I just want to say that hands down, the best place I could have ended up last night searching for a place to eat! I checked 4 places prior, but unfortunately, I was a little late, and kitchens were closing. But at Simmzy's, it was still available! I met one of the coolest Bartenders/Person! He saved my life on hope for humanity 🙏 thank you, my friend Dillon! Just the conversation and atmosphere at this place were truly amazing! The food, though, was seriously hands down so delicious! I couldn't stop enjoying the flavors of the wings! I also had one of the best Bacon Bluecheese Burgers with skinny fries! So rich with flavor, so shout out to the Chef! It changed the way I've been feeling. Thanks, everyone, at Simmzy's last evening! My New Favorite Spot!

We ordered Nachos, Simmys burger and 15 mins chicken wing. I like the house sauce in Nachos and Burger brings more rich flavors to the food. The chicken wing is very crunchy outside and juicy inside. Everything tastes great and price is reasonable. Service is also precise and fast! Recommended!

We waited a bit but only because there was no one at the hostess station. Once seated our drinks were taken quickly but then it took quite awhile to get our order in and what seemed forever to receive our order. Burger, queso fries, taco, and kids burger. Unfortunately our app came with our food. Overall the food was good and the server was nice. They were just very under staffed.

Great location with awesome patio that has an ocean and pier view. The menu offers a lot of good choices. They're very accommodating for substitutions in case of allergies or preferences. The hose is very welcoming. They validate parking for 2 hours. I usually go to their Manhattan Beach location. But this one has a much bigger patio.

First Visit to this restaurant. It was a bit of a hassle trying to find the place—where do you go to park, after, where’s the restaurant? Then I arrive what seems to be the entrance only to have a group standing facing the bar—so I thought it’s order at the bar then sit. Turns out it’s host seating—there’s a wait. The place is quite compact (tight) inside and ok patio—you get a view—kinda—depends on your seat.. but there’s a lot blocking the view. Ok…so the food looks good overall (everything I saw brought out looked fresh, etc). I went with their burger—meat was decent, but the burger was dry—supposed to have garlic aïoli, I don’t know, but was dry. Fries weren’t my fav, too thin, but the sweet potato fries were the bomb. Wish I’d have gotten only those—but they offered a mixed bag (both types of fries). Lemonade was extremely tart—almost like it’s just a lot of lemon and water. Overall it’s ok…might go if in the area, but wouldn’t put it as a must go as my list. Give it a try—you might love it.

Simmzy’s HB has super gorgeous views of the beach, friendly staff, and affordable casual lunch/dinner options. My fave is the Korean Fried Chicken sandwich w/everything on it.

I feel my blood pressure drop as soon I walk into Simmzy's. The atmosphere and view of the beach are wonderful. They have good food, we like the tacos and their burgers. If you can't decide which kind of fries you'd like on the side they offer a mix, which we loved. Servers are friendly.

Really enjoyed Simmzy's. Love how it's right across the street from the beach and you can enjoy the sunset (which we did) while having dinner. Great selection of food and drinks! I wish I took better and more pictures but was distracted by my date.

Had dinner at Simmzys this last Saturday and it was GREAT! We had drinks and I ordered a Simmzys burger with fries. Everything was delicious and hot. Cherish was our server and she was amazing and sweet and helpful with selections. We will be back!

Owen was our waiter and he was so nice. I got the Cesar salad with shrimp and it's always my favorite! We sat outside and it was a bit chilly so the manager offered us a blanket. I love simmzys!

I love Simmzys! Food is amazing. I love their Korean Chicken Sandwich and poke nacho bites. They have an interesting drink menu. A good thing because there's creative cocktails! The La Rosa margarita is a must try! Their beer is great too. They have a special (a beer and an added shot for $5). I love the vibe because you walk in and seat yourself. They have an inside and an outside (view of the ocean). 3 bathrooms! The service is always great and fast. I would recommend coming here for a fun night out with friends!

We've been here many times, but the service was not good. I felt like we were bothering the server. She was not friendly or attentive. The food was just ok. I had carne asada fries with barely any carne asada. I don't think we will return. * Management reached out to rectify and it was much appreciated!

