You know it’s a gas operation when the water is served from a Berkey water filter.
All dining outside, you walk in to order and you’re right in the kitchen looking in at them preparing the food. I saw the staff going back and forth fetching fresh, high quality ingredients. I got the smoked salmon, and it was crazy how deep red it was - not some artificial orange color. Buratta, tomatoes, and peaches also unreal. They bumped great jams too.
