"The Skechers food spot opened on May 3, 2023, serving classic American fast-food dishes at prices that feel shockingly low. Beyond standard Costco-style fare, a well-fried chicken sandwich sports a golden brown crust between plush Portuguese-style buns. Priced at $6, the sandwich costs only 25 cents more than the one at Chick-fil-A. Equally impressive, Food Spot’s Nashville hot chicken sandwich is only $6.50, featuring a lightly greased red-tinted crust and dill pickles. Diners need two hands to hold up these fried chicken sandwiches, which come in generously-sized portions. There are even crisp fries, served bare or topped with garlic and Parmesan. At a time when it seems like restaurant prices around LA just keep rising, the ridiculously affordable dishes at Food Spot are a welcome change of pace. And everything tastes pretty great — definitely better than Costco — and on par with any good concessions stand at a sports venue." - Matthew Kang

Yum, cheesesmashburger. Parking a bit tough even with a large lot; so many people during what I assume working hours before 5pm; so plan on coming after 5pm maybe that lot next door will be accommodating. Talked to a few frequent flyers and apparently this place is always busy and was just originally by mistake by sketches and turns out people want it; good problem to have. Dug the burger, get some pepperoncinis and pour on other stuff stuff like mayo/ketch/relish from the self serve area, and keep those hands clean with the sanitizer. Sketchers though ahead and put up canvases to block the sun; good call on that. And the constant cleaning crew outside; good on ya for thinking ahead. Expect a 10 minute wait in line or food if you get there when its busy

Music is jamming and sun is out. Makes for a beautiful outdoor experience. Clean and sanitary. Ordered double cheeseburger, chicken tender meal and crispy chicken sandwich. Fries were ok and the chicken tenders were good but not better then chick fil a or Popeyes. The cheeseburger was good a bit messy but all around ok burger. Great place if you don’t have a Costco card. A bit expensive but it’s worth coming at least once. Everything is without fries and a drink but you can make it a meal for an extra $3. Your paying for the experience and the containers that food come in.

Great place after shopping for shoe to get a quick snack on. My kid enjoyed buying shoes and after having a slice of pizza. His words were "better then Costco pizza!" Hub enjoy the hot dog but felt the wiener was seating out for a while. The secret sauce was delicious. We'll definitely going back to try the hamburger. 👍

We got our meals to go- we basically ordered one of almost every sandwich- the Burger, the 2 chicken sandwiches and the chicken tenders. The combo prices (+3$) were reasonable so all the meals were combos. The Nashville spicy chicken and the citrus chile sandwiches had just the right amount of kick. The chicken tenders had a bit of an unexpected kick to them though according to the kiddos- the 2 sauces we chose were ranch and "the Spot" which was the dressing they use on the Burger. The person taking our order described it as being like 1000 island but not. It was a little spicier than regular 1000 island and not as thick. The Manhattan Cobb was good- the veggies were all fresh and the balsamic dressing was flavorful, but the plastic container was a little difficult to navigate getting the lid off and we sacrificed some of the olives as a result. The fountain drinks were all Coke products. The staff were very friendly and patient with our order since it was our first time and we had some questions- they also offered us a cup carrier and a bag for all the combo boxes. It didn't take very long for them to fill our order and it wasn't busy when we went at around 7 pm on a Monday. All in all I would eat there again but would try something different on the menu - and leave room for dessert as the churros smelled amazing and the sundaes looked delicious.

Google
A friend recommended this place, so i made a quick stop. First thing first, The Spot puts to shame Costcos food court. They have an awesome menu with many items to choose from. I ended up ordering the Double-Cheeseburger w/Parmesan/Garlic fries. Both are super delicious and I will definitely be back real soon.

Living in Orange County, this marks our third trip driving all the way to FoodSpot by Skechers for their amazing burgers – they are absolutely incredible! The consistent line is a testament to the great, fresh food made on-site, not some frozen and fried alternative. I've tried the Double Cheeseburger, which was fantastic, and the Chicken Sandwich is also a winner. Don't miss out on the Garlic Parmesan Fries – priced at just $3, the portion is generous, resembling an extra-large serving elsewhere. Dedicated staff in the food court often provide coupons for the Skechers store, making the experience even more enjoyable. Sometimes, purchasing from Skechers rewards you with a coupon for a free sandwich or drink. There's plenty of parking space, and the seating area is consistently clean. The management ensures a tidy environment with 2-3 workers dedicated to cleaning. My go-to order is the Well-Done Double Cheeseburger with Garlic Parmesan Fries – give it a try and share your thoughts!

Google
One burger + fries took 20 minutes to make, at 11am on a weekday. Apart from this, the food is very tasty for reasonable prices. Highly recommend choosing the garlic parmesan fries for only 50 cents more than the regular. Totally worth it.

