Been coming here since they opened. Lately quality and service have declined to that of a big chain. This was supposed to have sprouts and garlic herb CC. Minimal effort was made but not worth the snowy trip across town and 100% not worth the price. We won’t be returning. There are plenty of other local options.

Get the Lox and Loaded, just perfect. This made me and my taste buds dance. Everything was balanced and really good quality. The bagels are very light, great chew, good flavor. A little bit of a wait in line, but this is worth the wait. Outdoor tables for seating, I usually just take it over to The Garage to sit down and eat. Parking was not bad at all, I went to the back of building and got a parking spot, easy.

It seems it’s hard to find any local bagel places in downtown Indianapolis, but Sidedoor Bagel, situated just northeast of downtown, answered the call. There is no indoor seating, operating mostly as a carryout spot with limited benches outside when the weather’s nice. I could tell the place frequently gets quickly packed, so keep that in mind—they might sell out. I opted for a spicy everything bagel (a quirky twist on the ubiquitous everyseed variety) and sea salt bagel, and each were fantastic. They put on cream cheese extremely liberally, which I should’ve suspected, but nonetheless the texture of the schmear was perfect for me (I prefer less whipped). Messy but delicious! The service was wonderful and fairly rapid, despite what seemed like a backlog of delivery orders. I appreciated how they posted QR codes outdoors for people to view the menu (and maybe even order right then and there) to save time. The value for money is superb. I will be back if I’m in need of bagels near downtown in the future!

Great bagels!!! However service could use some efficiency improvements. Their ordering system, according to one of the girls working the counter, does not prioritize in-store orders over to-go orders. A simple bagel with cream cheese ended up being nearly a 30 minute affair.

Visiting our son in Indy and he treated us to Sidedoor Bagels. Loved the BECCY sandwiches we got. Staff is friendly and fast. Love supporting local small businesses! Will definitely return.

Great place to stop while driving through for breakfast. I made this my breakfast stop. The only negative I have is that there wasn't a public restroom as I stopped here on my way to Springfield, IL from Ohio. But the food was spot on. I got the Tuesday special Cheesy Hash brown Bagel with lox and dill. For the price, this was a good deal. A perfect breakfast to help me continue the drive and I didn't have to wear off 70 too much. A few back roads but it kept me going west so I was cool with it. Street parking right in front with quick service. I also got to watch the social media/ maybe owner taking pictures of one his bagel sandwiches out front front for that day's Insta post which was mildly entertaining. If I lived in the area, I would go but I wish they had a few seats to sit and eat.

This was the most unpleasant experience I’ve ever had in a restaurant. The staff did not greet us upon entering, or utter a single word during the transaction besides our total. We were the only patrons while we ordered, which made it especially awkward. The two employees stared at us in silence while we were trying to be polite and greet them first and ask how their day was to make it a less uncomfortable experience, with no reciprocation. Although the food was great, I would never go back or recommend this establishment. My partner and I both have backgrounds in the industry and I hate to leave a negative review, but this experience was really bad. They either need to get rid of their Gen Z Stare staff or provide some much needed hospitality and customer service training.

Delicious bagels and great selection of sandwiches. Great texture of bread, airy but dense as it should be. Very tasty bagel seasonings. Great option for a vegan cream cheese they call Amazeball. Delicious bacon with a hefty portion. The staff was friendly and helpful when we asked questions. First time here and we were able to get a delicious lunch. There is no indoor seating but ample seating on outdoor picnic tables, so if you want to sit and eat there be sure to prepare for that.

What: BECCY with a toasted salted flake bagel and scallion CC; Lox & Loaded with no CC on toasted onion bagel. BECCY - breakfast bagel with egg bacon and cream cheese. Salted flake bagel wasn't the best choice, combined with the bacon. Quality was excellent - Old Major bacon is a favorite. Right amount of cream cheese, flavor was great BUT - bagel was not toasted... I found the bagels a little chewy. An untoasted bagel is a sin against my principles in the first place but it would haven helped out the texture a great deal. Eating an untoasted bagel sandwich is like biting a doughy toothpaste tube with the cap off. Most of the cream cheese ended up on the wrapper. Lox and Loaded - toppings were really good, skipped the cream cheese to let the bagel shine. Great quality and flavor again, and they don't skip on the pickled onions, which are great. BUT - not toasted again. Ate my deconstructed Lox and Loaded (added avocado and lime) and it was delicious, but doughy. That's .000 in the toasting department. The place is always busy - very busy. Staff were warm and friendly, great atmosphere - no complaints but my bagels were not toasted. A toasted bagel is a thing of beauty - I will try it again soon, and update my review accordingly.

