I wasn’t given a receipt when purchasing my items, I looked at blends of the sweater I brought (majority polyester). When I went to go return the sweater, I was only offered store credit, when they gave me the store credit it was attached with a copy of the original receipt (connected to my phone number) Their return policy states I have 14 days to return an unworn item for a full refund. Items are cute but not good quality or worth the price, a polyester sweater was $62.

This shop has the best selection of women's clothing, accessories and home items. It is reasonably priced! The woman who owns the was working was a gem- friendly, attentive and thoughtful. I wish I could remember her name- she might be the store owner. Will definitely come back next time we are in the area.

My one stop shop when on Balboa Island. This is probably the most diverse shop with the best selection of clothing & gifts. Every time I go in, I never leave empty handed. Highly recommend checking this out when on the island!

So disturbing that this boutique was open yesterday allowing customer Unmasked with small children Unmasked touching every trinket, item, jewelry. I was shocked that this was allowed & watched as the adult woman working & young adult woman did nothing to assure that the rest of us would be safe. This behavior is exactly what we should not be seeing or allowing. I walked out fearing my own safety & sharing for others to think twice before shopping here.

Very cute shop with lots of pretty clothes and jewelry. I got a super cute golden flower ring here, was a staple in my wardrobe forever!

I recommend Skyhaven. This is the perfect little shop for small trinkets, candles, self care items, jewelry, clothing and more! Upon entering, the lady working was hospitable and had great costumer service. This shop is worth a stop while you're out on balboa island!

My daughter and I absolutely loved this cute boutique! We were drawn in by the entryway and the funny sidewalk sign. The decor is like a mini-Anthropologie. The store is neat and well-organized. We tried on a couple pieces. The dressing rooms are clean and nicely decorated. Prices are very affordable. The young lady helping us was so sweet and attentive. We really enjoyed shopping here. We plan to always return when visiting Balboa Island.

This boutique is one of the hidden gems in the island. They have unique jewelry and other things which you can't find in other stores. Lady who helped me was very sweet. She was welcoming and smile the entire time we were there. She answered questions and didn't make us rush or feel uncomfortable. I will be back for sure.

Popped into this cute boutique since my little pug wanted to do some window shopping. The staff here is sweet and offered my little guy a little dog treat. She also showed us the corner where there were some dog toys and items they had on sale. We had a really good time checking out the items and even left with a little souvenir.

Cute store at SoCo with very girly, themed items! If you are looking for something cats, unicorns, mermaids, this store probably has what you are looking for. This store also has really cute greeting cards and handmade jewelry. Definitely will be back next time I am gift shopping (especially since its by my favorite date shake spot!).

I had a great time at the opening, and I have continually seen the character of the store more and more prevalent in the OC Mix. The location is tucked in a business complex bordering the luxury experience that is South Coast Plaza. In contrast, South Coast Plaza brand stores boast too much of a global market environment, while Skyhaven ensures a cozier, more insightful journey into the fashion and lifestyle of a local, beach bound admirer. I enjoy the fusion of the Bohemian and clean lines of an urban girl on the go, and much to my satisfaction, the staff provide my girlfriends a customer centric, personable shopping experience.

Utter garbage. Bought one of their plated necklaces for my gf for the holidays. The pendant broke off after one wearing. That alone could justify a one-star, but the store refused a refund, and I'm certainly not exchanging it for another one of their necklaces (not to mention I'm now in New York). I suppose the flimsiness is self-evident if you look at the necklaces closely (you can see them on their online store), but they seemed reputable. Lesson learned.

Love this store so much! All the trinkets are adorable and so are the clothes and the owner is amazing!!! Definitely go shop here :)