Google
This place smacks!! 🔥 Chicken sandwich was on point. Pizza and cheeseburgers were perfect. Price is super affordable, and the service is quick and friendly. Food wise, it is similar to CostCo or Sam Club, but better. This will be a regular stop for us from now on.

Neal N.

Yelp
Looking for a quick snack or meal, then stop by here if you're in the area. The menu has many items to select from plus a secret menu. Everything is priced affordably and made fresh. There's even an option to make almost everything into a meal for an additional $3. The meal includes a drink and fries. For the sweet tooth people, there's even dessert options available in a cup, cone, or sundae. The outdoor dining area is constantly being cleaned by an attendant and seating is plentiful. The salads are huge and can be easily shared to complement a pizza slice or a hotdog. Regardless, you can't go wrong.

Amaka O.

Yelp
The service is good. The person who took my order was pleasant. She did get one of my items wrong, but maybe I wasn't loud enough. I ordered a hotdog, a spicy chicken sandwich (but was given the regular chicken sandwich) and the double cheese burger. I ate the hotdog first, it was good. I then ate the chicken sandwich. It was ok, but chick fil a is better. I attempted to eat the burger, it was awful. I'm not sure what type of sandwich spread they put in it, but it made it inedible. After two bites, I threw it away. I had seen a food review of this place and the person eating seemed to like it and it lowkey, reminded me of the food court at Costco. I will not be returning, not even to try the spicy chicken sandwich.

Julia H.

Yelp
Came here before noon. There was already 4 people in line and a lot of seats taken. Food is made to order so took about 10 minutes for the food to be ready. Maybe it was an off day but the food wasn't great. 1. Spot double cheeseburger: the patty was flavorless. Maybe it needs more cheese or sauce? Wouldn't get it again. 2. Nashville spicy choice chicken sandwich: chicken is good but it needs some sauce. 3. Churros: meh, wouldn't get again. better with the dips 4. Crispy fries: They were not crispy. The flavor was pretty good but also had a slightly weird after taste.

Jesse S.

Yelp
Took our order very fast and the tables are very clean. The condiments station is exceptional and always stocked

Zach H.

Yelp
If I could give it 10 stars I would. The price is great. The burgers are amazing. So we're the fries. Loved the chicken sandwich too. Seriously tho the burger is huge and up there with the top burgers in SoCal. Outdoor seating a friendly service can't wait to come back!

Jonathan W.

Yelp
I kept seeing Sketchers Food Court pop up all over my social media, so I just had to check it out. I might have gone a little overboard and tried the chicken sandwich, double cheeseburger, and garlic fries and pepperoni pizza lol each dish was tasty, but the cheeseburger truly stole the show! Despite the long lines, the prices were unbelievably cheap, making the wait totally worth it. Parking was an easy and the service was outstanding. Definitely a must-visit for a filling meal that won't break the bank! There's enough outdoor seating to enjoy your meal. The vibe was totally there. Yummy!!!!

Yelp
My 70+ year old Mom (love her!) signed up to do a 5k walk-a-thon so she was in the market for a pair of new walking shoes. (She ended up buying 4 pairs, whew!) We've known about this spot and have been meaning to try it out for months now, and since we came through during a lunch-ish hour, the timing couldn't be more perfect! They do have a lunch crowd: they have a following, for sure! I'm assuming it's mostly because of their price point - it's very affordable! It's outdoor seating only and every single seat and table was occupied! Hubbers is in some sort of spicy chicken sandwich phase, so getting the chicken sandwich was a given. Got him a side of fries with that. Mom wanted a hotdog. I went for the pepperoni pizza. I was curious about the churros so I got those as well. I can't comment on anything but the pizza, and for three and a half bucks, it's a steal. It's slightly bigger in comparison to other single sliced pies I've tried. Love the thin crust, good amount of pepperoni and cheese. It certainly hit the spot. Hubbers loved his sandwich. Mom's hotdog disappeared, so it's safe to say she liked that as well. Didn't get the chance to try the churros but those were gone, too! All in all, everyone is happy. FOOD: 5. There was nothing we didn't like. SERVICE: 3. Very little interaction, but average. VALUE: 4. PARKING: Private lot. Tons of spots. OVERALL: 4. Impressive first run. There will be follow up visits in the future!

Yelp
This Sketchers Food Spot was becoming a legend in my mine, making me curious about it. I finally tried it. The burger was priced well and it's sort of like a Five Guys burger for 1/2 the price, or even less! It's a smash burger styled thin patty that's crisp grilled, not your medium rare juicy fare, and I wonder if they can do a medium rare or not. The burger is not salty at all, in fact it could use a little salt and pepper seasoning, and in truth it's nice not to receive assumptive seasoning and add your own. The fries were a bit salty, but luckily I like it that way. I had the combo, so with a burger, fries and a drink it was about $10. Parking was easy. I'd not call it destination dining and the fact that it pays homage to the Costco Food Court by design and mimicking the low prices as well (kudos to that fact!) it's a good counter service place and fun place to eat.