Popped in here this morning. This was the second time I'd been in, and just as impressed as the first. Service was quick. The place was clean and updated. I had the turkey run sandwich. The garlic schmear lived up to its garlicyness, and the bagel was tasty. The turkey on it was smoked and a had nice touch to it. Looking forward to returning and trying out some of the other options they have.

My friend and I were super excited to try Sidedoor after a good workout. We recognized we were barely going to make it to try this place and were thrilled we made it just in time with 5 min before closing, which we recognized was "pushing it". As soon as we walked in we noticed the manager/employee check his watch and mumble a statement about us "just walking in". Once we got to the counter being that there was still a line and multiple groups waiting for their food still, I asked if it would be an issue if we still ordered. The same man commented that "he would have to keep the kitchen staff from coming out to attack us" in a passive aggressive tone. Again, many others were in there who had JUST ordered as well. Not to mention we were the only two Black people in there. The space was clean and it came highly recommended only to be very disappointed.

I've been wanting to try this spot for quite awhile and finally found myself in the area during breakfast. I stopped in on a Friday morning and they were busy but very efficient. They have their system down to a science. There is great variety in the menu and I opted for the lox on onion Bagel. Let me tell you, they are not skimping on the cream cheese here. Actually all of the toppings came in hefty portions and it was so fresh and delicious. Highly recommend!

My favorite spot in Indy. The bagels are amazing and there are so many choices for flavors of bagels and schmears. Look at their online menu because certain days of the week they have special flavors. I recommend ordering ahead online; especially on a weekend because the lines can get crazy! Not really any seating inside but they have some picnic tables outside. Highly recommend the spicy everything bagel with sausage, egg, and scallion cream cheese!

I happened to drive by Sidedoor after an event at the CCIC. It always gets great reviews so I figured I better turn around and give it a try. Just my luck that I make it at closing time. (1:30) Staff were awesome about serving me anyway. To make it quick and easy I just went with a mix of bagels. The bagels are sourdough based and good sized. Each a meal in itself. Went with Poppy seed, Everything, Rosemary, Cheddar and a Cinnamon. The Cheddar got finished on the way home and was very tasty. The seeded and salted have so much of each on them they'd make a mess in your car. But worth it anyway. They have plenty of sandwiches and schmear options plus all your coffee and cold drink needs. Try the orange vanilla craft soda. Next time I will plan to get there earlier to try more bagels!

Incredible bagels! By far the best in Indy and it's not close. The service was really friendly and kind. I ordered about a dozen bagels and a few sandwiches and it took less than 5 minutes to get it all. Their coffee was also wonderful. This is a great, must try spot!

Sidedoor is a must/visit in Indy! Their bagels are perfect. The lox bagel is a standout--loaded with flavorful smoked salmon, fresh cream cheese, onions, and capers. It's perfectly balanced and absolutely delicious. They also have a great variety of spreads and other sandwich options. Whether you're a lox fan or just after a classic bagel, this place is a winner!

Run don't walk! My partner and I stopped by Sidedoor Bagel on a busy Sunday morning. We waited about 30 minutes to order and another 8 minutes to get our bagels. WORTH THE WAIT! We got the Spicy Everything bagel with Bacon Scallion CC, Rosemary Sea Salt bagel with Garlic Herb CC, and an iced Brown Sugar Latte with Oat Milk. These bagels may have been the best I've ever had! They make their everything seasoning and cream cheeses in house. The flavor combinations were perfectly savory and balanced. They give one a decent amount of "schmear" per bagel and getting it toasted is still a light toasting. I highly recommend ordering ahead to avoid the line but either way, don't miss out on everything Sidedoor Bagel has to offer!

