Sisserou's Caribbean Restaurant & Catering

I was told that this is a Brother and Sister Duo owned and operated restaurant with a decor flare/food flavor inspired by/of their culture. I was able to enjoy part of the lunch menu which was delicious. I ordered the veggie burger (they make it themselves and list the ingredients on the menu). It was flavorful and one of the better ones that I have ever had. You could tell real ingredients were used by the bits of finely chopped veggies. Topped with lettuce tomato and onions and a roasted red pepper sauce. Comes with a side and I went with the fried plantains. They were thick and seasoned well fried to perfection. Highly recommended. Strawberry lemonade and water to drink. I shared the molten lava cake for dessert. Well worth the wait time of (21-30 minutes) to get since everything is prepared to order. This moist chocolate cake drizzled with caramel and ooey gooey chocolate on the inside came prepared with a side of vanilla bean ice cream and garnish of raspberry and strawberry. The perfect ending to a delightful lunch. I wish I would have explored the atmosphere of the place a little more (I typically walk around and see what the whole restaurant looks like, this time I only went from the front door to our table) but what I did see was nice with it's splash of color. The host that greeted us was pleasant and friendly as well as the waitress that took care of us and everyone who said goodbye as we left.

We had fresh bread come out with homemade butter and habenero sauce. The sauce is addictive, if you like hot sauce, and they do sell it in a bottle. My husband ordered the 14oz ribeye pepper steak with a peppercorn sauce and potatoes. It was good. I ordered the jerk chicken with plantains and roasted corn. The jerk chicken was good but I've had way better. The plantains were disappointing. It wasn't really sweet but was crunchy. The roasted corn was tiny but tasted good. I do have to rave about the waitstaff. They were on top of things and extremely helpful. For dessert we tried the coconut creme brulee which hit the spot and was something I would definitely come back just for dessert. The banana bread pudding and rum cake were average IMHO. The plating was impressive.

Popped in while I was in Tulsa, because it was close, highly rated and a James Beaes award winning chef. It did not disappoint! I had the chicken curry, which had the perfect blend of spice, spicy and sweet! The chicken was tender, the rice perfect and the potatoes even tasted a little sweet. I got the house made ginger beer — light, refreshing, non-alcoholic. I saved a few bites to take home to my husband and I WILL be back to try….everything else! Good service, pretty casual vibe, parking available.

The food was delicious! The steak was tender, grilled shrimp flavorful, the yam potao mash was so smooth and creamy.. The grilled veggies were good but needed salt and another 2 minutes on the grill. The place was clean and the staff and management are phenomenal! It was a fantastic dinner! Ps.. Yes, yes yes to the bread with butter and habanero sauce! Mmmmmmmm

This restaurant was such a vibe — very nice and chill with amazing food. I had the jerk chicken wings with baked mac and cheese and rice and beans. They gave me a special sauce for the rice and beans, and it made them so flavorful. They also had an avocado dipping sauce, which I thought was unique but surprisingly delicious. I tried the lobster thermidor too and dipped the bread they served in it — so good! The food was a solid 10/10, and my waitress was super nice and friendly.

Fantastic food! Great flavors. The jerk chicken tacos were fantastic. Mac & cheese side was excellent. The fried plantains were surprisingly a cut above. Super service & an all around pleasant meal. I was shocked to find out they have been open 10 years. Tulsa's best kept secret. I can't wait to go back.

Pretty fantastic. Plantains were crispy, habanero sauce was stunningly delicious, the jerk chicken was tasty and had great portions, and even the rice and beans was incredible in and of itself. Free homemade bread with butter to start the meal was great.

Absolutely delicious! Large servings. Everything was fresh! I will be back over & over & over! The bread is to die for!! This is what I had today! ( So much leftover , I will have for lunch tomorrow.

I was visiting Tulsa to help out at a nearby Yelp Elite Event and ended up at Sisserou's for dinner with my colleague. It was my first time having Caribbean food outside of the Caribbean - and it was fabulous! We started with an order of their must-try Jerk Chicken Wings. These meaty wings were not your typical bar wings. They were huge and delish. Honestly, they could have been a meal in themselves. Especially when paired with their complimentary housemade mini loaf of bread. But, of course, we had to try more. After much indecisiveness reviewing their amazing dinner menu, I settled on the highly recommended Stewed Oxtail. It tasted like it had been sitting in grandma's crockpot all day (in a good way), so tender it literally fell off the bone. And the accompanying vegetables were perfectly cooked as well. I also enjoyed their Hibiscus Royale cocktail - so refreshing and delicious. My only regret is that the portions were so big. I had to take most of my oxtails back to the hotel (where I enjoyed them for breakfast before my flight the next day). The atmosphere of this place is beautiful, too. With low lighting and pops of color, it was very welcoming (and the staff were excellent too). Bonus points for the huge parking lot! Highly highly recommend Sisserou's if you're in Tulsa!

