Known for New York–style pies by the slice and a community‑driven mission, Slice 420 regularly earns Best of the Springs nods. The owners’ family story and active local giving make it more than just a pizzeria.

Stopped in here during a street fair in the area, they had multiple staff available to keep the wait short. Eli was behind the counter. He was phenomenal and answering questions about ingredients in pizza, in short that I did not get a spicy slice. Can’t wait to try more flavors!

Google
Ok these guys make a pretty good slice of pizza...do I love their specials almost every time they come out with a new one, yes! But can you just grab a slice of cheese or pep and it's also amazing, absolutely! This place is always a place we bring friends and family 😁

Google
We decided to check out this great place last night for the first time. The service was awesome. We had a very helpful and friendly person take our order and help us with menu selections. The pizza was flavorful and loaded with delicious toppings. We tried three different pizza slices: Big Mac, Taco and cheese. Each were delicious and filling. Since the place was packed we thought it would take quite a while before we were served, but it was much faster getting to us than we ever expected. Come check it out!

Google
Went for my son's 3rd bday all he kept asking for was pizza. This was our first time coming here and all 3 of us loved it pizza was so tasty and savory. They had had so many options to get I panicked and picked anything 😂 but regardless it was good we are definitely coming back again The staff was friendly and with energy everyone was smiling and laughing talking having a good time Maybe I just came in on a good day but the atmosphere felt like walking into a family friend's house

Google
We've been eating here for at least 5 years, and it's always amazing. Their gluten-free crust is the best anywhere, I like it with the mountain man add jalapeños. Great place with a great mission and the best ingredients in Colorado!

Google
Located in the charming Old Colorado City, this pizza by the slice restaurant offers an exceptional dining experience. The pizza is consistently rated 10 out of 10, featuring a perfect balance of flavors and freshness that keeps me coming back. The service is very good, with friendly staff who enhance the welcoming atmosphere. Each visit feels like a treat, making it a must-stop for anyone in the area. If you're looking for delicious pizza and a pleasant dining environment, this spot should be at the top of your list.

From NY traveling across country since October. NY pizza not happening, but here me the owner Christian from Da Bronx like me did it. The mission heartfelt see pic, pizza spot on , did he ship in NY water? But the meatball parm hero lights out, over yall. Thank you Slice 420. My only wish was to meet owner , boogie down bronx forever. God Bless

Google
Ordered the works with half ricotta added; best ricotta I’ve had on a pizza. I loved that you had the option to split the pizza topping choices. If I was local I’d order again.

Yelp
10/10 highly recommend and that's comes from a chicago boy I know my pizza ! It is a little heavy on the grease but a little dab of a napkin will do it just fine . I would come back again !

Yelp
Was in the area getting a haircut and caught the smell of their pizza--it was amazing. My wife and I had already eaten, but we decided to come back the next day to try it out. We ordered the 16" Mountain Man pizza (pepperoni, meatball, sausage, and bacon) along with the Greco salad. The salad was solid--lots of olives, which I liked, and the feta had great flavor. However, most of the salad dressings weren't very good, except for the ranch, which was decent. The pizza came out fairly quickly and had a nice crust and good overall flavor. That said, I wasn't a fan of the fresh basil strips and Parmesan sprinkled on top. In my opinion, those two ingredients changed the flavor from potentially very good to just average even meh. The ordering process felt a bit chaotic. The menu is only done via QR code and the signs they do have are hard to read and not clearly marked differentiating the pizzas. There's also a bit of pressure to order quickly. As for drinks, they only offer Pepsi and Mexican Coke. I'm not a Pepsi fan and was disappointed there was no Diet Coke. Also, there wasn't an ice machine, so the soda wasn't cold enough--which isn't great when you're eating hot pizza. One more thing--they only have one restroom, which is inconvenient when the place is busy. Overall, I think the prices are high for what you get. $37 for a 16" pizza felt overpriced and not a great value. I might give them another shot in the future to see if I enjoy it more. I'd say it's worth trying once--your taste buds might have a different opinion than mine.

Yelp
The pizza is good, that being said it's not east coast pizza but pretty close. It is expensive for a whole pie but you can go in and get 2 slices for a good price. The slices are big and filling. Do not recommend for take out, fully recommend for eating there. It's great when it's hot out the oven.

