I recently received a text message from their office regarding a non-surgical model treatment opportunity. I applied and, two days later, received an email inviting me for a consultation. The email specifically mentioned a non-surgical model treatment, and there was no indication that any cost would be involved. I was truly excited about this opportunity and to meet Dr. Simon in person. Upon arrival, A senior cosmetic consultant entered to the room and explained the treatment options that might be suitable for me. After her detailed explanation, I asked about the expected percentage of improvement, to which she replied, “much better.” She then asked if I was interested in proceeding, and I expressed my interest. However, I was quite surprised when, instead of meeting Dr. Simon as mentioned in the invitation, another staff member entered to discuss the cost of the treatment. Having previously worked at Harvard Medical Hospital in Boston as an administrative professional, I am familiar with standard clinical practices, where a doctor—especially the one referenced in the consultation invitation—would typically see the patient after the initial discussion. my concern is not regarding the treatment cost itself, but rather the lack of clarity in communication and the expectation that I would meet Dr. Simon directly during the consultation

I would first like to say what an absolute gorgeous office! The welcoming personalities atmosphere and pre care is exceptional. I had my son during my first visit and they treated him with care and kindness brought him cookies and beverages as he waited patiently for my procedure to be finished. Dr Ourian is fast, effective, and efficient while also listening and addressing my concerns. My experience here has been so wonderful and supportive. Absolutely the most professional and welcoming environment. ALL the staff, from receptionist to the Dr., were kind and helped put my nerves at ease. My experience with Epione was amazing, everyone from the receptionist to the nurses and doctors. Super professional, kind and sweet staff. Flew down from NorCal for consultation, was given honest and knowledgeable advice, even though I didn’t receive any treatment today, I do plan on returning for all my future skin care needs. Biggest regret and waste of $7,000.00. If you're a young mom like me and think you want to treat yourself, book a trip to Japan or to anywhere else instead. I did the Coolaser at a discounted $5,500 but you're forced/obligated to buy the aftercare products which was $1,500. It is crucial you buy these products and follow a strict regimen after the Coolaser because your skin is so SENSITIVE after you cannot use any of your old products or sensitive products bc even those can be too harsh. It is a big pain in the ass AND you basically become a vampire after bc NO DIRECT SUNLIGHT for several months after because your face/skin is fragile af. I have two young toddlers, I could barely keep up with the regimen I gave up after 5-6 months. Now it's been about 8 months after and I have the worse skin I've ever had. My skin wasn't even bad before the Coolaser but now my face is fighting for its life. I'm breaking out and have so much acne. I never had acne like this in my entire life. I'm a young 40 and I have pimples and acne like I'm going through puberty. Everything is bumpy I just want to cry. The worse is when I went back after two or three months of Coolaser and my face looked pretty much the same but they lied to my face and said how amazing I looked and told me I would need another session to get better results... I feel so stupid wasting so much money like that... biggest mom guilt ever. I could have spent that money on a trip or for the kids.... if you have thousands to burn, time to keep a strict daily and nightly regimen, don't like sunshine, then maybe this might workout better for you than me. Maybe try other places that do the same type of procedure for half the price. Updated See photographs: Since the Coolaser and acne treatment, different parts of my face have been taking turns breaking out. This week it's my chin last couple weeks was my forehead. I have never broken out like this in my entire life. Even the back of my ears gets boil pimples. My face hurts. I am so sad. I don't want to see people. It's so embarrassing. I'm scared to put my face against my children's face because I feel like I have some disease...I feel so stupid for getting these procedures. My face and skin was fine before coming to Epione. I have never felt so ugly in my life.

Everyone was kind, and very helpful! I did the Cool laser, and will definitely be back for more skin care! They do take their time, so make sure you have your schedule clear.