Went here for lunch yesterday. We started with some chips and guac and a Paloma cocktail. I ordered the wagyu burger and my partner grabbed the salmon sandwich. I ordered the burger med rare and it ended up coming out well done. By the time our bartender checked in on us we were already done eating and ready to go. He was kind and took it off the bill. My partner absolutely loved the salmon sandwich and everything else was great. Would definitely come back.

Highly recommend coming here during the day for food and drinks! Food, vibes, and location is great. The times I've gone, we were able to get outside seating that gave us a view of the ocean. It's located in a shopping center so there's a parking garage underneath and validation available. Our server was very attentive and gave us recommendations along the way. Overall a good experience and would love to come back when catching up with friends / wanting to grab drinks by the beach.

We are walked in it was a tiny bit busy but I really like that the view is so close to the ocean. Roselia, baby girl and I decided to sit outside. The breeze and sunshine was out so it was perfect day to be outside. I have never been here before so I wasn't sure what to order. But I saw the Billionaire burger with fries and it sounded amazing and it was. The bacon was a bit sweet and perfectly crunchy, the bun was fluffy and soft, the waygu patty was made juicy and well done for me. It was so delicious, baby girl ordered the kids burger with fries and Roselia had the carne asada fries. Our server was really sweet I wish I remembered her name. But she took our order quickly she had a smile and brought our food out fast! We got outside beach view what more could you want? I absolutely want to come back here again! Came here over the weekend for the first time in a while and enjoyed the chill environment, good food and beautiful views! I tried the pomegranate cider, the shrimp salad and the chicken sandwich & all were tasty! Only thing I missed out on is the apple donut but I will come back because it is delicious!

Ambiance: love that this place is across the street from the coastline! Offers great views of the ocean and a nice breeze if you're sitting outside. Service: waiter came by to take our order a few minutes after we sat down. He was friendly and knowledgeable about the menu. Food: honestly, the billionaire burger was good but not worth the price. We enjoyed the simple flavors of the Simmzy's burger more. It was a more balanced burger imo.

I enjoy coming to the Pacific center to shop and enjoy the restaurants. I've sat many times at the bar top inside Simmzys and enjoyed the friendly service and tasty drinks. Today I chose to have lunch here but was not completely satisfied with the food. The wing order included 5 wings. One was 1/2 a wing due to it being broken. The order was small. I also ordered the blue cheese fries which were quite soggy, due to being drenched in sauce. We tried a chicken sandwich which was probably the best item we had, crispy and flavorful. Simmzys, I will be back to sit at your bar but will probably think twice about eating here. Parking is plenty, service is friendly and the location is great.

Love this place! Brought some friends here from out of state and had a blast--the perfect place for burgers, beer and beach view! The price is not bad for a range of $35-$45 per person (with drinks) as their serving size is considerable. For a place with such a wonderful location, the price is actually very very fair. And the food is great. I had a Crispy Korean Chicken Burger and shared an Ahi Poke Tostada with my friend and I loved it! All my friends were very happy with their selections - the burgers we all chose were flavorful. On top of the awesome food, of course, is the beach view. Outside the restaurant is the Ocean Deck which has tables with umbrellas, chairs and steps - we brought our food and drinks there and had a full view of the ocean.

Great spot overlooking the beach in Huntington. It can be a little difficult to navigate around in the center, so if you're a first timer, as we were, use the center map or walking navigation. Great food. My chicken tortilla soup was pleasantly spicy and loaded with chicken. Shrimp taco (not on menu - adapted from chicken taco) was the same - gently spicy and well filled. Pricey - lunch for four with three "adult" drinks was $150, but that's not out of the ballpark for HB. Our server was amazingly attentive. Highly recommended - and plenty of shops in the center to walk around and enjoy. It's also a short, pleasant walk to Main Street and HB Pier, where you can watch surfers. If you're a tourist, you'll get a great taste of SoCal beach life. (Though we were new to this restaurant, we used to live in the area.)

Blackened cod was delicious. If you're looking for a hefty meal, I recommend getting at least 2 tacos since 1 taco might not be enough. Weekends can be busy so there may be limited seating. Great ambiance since it's by the beach the area itself is like an outlet with plentiful of shops.