This is one of the more surprising reviews that I didn't think I'd be writing. Again, this is largely reflective of how it tasted to me. When I drive through Mass Ave and Chatham Arch, I admire the architecture, the revitalized Bottle Works area, and the businesses that are arriving or already here. Sidedoor is in Chatham Arch, which is a pretty splendid name for a neighborhood. It's in a newer multiuse building with street parking available. The facade is clean and modern, and the inside is beautiful. You can see their bags of high quality flour with an adorable sign asking patrons not to sit on them. It could be the scene for a Wes Anderson short film. The bagels are sourdough based, and they're made fresh. The only legit bagel shop in the downtown area. Now, let's talk about the price. I'm closer to Bagel Fair in Nora and Ripple Bagel and Deli. Bagel Fair sells bagels for little more than a dollar. This place sells single bagels for $2.50. Their tubs of cream cheese run between 7-9. To substitute amazeball vegan cream cheese is $1.50. Even though they say this is an option to do so on the menu, you don't find out there's an up charge until you go to pay. I think a dozen bagels is $22. Again, sticker shock. Now for the taste. I ordered the poppy seed bagel, or should I say the cicada surge of poppy seeds. The seeds will fall off and go everywhere. And the bagel sandwich on everything. The bagel had a chewiness to it, but there was something almost bland about the taste. The presentation of the veggie bagel sandwich was very nice, instagrammable. The service was great, and the order and pick up sides are separated for better customer flow. Overall, I would give this 3.6/5.0 or 7/10. For the hype and plaudits, the taste profile wasn't something I expected or particularly liked. I'll stick to Bagel Fair. They should fix the board to reflect the upcharge for vegan cream cheese pricing. Otherwise, this is a good business to have for Indy.

Five star bagels. Three star wait times. I'll start with the good. The bagels are amazing. The cream cheese is amazing. The coffee is great. This is a one stop shop for breakfast. I got a half dozen chive bagels and plain cream cheese. Those are amazing together. I also got one toasted cinnamon and sesame seed bagel with peaches and cream cream cheese. Again. Amazing. Very generous helping of cream cheese. And the bagel was so good. Finally I got a plain black coffee and it was great for a non-coffee shop. Inside it's sleek and modern, but still cozy. Now to the bad. The wait times are just insane. This food is great, but it's not worth the wait and the wait is such a wild card. I've been there before multiple times and turned around due to a line out the door. Today FINALLY there was ONLY a line inside. I tried to order online first, because many people have said that's the quickest way. My online wait time was a mind boggling NINTEY MINUTES. So I went inside to gamble on if the line was out the door or not. If I am waiting that long there are most better places for breakfast. Something just needs to be done about the lines. It's a huge gamble walking there in person. The online wait times are just insane. They either need more staff or they need another location downtown. Clearly the demand for these bagels is HUGE. Final verdict: it's worth a try. But be ready for a stupidly long wait. Or order online 2-3 hours before you'll be hungry. You need to plan your morning around this. I HOPE they can get the wait times to be more reasonable someday. Until then it's five star breakfast for a three star wait.

Loved the vibe in here. It was packed but worth the wait. I got a delicious BLT on a Rosemary and Salt bagel with an egg added. So delicious and filling! There are lots of fun schmear options but I had to pass on them due to dairy issues. Next time I plan to try the a vegan option and remember to ask for my bagel to be toasted. The wait went fast but since they have the online orders set up so well for easy pick up, I will definitely pre-order next time.

Wow!! I was actually blown away by these bagels. I ordered a bacon, egg and American cheese on a rosemary sea salt bagel and substituted the cream cheese for avocado. I had never had a rosemary sea salt bagel before so I was intrigued. It was sooooo good!! You take a bite and taste the rosemary and get some flakes of the salt with each bite and it's incredible. Additionally, the avocado was delicious and you can definitely taste the citrus from the lime/lemon added. The bacon was also super tasty, crispy, thick and added great flavor to the bagel. I also ordered a cinnamon sesame seed bagel with peaches & cream schmear (so I will be eating that for breakfast tomorrow)!! That bagel looks and smells incredible. I'm a huge fan of sesame seed bagels so the fact that this has cinnamon is awesome. I know the owners had recently renovated and the place looks incredible. I arrived at 9:30am and the line was already outside of the building. It did take a little while before I ordered, but once I did, my bagels came out pretty fast which was really nice. I will definitely be going again because I have to try the different rotating bagel and schmear flavors!!

