"This beloved OG Asiatown restaurant does a little bit of everything — which is perfect considering dishes are best-enjoyed family-style. Want Chinese barbecue? Roasted duck, barbecue pork, soy sauce chicken, and char siu can be eaten in or taken to go. When in search of fresh seafood, look no further than the restaurant’s brimming seafood tanks, which house live king crab, spot prawns, and fresh fish. Hot pot and stir fry, fried rice, and noodles are also on offer." - Eater Staff

The Best Hot Pots in Houston | Eater Houston

"Like most of its hot pot contemporaries, Chinatown’s no-frills Sinh Sinh Restaurant offers a Chinese/Vietnamese style hot pot made with a mild or spicy broth. Choose from menu options like the lobster, seafood, Vietnamese fish soup or a combination hot pot. Toss in veggies, sauces and noodles for a complete meal." - Nadia Gire

Google
Its a great place for Chinese food. Everything on the menu I have ever tried is good. My favorite items are the Hot and Sour Soup, Wonton Soup and Fat Noodle Beef. A hot and sour small bowl is enough for two while a large probably 3-5 people. It's balances all you would expect in this type of soup. Thickness, hot, sour and generous tofu and bamboo. Go for it!

Great Chinese/Vietnamese restaurant. They have been around many years in the same location. My family like many dishes they have to offer both Chinese and Vietnamese cuisines

Google
Food was amazing! Was able to host a party and order a bunch of different food off the menu. Everything I tasted was terrific! I highly recommend this restaurant. The Walnut shrimp was one of my favorite! I attached a picture but I didn’t get to take pictures of the food because we ate it all!

Sinh Sinh is one of the staples for locals and travellers alike in the southwest Houston area, the go-to place for family dinners and late night diners. With such a large menu with a vast variety of dishes, from Chinese to Vietnamese, there'll be plenty of hits and misses. Most of the times the flavors are there, but sometimes it can be quite bland or even unsavory. Trust the locals, they'll know what's good. Service is great overall even though it's noticeably understaffed. Parking lot is safe with a security officer on site every night.

If I could give zero stars, I would. The place stinks like something’s been rotting for a week and no one cares. The staff are rude, only speak Cantonese, and charge 11% extra for using a card (told me it’s a Visa transaction fee—yes, 11%). The duck and chicken were so dry I thought they were props (see picture). Never again.

Customer service was great, waiter was very attentive. Food was also great as well.

Google
Great food! I ordered the general Tso’s chicken and the curry beef. Very great dishes by them self but I’ll admit these dish are not good together as the Tso is overpowering compared to the curry. The curry beef today was spicy but spice did not linger and bother much. At 3PM there wasn’t many of us there to dine I imagine during peak hours the noise in the room might make regular conversation difficult so this is more of a casual place to dine. In general the design of the room was nice. Would appreciate more artwork around but no biggie. This was one of the only restaurants that served enough rice for two people(see photo). I really like this detail. Also, when the water was refilled it was with cold water👍. Great job!

Google
Not a lot of people in this restaurant during peak dinner time. The dishes we ordered were not delicious. Don’t think I’ll be back. 1. Sweet and sour pork : 1/5 Sauce was too thick and too sweet, and the bell peppers were not well cooked. Yuck! 2. Crispy Fried Tofu : 3/5 Tofu was not bad but quality was inconsistent. One of the tofu skin was not edible. 3. Garlic Snow Pea Leaves : 4/5 The only dish I could eat 4. Spicy Chicken 3/5 Don’t think I’ll order again

Yelp
Located in the same bustling plaza as H-Mart, Sinh Sinh offers a casual Chinese dining experience with plenty of parking nearby. If you're craving a late-night meal, this spot is a reliable option (compared to Tan Tan) now that FuFu closes earlier. General Tso's Chicken: Decent but unremarkable. While it hits the usual sweet-and-crispy notes, it doesn't stand out. Chinese Broccoli in Oyster Sauce: A great veggie dish. The broccoli ism sautéed, and the oyster sauce pooled at the bottom lets you control the intensity--ideal for those who like a balance of flavor. Seafood Noodle Soup: Simple yet comforting. The clear broth and fresh seafood make this a light, easy-to-digest option for late-night cravings.

