Magical, Close to Nature, and Quietly Luxurious
This was my second time staying at Six Senses – this time with a friend, previously with my family. Both times, I was deeply moved by the unique atmosphere of this place. Surrounded by birdsong, soft breezes, and long walking paths, it truly feels like being on an island – far from everyday life, and fully present with yourself.
What makes this place so special to me is not just the architecture or the sea view, but the possibility to take peaceful, extended walks through the heart of the resort – under trees, overlooking the water, and with breathtaking sunsets that bathe the landscape in golden light. This kind of natural experience within a resort is truly rare.
The resort is beautifully designed, the rooms are well maintained, and the breakfast is excellent. I especially want to highlight the entire team – from reception and housekeeping to luggage service and the many young staff in the restaurants and bars. Everyone we encountered showed genuine warmth, attentiveness, and professionalism. You can sense that the people here are chosen with great care and thoughtfulness.
Mohammed and Onur left a particularly positive impression with their friendly and attentive service. Güliz from the yoga team also stood out – I had a gentle one-on-one yoga and meditation session with her, and her kind, open energy created a truly mindful and welcoming space.
I also really appreciated the open, personal conversations with the resort leadership and restaurant management – they were conducted with sincerity and care, and you can feel how much value is placed on guest feedback and real connection.
The culinary offering is on the higher end price-wise, but compared to last year, I noticed a clear improvement. The variety feels more balanced, with more options for lighter, smaller meals – which made the overall experience more flexible and enjoyable.
This resort stands for understated, mindful luxury – defined not by appearance, but by atmosphere, quality, and inner calm.
It’s a place you carry with you – and one I will certainly return to.