This place is small but flavorful lol They only have a couple of chairs inside but they have a picnic table outdoor, if you're planning to work or study here I don't think this will be the great place for it But it is a great place to get some bagels! Their bagels and cream cheese are so delicious you can pick from at least 10 different kinds of bagels and cream cheeses to put on your bagel, you can also pick from their menu and have things like bacon eggs and lox Sometimes when it's busy the lines are out the door but they're quick to serve and make your bagels The bagels are also made fresh everyday!

I'm so excited that I finally got to visit the bagel shop that Bon Appetit Magazine named "The Very Best Bagels in the US (Yes, Outside of New York)." How freaking cool is that?! Proud to have Sidedoor in Indy - a city that used to be a bagel desert. If you don't know their story, essentially they partnered up with Amelia's Bakery and started using their space to make bagels that people would pick up from the side door of the bakery. They became insanely popular and got their own place almost two years ago. I stopped in right before close and was thrilled that they still had some bagels in stock. I got a rosemary sea salt bagel and the turkey run sandwich on an everything bagel. Both of the bagels had so many seeds that fell off that we could've made several more bagels with them. It was raining seeds everywhere, so I'd love for there to either be less seeds or have a way to bake them into the bread a bit more. Regardless, I love that these are sourdough bagels and thought they were delicious. The sandwich was pretty good but I'm excited to try the famous BECCY breakfast sandwich next time. My friends also rave about the bacon chive cream cheese and flaky salt bagel, so I can't wait to come back soon to try those too. I know that there's sometimes a line out the door on the weekends so be prepared for that. Since there's not much space inside, I'd recommend pulling the menu up on your phone so you're ready to order as soon as you step inside. There is free street parking, as well as a free, big parking lot about a block away at the CCIC building across the street. They have a few outdoor picnic tables where you can sit, but no seating inside which makes sense since it's always so busy. Cheering you on over here, Sidedoor!

I have been wanting to try out Sidedoor Bagel for a while now, so when they posted a limited-time Stuffed Garlic Bagel, I immediately preordered. The bagel was stuffed with an herb cream cheese and dipped in garlic butter, which was fantastic. The bagel itself was crunchy on the outside and soft on the inside. I immediately regretted only ordering one, as it was so good I wanted another, haha. As I said, we preordered, but our bagels were still warm when we arrived. They do get quite a line on Saturday mornings, so I would suggest preordering as well, as you can skip the line to run in and pick up! There is mostly just street parking around the area. They don't have any seating space inside, but did have some picnic tables outside. I will definitely be back real soon to try some of their usual menu items!

I've wanted to try this place for over a year, and today was the day! Yay! It is in the corner of the street so keep that in mind if driving there, but there is street parking outside if you are lucky enough to get a close spot. The shop is small and they ask for only a few people to go in at a time, but there are two picnic benches outside for waiting if it is a nice day. The menu is above the counter and as you walk in you can place an order, grab a smear from the frog and even get creamer for your coffee (if you order that). Since this was our first experience I loved that on the counter they had an example with a clear sign of all of their available bagels. Brilliant! You can order bagels, sandwiches and also pick your preferred bagel for your sandwich. Lots of options and even a vegan spread for those needing it. I love that as normally I would go for it and do love their option - local Amazeball spread. Yummy! We ordered six bagels to go, and veggie sandwiches. It was a bit chilly so took things home but would have loved to sit on the benches to eat. Next time maybe. When we got home I tore into my bagel and it was so chewy, firm, delicious and had just the right amount of texture. The smear was perfect and not skimpy! The veggies made it seem like a small salad, which was a light way to have a breakfast treat. So so good. If I lived within walking distance I'd be in trouble for sure! Highly recommend this spot if you haven't tried it, and we will be back for more options and other sandwiches. Plus now we have bagels and smear for at least a few days until we can go again!

I cannot believe I haven't reviewed Sidedoor Bagel yet because it had become my Saturday morning tradition. I've tried almost every bagel here and they're all amazing! I also love how they rotate a coffee slushy every few months. They've had normal coffee, pumpkin spice, salted caramel - all delicious! My personal favorite is the Beccy with the rosemary sea salt bagel and garlic and herb cream cheese. Pro tip- if you want to beat the line waiting, order online the night before and choose a pickup time. When the time approaches head to the front of the line and they hand you your order! Very nice for the cold winter months :) They are expanding the shop soon, so maybe that will alleviate some of the outside waiting! All around a great bagel shop!