Nadine C.

Yelp
Pre-dinner in Gardena, California... On our way to dinner, Craig Y. suggested that we check out SKETCHERS Food Spot because it was nearby. It's supposed to have similar items to Costco Food Court... and low prices. Why not? After I searched the menu, the Manhattan Beach Cobb Salad looked like the best menu item to me. Different, but healthy, I liked it! I wasn't too full and I didn't feel guilty about eating it! This is a casual place with outdoor seating. Order at the counter and pick up at the next window. Workers are efficient and polite! Don't forget to browse through the SKETCHERS outlet next door!!!

Alex S.

Yelp
Surprisingly good for a Skecher's food court! Like a Costco food court with more variety, the Food Spot offers good deals on burgers, sandwiches, fries, and desserts. The pizza didn't look incredible so we tried the citrus chile roast chicken sandwich ($7.50), single cheeseburger ($5), and garlic parmesan fries ($3.50). The buns were fresh and the fillings tasty! We also saw many people ordering crispy chicken sandwiches. There were a ton of fries for $3.50 with a good amount of parmesan seasoning. I'd definitely return if in the area to try the churros and fresh lemonades. There is patio seating with some umbrellas for shade. Though there was only one ordering window, the line moved quickly enough.

Michelle K.

Yelp
My second time coming here and both times I haven't been disappointed by the taste, quality and price of the food. My coworkers and I have ordered several items to sample - Spot Double Cheeseburger, Nashville Spiced Crispy Chicken Sandwich, Manhattan Beach Cobb Salad, Churros, Regular Fries and Garlic Parmesan Fries. Everything was good but the overall favorite was the spicy chicken sandwich. They have a stamp card but it seems like the person at the register picks and chooses who gets a stamp card. My last visit with my coworkers, only one person was given a stamp card and handwipes. None of us knew those items existed until she showed us after we all ordered. There's a lot of accessible parking for Food Spot. There's always a line and it moves a little slow since they're cooking everything fresh to order. Despite not being given a stamp card, I'll definitely be back for another spicy chicken sandwich... and churros too!

Fred T.

Yelp
wow was this place was awesome. I had seen it mentioned online and in Yelp and to be honest was concerned by the amount of hype. It can be a mixed bag in these cases but in this instance it lived up to the hype. As many have noted for some reason the sketchers shoe store decided to re-create a Costco food court down to the signage. This alone would have had me stop buy. I am hopelessly behind on reviews so the prices apparently have gone up a bit but I would still come back. There is even a Costco like benches and umbrellas for Al Fresco dining The Food: Burger: This two patty smashburger was kind of a In and Out Double Double Animal style with tomatoes. The patties were crispy on the edges and the onions were grilled. The pickles added a nice salty tang and helped along with the tomatoes off set the richness of the sauce. The bun held up nicely. This $5 dollar (at the time but still well worth it at $6.50) creation was excellent in taste and value) Chicken Sandwich: Just you basic chicken sando executed well. The thick piece of chicken was perfectly cooked and the batter nice and crispy. The Pickles provided that salty crunch. The ranch dressing tied it all together. Nashville Hot: So in the pantheon of Hot this was more of a medium to my palate. Good taste again on a perfectly fried chicken patty. The slaw was nice and crunchy and helped temper the heat. Those pickles again added that briney goodness that was needed to balance out the richness of the slaw. Such a fun spot and we will be back.

Niki C.

Yelp
Price went up no more $5 burger, it is $6.50. Drinks are now $2 not $1. But the line is still pretty long and food is still good. And more people here than inside the Sketchers

Toshi I.

Yelp
Heard about this spot via the Gram. Pre-Covid pricing here. Similar to Costco but with more offerings. We ordered 2 double burgers for the boys and I wanted to try the Nashville Spicy Sandwich. Next time, I'll get the supercheap hotdog and try the Manhattan Beach Cobb Salad named after Skecher's headquarters office? There was a wait though, so the similarity with Costco ends there. Outdoor umbrella seating or counters you can stand at. There was a somewhat long line but many people take it to go so we were able to find seating. I would recommend if you are looking for a casual spot with good prices. Parking in the Skechers parking lot.

Brenda L.

