"Occupying most of the former Bazaar space on the ground floor of the SLS Beverly Hills, I expect Orion to open in late summer as a casual, a la carte spot serving snacks, appetizers, entrées, and desserts at an estimated $95–$115 per person; Ian Scaramuzza is on board as culinary director and Hive Hospitality executive chef Ryan Ratino will join to open it. The menu leans on farmers-market produce and fine-dining preparations and may include dishes such as black cod with spinach, mussels with vadouvan, spot prawns “Thermidor,” and a shareable côte de bœuf with marrow and seaweed vinaigrette." - Matthew Kang