Yelp
Met a big group of friends here for dinner. We order one of the family meals and tried a bit of everything. Drinks and appetizer - I had a beer and we had vietnamese egg rolls. The egg rolls were just ok. They weren't as crispy and flavorful as some that I have had at other places. The eggrolls are filled with a type of pork sausage I think and it was pretty mediocre. 5 out of 10 on the egg rolls. Soup - fish maw and crab meat soup This was something that I've never had before. It was delicious. 8 out of 10 on the soup Peking Duck - It wasn't bad. I think I just don't like duck. There is something about the texture of duck meat that I just can't get past. It seemed to be cooked very well, just not my thing so I won't judge the place harshly on the duck Walnut Chicken with Vegetables - this was very average and nothing to write home about - 5 out of 10 on this dish and that's being generous Shrimp Fried Rice - pretty good fried rice, but didn't blow me away - I would say about a 5 out of 10 Black Pepper Ribs - the ribs were my favorite part of the meal - nice tender and crispy riblets - very tasty 8 out of 10 on the ribs Overall this place was just ok to me. Not a place that I would visit again.

Yelp
Been dining at sinh sinh for so long that it's become the designated spot for birthday dinners, grad dinners, and other events. It's a great place to go for large parties as they have family style dishes and lots of dining space. We like to get the salted fish and shrimp fried rice, egg rolls (SO CRISPY), fried squid, and sizzling beef. This time, we tried the roasted duck, and it was delicious. The buns were soft, pillowy, sweet, and the duck was tender. Combining everything together - the bun, duck, green onions, and sweet sauce created the best lil sandwich. The fried rice always slaps, just make sure to eat it with the hot peppers on the side. It makes it taste even better!! Service is usually just straightforward. They come to the table to get your order, bring the food, refill waters, and hand the check. FYI, 18% gratuity automatically applied for parties over 4 I believe. Ample parking!

Yelp
You're not a Houston resident if you've never heard or been to this place. An iconic spot for food lovers. The ambiance is just so so but the food is amazing. I've not been here for awhile what with the all new restaurants sprouting everywhere. The lines for the take out for the roasted food are long. The service is fast and the waitstaff are knowledgeable. The menu lists is full of delicious dishes and I highly recommend this place if you've never been here.

Yelp
Amongst the many Vietnamese-Chinese places throughout Bellaire Chinatown, few have amassed a reputation as Sinh Sinh. Their share of the local fanfare has been a big part of their longevity, as they have become a perpetual late night destination and a reliable option for Asian comfort food and fresh seafood. Sinh Sinh is the Viet-Sino term for 星星 or "Star Star" (#1) The food hardly has any star quality to it but it's still one of the better options when nothing else is open. Their popularity has made them synonymous with the Bellaire Chinatown dining scene. Over the years they have expanded their dining area as well as their menu, effectively catering to everyone and everything. One can bring a large group or come solo, they have plenty of room. Parking is also easy, which has not been the case for many places in the neighborhood. A lot of Cantonese items are available here, but none of them are particularly spectacular. Beef chow fun and scrambled egg with shrimp are easy go-to's for me, and I think their seafood is one of the underrated aspects of their menu. They also have a number of Cantonese roast meats but none have really stood out. The ladder also applies to their wonton noodle and many of their fried rice combinations. It's worth noting that the more intoxicated one is, the better all this food will taste. (#2) Service is just okay. Vietnamese, Cantonese and Mandarin are all spoken by the staff. They take credit cards and have a dedicated parking lot. They are the busiest on the weekends, but the late nights are usually the best for people watching and for satiating the late night appetite. ___________ (#1) "Sing Sing" for all the Canto heads. (#2) Just sayin.

Yelp
Ordered thai tea, imperial egg rolls and salt toasted squid. Service was better tonight If you haven't been here in awhile come back. Must try.

Yelp
Visited from out of state and I really liked this restaurant. I recommend coming here with a bigger group of people since it would be of better value. I wouldn't come here with just one or two other people. I came here with my family so six people in total. We got the 4-Person Family Dinner and it was good variety and great value. We also got an order of ribs. This was the perfect amount of food for all of us to be full without leftovers. All the food was good and hit the spot, but it was nothing super out of the ordinary. My favorites were the Peking Duck and the Seasonal Vegetables.