Each year in the Fall I fly from my modest home in California to Oklahoma, in order to get jailed temporarily on misdemeanor charges so that I'm in tip top shape for the holidays. Generally, shoplifting or roughing up a garden gnome will do the trick. If the judge is feeling magnanimous, however, I may need to resort to slandering his or her occupation, hairstyle, and/or kin to accomplish my goal - 30 days in the county jail plus damages and a reasonable fine. Jail time is really the only thing that motivates me to work out consistently. Now that I'm in my fifties travel is getting to be a hassle, but the people in Oklahoma are great and local court fees are far cheaper than a fitness boot camp in California. Also, my clown work slows down after the summer months, so an autumnal Oklahoma fitness retreat very much jibes with my busy professional calendar. And the weather's nice! After my 21-day sentence ended this year, I stopped off in the Tulsa Arts District on my way to the airport and had a celebratory meal at Sisserou's - a truly fantastic Caribbean restaurant with a great menu and unmatched bar. The space is lively, the food marvelous, and they serve everything from roti wraps and jerk chicken to pasta dishes and seafood. The staff is highly professional, friendly, and engaging. Christopher (not "Chris") was working at the bar when I went in, and he was as hospitable and welcoming as can be. The Sisserou's dining area is classy, spacious, clean and there's ample parking on the street and in surrounding lots. I ordered the chicken roti wrap, butternut squash soup and sweet potato fries. All perfectly spiced. I called my wife during my last meal in Oklahoma, as I do every year, to tell her that my "business trip" was over. I don't tell my wife how I spend my time in Oklahoma. So long as the summer clown checks don't bounce, she doesn't ask questions about my off season engagements. That said, she is always surprised when I return home muscular, slightly paranoid, and unable to leave the dinner table unless she blows a whistle at me and yells "utensils down!" Thank you Sisserou's for a wonderful send off back to normal life in California!

OMG! Where do I start! Visiting from BENTONVILLE Came in for appetizer and drinks before heading to see JoDee Messina. Ordered the beef pies and the lobster appetizer SO SO good! Our drinks , I had the pineapple margarita and the hubby had pina colada. Coming back for sure!!! Oh , we were celebrating our 33rd anniversary and received the rum cake with homemade vanilla ice cream AGAIN OMG! So so good. Do I have to say.. we are coming back Chris to the bartenders Sara and Christopher, very attentive!

This place is quite possibly the best Caribbean food in the state of Oklahoma. I'm from the island of Dominica. I be piece the owner is as well given that the Sisserou parrot is the national bird. The food was a culinary twist on some of the best comfort foods of my childhood. The food is simply put, amazing. The portions are huge, and the restaurant is a vibe. If you are in Tulsa this is a must visit spot!

Several friends had raved about Sisserou's so we decided to try them for a leisurely Sunday brunch. They did not disappoint. The atmosphere was upscale but relaxed. The food was pretty outstanding. My husband had steak and eggs but it has a Caribbean slant to it. I ordered the Oxtail gravy and biscuits. The flavors are wonderful and different. The only thing I was a bit disappointed in, I had expected the actual meat to be part of the gravy and it was not. Just gravy with about 4 small biscuits with some type of garnishment just wasn't what I was expecting. I highly recommend the creme brûlée! That is beautiful with a hint of coconut. Lovely restaurant, we'll be back!

This has been on our list for so long, and we finally visited for date night. From the second we walked in, we felt so welcome and loved the vibe. Our server, Max, was so friendly and gave us great recommendations. We shared the Avocado, Tomato, and Cucumber Salad, which was so fresh with great flavor. I got the evening's special, which was a Mahi Mahi, and it was incredible. And my husband got the Stewed Oxtail, which had tons of flavor, was so rich (in the best way), and was one of the best things I've eaten. We saw tons of other things on the menu we want to try and can't wait to go back.

Wow so delicious!!! Caribbean style food Jerk Chicken and the Pork Chops so good! Bursting with favors Shared a bowl drink that was like a Mai tai Service was great too! Very friendly. Happy to find this place. Great for a date night or just to have dinner. Very much recommend!!!

