Siamsa

"Siamsa, a strange name that conjures up the kingdom of Siam and Thai cooking, but where you will in fact taste good, updated Gallic cuisine, made with fresh, balanced ingredients (ceviche of sea bream with raspberries and crunchy vegetables; smoked pork belly, apricots, chili, etc. ). Siamsa is actually Gaelic and means to “entertain” in a passing nod to one of the partners (Simon Cuddy). A great neighbourhood bistro. The lunch menu is a steal!" - Michelin Inspector

You could not have a better dinner in Paris! The food is exceptional for the price point - actually crazy cheap! The service is marvellous and the restaurant is the exact vibe you want. This place is a MUST for a modern cuisine, upmarket dining Parisian experience! Plus - they’re attentive and understanding to allergies and understood their wine which is a big bonus!

An absolute gem. We were a party of four and we practically had all that was there on the menu! A French take on Galician cuisine. Everything including the desserts were out of this world. Our best dinner in 2022. Prices are very reasonable for the quality and ingenuity of the food. This is a restaurant you don't want to miss.

It should not be possible to serve food this delicious. I loved every bite. Gorgeous food, good prices, very professional and polite waiter. We loved it, for sure I'd come back given the occasion. I recommend creme au citron, meringue et glace basilique, it blew my mind, it was so good. EDIT: 1 year later good is still mind-blowing. The chou farci absolutely pure pleasure. Amazing restaurant. Pure pleasure for the palate and the eyes.

Great little place with interesting dishes. If you are hungry, get 3 courses plus a dessert. Staff is very friendly and attentive. Would be happy to come back if in the area.

Perfect diner Food was really delicious and service was great. Cant believe how could they serve those foods with this price. After have entree et plat, i was already full but we ordered also dessert cuz their food made me wanted to taste all and it was good choice. (Juste une ptite remarque, le plat était un peu salé)

Wonderful dinner in Paris. Service by "Chou Chou" was perfect. Highly recommend the carpa betterave, ceviche, magret canard and the figues roti, with server suggested wine pairings.

I liked the concept, we had about 3 dishes per person plus dessert. Service was friendly and attentive. Prices are between 8-14€ per dish.

Spectacular food. And it changes regularly too. I've been four times and haven't seen the same thing on the menu twice. I spoke to the gents running the place (a trio who've been working together for years) who told me the menu can change by the day! Latest visit - Scallop carpaccio, porcini mushrooms, chestnut ravioli & a mont blanc. The creativity, the presentation, the taste.. Incredible, as always. The quality here is remarkable - and to think it only opened a few months ago! Vraiment, chapeau. I'll be back in for lunch soon gents!