Yelp
I'm always looking for the best pizza wherever I go--Slice420's name is an homage to the owner's daughter who uses alternative medicine to treat her seizures caused by epilepsy and cerebral palsy. Their goal is to raise awareness and donate to causes and agencies that provide solutions for families with special needs children. (My rating is usually only for the regular cheese slices/pies in order to keep the reviews consistent, but I didn't order a cheese slice this time--oops!) Taste: 7/10 | There were so many options available, but the server was patient with me and gave me many recommendations Price: 6/10 | Somewhat on the pricier side for a slice, but the slices were decently large Vibe: 7/10 | Lots of open seating and attentive servers who reheat and deliver the pizza to your table!

Yelp
Got there around 11:30 AM for 2 slices While the slices are large and normally worth the price I think these were yesterday's pies. Regular Cheese and Hawaiian. When pizza sits around too long the mozzarella cheese turns orange and the oil from the cheese absorbs into the crust. Which made the crust soggy and floppy. We've been here many times over the past few years and this may be a pattern. If it ain't fresh out of the oven it ain't worth eating.

Yelp
This place is ridiculously overpriced! We paid $29.00 for two slices and two bottled iced teas yesterday, before tip. It says online that all slices are $4.20 at lunch - absolutely not true. And 100% not worth it. Won't be back. Ever.

Ryan S.

Yelp
Solid pizza, crust isn't the best, bit pricy. Awesome mission that they've got going on.

Yelp
Authentic NY style slice shop. Sauce is just right. Cheese is perfect. And them peperoni...Marone! Service was above and beyond. Don't be a jadrool and get over here for a slice or a pie! Make sure to try the Sicilian style. Do yourself a favor and ask for a corner.

Yelp
Not terrible, but not great. We ordered a whole pizza and a couple drinks and the price was nearly $50. Woosh! That being said, the pizza itself was quite thin and flat. The crust was decent and the overall flavor was mediocre. Don't expect parking to be available as the lot in this small business park is tiny, but there is a couple lots around back. The slices they had available were looking pretty cold and undesirable and the person at the counter suggested if we planned to order 4 slices, it's almost the price of a whole pie. Wow! Considering all the hype around this place, I expected more on quality and less from my wallet. Being a natinve WNY'er however has me feeling like a real pizza snob in Colorado Springs. Oof! The ambiance was very festive and Christmas themed inside the dining area which was nice, and the bathroom requires a code to use. Just ask at the counter.

Yelp
Attentive service and the variety of gourmet was impressive. The pizza was good and large, but the price, over $16 for one slice and one bottle of Diet Pepsi was hardly work it. Too bad, as it does have a unique selection of pizza.
google avatar

Yelp
Super busy place but ran efficiently. Pizza was super good and this is coming from someone who grew up in NY so that's saying A LOT! SO many different options and it was all super good. The crust was great too which honestly good crust is hard to find! We were in town on our honeymoon and I'm really happy we tried this place out.

Yelp
Overwhelming variety of pizza types, something for everyone that's for sure! And the slices were HUGE. Although it's a pizza place the tiramisu and dessert salad were also phenomenal. Staff were pleasant and helpful! While you enjoy your food here can read about how it supports the owners daughter/family which makes the food all that much better. Enjoyed the open seating and the space was clean with the doors open to let the fall air in.

Yelp
Wow! The pizza here is amazing. I got a slice of the Sophia, the Mountain Man, and the Works. My favorite was the Sophia because it was sweet, savory, and spicy. The flavors blend really well together and reminds me a lot of L'industrie pizza in NY. My next favorite was the works because the tomatoes add a nice balance with the pepperoni. The mountain man was good but I think it had too much meat for my liking and became a bit salty to eat. Overall, loved slice 420 and its mission!

Claire L.

Yelp
Great by the slice pizza option which let us try a variety of flavors (slices are large though). And due to the rotating selection, it was a little hard to tell what types of pizza they had slices available in, even when you are right up at the counter. But all that to say, when we ordered, we were recommended the dessert pizza and I cannot recommend it enough. It was DELICIOUS! It's like a fruity, chocolate cheesecake and was absolutely amazing. We are planning to go back just to try to get another slice of this pizza.