I ordered the Thai Pork Belly Sliders, which is under the Share Plates section. When it arrived, it only came with 2. I expected it to be bigger. This was the only item I ordered for lunch, so it barely kept me full. I wasn't going to share the dish, so I thought I would have bee full or satisfied after eating it. Overall, the pork belly was glazed well and I liked the kimchi pickles because it gave it a refreshing crunch. My friend ordered the Best Damn French Toast, and this was quite heavy. She was not able to finish because the portion was massive. It's very sweet!! Service was okay, since we had to ask for a to-go box 3x.

Stopped by for appetizers and drinks while shopping and relaxing at the beach. The kids loved the carne asada fries and chicken tacos. Definitely a great spot to take a break and soak in the scenery.

Love this restaurant! It's got a great view of the beach from the patio. They are known for their burgers, and they're all really good! I absolutely love the shoe string fries, especially with carne asada and guacamole on top! Always a great spot to dine while at Pacific City.

Enjoyed lunch here today! Really liked the bacon blue burger along with the nachos. The patio was a lovely place to sit, overlooking the ocean and visiting with family. Service was consistent though not overly quick.

Had dinner here Saturday during the US Open Surfing competition opening weekend. That said, you know how crowded and overpopulated the beach was this weekend. First time at Simmzy's. We were seated promptly. All tables have a beachfront view. We ordered a variety of apps and then shared a couple of entrees. The appetizers were fantastic. Brussels sprouts were lemony, included capers (we omitted the anchovies). The pork belly sliders were perfectly seasoned banh mi style sandwiches. The belle of the ball was the cauliflower. Gently fried perfection with 2 delicious dipping sauces served on the side so as to not ruin the delicate fried cauliflower. The tuna bowl was tasty with pickled veggies and ginger. The Korean fried chicken sandwich was also quite good. Hot skinny fries also perfect! We loved this place.

I LOVE SIMMZYS!! My go to spot for a cozy, beer and a gourmet burger dinner. I've had their chicken, salads, nachos, soups and everything continues to be tasty and fresh. Dogs or welcomed on the patio. It can get busy sometimes, so recommend checking in early. Always a dog-darn-good time at Simmzy's:)

Food is visually appealing, however the food was mediocre at best. Honestly, there's not much more I can really add to make this review better. The food is just ok. I will add, the view is spectacular from the patio. Nacho poke bites were good. Billionaire burger was good, however, supposedly it was supposed to have candied bacon, the bacon wasn't sweet at all, which is what I found appealing; to balance with the savory burger. Carne asada fries, what can I say, the fries were good, but the star of the show, the carne asada was severely lacking in flavor. The carne asada fries from the Long Beach Airport are better, and I'm by no means taking a swipe at airport carne asada fries. The Tajín and limé chicharrones were good, but I probably wouldn't order them again, extrapolate what you will from that. And... last but certainly not least, the 15 minute wings (self per claimed, "worth the wait"). This is a hard pass, I was extremely disappointed after the proclamation of worth the wait. Breading was perfectly crispy and the wings were super meaty, but the "sweet and spicy" claim was a major disappointment, it was neither sweet nor spicy. Service was perfectly acceptable, prompt, courteous, nice, and food came out at a reasonable time from when the order was placed.

Located in Pacific City, parking is plenty and easy. Seat yourself either indoors or out in the patio. Service is good. Food is okay and can easily be shared. Decent place for a drink and enjoy a sunny day. Not a fav, but don't hate it either.

Located in the Pacific City Mall, Simmzy's is an adorable pub with an ocean view, and tasty food. Dropped in late one night for a pint and to try their Nachos while gazing at the vehicle cruising up and down the Pacific Coast Highway under the stars. The Nachos were delicious and complemented the Hazy IPA I was drinking, while satisfying my need for something tasty. Customer service was very good, and Simmzy's is a great place to grab a bite in the late evening. Highly recommend.

Lively place in the pacific city mall Tacos - We ordered the Al pastor and asada burgers... lacked any flavor. The tortilla ends were so dry and sharp The lil simmzy burger had double patties and came with fries. This place is definitely a skip

This was a cute place for lunch today! Was a great view of the ocean. The food was good. No complaints on that. Service was a little lacking, a few of us in our party of 6 didn't receive any refills. The chairs on the patio are too big and we were cramped with 2 tables and 6 chairs. Other than that everything else was very good. Would come back .

