Top Chef Season 16, Episode 9: ‘Music City USA’ Recap | Eater
"A tall, skyline-view dining venue where the judges and guest tasters assembled to evaluate the musical-memories dishes. A high-profile panel (including well-known chefs and industry figures) praised several standout plates—most notably Justin’s Purple Rain beet gnocchi, Michelle’s snapper with garden vegetables, and Sara’s seafood stew—criticized a few for being overly salty or bland, and ultimately used the service to send one contestant home." - Greg Morabito
There’s not too much in Green Hills so Skybar was a great find. Rooftop of The Hilton Hotel. We stopped in the lobby for our drinks then went up to the rooftop. Pablo was the best, I remember his spicy marg extra spicy like it was yesterday and will be back just for this! Skybar is a taste of the big city without the big city. Also they validate parking.

Pablo saved the night. He managed a small, impromptu Christmas party "after party" with exceptional service and grace with some interesting characters. He definitely went above and beyond, and the martini he mixed was perfect.