Yelp
The good: The most eye-catching part of this outdoor food court space is it's resemblance to Costco's food court. Similar to Costco's menu, they have a hot dog and pepperoni pizza. I tried the spicy fried chicken sandwich and a grilled chicken and Chile sandwich with fries and a drink. It costed $3 extra to make a meal a combo. I liked the acidic and saltiness of the French fries. The space is outdoors only snd is very clean. There was a worker standing by who cleaned the tables as soon as people vacated. I think this was fun because of the novelty of eating food at a shoe outlet. The bad: The Arnold Palmer was tasty but too sweet. They ran out of slaw for the fried chicken sandwich. The grilled chicken sandwich with melted cheese was just ok. It seemed like the chicken was microwaved. The interesting: The music is on the loud side. It pauses when they call out your name for your order.

Christine N.

Yelp
I've bookmarked this place for months and kept forgetting to stop by when I go to Redondo Beach/LA. We finally went to check them out. I honestly wasn't expecting much since reviews were all over the place. I was going to try them out for the "Costco-Like Concept" that resembles the Costco's Food Court that peaked my interest. We order a little of everything (that was available). Here is what we ordered: 01. Crispy Fries $2.00 - 3 Stars - Nothing special but appreciated the fact they were not soggy. Could use more seasoning but that's why they had Ketchup. For $2.00 for Fries, who's complaining? 02. Garlic Parmesan Fries $3.00 - 3 Stars - This was better than the Crispy Fries, kids liked it and c'mon...for $3.00, I'm totally find with it. It was crispy and have enough Parm on it. 03. Nathan's All Beef Hot Dog $2.50 - 3.5 Stars - It was a good size and YES they had ONIONS that are self-served. I've been missing from Costco. You can't complain, it's a Hot Dog and it had Onions. 04. Spot Double Cheeseburger $5.00 - 4 Stars - Was not expecting this to be good but it was. Call me crazy, it was pretty darn good. The patties were crispy, the cheese was melted and love the large pickle size. I'm sold...I can't even get this burger for $5 at any Fast Food Chains or have it be the size it was. I was happy with this item. 05. Nashville Spiced Crispy Chicken Sandwich $6 - 4 Stars - This took the longest to make since they fried it when we ordered. It was super crispy and SPICY as heck. I can eat spicy foods so it was fine but it got fire spicy quick. Again, I mean for $6...you cannot go wrong folks. 06. Fresh Made Churros $3.00 - 3 Stars - These came out hot and crispy with an option of 2 dipping sauces: Ghirardelli Chocolate or Caramel Sauce. We picked the Chocolate of course. I liked these better than Costco's Churros since they were not too doughy and dense. You kinda have to eat them right away or they will get hard. 07. Sodas $1.00 - 5 Stars - YES to Coke products. For me, I prefer Coke over Pepsi so of course it gets 5 Stars. LOCATION - Close to the freeways and next to the Skechers Foot Warehouse Outlet. There were outdoor tables/benches with umbrellas and counters for folks that just want to stand to eat and run. Lots of ppl just ate in their cars too. The line can be long but the staff kept it moving. PARKING - Plenty of uneven parking and it's not horrible like Costco's parking lot. CUSTOMER SERVICE - Everyone working that day was super nice and helpful. The condiments were getting refilled and they didn't have an attitude like at Costco. If looks could kill, Costco takes the grand prize when you let them know one of the condiments needs to be refilled. VERDICT - Will definitely come back if we are hungry for burgers, fries. We want to go back to try their Sweets items. Everyone around us ordered the Chocolate Caramel Sundaes.

Lilah J.

Yelp
Hot diggity dog for Nathan's hot dogs for $2.50 each! Tasty and similar to the big box store rival food courts. Cheese pizza slices also 2.50 each. Heard great things about Skechers food spot and had driven by many times. There was only 1 family ahead of me when I arrived on the weekend early evening. Then when I turned around minutes later, there was a long line behind me. When I got to the window, the cashier was a bit slow to take me order. Once my order was in, it was just a few minutes before my order was ready. Got my order and took it home. 4 items for just over $10. I'm sure I'll be back to try their salads. 3 stars!

Ernst M.

Yelp
Opted for the double cheeseburger with garlic fries. Devoured it, as you can see in my photo, it's gone. Haha I'll definitely be back for it. Prolly try their chicken sandwich too. I don't think I'll be trying their hotdog since it's more expensive than others.

Gibby B.

Yelp
My friend told me about this spot stopped by it was alright for the price it did its job . Had ordered a double smash burger with no pickles came with pickles told the lady at pick up she gave me an attitude saying that's how it was ordered so I was over it . Took the pickles out only to have my burger taste like pickles, fries were ok but half of them were soggy . I mean what did I expect I got what I paid for but it also came with a side of attitude . Probably wont come back but I will say for the price it is what it is .

Eddie D.