I received the "dark circle treatment" from Epione in fall of 2023 and ended up developing malar edema from excessive and poorly placed filler performed by Dr Ourian that resulted in severe facial swelling. I communicated the complications that I was having to their aftercare team since their office does not allow you to communicate directly with the doctor following treatment. Instead of having me to come to address my issue, I was assured that the filler causing me would be completely removed via radiofrequency ultrasound at my "touch up appointment". However when I arrived I was taken into a room with two filler syringes and nobody seemed to have any idea I was there to get the filler removed. The doctor knew I was upset about the complications, so I waited nearly 3 hours and he never entered the room and never examined me in person. Instead he sent the intake assistant who was not medically credentialed come into my room to show me my before and after photos and tell me "we did not inject filler into your midface". She then told me "Doctor says if you don't want to receive more filler he will not be doing anything for you today." After this appointment Epione never attempted to reconcile or fix the issue. Instead they told me that the issue was my fault because their records showed I had received Botox previously and was unsatisfied with the treatment (the only reason Botox was discussed was because they were trying to sell me unsolicited Botox which I didn't want nor ask for at my consultation. I politely declined and when pressed me for why I told them I had gotten it in the past and didn't like it. They then turned around and tried to use this information to paint me as a difficult patient) I sought a second opinion at Dr Kami Parsa's office who examined me and diagnosed me with malar edema caused by improperly injected filler. They dissolved the filler for me which immediately resolved the swelling I was experiencing. I ended up filing for arbitration which I was contractually obligated to file. EPIONE'S OFFICE COMPLETELY IGNORED THE ARBITRATION FILING WHICH CAUSED THE CASE TO BE CLOSED. I then sued Dr Ourian in small claims court, to which he no showed and illegally attempted to send his attorney to court (you're not allowed to use an attorney in small claims). The only way this was even discovered was because the judge recognized the attorney from earlier in the week at Santa Monica Court for a different issue. During the court hearing, I pointed out to the judge that the documentation Dr Ourian presented on the amount and type of filler used was not present in the complete medical file that I had formally requested. I had previously asked for this information multiple times via email to which they ignored my requests. This is why I had requested my complete medical record from them, which did not contain this information. My file also contained a contractual agreement that I had never been shown or signed that was backdated to the date of the touch up appointment. It was extremely disappointing that instead of trying to help resolve the complication that he caused, Dr Ourian never examined me and instead opted to use his staff to gaslight me and dodge the issue when i knew something was wrong. I've never experienced anything like this from a medical provider. The disappointment was compounded by the fact that 1) I had specifically sought out a medical doctor as opposed to an RN because I thought the care would be better. 2) I paid $5000 which is 5-6x the industry rate for the treatment I received. In addition Epione attempted to get me to sign a non disclosure agreement prior to small claims court to prevent me from speaking publicly about the experience. If they felt they had done nothing wrong, why would they be trying to get me to sign an NDA? Devastating and horrifying is the best way I can describe this entire experience. If you encounter a complication and you are not a celebrity for which Epione can profit from your name and image, this office will take your money and run. If you, your daughter, your wife or your loved one is considering receiving treatment here- don't do it.

A half ass attempt at rectifying a customer's poor experience ends in being left on read since September 30th (today is Nov 2nd). Yet another example of how the money they receive from their poorly delivered overpriced services means more to their establishment than anything else. Not surprising that they wouldn't provide any refund but not even a response to say so when they are the ones to reach out in the first place?! Again, not worth wasting your time or money.

I came in to Epione this afternoon to address some problems I had postoperatively. When I walked in, I was greeted by warm and welcoming staff. I had a quick consultation where my concerns were validated and some suggestions were made which I was grateful for. When I met Dr Ourian, he was so kind and humble! He's such an expert and perfectionist, which makes him the BEST, hence why I flew all the way from Atlanta. From start to finish, my appointment, customer service and the experience was spectacular...the Christmas music was a nice touch too ^_^ I totally recommend Epione to anyone in need of cosmetic dermatology or any preventative treatments. Honestly you get what you pay for. If I had followed my gut and come to Dr. Simon sooner I would've saved so much because he actually gets it right the first time! Amidst the beautiful interiors his headquarters provide, the staff are warm and welcoming and very good with communication for appointments they're just helpful, Dr. Simon is one of the few that live up to the hype here in 90210! I have had a life changing experience and I do highly recommend him. Trust his expertise and allow him to lead. He has a lot of experience especially with ethic skin which has been helpful to my personal experience.

Both visits to Epione have been great! The staff were super nice and made my experience easy and comfortable. Love the cappuccino that was offered, just added a nice touch of luxury.

I've worked with Rana and she is really pleasant, very knowledgeable about what may or may not be necessary. After a tummy tuck left me with a keloid belly button, I felt embarrassed and discouraged. Dr. Orian and his staff changed that for me. They've shown so much warmth, empathy, and commitment to helping me feel confident again. I finally feel hopeful and excited about my results. If you want a doctor who listens, cares, and doesn't give up on you, Dr. Orian is that doctor!