An amazing to go breakfast option, no seating indoors! Bagels and schmear are obviously made fresh in house with a rotating specials menu. One of the best bagel shops I've been to! Not impressed with the coffee I ordered, an iced latte with salted caramel syrup. If it was made with espresso, it was a very light roast and heavy on the milk. We went on a very busy Sunday afternoon, line nearly out the door but found easy parking right in front of the building. The counter you see just as you enter the door is not where you order but rather where you pick up your food order. You order at the far counter to your left. Drinks are also picked up there. Many people standing inside waiting for orders made it a bit confusing to figure out the flow inside. Regardless, an amazing breakfast and can't wait to return!

Bagels are really good! Excellent selection but you're best to order a day ahead online or get there early before they run out of options. Coffees, juice, milk options available. No seating outside but a few large picnic tables outside conveniently located in the shade most of the day. Staff is friendly and the shop has a fun cheery vibe! Free parking available.

I grew up in NY and have been wanting to try Side Door for a very long time. I planned to stop in after working out on a weekday to avoid the line I've seen on weekends. I got the Beccy on one of the bagels of the day (Hashbrown bagel) with bacon scallion cream cheese. It was the handheld-breakfast experience I was hoping for. Tasty, messy and filling. While I found the slightly chewy texture of the bagel perfect, I could taste a hint of sourdough which isn't something I remember in the bagels of my childhood. Buuuuut....I did also picked up a bag of frozen bagels and the bacon scallion cream cheese for later and took a photo of their "bagel of the day" sign and am 99.9% sure I'll be stopping in again. Gotta try the pretzel bagel...and lox and cream cheese.

I just tried Sidedoor Bagel for the first time and all the hype around it is TRUE! All of my friends have told me great things, so I figured I needed to try it. I wanted to work from a coffee shop today, so I quickly wanted to grab a bagel sandwich. The service was indeed quick and the staff was very polite and helpful as it was my first time. The inside is very cute, and the way they structure it helps with the flow of traffic. I got the peanut butter cookie latte, which the server told me was best served hot but I wanted mine iced. I must say I think the iced version was very delicious, no complaints there. The day I came in was Wednesday so the special bagel that day was the cheesy hashbrown bagel. I got that for my beccy sandwich with jalapeño cream cheese. The bagel was one of the best bagel sandwiches I've had. The jalapeño cream cheese was such a nice friendly kick to the sandwich. I will definitely be back!

They are now open everyday! Bagels are amazing. I always grab a bag of day old for the office and a frozen bag to keep in hand in case of surprise guests. They are speedy to get your rider ready but be prepared to wait in line. The new half of the building is very nice!

Bagels so good you're already planning your next trip back - Sidedoor is exactly that. You can tell this place takes a tremendous amount of care into every one of their sandwiches and bagels. Everything tasted super fresh and you couldn't order just one. We ordered ahead on the app, and it was super easy to pick it up in person. I like a lot of cream cheese on my bagels, so if you're into that, this is your place. If not, they have the option to get light cream cheese when ordering ahead. Can't wait to go back to try one of their new features.

Came here during our road trip from Chicago to Ohio- it was the perfect stop. It wasn't too far from the major highway and the location was great. We stretched out our legs and enjoyed these bagels. They were very savory and fresh. The staff was very friendly- it gets packed so I suggest you arrive early if possible to catch a table outside as there is not much room to dine indoors.

Loved the bagels! Ready for pick-up as promised. Toasted and yummy-all 4 flavors with cream cheese spreads too! Easy and delicious on the weekend....We'll be back!

The first time I ate here, I had some pretty passionate remarks to share about the bagels. Since then, I've seen so many other folks talk about the life changing bagels. The shop is small, but they are embarking on an expansion. In the meantime, expect a short line most of the time. I love the flavor combos and they give you a hearty dose of cream cheese for sure! They're easy to get to from downtown or the Near Eastside.

Cute little bagel store in the cottage home area of downtown Indy. Highly rated bagel shop. The bagels are fresh warm and delicious. I tried the blueberry, rosemary and spicy everything bagels and they did not disappoint. Try the amazeball cream cheese it's vegan and very tasty. Very crowded on weekends but they churn the orders out very quickly. They also have lunch and breakfast sandwiches as well. Highly recommended!