Yelp
Slice 420 is consistently good pizza!! Always awesome creations and usually has sales going on. Subscribe to their newsletter and they send text updates with deals multiple times a week. For sure one of the best pizza spots in Colorado Springs!!

Yelp
Expensive. Even Portland had more affordable pizza. It was okay but I received my pizza cold. I showed up at the time they told me to come by. I spent about $70 for pizza, side salad and desert. $5 up charge to do a half and half specialty pizza. Which I don't understand. No pizza place I've ever been to has done that. The service was good but almost $60 for a pizza. What am I missing? Pizza used to be the food of the people. I'll try again someday for dine in. A chance to get hot pizza makes all the difference in the world.

Yelp
Brandon took my order and was incredibly friendly--what a nice surprise to meet a fellow SoCal Huntington Beach local! He was very helpful. The pizza place offered a huge variety of unique and interesting flavor combinations. I got my daughter the white sauce pizza, which she loved, and I had the Rebel Recovery, which was super tasty. I might have overdone it with the red pepper flakes, though, making it too spicy for me to finish, but I still enjoyed it! I love the wide selection of pizzas, and every time I visit my kids, we'll definitely come back here to try all the different flavors!

Yelp
Okay, the Mountain Man is by far one of the best pizzas we have ever had!!! The crust= thin and chewy The sauce=subtle The Mozzarella=YUM The pepperoni, sausage, bacon and meatball= MIND BLOWING. We've had bacon on pizza before and it was way too smokey. I think that a neutral flavored bacon is crucial on pizzas like this. The basil and hard cheese blend=the perfect way to top this pizza. We came on a Wednesday night and waited 20 minutes. The service was great. The restaurant had plenty of seating and had a great vibe. I'm so sad we are from out of town because we will for sure be thinking back on this pizza with fond, mouth-watering memories.

Yelp
Good place for pizza by the slice. I'd go more basic next time. We got the chicken bacon ranch & white pizza, both were very rich. 8 wish I had gotten cheese or pepperoni instead.

Lee S.

Yelp
Overpriced, especially the slices. I like somewhat greasy pizza, but not when there's a puddle of it on the slice.

OutdoorzGypsy

Yelp
This is the worst place. I told the kid taking my or two times what I wanted and got it wrong. I gave a tip too. I called them and he stated come back and he thins he could put pepperoni on top of my order. With out cooking it. I asked that is it. He stated he could credit me five dollars for that one item. I told him to for get it. Go at your own risk.

Local 1.

Yelp
So when they get it right it's on and really good pizza but they are 50/50 at getting it right. But we try to stay with a whole pie cause the slice can be way too hard and crusty. Knots and bread is either stale and hard or soft chewy and delicious ugh.....beer is sometimes cold and sometimes warm...ugh plz get some Managment that can do it consistently and you can have more of my money. It's only pizza and beer for goodness sakes how hard can it be......lol. I bet an AI robot will be able to help soon. Maybe then we can ditch the entitled "workers"Fingers crossed.

Yelp
I am allergic to gluten on trying to find a really good pizza with a gluten-free crust in this area is close to impossible. They do a great job of it.

Yelp
Food 4/5 Service 5/5 Ambiance 4/5 Tried the gf works pizza. Amazing pizza!!! The staff was great!!! Would recommend this pizza if your in the Colorado Springs areas

Yelp
4.5 stars. Came here after an adventure at Garden of the Gods. Customer service is what's most notable at Slice420. We felt super welcome, especially with three rowdy kids wanting pizza! Love that their beer is brewed in-house. Their IPA is quite tasty. I personally got slices of the Shrimp Scampi and The Works. Both were fresh and delicious. Sizable and reasonably priced. Overall lots of options for every flavor palette and dietary need. Decent amount of seating indoors until it gets busy, which is understandable because they can hold several large groups. And finally, you can either park in the small lot out front or on the street. Slice420 has definitely become a go-to whenever I'm in Colorado Springs again in the future.