Yelp
I visited this place during lunchtime, and despite the line, it moved swiftly. The double cheeseburger with double smash patties, fresh tomatoes, crisp lettuce, onions, and pickles was juicy and flavorful. Complementary chopped chilies added an extra kick. The fries were crispy and well-seasoned. Regrettably, prices have recently increased; the double cheeseburger now costs $6.50, up from the previous $5.00. Opting for the combo with fries and a drink incurs an additional $3.50.

Brian V.

Yelp
The Food Spot is a unique and fun spot that resembles another famous food court known for low prices and delicious foods. There's a variety of things to enjoy such as hot dogs, chicken sandwiches, churros, and root beer floats. The prices are insanely cheap, so you know you'll get your value here. I will say the burger is a smash burger, so the patties are actually really thin and not a tradition double patty burger. Don't be mislead by the photos, they aren't the most accurate that's for sure haha. Regardless, the food was good and the prices were better.

Rudy M.

Yelp
So we finally made it down to Sketchers to try the food that reminded me of Costco. I got the hot dog that was from Nathan's and was happily good. The garlic parm fries were all right and my girlfriend wanted less seasoning on the regular fries. Her crispy chicken Sandwhich was good and the pizza slices were perfect. For all the little money I spent, I was happy with the results, including the ice cream cones we got later on. This is gonna be a regular visit place. STAY LOW!!!!

Annika W.

Yelp
Nope! We were starving and we saw this place and had high hopes based off the rating but this was so disappointing. i ordered a cheese pizza combo and the pizza was cold and old, same with the fries. The only thing that was decent was the coke. Save your money and don't come here.

Kay C.

Yelp
Line: can get long FAST. We arrived early afternoon. I can'timaginr how long the line is during lunch time. This is an outdoor seating area online so no covering for a rainy or super sunny day. service: SUPER SLOW. There is only one cashier and the management makes them do other things as well for certain machines. Hiring one more person to do what the cashier is doing helps a lot, manager !!! Food was not bad for a fast food spot like this. Parking was decent although the street that the store Is on is super busy so getting inside the lot might be a hassle. Price of items were pretty affordable for the items and I like the variety. Will I go again? Maybe. The churros wasn't bad.

Josephine C.

Yelp
I finally came here so my brother drove the family here on a Sunday morning in January to try it for a lunch snack. It was windy and chilly while waiting in the short line. The menu is very similar to Costco food court menu with additional items, double cheese burger, chicken sandwiches, garlic fries. The decor is all blue with outside tables outside of Sketchers store. I ordered a hot dog, soda, garlic fries, ice cream in cup. I stopped myself from ordering churros and double cheeseburger. I waited several minutes for freshly made garlic fries. The fries was very tasty with smell of garlic and Parmesan cheese. My sister her ice cream cup which I forgot to take a photo. The condiments are displayed in from of the ordering window. The seating tables are clean. I was impressed that I want to eat double cheeseburger and churros on my next visit.

Ne T.

Yelp
Not a fan. I like the selection of foods but the flavors aren't there. the hotdog was dry and the Nashville chicken was spicy but not flavorful. It took about 10-15 mins to get food. Yes, the card machine ask for a tip after you pay.

Carll F.

Yelp
I was driving down Vermont getting to the corner where Skechers is on 190th/Vermont to my surprise in the back of the Skechers in the corner in the parking lot they have a new eating place called FOOD SPOT, the color thyme is Red,White and Blue and the food is all American Beef hotdogs, double Cheeseburgers,Pizza ,Fries, Ice cream and Churros plus a few other things. I ordered the Pepperoni pizza, well done double cheeseburger and Rootbeer soda. The prices are cheap so that makes the food good. All the food reminds you of Costco and Sams club but the pizza slice is just a little smaller with more grease. The benefit is if you buy enough out of Skechers you get a discount on the food.I give this place a 7 1/2 I recommend this place I'f you are low on funds and you want to get full. Try them out.

John C.

Yelp
I visited for the first time the other day. I got the Nashville Chicken sandwich and truffle fries. They were both ok, but not great. The chicken sandwich could have had more flavor and sauce. I added some pepperocini peppers to give it a kick. The wait after ordering was extremely long. It took about 20 minutes to get my food after ordering. There were about 10 people in line ahead of me On the plus side, the prices are very reasonable. I may go one more time to try the burger.

Yelp
Skechers is known for shoes, some cool, others not. Now, they seem to be jumping into the food game head first. This new Food Spot (as they call it) is attached to an actual Skechers store in Gardena. The outside of the Food Spot is simple, and actually cool. The look is clean, organized, and they provide pictures of everything including the prices, just like Costco. They offer of nice variety of items including Hot Dogs, Churros, French Fries, Pizza, Chicken Sandwiches, Sundaes and Salads. Tried the entire menu (tasting each item), and I found the quality to be excellent. Everything was made fresh, and I feel the good had a better taste then Costco. It is strange that Skechers (A large shoe company) would jump into the food game with this location. I spoke with the manager and was told this is a test. The Hot Dog for example is $2.50 without a drink. Still a good deal. A drink is $1.00. As many may know, Costco doesn't make money on its food court. They consider it a service to its members. For the prices, Food Spot can make money. That's a good thing since they have expenses, and the food is actually worth going to Gardena for.