Yelp
Food was fairly good. - Roasted pork was crispy 8.5/10 - Hu Tieu Ap Chao was mid, because it tasted burnt. 5/10 - Sweet Sour Pork tasted like what I had in my childhood 9/10 - Creamy Walnut Shrimp was delicious 9/10 The service was quick. The restaurant was not the cleanest, but that's how you know it's an authentic Chinese restaurant. Some of the seafood in the Aquarium by the entrance looks dead, so choose carefully when ordering Market price items. My take out order cost me about $65.

Yelp
My family and I went there for lunch. It was busy as always. I ordered bbq combination which was very huge and delicious and it was good for four people. The sauce that came with BBQ pretty good. The crispy pork with hot pan was too sweet for me and very oily. Steam fish was good and fresh. I also order fried rice. It was amazing.

Yelp
This restaurant in Bellaire has been a longstanding favorite, and it's been a while since my last visit. I was craving their lunch menu, featuring rice and BBQ meat of your choice with a side of veggies. Arriving early in the afternoon around opening time, I was seated promptly. Not much has changed in the interior, aside from the rearrangement of tables. The distinct musky smell from the fish tank, with fish and lobsters crawling around, still lingered. Initially, I was informed they weren't offering the BBQ meat lunch section today, but fortunately, the waitress double-checked and apologized for the confusion. I was able to enjoy my rice with BBQ pork as planned. The portion size remained consistent, which was satisfying, considering the price of the meal has doubled since my last visit. The meat was tender and flavorful, and I appreciated the extra sauce drizzled over both the meat and the rice. Overall, it's still a reliable dining option in Bellaire.

Yelp
The Vietnamese food here is decent. The wonton noodle soup was pretty tasty. The Canh chua was a bit on the sour side but was still good. The ca kho was ok. The steamed tofu with shrimp was a bit bland but was ok with the sauce. The dining room is pretty big. The service was attentive. Plenty of parking.

Yelp
Yum. For lunch, a friend and I shared an order of Imperial Rolls, a half Roasted Duck, and a Dungeness Crab Rice. The rolls were very good; the Roasted Duck was perfectly moist and full of flavor; and the Crab Rice was made from a live Dungeness Crab and wonderfully crab intense rice. Messy and Incredible! Service was great and friendly.

Yelp
Sinh Sinh is the place to be while in the Chinatown District of Houston. Our party of 7 ordered five dishes to share family style -- 1) one whole Peking Duck (comes with a bowl of duck soup) 2) Chinese Broccoli with Garlic 3) House Spicy Tofu with Minced Pork 4) Singapore Style Vermicelli Noodles - extra spicy 5) Steamed Striped Bass with Ginger, Scallions, and Cilantro Everything was perfect. From taste to presentation, these guys are in the game hard. I'm not from the area but I take it that this is the restaurant to be at in Houston for a Chinese family style dinner. The menu is huge -- pages and pages of so many speciality dishes. I'm so impressed that I'm at a loss for words. I'll definitely be back for another meal!

Yelp
We ordered the canh chua, ca kho to, and ca chien to-go. We waited ~30min which wasn't too bad. The cashier was very friendly and nice. The restaurant seemed like a chill place to eat. The ca chien was SO good, they deep fry it so it's so crunchy. There are a lot of bones, especially smaller ones, but as a fish enjoyed that didn't bother me. The canh chua was very flavorful and had a decent amount of fish in it. The ca kho to was good, even two days later. Unfortunately, some of the sauce did spill out during the drive, but there was still a plentiful amount left.

Yelp
Roasted duck was super bland. There's no flavors of herbs whatsoever. if H mart didn't run out of duck...i wouldn't have tried this place. They only accept cash which was annoying bc who really carries a lot of cash these days. you can tell this place is pretty run down. Ambience isn't welcoming. Just cold plus my duck is cold too. Plenty of parking and that's about it. Sad I wasted my calories on this lol .

