining points for friendliness. It took at least ten minutes to serve drinks that were made and sitting ready on the bar, and it wasn't busy. We had to ask for the check as our server never checked in with us, delivered our drinks, or delivered a check. Will not be going back anytime soon. Hope they can get their act together. The restaurant has good potential when run properly.

Heading back from the mountain we first stopped in Granby and it was too crowded to be enjoyable, so we decided to look for something more quiet. I'm so glad that we did. These tacos were absolutely magnificent. Saucy, flavorful, fresh and just the right size. They're messy, so do not attempt to eat on the go, but luckily there was plenty of seating and access to really tasty drinks. I only wish that I had eaten here sooner.

Do not order food remotely from Shreddy's. After paying thru their order portal, I showed up to pick up my food, it was neither ready, nor did he have the main ingredients to prepare the order. He went thru the motions of refunding my $$, however refund was never received. This guy is TOTALLY sketchy. A shame, used to be a legit food truck...

After a hike in Fraser, CO I wanted to stop at a brewery and saw they had a food truck outside. I wasn't expecting much and was pleasantly surprised with their vegetarian options and taste of the tacos! I got the cactus walking taco and my friend tried three of the meat tacos. We both thoroughly enjoyed our tacos although they were spicy. The brewery and food truck combo with an awesome patio made this a must visit in Fraser!

Fresh food, fast service, and great environment. Great place to take a break off the mountain. Small selection of beer.

Damn this place is good. We got the totopas which is like nachos and it was awesome. We also got the 12 tacos for 36$ and they are great. They were out of the alpastor but the other three were great. Honestly this place is great. Plus the truck looks awesome.

There's a reason this place gets five stars. Just get the totopos and an order of churros and you will be a happy camper. The service is excellent.

Carne asada street tacos are passable, but the al pastor tacos were so bad. Rubbery and overcooked meat, a pool of oil that was soaking the tortillas, and they were so bland, even with the mango salsa and green salsa. Not worth $27 for 6 tacos We were so bummed!

Super yummy cactus tacos. So often I've had mushy cactus tacos, but the flavor on these was fantastic! Add a FRBC beer and some sunshine, and it's a good day!

You have to swing by this food truck if you are in the Winter Park area for the NOPALES STREET TACOS and TOTOPOS. The nopales are seasoned with a little kick and packs quite a punch! After throwing the nopales on the grill they are packed into a corn tortilla. The totopos are fried tortilla chips topped with an amazingly dreamy queso and your choice of protein. Next time I would just order a chips and queso. The chips have a wonderful crunch and the queso is so smooth and creamy.

Swung by off of the Fraser-Granby Trail, got an al pastor, carne asada, and nopales (cactus) taco. All really good, couldn't decide which was my favorite. Nice seating area out front, and seating inside as well should it rain. The Alpenglow amber ale paired well with the tacos. Would recommend.

The walking tacos are cheesy deliciousness! The space is really cool. The food is fantastic and the guy in the food truck was really nice.

One shred of pork! That's all that is left of my 3 street tacos. We came for the beer but found Shreddys on the doorstep, and left with no regrets. Even if you don't want beer, have a Shreddys taco - full of great meat/protein (unlike others that get stuffed with empty calorie slaw) and sauce (red is nicer than green in my view). 10 stars

I came here for lunch and loved the food and the vibe. If you like street style tacos or tacos that you can find at a taco truck in Southern Ca then this is the place for you. The meat is flavorful and well seasoned. You have the key taco toppings-cilantro and onion, lime and a bit of crema plus salsa or hot sauce if you choose. Major plus that you can order a beer at the brewery, scan the QR code on their bar and order tacos and chill outside on the picnic tables and enjoy a delicious meal.

Walking distance to our rental, which was convenient! Open late, which was convenient! Good food! Reasonable prices!

Glad we stopped here on our way to Denver! The kids loved the quesadillas & the totopos (add salsa & lime juice) were delicious. Salsa was spicy which is always a win! The guys running the truck were very polite & everything looked clean. Will definitely visit again next time we're in town. BTW, they also gave us a couple of awesome stickers which will travel back to Houston with us :)

Shreddy's Tacos catered our wedding, and it was super fantastic! Tacos were excellent (carnitas were my favorite) and the elote bowl was scraped clean. The ladies that setup, served, and cleaned up were wonderful. The were quick and efficient in there set up, never in the way, and the guests really enjoyed visiting and laughing with them. The presentation was on point, and went wonderfully with the wedding decor. The process of booking was stress free, and all came together seamlessly. All which contributed to a wonderful day of celebration with good people, great drink, and delicious food! Thank you Shreddy's.

No, these tacos are gross. It's cat food quality meat in greasy sauce. $12 for 3 street tacos portion size is standard. Missing the mark on what street tacos are.

Stopped by yesterday with my wife for tacos and beer. We will be back! The owner "Shreddy" is a good guy and fun to visit with. The carne asada taco is awesome! See ya there!

This truck has quickly became my go to lunch spot. Hot, fresh, quick, and delicious. Really can't go wrong (I've tried most of the menu), though my personal favorite is the full send totopos. Piece of advice whatever you order get it full send.

Awesome find! Maybe the best pastor I've ever had! Food truck is located at Fraser River Brewing. Had the carne asada and pastor tacos. Both were delicious. Owner is super friendly and order was ready in 5 mins. They have some nonalcoholic sodas for the kiddos. Can't wait to be back!

First of all, the service was awesome. Secondly, the food was AMAZING. We had el pastor and carne asada tacos and they were delicious. We've had both in Mexico and Shreddy's gives them a run for their money. So flavorful! The salsa has a major kick to it, just word to the wise!

Good street tacos for the area. Meats were pretty dry and over-cooked. In a more refined setting, they would get 3 stars from me. Overall there wasn't a ton in terms of depth of flavor, but it's a ski town not named Vail or Aspen, so if you want Tacos and a cold beer, you're going to leave satisfied.

Everyone at the food truck is so friendly. The food is high quality and very delicious. Everything is also very reasonably priced. Definitely will be coming back!

Came to Fraser River Brewery after a day of skiing. Got the beef quesadilla from Shreddy's. It was very tasty and a big portion. Thank you, Shreddy's, for re-energizing me after a day on the slopes