This place was good but expected better! Prices were high for Tulsa standards. My rum punch was good and strong. The complimentary bread was delish (careful for the bright orange sauce - super spicy!). I ordered the baked chicken and it was delicious. Good flavoring on the chicken. The chimichurri sauce was a nice touch. The mac n cheese could of been better. Was not really impressed. Expected more. Vegetables were huge and had some good flavors. Meals took a little long to come out (over 30 mins) but our waiter was super friendly. I would come back again if visiting the area, just expected more for the price and amount of reviews!

Wow! What an amazing flavors of different food we had, an explosion experience! Loved it! Loved the service I had great food great time with family great service, and the staff was great! Will definitely come back again and this restaurant became one of my favorites. Ambience was perfect!

When talking about the best of the best in Tulsa, Sisserou's should be in the conversation. It is hands down the best Caribbean restaurant that I have ever been to. The food at Sisserou's is always delicious. Jerk chicken has always been the restaurant's popular entree. However, my favorite meal from Sisserou's is the forever stewed oxtail. This mouthwatering dish is not only UNIQUE, but also equally delicious. If you have the stomach for it, then it is a must try. It's worth the money spent as the oxtail tastes amazing. The restaurant is beautiful. Good for groups as well as dates. The old fashioned was the best old fashioned I've had, although weaker in alcohol content. Spacious parking lot so you don't have to worry about not having enough parking in this part of town. P.S. Congratulations on the 10th anniversary of the restaurant on April 2024...and many more to come.

Fiancé and I had lunch here today for the first time. Our service was great super friendly and polite. Very cute atmosphere and is clean! The food was very good. I got the baked chicken with a side of the street corn. It was very very tasty. Fiancé had the jerk chicken tacos and he demolished those. Look forward to trying their dinner menu.

Stopped in after a search for good food in Tulsa. We had lunch in the bar area at a table with some friends. The staff were helpful in suggestions and very friendly. We had a tuna salad, Cuban, rice and beans. It was all delicious and was served quickly and plated beautifully. Their cocktails were also delicious. I would be a great date night or night out either friends. Was decorated nicely with some beautiful lights. Was a good find. Ho check them out!

Had a fabulous dinner here! The salted cod fish balls were great (and I LOVED the breaded fried lemon too). I had the red snapper and it was out of this world yummy. The red beans & rice along with the plantains really complimented the red snapper and garnish of peppers. I will be dreaming of this dish for years to come. Others at my table had the salmon Rasta pasta--the mushrooms were so flavorful. The pasta was cooked perfectly and the sauce was delightful. The salmon was terrific too. I had a painkiller and it was creamy and refreshing. I tried the Bee's Knees and wow, that's a tasty martini. The drink menu is impressive. We took a steak to go for someone at home and he really enjoyed it. I look forward to returning! Can't wait to try the fish tacos.

Came by around 2:30pm and there were a decent amount of people there for a off lunch time - maybe bc it was a Saturday? Service was kind but a bit slow. Ordered the cod fritters and jerk chicken with plantains on the side. There was free bread they seem famous for - it was soft but felt underbaked inside, kinda crumbly yet mushy and it was hard to slice and spread butter on it without falling apart in your hands. Taste was decent though. The meal felt quite heavy overall - chicken was flavorful, juicy, and tender, the best part of the meal. Cod fritters were quite fried and tasted OK but probably wouldn't get it again. The plantains had potential but they didn't need to be fried and dusted with sugar. I never had them that way at other restaurants. Simply prepared ones are great with their natural sweetness. Overall not bad and seems like an accommodating place for large groups. Lots of seating.

Really flavorful carribbean food restaurant. I see Jamaican, Cuban flavors I'm sure there is much more. The food does take a little long to come out. Drinks are really good! When I stepped in the restaurant, it was more than I was anticipating from outside. Pretty big place. We sat at the bar. Bartender was very nice and helpful.

Amazing food! Love the ambiance of this restaurant, it's chic and has a wonderful vibe. The staff was super helpful with the menu and made sure we were satisfied with our choices.

Great menu especially at brunch We had crab poached eggs with hollindase and cuban with plantains. All were delicious.