Yelp
I didn't have any expectation to begin with. I came to Sihn Sihn during Covid reopening. I was planning a dinner party and never got anyone's attention. Service was none existence as ignoring customers is allowed. Last night was my first time eating inside. I waited 15 minutes to place my order. You know what? I'm leaving. By the time I started to write this review, waitress came to take my order. Food came out reasonably for midnight hours on a long weekend Sunday before the Fourth of July holiday. I ordered Curry Duck Noodles. I stared at it for a moment. The meat looked so dead. I mean, this duck suffered from a freeze burn and chopped to pieces. If you like cartoon ducks, don't order this dish. I was starving - worked at a festival all day and haven't eaten yet. I started to slurping my noodles. Delicious was not on my vocabulary for sure. I had no pleasant thoughts with this dish. It tasted like defrosted dish with deep frozen cocked potatoes and the soup was the only thing mingled with the egg noodles. Sad. Just sad. I felt bad to what I was thinking of doing. I left one dollar as my tip. Lucky me, there are many late-night restaurants in Chinatown. I'm not coming back. Upon paying I mistakenly thought a customer for employee. The cashier is actually behind the front counter. I should had kept my dollar I left on the table. What the hell is this operation? Customers are walking behind the counter. The whole place looked like a giant joke. Nothing makes sense. But the restaurant was packed. Bye!

Yelp
This place has a very large menu, I want to try at least six more items, but I was concerned when I saw some of the reviews, my experience was different, the food was great, the service could be bette. It seemed they were more focused maybe on regulars, but is all good we will see how my wife likes it, I will bring her here soon.

Yelp
Dry Noodle with BBQ Pork: The portion size of this dish was great, even enough to share with someone else. It also comes with a serving of soup, which was served hot. Although the dry noodles were slightly stuck together, the flavor was still enjoyable. The BBQ Pork, while a bit plain, was still good. Personally, I found it a bit too oily for my taste. Overall, I would rate it a 7 out of 10. BBQ Pork & Soy Sauce Chicken Rice: This dish is only available during lunchtime, but I really enjoyed it. Once again, the portion size was generous. This time, the BBQ Pork had a flavorful taste that I appreciated. The Soy Sauce Chicken was delicious as well. However, I wasn't a fan of the vegetables served with it, particularly the undercooked broccoli. Despite that, I would rate this dish an 8 out of 10. Service: Despite the restaurant being crowded when I visited, the staff was fast and friendly, providing excellent service. I would give their service a perfect score of 10 out of 10.

Yelp
I always order food here but it's such a bummer that I won't be coming back. Do not get take out here. Found CARDBOARD in my yu choy with garlic!!! You see all these one star reviews and you don't think it's going to happen to you ... until it does.

Yelp
This was my 1st time here. Went for a birthday dinner on a Saturday (6pm). The restaurant wasn't too full. Everyone orders their own meal but we decided to share amongst the table (their dishes are big). I ordered the chicken with ginger and scallions (half). It was off putting. It was half a chicken cut into pieces (all bones still in chicken) made into a mound with lots of green scallions smothered on top. It was one of the last dishes brought out (1/2 hour after bringing out the first dish to the table) so I expected piping hot. It wasn't. It was warm in spots and cold in others. I couldn't eat it. The bones also made it inedible. You couldn't take a bite without having to take pieces of bones out of your mouth. We also didn't taste any ginger at all. I give this dish 0 stars. My partner ordered the Sweet and Sour Chicken was good but nothing to brag about. I've had better Golden Corral. I give this dish 3 out of 5 stars. I would also give their General Tso's Chicken, Pepper Steak, and Chicken Curry 3 out of 5 stars as well. The service was good. They always made sure we had water/drinks and were attentive. The restaurant has lots of space. Our party of 10 sat at a large round table. The large Lazy Susan on the middle of the table made it easy to share the food. FYI - large parties will have gratuity automatically added to your bill.

Yelp
Super salty, I order 鹹魚臘腸炒飯 salty fish and Chinese sausage fired rice ... I don't see and test any Chinese salty fish instead they put shrimp paste and didn't cook well or balance the paste.. so we can test the super salty shrimp paste. The other 4 dish all salty. Waitress are ok . But I need to go to find her or other people to give me a fork and spoon. . Which is not big deal . The bus girl make me disgusting She clear up the table next to me but she swing her tablecloth on the table and all the shrimp rice are flying to our table side . When the first time I walked in, it looks old, but it's clean, but after I see the bus girl doing ..... I look at the floor all rice and dirty. And the men's toilet are terrible disgusting . Our family would not go there anymore definitely .

Yelp
My family has been coming here for many years now. The food is reliable and we really like that they are open very late at night. This place is a Houston staple for us.