Went here with a friend and the food was really good. Brussel sprouts were very flavorful & the bowl was KILLER! we got the vegan bowl because it had the most variety of veggies then added chicken to it (highly recommend). Our server was nice & food came out relatively quick. The restaurant itself is pretty small, all the tables are pretty close together so there were a few bumps here & there from people walking by. Overall, still a great spot & I will be coming back again soon!

Great place to watch the surf. Wife had the scramble. A huge portion of American scramble eggs bacon and sausage and potatoes. I had their burger with avacado. 1/2 pound of juicy angus beef fried onions lettuce tomatoes sauce. OMG a great 3 napkin meal. Shoestring potatoes were as Yelped. Huge beer list. We loved their sangria

Avoid this place when you are hungry. Because you would starve first and then the dish get ready in your next life. It is slow as hell.

Visited on a Monday evening and they told me it was open seating so I chose a seat in the patio. I had the best server Omar was super nice and attentive. He got all our orders right and never forgot anything we asked for. I ordered the bacon blue deluxe burger with sweet potato fries and with cheddar cheese instead of blue cheese and the were open sundays fried chicken sandwich with fries. The burger had a thick patty it was indicated that it was cooked to medium but it was a bit dry what saved the burger was the shallots and garlic aioli it helped with flavor. The chicken sandwich was delicious it was crispy, hot (in temperature I think it was freshly fried), juicy, and flavorful. My favorite of the night though was the sweet potato fries with their ranch. The ranch was savory, cold, and creamy. The sweet potato fries were basic sweet potato fries with a crispy outside it paired perfectly with the ranch. The fries here are just okay they are shoestring making them dry and more like a chip.

Simmzys is cute- the aesthetic is warm and welcoming and they have a great tropical vibe in decor and menu. It's great for dining with a small or large group. The drinks are fine- the food is... forgettable? I dined here about a month ago and as I'm writing this review I can't actually remember what I even ordered! It seems like a great place to meet up with friends to catch up and hang out for a while. Like a Buffalo Wild Wings hangout spot but not sports focused.

Made reservations sat night,got seated promptly.As in most places here parking can be challenging! Dishes ordered: fish, chicken tinga and pork tacos,salads and chicken tenders. The service and views were fantastic! Out of all the dishes the only one we liked was fish tacos and desserts. I'd definitely come back but probably order something different.Love the location

Came with our work crew celebrating the end of the school year. We were a group of seven, and two people couldn't make it. The service is great and the food is just as good. The only hiccup was that the server gave me the wrong beer, I ordered a beach blond ale, and she brought an IPA. It was ok, I just didn't like IPA's, and she did replace it. Someone else had the IPA. We came here at noon on a Friday, and it wasn't busy yet. We mostly ordered burgers/sandwiches but did order nachos, extra fries, grown-up tenders, and an order of their caramelized Brussel sprouts. They have their famous burger called "the (b)illionaire." I asked why it wasn't just called millionaire, this being a slab of their house smoked/candied bacon, hook 5 year (aged) gouda cheese and American wagyu. Millionaire it is, anyway, they have lots of beers and local micro and a full bar with your favorite cocktails. This restaurant is family owned and is very family friendly. One suggestion is it does get crowded, so come right after it opens at 11 am.

THE SHOESTRING FRIES ARE BACK, BABY!!! Thank you, Simmzy's, for listening and giving the people what they want. I have been coming here for years because this place delivers: a great beer selection, along with good cocktails, yummy food, and a lovely, casual ambiance with a beach view. Also very dog friendly! Can't forget the amazing service by all who work there. We never have to wait too long for a table.

A great bar with excellent views. Good place to watch a sports event on their TVs placed all around the room. The Nachos and 'We're Open Sundays' Chicken sandwich were very well prepared. The cocktails were great as well. Our server was very attentive and friendly.

Great burger and margaritas, really enjoyed the food. The environment was good, maybe a little cold, would have been nice to have the heater on. I will be back!

Amazing food, fries were so crispy and the service was great as well very attentive. Music was great, wasn't loud so you can have a great time with someone there.