Yelp
I've been here twice now. Whenever I visit from out of town, I'll make sure to stop here again. Delicious pizza with a backstory that pulls at the heartstrings. I've had a plain pepperoni (my go to), the Sophia, the Works, The Garden (veggie), Tribeca (three pepperoni), Chicken Bacon Ranch, Buffalo Chicken. I would have all of them again. The location is an unassuming New York style pizza place. Order by the slice or by the whole at a counter. Your order is brought out to you. The water dispenser took about 3 hours to fill one cup of water, but otherwise, no complaints. I will return to Slice420.

Yelp
My go to for Pizza in the Springs. Never had an issue here with anything yet. Good variety and huge slices. Service has been on point the half dozen times I've been there.
google avatar

John W.

Yelp
Makes me wish I lived in the springs. We had no plan for lunch other than "Find something" and pizza is always a good bet. We won big. We got there as the rush was ending (Yay!). The team was super nice and friendly despite, as far as I could tell, having fed 900 people LOL. The pizza was outstanding. We contemplated getting a few full pies to take home (Denver) but figured we'd just keep this a "Anytime we're down south" thing. And now that'll happen more often.
google avatar

Luke H.

Yelp
The pizza was really good but the pricing was the main issue. No menus available so it was hard to tell what to order--went off my phone. They charged an extra $5 for doing half and half different toppings and didn't mention the charge. $40 for one 16" pizza is exorbitant. Too bad, as it was well made but not worth the price and hidden fee. Environment was a bit loud and hot too, but the staff were super friendly and helpful.

Yelp
Just stopped by the Oro Blanco address and got a piece of CHICKEN BACON RANCH to go. NOTHING in the name suggested it was spicy. Took 1 bite and my mouth was on fire. Called the place to inquire what would make CHICKEN BACON RANCH spicy? Found out it has red cherry pepper slices on it. Where in the title does it say that??? After stomach surgery, I can't have anything spicy. Even ketchup can be too spicy for me and I used to eat spicy food...I do miss it. Maybe add SPICY or HOT to the name? Put a little red chili pepper on the sign when putting out pizza slices for people to show that SLICE 420s CHICKEN BACON RANCH is spicy.

Richard G.

Yelp
We were there a couple of weeks ago. The pizza was ok, nothing great. Biggest reason for my negative review was the cost. $54.00 for a 16" pizza and two cans of beer. Ugh... Also we had to use paper plates that obviously came from the Dollar Tree. Not impressed, won't ever go back.
google avatar

Sheena W.

Yelp
Good ambiance. Great selection of interesting flavors. Apparently, they're going to install a full bar I. The future.

Steve R.

Yelp
How incredible that Slice420 fed all of the 24 volunteers and staff of the Lockwood Foundation during our Garden of Gods event today. Incredible pizza from an incredible family. Thank you for your support for our adaptive trail hikes.

Yelp
The best gluten free pizza I've ever had! Lots of GF options for food and drink and TOP TIER quality!! Been GF for 12 years and this is really the best pizza I've ever had, the crust is the closest I've had to normal doughy pizza crust and I ate the entire thing because it was so good. Bought the Sofia's Pie and had a gluten free beer too. Good classic pizza joint. So glad I stopped in!
google avatar

Yelp
The pizza was good and different. Very plentiful. The line was long but moved fast, bro.
google avatar

Reynu S.

Yelp
We got an XL Reaper Pie. Absolute gold. The menu characterizes it as, "Olive oil & garlic base mixed with red sauce, shredded mozzarella, pepperoni, Italian sausage, chopped bacon and sliced homemade meatballs topped with fresh piped ricotta. Garnished with our hard cheese blend & fresh basil." The sauce was lovely, the meats were rich and the ricotta was creamy and decadent. The basil was fresh and tasty. We were driving through town for vacation and briefly considered moving to Colorado Springs so we can try more pizza. Still thinking about it tbh.
google avatar

Thomas V.

Yelp
Pizza is decent, could definitely be better. The quality of the pizza went downhill when the owner focused on opening a second location and added a bunch of extra bs to the menu. The place was 10x better when he was making the pizzas just focusing on normal pies without the extra bs! Would still check it out but don't expect it to blow your dick off!

Joseph T.