Ty D.

Yelp
Before shopping for some Skechers at the outlet, decided to check out the Food Spot for lunch. There was a line of about 10 ahead of me at prime time noon but the line moved fairly quickly. I decided on the double Spot cheeseburger and upgraded it to a combo which included a drink and fries. I really enjoyed the burger. The patties were like a smash burger patty, topped with American cheese, grilled onions, tomato, lettuce and pickles. The fries were nicely crisp with fry seasoning. Nice price too, it was about $10 and change. The menu also includes hot dogs, pizza and a fried chicken sandwich. Menu prices are comparable to the Costco food court. Plenty of parking which is shared with the Skechers outlet. With every purchase you get a coupon for $5 off on a $50 or more purchase at the Skechers store. Score! Although my friend who works for Corporate got me her 50% associate discount on my purchase!

Yelp
In true Skechers fashion, this spot is somehow perfectly what you would expect if they decided to start selling food. They're the underdog brand that is deeply misunderstood and at the butt of every joke. But those who are willing to delve into the world of Skechers and actually obtain their own personal opinion will be mildly rewarded. I found this while scrolling on Yelp a day after they opened. I've visited two more times since then, so I have a decent idea of how you should approach this place. First thing's first -- yes, this seems like a Costco dupe. Except you'll notice it's actually more expensive than Costco, which is fair considering Costco sells everything at a loss to get you in their warehouse. The fries are spectacular and exceeded my expectations. Definitely upgrade to the garlic parmesan fries, you won't regret it. Perfectly crispy, not greasy, and flavorful. Plus you get a lot of fries. The secret spot sauce is hilariously sweet. I was expecting thousand island sauce but this is just weird, they need to redo this recipe. The double cheeseburger is a perfectly normal burger, although slightly better than average. The lettuce is crisp, the bun is soft, and the patty is actually mildly crispy and juicy. This thing is $5 so I'll say for the price it's pretty good. The Nashville spiced chicken sandwich is a joke. It's not a dry rub and they dip the chicken into their sauce; to me, it tastes like buffalo sauce and does not represent Nashville hot chicken at all. There was mild separation between the breading and the chicken as I ate. The regular crispy chicken sandwich, according to my friend, is amazing. I have not tried it myself, so take that with a grain of salt. The churros are GREAT. It wasn't too hard, nor was it stale, and it was perfectly complemented by the dipping sauce (chocolate or caramel). So fucking good. I have also not tried the pepperoni pizza, but I'm a little bit impressed that they're using the smaller saucer-like pepperoni that you usually see at more gourmet places. Looks promising. The berry sundae is a fucking lie. It tastes too milky and not enough berry, despite it looking good. I'm going to have to try that again to see if it was a fluke. But it was good when I paired it with the churros. This place has a lot of seating and they're placed next to K1 Speed which is a super cool go kart spot. I think Skechers did a wonderful job with this location, but you should go in with lower expectations because it's still Skechers. Would visit again for the hilarity of saying I'm at the Skechers food spot.

Yelp
Cheap eats and it is not Costco & not affiliated with Costco either. The signs look like Costco & make you think cheap eats like Costco. That's the only similarity- low cost eats. Expect lines to be long but know it moves fast. Service is quick. Outdoor seating are similar to Costco seating. First come first serve. Super casual, nothing fancy. Just make sure to clean up after yourselves. Parking is limited but people are constantly coming and going so parking spots do open up. The dbl cheeseburger, spicy hot chicken sandwich, slice of pizza and sundae were all. good. Next time we're going to try the hot dog and salads.

Yelp
Where do I start? First, this food court is a copy-cat of Costco's own food court with similar posters, chairs, benches, condiments (see pics). Everything about this screams Costco mimicry, which is cool if the food tasted good. I think it works against SKETCHERS to have people's expectations anchored to Costco's highly revered food court. You come here expecting the same level of value, but definitely don't get it. Second, the Nashville Spiced Chicken Sandwich is pure garbage. Even Chick-Fil-A and Popeye's do better sandwiches. The bun is stale and cold. The chicken is tough and has a cardboard texture. The breading falls apart quick. The spicy oil that it's dunked in is flavorless. Third, the parmesan garlic fried are terrible. Stale fries that is doused in garlic oil. No texture, no crisp. They pale in comparison to even the cheapest fast food fries. Fourth, I think this is on purpose. But there's only one cashier and the line takes a long time to get through. I think it's to give an optical illusion that it's really busy. Lastly, there are production challenges from being so new, or maybe they just don't care. But our chicken sandwich is supposed to come with house slaw and they ran out, so they just omitted it and gave is to us without telling us. We had to go back to ask what happened. The only good part about this food court is that the Spot Double Cheeseburger for $5.00 is pretty darn good value. It's almost like a smash burger given how thin the patty is cooked. But it was pretty tasty. Overall, very disappointed. Avoid if you can.

