We had an awesome stay at this hotel. Location was really great. We stayed at royal suite which had both garden and pool view. We really enjoyed to the fullest. We came with our kids and they had a great time too. This suite had hometheatre with TV, jacuzzi. Etc; Only negative was the food which we ordered in room which was not nice. However the complementary breakfast was really good on 2 days we stayed there. We did mention about the food quality of inroom order and they took the feedback and made sure to fix it..

My friend got married here in an intimate wedding, it was wonderful!! Hotel staff were extremely helpful , Puneet being the one who arranged and co ordinated everything. Food is good, view is to die for and their royal suite is just out of the world.

We recently had a couple of days stay in this property. The property is situated right at the foothills of Nandi Hills just from where the hill starts and the view from the balcony is surreal. You will feel the mountain is standing tall right in front of you at a distance of a 100m. The best rooms are the ones which are there at the end of passage of every floor which is called "premium pool view room with king bed and balcony". I would specifically like to mention the name of Hotel Manager Susanta who was extremely polite, cooperative and put his best efforts to make our stay pleasurable. The "premium pool view rooms with queen bed" are also good but the view are not as good because of a recently built construction in front of the property. Overall, the stay was really pleasant.

I am shocked to see the good reviews for this third class property. They didn't even do the basic cleaning in the room. Full of spider webs are there in the bathroom and many insects in the room so couldn't sleep well. No room service, no intercom. They just have good lighting and interior nothing else. Never recommended.

Amazing property and staff. Everyone was very helpful and cooperative. Provided with all amenities. We had a very comfortable and great stay. Highly recommend this place.

We had a team outing here and were a group of 17 people. Had a lovely stay - the property was in a good location, the rooms were splendid , the food was also good. The hospitality was top notch! Puneeth ensured that all our requirements are fulfilled. Would highly recommend this property to families and groups of friends.

Rooms: pretty spacious and modern look with smart TV/internet and Balcony. Bathroom space could have been better design. 4/5 Service: Based on experience and inconvenience we can say they have staff shortage which resulted in service delay on many front and occasions (food, room service etc) 2/5 Location: on main road but near foothill/scenic 4/5 Amenities: It's a small property with a small swimming pool and that's it. No other option to enjoy and time pass. Also the kids swimming pool depth is more than normal so cant let kid play on their own. 2/5

General Manager Punith KN is doing an excellent job, Property Manager Mahesh is very Friendly he was given a bike for two days. The rooms are in very good condition. We enjoyed our stay. We will visit again. Good location for corporate events. The staff is very humble.