Yelp
I went into slice 420 and I asked if they made spinach rolls. This is not something that is typically on their menu, but they said that they would make it for me which I greatly appreciated. The guy working the counter was very kind, he let me customize the spinach roll, and he let me sit in there with my dog while they're making it. I wasn't sure how the spinach roll was gonna come out and boy was I absolutely shocked and pleased to find out that it is one of the most incredible spinach rolls I've ever had in my entire life. 10/10 would recommend this place to anyone!!!
google avatar

Bethany G.

Yelp
Yummy food, fun atmosphere, great little deal (either two pieces of pizza or a piece of pizza and a salad plus a drink for $12.99)... they serve gluten-free pizzas but only in the 14 inch and it took 25 minutes so I definitely would call ahead since the regular pizza is available right away.

Ken H.

Yelp
Amazing food. Very reasonable prices before Covid, but expect to pay $35+ for a pizza & $25+ for a calzone now. I support their mission, but it's become too expensive & time to move on.
google avatar

Silvia G.

Yelp
Cute little pizza place, with delicious pizza. They have a huge selection of pizzas, and you can order a slice from pretty much all of them, which is pretty unique. The slices are sizeable! Nice and crispy crust on the bottom. The garlic knots are also delicious. They have beer and cocktails and variety of sodas. Indoor and outdoor seating. Service is friendly and efficient.
google avatar

Vittorio V.

Yelp
Very rich pizza with tasty condiments, crunchy crust, nice people and great service. Great mission too.

Rhonda B.

Yelp
Food was great! Loved the pizza! I'll be back next time I visit Colorado Springs. Wish they'd open one in Richmond, Tx. I'd love to try the wings next time.

Sue B.

Yelp
In my 70 years, I've had many pizzas! From Shakies, Godfathers, Pizza Hut, and Domino's. Several others. But I've never had a pizza that was so flavorful, so worth coming back for! The people at the west Colorado, or as we say "Old Colorado city," is the most famous and awesome area for its history. This pizzeria has the best in the west! Flavor is the key! The personal touch is so appreciated. Best wishes to all the staff!
google avatar

Krista H.

Yelp
Loved their Reaper Pizza! My husband and I got their XL size and had two meals from it. Love when that happens! We also got their garlic knots and Their marinara sauce dip is SO good. Wish we asked for a second container because that didn't last long. Will definitely be trying more of their pizzas when down in CO springs!
google avatar

Kenneth E.

Yelp
Great slice of pie! There are many to choose from and even though I only got a pep and cheese. Yum! And... while I normally dislike crusts, theirs was - Yum!

Yelp
very kind staff and a fun atmosphere! perfect pizza place For a fun family trip. Multiple TVs with a variety of channels to fit your wants.

Yelp
Very yummy! cool workers! amazing environment! definitely recommend! i was honestly surprised by the incredible selection of pizzas

Yelp
Good pizza with an even greater mission behind the business. To many us, we go out to eat because we don't want to cook. Or maybe you want to be social. Maybe it's because you want to eat something you don't know how to make yourself. Whatever the reason, it's important to be reminded occasionally (if not all the time) why the business you're frequenting is in business. This is one of those cases. With a name like Slice420, it's easy to assume one thing: stoner pizza. And though this pizza does fit that category with slices topped with BBQ sauce, breaded chicken, ranch dressing or buffalo sauce, there's much more to the business than feeding inebriated people. The business is dedicated to the owners daughter, Sophia, who has suffered from Cerebral Palsy since she was 6 weeks old. She would get seizures on a daily basis and the lack of pharmaceuticals in Florida at the time forced them to move to Colorado to legally obtain the medicine she needed. Like I said, this isn't just a slice of pizza. It's a story, it's family, it's doing whatever it takes to tend to your loved ones. How can you not support a business like this? For slices, I went with the Chicken Bacon Ranch and Colorado. Now, I may have been a little inebriated myself...and these slices went down the hatch just swimmingly. Big slices, lots of toppings, doughy crust and some real heat on them. Definitely a Colorado spin on NY style pizza and I'm not complaining! Don't miss out on the homemade garlic rolls, too. These massive dough pillows were shoved down so fast I nearly choked. It's an interesting choice of shredded cheese they top them with, however the sidecar of sauce was rather tasty. In the Springs, check 'em out. Support this wonderful family-owned business with a fantastic mission!