Sisserou's Restaurant is officially my new happy place! Let's talk about the stewed oxtails--they were so tender and flavorful, I had a full-blown existential crisis wondering why all food isn't this good. Yes, they were a bit pricey, but honestly, I'd happily pay for that level of deliciousness AND consider it a bargain if they threw in a therapy session to help me process how amazing they were. The jerked chicken sandwich? Life-changing. Like, "reconsider all my previous sandwich choices" level good. And those beef patties? Let's just say I might've debated with my family over who got the last one--spoiler: I won. The ambiance was perfect--classy yet cozy--and the service was chef's kiss. They made us feel like royalty. My family already can't stop talking about going back, and neither can I. Sisserou's, you have a lifelong fan now. Keep feeding us this magic!

Chicken was well seasoned and not dry. The habanero hot sauce that came with the bread was amazing! I had to pick up a bottle to bring home. Corn was 3/5... a bit dry for me. Service was great. Will definitely be back!

Possibly the best restaurant in downtown Tulsa. Crab Back - 5/5 Like a crab cake, only better. More crab flavor, less fillings. Jerk Chicken - 5/5 Will scratch your itch. Perfectly seasoned and well-complimented by the red beans and street corn sides. Sorrel - 5/5 Spiced but not spicy. Savory and refreshing. Don't sleep on Sisserou's. This place means business.

Made reservations in advance, so we were seated after 10 minutes or so. The inside is tropical vibes as expected. Customer service was very nice. Once seated we reviewed the menu and was ready to order in no time We had jerk chicken and beef parties for appetizers. I like my jerk wings to be spicy, and these were not spicy at all. The beef patties had a thin crispy breading versus the usual thick dough. So I didn't care for those either ( my boyfriend enjoyed both though) For entrees, we got the oxtail dish and the special of the night. The oxtail dish comes with a great quantity, almost enough to share. So I was happy about that. Unfortunately besides the amount, nothing special taste wise. I've had better. But let me tell you about this mango sorbet! It was SOOOOOO GOOD! IT MADE MY ENTIRE NIGHT!!

Brunch was delicious. The complementary bread with butter and the habanero spread was excellent. I had half of a Cuban combo with their callalo soup. The soup was creamy and earthy and the bits of crab were a nice touch. We were pleased with everything we ordered. The service was good. Our server was a little reserved in the beginning but eventually opened up to us. This place is special-we will be back when we're in town.

Excellent food and service. Came mid day Saturday and they were also offering brunch. We ordered the jerk wings, jerk chicken tacos, plantains, Cuban sandwich and the brunch steak and eggs. We enjoyed all of it. Only suggestion for the kitchen is to shred the lettuce for the chicken tacos. Mine came with a large single torn piece of lettuce on top of each taco which was neither appealing to look at or easy to cram into the little tacos to eat. Shredded lettuce would resolve both.

The layout and cleanliness inside was perfect. I sat at the bar and had the bartender as my waiter and he was seriously one of the most perfect servers ever. He even was happy to be serving everyone. He had such a great attitude and was great at what he does. The food was all mindblowing. The bread that they sat down for you at no $$ was wowzers delicious. The meal and the street corn I ordered was delicious.

This place definitely lives up to it's reviews! Great Caribbean food in Tulsa! Came here for lunch. The place was pretty big and there was plenty of parking in the lot. What we got: - Jerk Chicken Wings: 8 Pieces of their wings served with avocado sauce. That sauce was such a delight. It complemented the flavor of the jerk chicken so well. And man, that jerk chicken was FIRE. - Jerk Chicken Meal: If you don't want wings but just want 1/2 a chicken like I did, I would highly recommend this. Just as flavorful as the wings, if not more. This is served with a spicy street corn which I really enjoyed as well. - Seared Tuna Salad: Ahi tuna, greens, grape tomatoes, sliced mango and avocado tossed with their house passion fruit vinaigrette topped with an apricot glaze. Yes that's a whole lot of things, but wow that vinaigrette stole the show for me. It was really refreshing, especially after all the chicken I had. - Bee's Knees: Hendricks Gin and St. Germain Elederflower liqueur mixed with fresh lemon, honey water, and a touch of house ginger beer. A very refreshing drink, especially on a hot day like the day we went. Overall, this place was great! Service was on point, food was on point, everything was on point. 5/5 would come back.

Best Cuban Sandwich hands down!!! Spent the weekend in Tulsa and Chris and I decided to have lunch at Sisserou's and boy we were so glad we did! We shared the Cuban sandwich with a side of beans and rice and fish tacos with sweet potato chips. We have had a few Cubanos but we both agreed that Sisserou's Cuban sandwich is the best! It's very meaty and the different cuts of meat is like a symphony of flavors in every bite! The fish tacos were very tasty and refreshing! The staff is very friendly and our server was very attentive. I like the cleanliness of the building and the lively welcoming atmosphere.