Out in Huntington Beach on a summer Sunday evening with the fam and we decided to give this place a try. We put our name for a party of 9 and had to wait for about 40 mins but got a nice table that was half and half out with an amazing view of the beach. The menu has a bunch of great appys, tacos, burgers and sandwiches. All the burgers looked tempting but I ended up ordering the vegan crunch salad with grilled chicken and boy was I pleasantly surprised when my salad bowl arrived. The lettuce and all the veggies in the bowel looked and tasted so fresh and crunchy. The roasted garbanzo beans have the salad a nice crunch and the sundried tomatoes and pickled onions have it an extra nice kick. My sun ordered the simzzy burger which is a samash burger with two patties and my niece had the salmon Sando that she also said was awesome. Service was fast and the two girls who served us were very pleasant. The atmosphere by the beach is amazing and you feel instantly that you are on vacation. Will be coming here again!

I didn't want to post this publicly but I've tried a dozen times to privately let them know and their website keeps malfunctioning and will not submit the form. I was excited to get some fresh seafood right on the coast. However, two days ago I ordered the fish tacos and got VERY sick hours later. It even caused me to miss work the next day. So now those tacos cost me over $300 AND made me feel like garbage. It's all very disappointing. The server was great and the rest of the staff seemed friendly. The outside view was nice as well but unfortunately I won't go back.

William!! Thank you so much for just paying attention and noticing I needed stuff. But most importantly, thank you for setting me up for the best sunset date for 1!! The food was tasty.

We love coming to Simmzy's, especially for our weekends dates and brew time. Great service, very welcoming. Food is awesome- we love the Grilled Chix Sand. Have fun !

Poutine carne asada fries -there is no gravy or cheese! Where's the poutine ! Billionaire burger -the aioli is super good. The buyer is cooked medium. Fries are okay. I expected more from this spot. Great view and scenery 4* for that.

Absolutely love this place! Perfect location at Pacific City overlooking the ocean. Casual atmosphere with some fantastic tacos, burgers and salads. There's something for everyone even if you're vegan vegetarian or gluten free. I had a very tasty meso Citrus salmon salad, probably enough for two lol and my friend had the billionaire burger which was fantastic. Wagyu beef with the works on a pretzel bun. Yum. This will definitely be a place you go to regularly. Everybody was very friendly and we really enjoyed the service!

Came here for dinner because some friends were in town. We sat at the patio and had a great view of the sunset near the beach. It was absolutely beautiful, but maaaaaan, the sun was in our eyes and I didn't bring sunglasses lol. The food was solid, and service was regular.

This is the first time I've been to Pacific City, it has such a wonderful vibe! My friends went here today for a quick bite to eat and we got to sit in the back patio on the couch with a nice beach view. It was cold outside but they had multiple heat warmers so it was super comfortable! Unfortunately, service was lacking. I like to take into account how busy it was, but it didn't feel that busy... our server was nice but he came out once to take our order (someone else brought food) then once we went inside to get help to pay, he came back out. He didn't come out for drink refills... or really seem to pay attention to our table. We were in the very back but we're a party of 4. It would have been nice for him to ask if we wanted any refills when our cups were empty... Today I wasn't very hungry and got the mixed fries. The star were the sweet potatoes and the garlic aioli! However, the regular fries were very underwhelming. They don't need to be spectacular but they were not very good. Luckily my friends enjoyed their burgers, perhaps I just ordered the wrong appetizer to get a feel for the place? I'll be back and hopefully can update this review with better service and better quality food.

We had a nice lunch here. I got the poke bowl, it was great. Poke wasn't too spicy. My friends both got sandwiches and loved them. My friends got Moscow mules, they come in cute cups! They are also dog friendly!

Great dinner here including a nice seat with a sunset view! Started with the house margarita which was excellent. Side little gem salad with tasty. Went with the Simmzy's burger for my main and it was a great burger! Perfectly cooked, juicy and tasty. Fries are thin are come with a nice dipping sauce. Definitely a place to come back to for another tasty burger and margarita.

Early morning on a Saturday, there weren't a lot of options right here at Pacific City. The line at Philz was way too long for me to deal with. and I wasn't doing overpriced breakfast at the Pasea. There were pros and cons to this breakfast. The table was sticky - knocking off a star for that. The music was too loud too. My food was served quickly and kindly and there was ample coffee which was quickly refilled. The breakfast tostada was really good - and they offered the option of plant-based chorizo. The prices are incredibly reasonable. And Omar's (my server) smile and gentle humor made my experience an absolute delight.