Yelp
Is this concept of getting some food right outside of the shoe store genius? I feel like it is. It's not exotic or common street vendor food, it's not an exact replica of Costco's offerings, and it's not your typical fast food. To me, it is, its own. Not sure if I conveyed my thoughts well, but hopefully you understand. Was coming from a mall nearby, when I wanted something new but familiar. The reviews were high and decent (at the time) for the Skechers Food Spot, so why not? Next to the freeway, and easy to find! Had no difficulty finding parking, but it was a weekend and parking spaces filled up quick. Ordering was a breeze, and the menu has a variety of simple items such as burgers, hot dogs, salads, fries, pizza, sandwiches, and some desserts. No frills. But you can spruce up your order however you like (I mean this by mixing and matching or throwing sauces/condiments on whatever). The double cheeseburgers were juicy and full of flavor thanks to the secret sauce. The Nathan's hot dog was good, and the pizzas were cheesy, and (almost Costco like) greasy. The main event though, 20 oz fountain drinks for $1, who could pass this up? Prices are superb, not sure if they are the same since last August 2023 though. All I know, is we spent $24 on food for 2 people, and we were quite the happy campers! We need one of these in the OC!!!!

Yelp
When you think of discount shoes, you think of food right? I know I don't but Sketchers is probably betting cheap eats will get people to come for the food and stay for the shoes. (We did check out the shoes afterwards but didn't buy anything... and know that the BOGO 50% 2nd pair is available almost year round). Anyway... about the food... At first glance, you will think you're at a CostCo. The menu has almost the exact same configuration and colors and the menu items feel eerily similar. They got hot dogs, pizza, caesar salads, sundaes, and churros which most CostCos have. Beyond that, they also have a few chicken sandwiches and a double hamburger (most CostCos don't have hamburgers). Price wise, the burger is CHEAP. A double patty, animal style, smashed patty burger with trimmings for $5 is a great deal. We got one and while it tries to taste like in-n-out and smash burger had a baby, it wasn't quite as juicy or flavorful. It wasn't bad but also not great... but for $5, you can't really complain--it's a great deal. In addition to the burger, we also tried the Spot's Nathan's hot dog which is waaaaay cheaper than going to an actual Nathan's (which seems wrong?). The hot dog was big and juicy and you could add mustard, ketchup, relish or onions to it. But it's also just a hot dog (which is kinda hard to screw up). For $2.50, you get a plump hot dog but while it feels like CostCo--it's not. As a drink at the Spot is $1, the hot dog + drink combo at the Spot is essentially 2x the price of a CostCo dog (why am I comparing it to CostCo so much? It's their own fault for copying CostCo's look and many food options). So hot dog, ok deal but not better than CostCo. The last thing we got were their Garlic Parmesan fries. They were just ok... despite the Parmesan sprinkle on top, there wasn't much good or bad to say about these school cafeteria quality fries. They paired well with our food and soda but we probably could have gone without them. Bottom line: the burger is decent and value priced. Everything else seems just ok and is a tad bit cheaper than other fast food alternatives. Didn't get to try any of the chicken options or the sundae... so perhaps we'll save that for a future visit.

Yelp
A neat food stand next to the Skechers store. A reallly decent variety of pizza, sandwiches, and sides. Crispy sandwich was hot with a good crisp. The pizza had been under the heat lamp but surprisingly I enjoyed the dough because it's lightly layered with a crisp. Would definitely come back to try the other sandwiches and burger.

Yelp
Located off Vermont Ave in Gardena. I've driven by this place many times and after seeing and hearing about the cheap prices I thought I would check it out. I didn't want to get a lot since I was heading for dinner at another place so I got the all beef hot dog for $2.50 and an unsweetened ice tea for $1.00. They also have burgers, pizza and salads also sweets as well. Seating is all outdoors a few tables. The service was ok the line can get pretty busy depending on the time you go. Overall not bad for cheap foods. I'd come again.

Yelp
The food here is good and inexpensive. Service is quick The burger is great and the churros are awesome.

Yelp
Not too bad of a spot. Gives you the Costco food court vibe. Nice food choices. Fast moving line. Fairly quick to get your order. I got the spot double cheeseburger combo (fries & drink) and came out to less than $10. Can't beat that! And it tastes good too!