Having been all over the Caribbean, I can say this is as near athletic as I have found in the states. This food was not only prepared and presented wonderfully, it tasted like it looked! The service staff were fun and friendly with big smiles. The atmosphere set the seen with its Caribbean vibes. A great experience all around.

The ambiance and environment was fun. The service was great! We got there right at 5:30 PM on a Thursday and it was not busy. Food came out quick. The bread they serve you before your meal is yummy. My only con was the pricing. However, this is a specialty restaurant so I understand how they can get away with their pricing. And the food was good don't get me wrong, but I didn't imagine the fish and chips would be $35. Wish I would have ordered something that seemed more worth that amount of money. We got this, waters, and a skewer of shrimp and it was $77

We were in the mood for a dinner venue that wasn't the usual thing.  After consulting Yelp I decided we'd check out Sisserou's; this turned out to be a great idea :-) The cuisine is Caribbean, and their menu boasted a good number of choices.  All if the food we tried was very flavorful; it was also light enough that finishing your portion would leave you feeling completely stuffed at the end of the meal. Tip: This place has it's own parking lot; that's rare for downtown and a total plus :-)

Great service! Great food! We had the lunch special and split a beet salad. We also appreciated the parking lot.

We stayed at Fairfield Marriot across from the restaurant. From outside it looked like a simple small restaurant. To my surprise, it turned out to be a very spacious with high ceiling dining. The bar area was on the left. The waiter and waitress were wearing a red shirt and black pants uniform. It definitely gave a nuance of a formal dining. However, you can dress casually. The complimentary bread was a small loaf of sweet bread accompanied with butter and hot sauce. The waiter warned us that the sauce was very spicy. My father in law ordered pork loin. He wanted medium well. The waiter said that they served the pork either medium or well done. So he suggested to order it medium and if he's not happy with it, it could be cooked a bit longer. My father in law was satisfied with how it was cooked. He also enjoyed it. I ordered salad with seared tuna. It had passion fruit dressing and sliced mango served in a long rectangular plate. have never had such combination and it made the salad special and tropical. My husband had the special fish dish of the night. It was beautifully presented. He loved it. Definitely try this restaurant when you're downtown.

We decided to go here for Mother's Day lunch. The food was really good. We got 4 different dishes, Jerk Chicken ($25), Stewed Oxtail ($35), Jerk Chicken Tacos ($14), and Chicken Curry ($19). Everyone liked their meal. They said with the oxtail, it's 1 lb of meat so if you're hungry, that might be the dish for you. Overall the food was good. The bread was great as well. They tell you the hot sauce served with the bread goes a long way because it's so spicy. It is pretty spicy. For any non spice people, it will be really hot. Server was very nice. I would definitely recommend.

Service was impeccable, the restaurant had a lot of space and plenty of seating at the time we went which was early dinner. The menu selection had more than what I expected although I did feel it was a bit on the pricier side. Overall I had a great experience and would go back to try other items on the menu.

Went here for a dating anniversary and wow. The food was fine, no issues. Service was great. But THEIR DESSERTS?? Truly the highlight. We had some sort of brownie and it was life-changing. I'd go back for that alone.

I usually LOVE Sisserou's... my son was back in town & his request was coming here for lunch. Well,, had a lady server we've never had or even seen before (Caitlin) and we were her ONLY table at first... she rather ignored us after 3 more tables got seated. Had to flag her down 3 times and finally again to ask for our dessert which was ordered 35 minutes prior. She said she'd go check (after another table had to ask for their appetizer she forgot to bring I guess). She told us it wasn't ready..5 to 10 minutes later manager brought it & cake was not even warm :( & they charged me for marmalade I asked for to put on my bread & chicken.. NEVER have charged me before. Caitlin wasn't our best experience here sadly

Didn't expect to find good Caribbean food in downtown Tulsa and was pleasantly surprised by Sisserou's. It's a great versatile spot for lunch or dinner. The restaurant is spacious and offers ample, well-situated seating perfect for groups of all sizes. They also have a nice sized bar area with a variety of fun Caribbean-themed cocktails. I always enjoy the jerk chicken. Paired with the fried plantains, it's a winning combination. The rasta pasta, chicken wings, and coconut shrimp are also very good. I've heard the oxtail is authentic but haven't tried it myself yet. Don't skip dessert - my favorite part is the rum cake. One added convenience is they have their own parking lot which is rare for downtown. Overall, I would recommend as a place to take visitors or for a relaxed dining experience.

