Sip & Sonder at Macy’s Sherman Oaks

This is no longer here. What a shame. I loved the coffee here. It was a nice place to stop for a light snack. I'll miss it.

Best coffee I have ever had ever and I have had a lot of coffee as working student lol! It was so rich and flavorful! Absolutely delicious coffee! Open one in Glendale CA please! I’ll be a customer for life!

Very rude, unfriendly, i work at maycis but me snd the other colleagues hatr it to go there!!! We were very happy with star bucks at maycis!!😡

(4.5 stars) The hours listed were incorrect. I wanted to have a meeting with someone on Saturday. I searched for nearby coffee shops and saw they opened at 10. However, they did not open until noon. We were there long enough to find out the hours had not been updated online. I ordered an iced vanilla latte with almond milk, which was about six dollars and some change (milk substitute was an extra charge). It was very very good!! Even though it is located directly in Macy's (their 3rd floor but the malls second floor-- thats how the security guard described it), it has a very nice, laid-back vibe with friendly workers!

Calm, great people and good customer service!!!! The best part great coffee. We love this spot.

Awesome coffee, fast & friendly service! I love grabbing my iced Americano here on my way into the mall. Makes shopping more fun. :) Support this business, they deserve it!

Food items are way overpriced , not fresh, and the service is extremely rude. I felt like my money went to waste. as much as it was!

Wow so happy that I tried the coffee because the vanilla latte was delicious and better than Starbucks! I highly recommend giving them a try located on the 2nd floor in Macys!

I discovered this place a couple of months ago and found it to be the best coffee I've had in LA after trying most all of them. I bought beans to make at home which made excellent coffee in a simple press pot. The only critique (with hope that management see this) is that today I went and got the same hot Mocha I've been getting about once a week and it tasted completely different and not good at all. The barista remade it for me but after the second one tasted the same, they said it may be because they recently changed the chocolate they were using. I couldn't drink the second one. It had an almost metallic taste. It was disappointing and such a big change from thinking it was the best mocha I've ever had to one that was undrinkable. I'm not sure if it was the chocolate or not. Next time I will only get a latte and see if that is better. The coffee beans here are fantastic, though and the employees have all been great. It was also cool they seemed genuinely positive about the company and educated as to the story behind how specific beans were acquired.

Great service. Rose and cardamom coffee was great. Barista pointed me to website for coffee not in stock.

Did not feel welcomed. More discriminated towards. Food is not good. Drinks are not good. Just gross.