Yelp
staff is friendly, food is good, price is somewhat reasonable, variety of options to choose from, plaza parking.

Yelp
Pleasantly surprised by the food here! Would I say it's better than Costco food court? Maybe not, but I like the variety in food options they have. I got to try the hot dog, pepperoni pizza, and garlic parm fries. The hot dog and pizza were comparable to what you would get at Costco but slightly smaller and more expensive. The garlic parm fries were super delicious! I'll definitely come again to try the chicken sandwich. There's plenty of outdoor seating and you get a $5 voucher to spend at the sketchers store. Cool concept for a shoe store to open up a food spot. Service was also pretty quick since we went on a week night.

Yelp
Ahh that hit the spot. But be prepared to wait. It took like 10 minutes to order but another 30 minutes til we got our food. Their food seems pretty cheap compared to other fast food places but their quality is much better. I got the burger, Nashville chicken sando, fries, and an Arnold Palmer. The Nashville chicken sando was really spicy but in a good way. The sauce was tasty and the chicken was crunchy. The burger was juicy and idk what sauce it was but it was great.

Yelp
This is hilarious, but I came here to shop for some shoes and didn't realize they had a Costco food court dupe lol! So of course I had to check it out. I love Costco hotdogs, pizza, and berry smoothie so I wanted to see if there were similarities. I opted for their hotdog combo with garlic parmesan fries and a drink. The hot dog and fries were good!! You can tell they use quality product and there were staff constantly cleaning up around the food court. I just like the fact this is an alternative if you don't want to deal with crazy lines and parking at Costco. Definitely try it out!!

Yelp
Round 2: My wife was impressed with the step in shoes at the warehouse yesterday so she placed an online order for pickup today. This provided an opportunity to try a few more items and see if the service improved. Service: probably took about 20 minutes from waiting to order until the food was ready to pick up. If you have a 1/2 hour lunch, this is not the SPOT. Workers are friendly so no problem there. Food: Our order consisted of a Nashville chicken for my son, double cheeseburger (no single on menu), a 1/2 pound Nathan's hot dog, and a slice of cheese pizza. The menu board may resemble COSTCO's but honey, this ain't COSTCO. The good- Chicken sandwich was on point like yesterday. Double cheeseburger was tasty and a bargain at $5. The mediocre- Nathan's dog looked shriveled like those gas station ones that rotate forever. $2.50 vs a better dog AND drink for $1.50 at Costco. I would have felt better if my dog had looked better. The UGLY- PUNY slice of pizza. Tasted ok but if you're going to copy the COSTCO menu board, how about a generous slice of pizza? All in all, the SPOT is alright but I wouldn't go out of my way to get food here. I'll probably come back one more time to check out the churros w dipping sauce and their sundaes but it will probably be a while before returning after that visit.

Yelp
I was so confused when I first saw this on yelp. Then intrigued... so I had to check it out! The food spot is right next to the skechers store and has the same vibes as a costco food court. The food is great considering the price- I especially liked the chicken sandwich! I only would not recommend the smoothie which I think was $6 and was super small. Definitely worth a visit if you're on a budget!

Yelp
Hidden gem located in the outside of Skechers, the pizza was huuuuge and the smash burger and chicken sandwhich was sooooo bomb ! It's so underrated and def shouldn't be known to the non locals.. keep this place a secret for us! Haha jk but nice to see what Skechers is doing rn ! Sooooo good and so fulfilling

Yelp
Came to the Food Spot after hearing about it online. Prices were pretty good- you get a double cheeseburger for 5 bucks and some change! I tried the burger and in my opinion it was pretty decent.. I wouldn't say oh yes, I'd go back to grab another but it wasn't bad! Better than the average fast food spots but not as good as some burger stands! It's definitely not a 4/5 star situation! The other stuff looked too much like Costco food so I didn't bother even asking and they weren't making chicken sandwiches so I couldn't try that! Maybe if I'm in the area again, I'll try the chicken sandwich!

Yelp
I like this spot because it's different quick and cheap. It's like a Sam's Club meal option on the outside of sketchers.

Yelp
I've driven by this place so many times and it always had a line so I decided it was time to check to out. My first impression was it looks like a Costco food court because of the signs. The food may not be Costco prices but it is still decently priced in my opinion. Service works the same as any food court, I was say though that the line can get busy at peak times. The seating area can get crowded as well but they also have a standing bar area if all the tables are full. The burgers are tasty and the garlic fries are bomb! My girlfriend got the spicy chicken sandwich and it was crispy and juicy. They also refill your sodas but I wish they had a soda fountain to do it yourself. All in all it's a great food spot if you're in the area and there is plenty of parking in the lot for the whole plaza.
