Sisters Caribbean Restaurant

I recently just started working in the area, and wanted some good Caribbean food. Annnnd baby once i stepped into this place you can smell the wholesome goodness of the food cooking. I met the owners who are a husband and wife duo. They are super friendly, and very welcoming. The portions are very generous, and very yummy. I ordered a large rice and beans and goat which was very tender.

We ordered the goat with plantains, and it was pretty tasty! There was a salad, but it was plain and they did not provide any dressing. The low rating comes from their inconsistent pricing. Their menu was not available in the restaurant due to electricity issues (which is fine), but we were told to look online at the menu instead. We looked on google (here on maps) and it showed the price for around $22. When I went to pay, it came up as $28. We asked about this, and they said that we should have checked the grub hub (or other food delivery) menus since they’re up to date. It’s okay to make mistakes! but I found it inconsiderate, that they made us pay for their mistake of either 1. not confirming the price before making the food; or 2. not amending it after we brought the discrepancy to their attention. I also want to recognize that it looks like they have fixed the price on google now. The gentleman at the front was nice, but the way they handled this situation was not the greatest. Either way, we didn’t make a big fuss out of it since it looks like a family-owned restaurant.

I have been here a few times and recently ordered a catering order! The staff were amazing to work with so friendly and great at communicating. The food was delicious everyone loved. The portions were so generous. I will definitely be going back! They are always so friendly and accommodating to my children too! Great family business. 🇭🇹

If i could give it a zero star I would! I ordered for delivery while at work, beside they didn’t take the time to add ustensiles with this huge amount of tasteless rice The fried turkey were horrible and also found maggot in my food, I had to throw everything away Y’all seriously need to do better this is my second time ordering with this restaurant and each time it’s something’s wrong

Don't to try get lunch at 12:30 here, there wasn't any food is ready to be purchase. They are still cooking in kitchen...so disappointed. I guess they're not aiming lunch crowds. I did taste some food from coworker's purchased from prior week. It did taste good to encourage me to drop by but I didn't have any luck today. It is take out only I didn't see tables to sit down to eat.

My family and I were in town visiting. We stopped here to get some food before heading home. While the wait was long, the food was so worth it. Not only was the hostess so accommodating and friendly, but the portions were huge and delicious! Between the 6 plates, we ordered Chicken, fried turkey and the fried pork(griot) which were all cooked to perfection! 10/10 would highly recommend! We’ll absolutely be back whenever we’re in the area again.

It's a very nice place the people working there are very friendly and very helpful explaining the selection of food. Very fresh and extremely tasty I been going there a week and half straight and I can't get a nuff. I have tried multiple things and all I can say is you can't go wrong.

First of all, the restaurant was dirty and the ladies had the worst attitude ever. The food was the worst ever. I had the legume it was not freshly made. I had to go to the hospital for stomachache. After speaking with a few people. I heard that how they are. These people messed up my vacation. Please do not eat over there.

Oh my where do I begin. The ambience is top notch. Food top notch. Try the Akra it's malanga fritters and amazing. Everything we tried was amazing. The service was great as well.

Wow! I tried them once before and they were good, but this time they were GREAT! Honestly the food is seasoned to perfection, and you can taste the love. Plates are around $20plus but it serves 2-3. I absolutely adore Haitian food and have been on the search for the best in the are. Sisters is a top contender and definitely in the top 5.

The food was really good and I liked the seasoning on the meat. The patties are clearly HUGE and also really good. It does take a bit of time, so order ahead!

We ordered fried turkey and fried goat with sauce on the side, and rice and beans. We also got a side of fried green plantains. Both plates came with a side of salad as well as fried green plantains. The containers were filled to the top, to the point that the rice was spilling over when I opened them. The food was really delicious! I could not stop eating. The plantains were crispy and well seasoned, really tasty by itself. Add some of the orange sauce to it and it takes it to the next level. The rice was really good as well, and both the fried goat and fried turkey were really crispy but still soft in the middle. Everything went perfectly with the sauce on the side. The only concern I have is that the turkey doesn't come with a lot of meat on the bones. But besides that everything was well seasoned and delicious. I would highly recommend!!