Anniversary date - first time here. Got the jerk chicken and the pork tenderloin for dinner. Everything was very good. Entrees, sides... everything. Molten chocolate cake for dessert was spectacular, although impractically served on a flat board. Needs to be served in a large bowl or something with sides. We'll be back!

This place is great. It's a little pricey but it's not your average dinner spot. It's definitely worth the special occasion. The service was top notch. We were well served. The environment is laid back with a mature island vibe. Nice low music with dimmed lighting. I can't wait to go back. Every single dish was great!

This place is amazing. The setting is elegant, but doesn't make you feel under dressed if you're not in a suit. Had the jerk wings, coconut shrimp and the beef patties as appetizers. Decided on these with the help of our amazing waitress Hailey. She was bubbly and really shows a loyalty to the restaurant. I honestly thought she was a co-owner with how much passion she had when speaking about the food. The Cuban sandwich here is perfect. My daughter had the pork loin platter, and considering how picky she can be, it must have been amazing. My other daughter had a Hawaiian burger that looked delicious. It hurts my heart that I don't live here, but if you do stay in the area, I highly recommend this place.

I love this place! I always get the shrimp curry every single time! So delicious. I want to try more on the menu, but I just can't stay away from the curry lol. I have seen mixed reviews about this place but I think the food is so flavorful & good. Staff & servers are extremely knowledgeable about the menu & they're always kind. Decided to order a desert this time which was tasty. EDIT: Take out is not that great at all. Will definitely stick to dining in!!

This place is DELICIOUS! We can with a large group of coworkers and they were so accommodating. If you're in Tulsa and are craving some Caribbean cuisine this place is your go to! First of, the Sorrel drink was amazing, this punch that has cinnamon, hibiscus, cloves and orange peels was so good! It took me back to a drink I use to have as a child. And the jerk chicken meal was so good, perfect to share for the portion size! My coworkers all raved about their dishes.

This is an upscale place in the inside but doesn't look like much from the outside. My husband and I are on the road again for another bowling trip. We were drawn in by the thought of something different and the photos on their website. Good thing we weren't going back to work or we would have had to bail on our food. An hour and 40 min at lunch is too long for most working people. But since we are on a trip we stayed. Luckily for us because the food was amazing! We had jerked chicken wings for an app to start. The avocado cream was heavenly. My husband got the Sisserou Burger which had ham and cheese and grilled pineapple. Home had fried plantains for his side. He said it was really good. I had the jerk chicken sandwich which was also really good with the avocado cream. I had sweet potato chips for my side. The staff was friendly and the service was good the kitchen was just super slow with a lot of large parties that got sat before us. We will have to remember this the next time he is in Tulsa for bowling.

One word: BREAD! Before I get into the review on what I actually ordered, nothing topped the complimentary bread and butter with the hot sauce. I could've eaten at least another loaf of the bread. That's how good it was. It was similar to a coco bread that the patties go in between. I'm a big fan of codfish so I went with the Accra and I enjoyed the outer crunch with the fish in the inside. It taste just like my auntie used to make. It was more filling than I expected, and of course so dipped it into that hot sauce. I could've taken a whole bottle of that hot sauce home with me. This was my first time trying a callalou soup, and the crab was a nice touch. Service was great. They allowed me to take a work call while at the table, and continue to check on me throughout. Love the colors of the wall, very reflective of the Caribbean spirit.

I love this restaurant. The food and service is always good. Wings, coconut shrimp, and Cuban are all great choices. I love their street corn too. The fried plantains are delicious too. I love their bar area and decor. Truly a lovely place to enjoy.

We visited Sisserou's for dinner prior to attending a hockey game. The ambience is welcoming from when you walk-in the door. We were greeted by the hostess and informed her that we didn't have a reservation when asked. However, we were seated immediately. Our server was Jordan who provided excellent service. In being our first visit, he made several suggestions and answered all of our questions. I ordered the Cuban sandwich and my wife order the Shark and Bake. The Cuban was loaded with meat and was incredible delicious. My wife's Bake and Shark had black tip shark with zesty cole slaw along with three accompanying sauces, tamarind and cilantro aioli, spicy ketchup, and grain mustard. Each sandwich had a side you could choose and we enjoyed the fresh cut fries. You will not want to miss out on Sisserou's if you enjoy Caribbean style food with a flare.

A must stop when I'm in Tulsa. The food, service, and atmosphere are always consistent and excellent.
