I am extremely dissatisfied with my experience with this company, as they failed to uphold the policies stated on their website. The quoted price changed after the contract was delivered beyond the promised two-day turnaround. When I inquired, I was told they do not operate on weekends—a condition not disclosed anywhere on their site.
Upon attempting to cancel due to these inconsistencies, I was informed that my $500 deposit would be forfeited. To avoid losing the funds, I requested to retain the event date, only to be told that I would need to submit an additional $500 deposit. I was further informed that the initial deposit would not be applied toward the final balance because the company had already “held the date.” However, that same date remained available for booking on their website.
I contacted my bank to dispute the charge, and the company misrepresented the situation by claiming I canceled, omitting the crucial detail that they demanded another $500 for a date that was not truly secured.
In my view, this conduct reflects dishonest business practices. The coordinator was unprofessional, and there appears to be a lack of internal oversight. I intend to file formal complaints with the Office of the Attorney General and the Consumer Financial Protection Bureau.