Yelp
A well-known Chinese-Vietnamese restaurant here in Houston. Definitely great for big groups. Not only do they have tables and seating to accommodate large groups, but you can order entire meals for big groups too. If you need a place to feed your army, Sinh Sinh is an easy way to get everyone in, fed, and on your way. I've been here four times over the last 3 years. It's consistent. Beware however: Their restrooms also happen to be consistently DISGUSTING.

Yelp
We had lunch on a Wednesday. When you walk in there are several tanks that hold live seafood ,which contained huge crabs. We sat in the middle of the restaurant. Tables were slightly close others occupied. The menu is huge-I had the general chicken served with broccoli. It was a large serving -fresh tasty & not spicy. The walnut shrimp had large deveined shrimp fried with a cream colored sauce-so different & tasty. We had the egg rolls that were great as well. Huge servings of everything. You could share a plate.

Yelp
We stopped by here for a late dinner around 8:30 on a Sunday night. There were only a few groups here at first but by the next hour this place started to fill up. We started off with shrimp spring rolls which were pretty good and very large. The peanut sauce that we had with them was not as creamy as I was used to but it was pretty good. My daughter had the Wonton Noodle soup. The broth was tasty and the noodles were nice and soft. My daughter enjoyed the wontons and finished up her soup without a complaint. Next we had the salt toast soft shell crab. This came out pretty quick and the crab was soft. You could taste the pepper and salt seasoning and it was good. There was some spice with it but mostly just in the veggies. Our main course was their special of the day, the Boston lobster. We went with the the Ginger and Scallion seasoning. We were going to go with the Pepper and beer seasoning, but the waitress stated that this was a better deal and will taste better. So we went with what she said to go after. The special had two lobsters in it and tasted pretty awesome. The lobster meat was very moist and the flaving was good. I was pretty happy that we went with it. However, I will say it is a bit different eating lobster this way compared to steaming a lobster and cracking it open. It was a good learning and dining experience. Lastly while we finished up we looked around and saw that 3-4 tables had these rolls on them. We asked and were told it was their egg rolls. Found out it was their Imperial roll. We of course had to have that, and boy I'm glad we did. It was pretty tasty. Also funny since, as the server said we ordered an appetizer for dessert. Overall we had a good and unique experience here and I can see why it is a popular place to visit with wait staff that will work with you. Glad we found out about it.

Yelp
Decided to try some Chinese food so found this restaurant. The Yelp reviews are 3/5 but Google is 4/5 I believe so we gave it a shot. While we were going over the menu we noticed employees eating at the table right next to ours. Normally I wouldn't care but they were super loud. Slurping their food, smacking their lips, the guy on the right was watching some video super loud volume full blast and it was just so unprofessional and rude. We should've known this place was not good when there was hardly anyone inside eating on Sunday at lunch time but we wanted to give it a try anyways since we drove a ways here. They have tanks full of 'live' seafood at the entrance but most of the seafood looked was. There were even some dead prawns so old they turned a grey color while the others were pink. Super bad. And some of the fish looked like they were super close to dying if not dead already. The food was mid at best. House special fried rice was a 2.5/5. Crispy chow mein with seafood was super mid, 1.5/5, the noodles were a weird consistency and had a spongy airy texture to it. I've never had noodles like that and never will again from this place. The bbq plate with bbq pork, roast pork, and duck were ok 3/5. Clams with black beans were ok. Most of the shells had no clam inside of it. Where's the quality control at? 2/5 at best. Sweet and sour pork was mid as well, 2/5. The pork was ok but hardly had any veggies, had maybe 4 slices of onion and nothing else. Stay clear, trust me. All of the food was bland and lacking flavor like the Chinese food in LA has. We always bring left overs home and we left half of the fried rice, most of the Chinese broccoli, and some of the other plates there because it wasn't even worth bringing home. Won't be back here. I would not recommend this place to anyone. Quite frankly Panda Express has more flavor than here. Find somewhere else.

Trâm N.

Yelp
My family always dines here every time we come to Houston because we love the food. We've been eating here for a while, but I feel like the quality has gone down as the restaurant has gotten busier. We used to love getting the Peking Duck here. Last weekend, we went to Houston and, as usual, ordered the Peking Duck. Since I didn't want to wait at the restaurant, I ordered over the phone and picked it up. However, the order was for my mom and dad. When I gave it to them, my dad tried it and said it tasted pretty weird. My mom tried to put it in the container and store it in the fridge. She lifted the box upside down and found a drumstick that looked like someone's leftover; it just didn't look right. The taste was also off because it was old and almost spoiled, tasting sour. When I ordered it was literally just 10-11AM in the morning. The meat was in small pieces, not even a whole portion

Yelp
Food is and staff is attentive. Great place for a family outing or take out. Pricing have increased a lot over the years unfortunately.