I visited Dr. Ourian for a touch-up before my birthday, and it was a great experience from start to finish. He had done a full face refresh for me two years ago, which I absolutely loved, so I trusted him to work his magic again. Even though I only had my jawline done this time, the results were stunning. His eye for detail is impeccable, and he enhances natural beauty in a way that looks effortless and proportionate. While Dr. Ourian is expensive, he's definitely worth it. I was thrilled to learn they offer generous discounts for touch-ups, though I missed out because I didn't realize it had to be within a year. Note to self: next time, I'll stay on top of it! The entire experience is luxurious. From the moment I walked in, I felt pampered. The valet at the back alley entrance makes things easy, and the office itself is gorgeous. Dr. Ourian even has his own candle and skincare line, with minimalist packaging that reminds me of Tom Ford or Skyn by Kim K. During my consultation, Dione was the sweetest--she patiently helped me refine my goals, and her kindness really stood out. While waiting, I was offered coffee, tea, and the most delicious cookies (seriously, I need to know where they get them!). They also have a great menu with healthy options-- I usually get their Caesar salad, which is fresh and flavorful. Dr. Ourian is incredibly busy, so I always plan to spend a big part of my day there. But once he starts, he works quickly while maintaining his meticulous approach. A fun fact: he's also a sculptor, which speaks volumes about his artistic eye. After my touch-up, I was nervous because of the swelling--it was more than I expected. The staff reassured me this was normal, and they were right. The swelling went down within hours, and by the end of the week, the results were phenomenal. I've never felt more confident! My face looked beautifully sculpted, balanced, and symmetrical--people even complimented how great it looked. Dr. Ourian has set the standard so high that I can't imagine going anywhere else. I couldn't do the full refresh this year due to my budget, but I'm manifesting that I'll be back next year when my business takes off! While I do have other injectors I trust and appreciate, Dr. Ourian's work always stands out. His skill, attention to detail, and ability to enhance natural beauty are unmatched. Even though the wait time during my full face refresh was longer and I had to plan a big part of my day, the last couple of visits have been much quicker. For example, today I was in and out in less than an hour. He consistently sets a high standard, and I'm looking forward to coming back for future treatments.

This is my second time here and I love it. Everyone is so nice, and I have to give a special shout out to Michelle. She's amazing so knowledgeable and extremely patient answering all of my questions and believe I ask a whole lot of questions lol but so far I'm very pleased with the services that Dr. Ourian has performed on me and if you're considering coming here for any reason, I definitely recommend them. Parking is a breeze there is valet in the back of the building. Also while waiting for the doctor you can enjoy tea or coffee. They bring you a cute little set up. It's a nice place with quality work and great service so far I am very happy with my services. I will continue to come here.

I was so nervous at first but the crew here is so nice and helpful, patient and understanding. Initially I was hesitant to go here because of the price for the Nustem facelift but it's worth every cent! My results are insanely good and there was no pain and mild swelling. Nurse Zoe performed both my Coolaser treatments and was very kind and patient with me. The management/staff and front desk are also really nice people. I met Dr. Ourian once and he gave me a generous laser treatment setting level to remove my acne scars. They serve you sandwiches, drinks, and coffee while you're numbing before the treatment to help you to relax. They also offer a great aftercare box with amazing creams and even include an Epione hat to protect your skin from the sun. I highly recommend this business! It greatly improved my skin! I'll be back because I was treated really nicely here and their products and treatments do work well! & during my 2nd Coolaser treatment they gifted me a LED face mask! This is the best place for skin care! You MUST try it! Dr. Ourian & Nurse Zoe are the BEST!

Yes, the office is gorgeous, the staff is incredible, and the location can't be beat, but it's Dr. Ourian who makes this place so exceptional that people fly in from all over the world to see him. He understands beauty and symmetry in a way no one else does, and knows exactly what you need - and how to execute - to elevate your features. The problem with him is that once you see him, you'll never trust anyone else with your face.

I came to Epion in November 2024 for the first time and their team is so amazing. They're attentive to your needs and they explain everything so thoroughly. I personally saw Dr. Simon Ourian and he did some contouring of my face. I love my results. Today, I'm back for the Coolaser treatment with Zoe, Aesthetic Registered Nurse and she made sure my treatment went well and made me feel comfortable. I can't wait to see my results! My second time at Epione & my services have been fabulous! I got a laser treatment on my face and my results didn't fall short, I'm still healing but my face is tight. I also had a brow lift with Botox and I'm loving the results so far, I had a frown line in the middle of my forehead but has now disappeared due to the brow lift! I'm a little late to the Botox party but I'm extremely happy that I waited & came to someone who is phenomenal at their Job.

I didn't think I would be as happy with the results as I was. I thought "oh celebrity- shelebrity doctor how good can he be?" But I came anyways bc I wanted someone different than my usual provider and was in town and not sure who to go to. I got treatment to my cheeks and all I can say is there is a reason why people love his work. And him. My results were way more incredible than I could have imagined. Just trust the process and you don't need to micromanage like you may with other providers. I wish the pricing was not by area- but was by product- or some other way- bc then one area that is treated looks so so great which highlights the ones that don't- but- the work is so thoughtful -and yet very strong- I think Dr. Ourian takes risks - while listening to the patient. It's a hard balance. I couldn't be happier. So grateful.

At Epione is a special place. I've have been to many med spas in Los Angeles but they are hands down the best. The facility is the epitome of quiet luxury and the results I got were dramatic to me but subtle yet noticeable to others. People have said, you look young for your age, your skin is so tight, bright and clear. This is all thanks to Epione who gets the job done but you don't look "done" in the end.

I've been to Epione a number of times for my post inflammatory hyperpigmentation. I have nothing but good things to say about this office and staff.