They were nationally recognized recently so the word is out and lines are long. Be forewarned about that. The bagels are delicous and you can tell just by looking at them they arent made at a commercial bakery with some generic recipe and pounded out by robots. Human beings make these bagels with top quality ingredients. And they are yummy. After waiting in line for 30 minutes I went with the "Beccy" which has egg, bacon, and your favorite smear. The Garlic White cheddar bagel was the special of the day so I put it on there. Cold brew to boot. Nothing but good things to say about the food and service. But that line can be nasty. Not sure I can say its worth waiting 30 mins for. I'm told weekdays and early Saturday are the best times to beat the line. SO I'll try that window next time.

Love this place!! Their bagels are always great no matter the flavor you get. They do rotate flavors which is fun. My favorite is the spicy everything because it's actually spicy haha. In the summer, they have frozen coffee. Slight on the sweet side, but definitely a nice treat when it's hot! They've recently expanded their store but I haven't been back yet. Excited to see how it looks now!

The best spot for bagels in Indy hands down, but everyone knows so it does get quite busy! The store itself is tiny so they ask for only 3 groups to gather inside at a time, but the staff is polite and there are cozy outdoor tables to spread out on after getting your food. The best bang for your buck is probably the egg & schmear. I opted for a spicy everything (truly not very spicy) with scallion bacon cream cheese. I wish the egg was a little more runny, but the flavor profile was perfect! The cinnamon sesame bagel with peaches and cream schmear was also delicious, but no guarantees it'll be there because the menu rotates. A little pricey but the quality speaks for itself.

This might be a hot take.. but I think I'll only return having done the online order ahead for pick up. The bagel sandwich was of amazing taste and quality I just think the hour or so wait wasn't quite so worth it. When I was there it seemed the hold up was having one person at the counter who was taking orders and also making the coffee orders, not sure if that's standard or not. Love that they have daily specials and they've got some more unique options in terms of bagels and spreads. I got the frozen coffee to keep the line moving- it's a bit sweet for my taste but certainly fun for the summer. The employees we encountered were super pleasant and we wish them continued success!

I've seen it. I've heard about it. But I've never experienced Side Door Bagel until today and wow, shame on me that it took this long! Such a cute shop, lovely staff, even better bagels and schemer! We couldn't resist the cheesy hashbrown bagel with garlic and herb schemer and the holiday berry bagel with chestnut praline schemer. They want to expand their shop and have a gift card program going on now to help raise funds. 35% off all gift cards! Pretty great deal if you frequent SDB often!

I've heard so many things about this place and kept telling myself it was "just another bagel joint". We decided to stop in after voting to get a bagel sandwich. The price was pretty steep, but thought "hey, might as well". we ordered two, one with garlic and herb on plain and one with scallion on everything. 1) the bagel itself is good, but basic. I prefer the steamer bagels at RBD but it was still stellar. I absolutely loved that the everything was VERY well coated, and had seeds and goodies all over top and bottom. The plain was good too. 2) the cream cheese is stellar. Absolutely stellar. The scallion was really good but the garlic and herb??? DO NOT SLEEP ON THIS INDY. it was remarkable. Especially if you enjoy garlic. 3) the sandwich was incredible. The Lox and Loaded was MASSIVE. it's served open faced and is more than enough for 2, 1 if you're really hungry. It was INCREDIBLE. There is so much lox on there, and it's served open face. WELL WORTH THE PRICE!!!! It definitely lived up to the hype!

Side door bagels is the best in Indy! They have different bagels available every day and all of them are phenomenal. Quality ingredients all round. The cross section will be everything you hope for The staff are helpful and kind!

Did I wait 1 hour for a bagel? Yes. Would I do it again? Probably. This was my first time here. Granted it was a Saturday morning, so I knew there would be a crowd, especially after being featured on Bon Appetite. I took my shot and am so glad I did! I got The Veggie on their spicy everything bagel and plain cream cheese. The spicy everything bagel wasn't overbearing, it was more like a hint of spice that complemented the rest of the bagel toppings. The Veggie comes with pickled red onion, sprouts, (pickled?) roasted red pepper, and cucumber. It was so delicious! I was surprised at how fresh the ingredients were, and considering it was only $7, it's a steal! I'm definitely coming back, but will definitely order online instead of in-store. Follow them on social media for online orders, which start the night before the next day. Time slots fill up relatively quick, so you have to act fast.