Yelp
This review is just for their meat stall inside the restaurant. My family and I have ordered their roast duck for takeout a few times and it's delicious. The roast duck was juicy, moist, flavorful, and plump. For $35, this was such a great deal. Of note, their roast pork belly had very little meat and lots of bones. The roast pork wasn't worth it. Overall, we continue to come here for the roast duck. Unfortunately, the staff only speak Chinese and aren't the friendliest people. If you have any issues, I'd recommend pointing on the menu or to the type of meat that you want. They also only take cash, but at least they don't charge you any tax along with it.

Yelp
Menu can be overwhelming. But good is delicious if you know what you want. Had purging duck and roasted Porto belly. It hit all the marks

Yelp
Very yummy food! The servers came around frequently to make sure we had enough water and to ask if we needed anything. The food didn't take very long to come out which was great! It's also nice that they're open so late.

Yelp
This place is one of the OG places in Chinatown, and one of my favorite restaurants ever - the food is authentic, service is a hit or miss but IMO the food more than makes up for it. The restaurant itself is a bit dated, but did I mention the food was amazing? The menu is EXTENSIVE, especially their seafood selection. They also have excellent roast duck & crispy pork. Come here if you want authentic Chinese & Vietnamese cuisine, you won't be disappointed!

Yelp
Having 2nd thoughts about this review because i want to keep this a secret, but I wont gate keep any longer. exceptionally flavorful dishes, extremely fresh seafood (fish tanks), enormous portions! VIBE :: Same as any old mom and pop, traditional chinese restaurant. kinda old fashioned, could use a face lift. See? seems authentic already. SERVICE :: Might need to go with a chinese speaker because it seemed like their english could improve. But as i always say, you dont go to these kinds of places expecting American style service. You're under their roof, just go with the flow. We had good service, because we didn't expect them to be hoovering. ::FOOD:: *Spicy Dungness Curry Pot* TABLE FAVORITE!!! must order. MP, so maybe they might not have it in but if they do, do yourself a favor and order this. it has a kick to it. The crab comes shell on so be prepared to work for the meat. My favorite part was when i took the shell and put some rice in the inside of it and mixed it all up with the gravy and juices... *drooling..* *Lobster with Black Pepper and Beer* Fried to perfection, super intense salty flavor. didnt taste much of the beer but so good. *Hunan Chicken* always popular, super soft, pillowy yumminess where you must dip into the garlic sauce that comes with it. *Coconut Jelly* YUMMY!!!!!!!!!! such a refreshing dessert. Not too sweet and has a nice cream on the top, inside is some clear jelly.. mann i wish we got two of these. Soo good. OVERALL;:: i thoroughly enjoyed this meal. Next time i want to come try some shrimp dishes with more people because with only the 4 of us, we couldn't order as much as we really wanted to.

Yelp
I visit relatives in Houston and this used to be one of my favorite places to eat. That changed the last time I was there about six weeks ago. I will never set foot in there again. Not only was the food horrible and over cooked the service was the worst. I also lost my appetite when I watched a homeless man walk up to the trash can in front of my table and pull leftovers out and eat it. Are people in Houston so heartless they can watch that and feel nothing. The waitress brought me my bill and I gave her money and loaded up the rest of my meal in a to go box and, not very good anyway, and took it to the homeless man. Then when I came back the waitress was complaining how I paid the wrong bill. She gave me the bill. Now she hands me another bill that was for fifty dollars more. Her mistake not mine. I have never been so disgusted. Will never set foot there again.

Yelp
Really great food. I wasn't expecting it to be as tasty as it was but it was absolutely delicious. The food came out super hot and the service was great. Would absolutely visit again.

