Unfortunately, I was delivered somebody else’s dinner — rice and peas and chicken and mac and cheese of unknown provenance. I felt bad for throwing the meal out … but I didn’t know where it came from! I was profoundly disappointed and starving. "

Great people and great food. If you’re looking for that -fresh made on the spot food- than this is where you need to get your next meal. My favorites were the chicken sandwich, which was super crispy and juicy, and the jumbo fried shrimp. There’s just something so special about their batter that made them different than the rest. On top of that the man behind the register, had a great personality and made my experience a give out of five. Coming again soon!!!

Shopping for my gf next door at Danices and ran into Skips. This is a very nice looking restaurant reasonable price for a meal. Manager name Chris greeted me with kind words. I had a Lobster 🦞 Po’ boy sandwich combo and it was awesome.

Omg i waited abt 15mins for my 10pc fish and red beans and rice, butttttt honteyyyyy lemme tell you it was wellllll worth the wait, the fish is delicious well seasoned. The red beans were delish also. As you can see fish disappeared quickly. Staff was wonderful!!Kudos Skips Fish and Chicken Bklyn!!!

Great spot! Good shrimp & chicken, but french fries average. Holds up really well delivered too and is packed well with a side biscuit. Skips sauce is delicious and the Mac & cheese was my favorite part. Only taking a star because I’m really into French fries. Will definitely come back, loved my meal.

Love this new spot! Great service and nice professional staff with awesome atmosphere. I got the pick 3 basket Fish, Chicken and jumbo shrimp everything was fried prefect and the taste was amazing and very generous portions for $25 it was enough to feed me and wife with left overs I saved for later. My new spot for my fried fish and seafood fix! Thank you Skips for coming to the community!

Went to skips after seeing an ad pop up on Instagram!! It definitely did not disappoint!! I had the Loaded Fries Bowl!! It was filled with fries topped with chicken tenders, mac and cheese, ranch, and Skip's sauce!! Skips sauce was amazing and i wish i would have asked for more sauce on the side!! Definitely a great experience and i would go back and try the full menu!! The workers were all so friendly and kind and made the experience even better!! 5/5!!