Ok yum!! Been wanting to check this place out for a while and was so happy that I finally had the opportunity to go! This place definitely satisfied my bagel cravings. My partner and I got the Turkey run on an everything bagel and the veggie on the spicy everything bagel with garlic herb schmear. Both were delicious, but the veggie was especially my favorite. It was open face, and you could absolutely add Turkey or egg to it for all the meat lovers out there. I took mine to go, but there was a cute seating area outside and service was quick and easy at 1pm on a Wednesday. Will be back to try their bagels if the day next time!

Wow! To start there was a line which moved pretty quickly. Then the wait for my order. That took some time. Coffee was really good not bitter and a bold flavor. My bagel order was a extra well done everything bagel made the lox and loaded way. The bagel was fantastic! Soft and chewy on the inside yet crusty on the outside the the ingredients on the outside bursted with flavor. The blend of the sandwich was perfect and the dill really adds. Plenary of Lox and a generous spread of cream cheese. I can see this business becoming a franchise

I don't know what the rave is all about. Bagel Fair up north is far tastier. They said they were out of plain when I got there, yet had plenty on the trays. Then they proceeded to give me the wrong schmear and didn't toast it. The girl working the register appeared brain dead and emotionless. The bagel itself was decent. Nothing to write home about and certainly not warranting outlandish cost.

Order on the app in Advance is the way to go! Even if your on the way there, its usually packed and has a line but they move fast, they have a large menu but also different daily options, looking for something not on the menu? They do have some custom build options! Sweet bagels and savory! They have a rewards program but you really have to be a frequent customer to enjoy the perks. Bubbly room and feels like a safe happy place.

One of my must-try spots for anyone visiting! Always great flavors from the usual menu or the fun specials they do. I have really been enjoying the restaurant collabs this month! Staff is always super friendly and happy to answer questions, and the space is small, but fun and welcoming!

Recently moved to Indy and missed my favorite local bagel shop and refuse to return to Panera for my bagels! I Stumbled across this cute little bagel shop, Side door and now I'm in love. I've had Becky and the BLT both great! But I make it a point to go on Thursdays! Thursday's special is a jalapeño pretzel bagel!!!! The service is fast and friendly. Make your morning and stop by!

I can't say enough about this place. We drove past so many times and said "let's come back here" and never managed to do so. Then one Thursday we did. And then we went back Friday and Saturday. And Sunday (only to find out they're closed Sunday and Monday)... so back again Tuesday. We tried to fill our bagel craving Sunday somewhere else and it was a mistake. After you've had one of these fresh baked, perfectly seasoned and toasted bagels, you can't just grab a bagel anywhere else! I love the flaky salt bagel. Perfect amount of saltiness. My husband loves the Dos Huevos (double egg, double cheese). The avocado boast was incredible. (Why did I never think of cucumber - what a great compliment to the avocado!) Cute little shop but too small for us to hang out in so we've been grabbing ours to go and eating them in the car because we can't wait until we get home! Seriously, Indy people, we've never had GOOD bagels before. So if you haven't tried them yet, go do it! You'll thank me later.

Probably the best bagel I've ever had. Decided to stop by. Don't be in a hurry, because there will be a wait- plan on 45 minutes. Small shop. I highly recommend ordering in advance and picking up. I will do that next time. I had the BECCY (bacon, egg, cream. Geese) on a rosemary and salt bagel and cold brew coffee. The bagel was perfect- fresh, crispy outside and cheery inside. Egg was light and fluffy. Bacon was thick. Cream cheese deliciously creamy. I don't know how you could improve it. Cold brew was good, and they have half&half or oat milk. Three picnic tables out front. Also a bench by the bike rack. Most people left with their food so the tables were not crowded. Bike tire pump by the bike rack.

Cute little bagel shop in Indy! I got the turkey sandwich on the spicy everything bagel and it was good, the veggies and turkey tasted fresh. I wish the bagel was spicier but they did have a note that said it wasn't that spicy. The bagels felt a little tough but I know thats how fresh bagels are supposed to be. It's in a good location near Mass Ave and they have so many cool bagel and shmear flavors. Wish I lived closer so I could try out their daily specials!

I got a BECCY and it was sooo yummy! I have already told multiple people about Sidedoor Bagel since trying it and will 100% be going back! I will say the line was very long and kind of slow so at around 11am on a Friday morning I waited about 25 minutes in line and the prices are a little steep for bagels - but the taste and quality is great!!