Yelp
Would give 0 stars if possible. SHITTY PLACE DO NOT GO! The place is big, but not big enough to be ignored. Couldn't get a refill on anything. kept having to flag someone down. On top of that the food was lowkey expensive for what we got taste wise. The portion was decent but the food wasn't even good for me to continue eating. No one at the table wanted to take the rest home

Yelp
Been here so many times. Especially Dinner or late nite dinner. But recently, food quality went down. Few weeks ago, I had the roasted ducks and it was chewy, dry, and the sauce they gave were just like soy sauce. Disappointing. I also ordered duck noodle soup (Mì Vịt Tiềm). I would rate it also disappointing. Barely any taste other than some tasteless broth. Today, I came for the Wonton soup which I have eaten so much here before. The waitress brought out the soup that was barely warm enough. The soup was watered down. Yuck. We also ordered a chow Mein (crunchy egg noodle with mix meats). It was good. They gave enough sauce but still nice and crunchy. There were enough veggies, meat and seafood. Service is very reasonable and friendly. I'm sure there are lots of other dishes that are good. Hope they will improve and noticed their quality because I have been here for almost 20 yrs and I this is one of my go to place.

Yelp
we wanted to try the Asian BBQ food in houston, decided to give this restaurant a try. we were shocked when they brought the bowl of rice out when we thought it would be a small portion of rice next to the roasted pork. so there was plenty of rice. the skin was a bit too well done which we could barely chew on it. the roasted duck had a bit too much fat but they gave us a decent amount of meat.

Yelp
Well, first off the food tonight left much to be desired. I had the roast duck ramen noodle dumpling soup. The broth was flavored well, the vegetables were undercooked and the roast duck should have been placed into the dumpster not my soup. The duck chunks were very fatty, too tough to eat and while they looked fantastic they were a disappointment. There was an Asian couple arguing at the top of their lungs and the waitstaff and manager absolutely refused to intervene into the matter. They went at each other for over an hour or longer. I'll give you another try Sinh Sinh but you will need to make significant improvements if you want to see me again. With the screaming the restaurant was too loud to hold a conversation in. All this being said if it is 2:30 AM and you have a desire to get some Asian grub this place is open! Their menu boasts 100's of dishes.

Yelp
So it's Easter evening and I'm on my way back to the Hotel from a customer's home. I haven't had dinner yet and my tummy is rumbling, trying to find something better than the typical fast food industry ..... And luckily for me.....this place is "Open"!! And jammed pack with client's too.... Lotsa people here and happy smiles from the folk's in the audience eating up! So I ordered a to-go selection and couldn't be happier than when I got back at the Hotel and ate away...... The Aromas matched the delicacies of the item's ordered.....tender beef and delicious garlic sauce with steamed veggies.... The combination fried rice was full of meat's, shrimp, eggs and vegetables!! Just scrumptiousness..... Definitely glad that I found this place by accident and this food was Amazing..... 5

Yelp
I waited over an hour for my food while others who came after me got their food (soups). Not fair for us who waited so long just to get ours! It should not take this long for us to get ours and they should not bring out other people food before our! No matter how fast it takes to make their food! We got here first and we need our food prioritize since we got here first! Waiter then told us the system is down and messed up but everyone around us got ate and they came after us! He walked around us so many time bringing people's food and not once told us anything ! KEEP IN MIND IS NOT EVEN BUSY!

Yelp
Sing sinh has been me and my boyfriends spot when we'd go after work to eat out since they close late. Food is good, however, we came in at 12:20am ish and ordered our food right away since their isn't many customers inside. It's now 12:55 and we've been waiting for the longest and started noticing other customers have came in way after us and got their orders on their table, but us. This is RIDICULOUS. In any restaurant, it should always be first come, first serve. No one should never wait this long.

Yelp

Yelp
It's been a hot minute since I've been to this place, maybe like 9 years? Place hasn't changed much. The restaurant is fairly clean, service was good, there wasn't a time we weren't checked on. We ordered sweet and sour chicken which my b f said was the best he's ever had. The rice cake was ok,I think it's better at tan tan but it was decent as it had a light crispness to it. The white chicken with the ginger oil sauce was also decent, the sauce is what makes the dish yum. The Peking duck was delicious, love the baos it comes with and the duck skin was slightly crispy. The yu choy was fresh and tasty. The Peking duck also came with a soup which was also tasty, it had duck meat, tofu, and nappa cabbage in it. I ordered the duck wonton soup, it was so tasty and it lasted me 3 days as it was a generous portion! Would definitely return. There is plenty of parking and this place is good for large groups as well.
