The staff were extremely helpful and personable. This was my first time so I had questions and they were so nice and helpful! I had the vegan breakfast taco and wow was it delicious! I love that they provide samples of the coffee flavors to help you understand what you’re getting, I wish all places did this! I even bought two bottles to take home when I left!!! This is definitely my new favorite iced coffee place!!

Went here while in town for work and it was great. The staff was super friendly and since it was my first time here I got to sample their best seller (brown sugar) which was great. I typically don’t do sweet coffee drinks but it was good. I ended up just getting their straight black which was brewed for over a day but not acidity. I got the vegan chorizo breakfast taco with green salsa which had an amazing flavor to it as well. The staff was very friendly and it was a great atmosphere.

It was only our first time and we Definitely recommend!! Everything about our experience was amazing! Right when we walked in we were greeted, offered a sample, and informed about the company! Which I love learning about the coffee shops we visit. Then after the sample we immediately loved it! My man and I usually get different things to try, but we both loved the sample that we had to have it! We got the iced brown sugar oat. It was the perfect level of sweetness and coffee. They have quite a bit of drink options(from espressos, teas, & non-coffee) and a build your own section as well. They do sell their coffees in bottles (which she said is how they started out). They also had a lot of food options from tacos to pastries. We had potato & egg taco, al pastor taco(the salsa spice level was great), and a strawberry danish. Everything was very delicious and served with quality customer service!! Check them out!

This is a modern concept of a coffee shop which is actually pretty cool. I believe the owner is the man who welcomed us in. Very nice gentleman. I really the sleek interior and chill vibe of the coffee shop. The lady who made was tea so friendly. They were out of a lot of food items so I can’t comment on the food. I ordered a peppermint tea and it was good. It’s a chill spot in downtown to just bring your laptop and work or study. Also a good place to meet up with friends and talk.

I visited while vacationing from Miami. This is my favorite coffee shop, in Houston. If you enjoy iced coffee, I highly recommend this business. The brown sugar - oat milk iced coffee is next level; great customer service!

Very good coffee! Also love that they have cold coffee bottles to-go! The brown sugar slow drip was phenomenal! Would definitely come back and wish we had one in Illinois! Banana muffin was a little different with a cinnamon/nutmeg twist. I liked it, but it wasn’t what I expected! Haha! Space is a little small but plenty of seating during a weekday morning.

Lots of places to study, outlets!! They also give free samples of their bottled flavors and many of their flavors are made in house. Street parking is free on Sundays and cheap any other time—and honestly, I’m willing to pay for parking to get coffee here.

The oat milk latte was really good, but honestly I want to shoutout the staff for being patient and accommodating with my older adult parents. We all enjoyed our drinks and the quieter atmosphere.

First impression was that they are so friendly! As soon as we walked in, they were excited to tell us about their unique cold brew process and give us samples since we were visiting for the first time, and everything was delicious. I liked the build your own cold brew experience too, with no uncharge for alternative milks. The slow drip with coconut milk and half a pump of vanilla is perfection in my opinion if you'd like to steal my drink. Good amount of space too with indoor and outdoor tables. On my list to come back to next time I'm in town!

I had about 14 hours in Houston for a meeting, and the only 20 minutes I got outside of the hotel and meeting was to grab a coffee at Slow Drip. I was running on about 3 hours of sleep and read good things about their individually dripped ice coffees, and they blend them for free. There's no charge for alternative milks - I went with almond. Syrups are $1, and I usually don't add syrup, but since the brown sugar was their signature, I went for it. The coffee was smooth and kept me going. Think: Frappuccino with legit coffee that doesn't just taste like sugar. Their coffees are also available by the bottle in a case. They do have seating, and staff are very friendly. Order ahead is available - it wasn't too busy on a Friday at 7am downtown, but I could see it being busy later and on weekends.

Shoutout to Yelp for always helping me locate the best coffee shops in HTX! We were greeted upon entering Slow Drip and as we were checking out the menu, Lexi (I hope I'm spelling your name correctly!) asked if we were first timers and offered us samples. Thank you kindly because we were indeed first timers! Landed on the Build Your Own 20 oz. Iced Drip coffees w/oat milk - Brown Sugar and Honey Cinnamon flavors. They were both delicious. Pro Tip: Ask for Extra Strength! Just be mindful because that shit hits! Haha! The ambience is a combination of chill and upbeat. While there is ample seating, I don't foresee myself studying or doing any work here. It's an ideal spot to catch up with friends or for a quick coffee date. Great customer service with friendly staff. I also noted how clean this coffee shop is. Additionally, they sell lots of merch which was neatly organized on shelves. Check them out, I'll definitely be returning!!

Whether I need a coffee to start my day or a Makes coffee in between meetings, this is the spot. I love how it's conveniently located at the bottom of my apartment building for quick/easy access. My go to coffee has been the Vanilla latte... lol I'm obsessed. The froth and foam is perfect. They also have a nice variety of breakfast options to pick from as well. The service is quick and the workers are really nice and laid back. This coffee shop gives the perfect work from home vibes as there is a good amount of seating for you to pick and spot, sip your coffee and knock your to do list out.

We stopped by here for a quick coffee on a recent trip to Houston. The staff was super friendly and the iced latte was on point. We also tried a breakfast taco which was simple and delicious. There is tons of seating space in this cafe. They also sell bottled coffees to-go.

Vibe- This is a new coffee shop in Downtown Houston with great vibes! There's some seating outside and a good amount of seating inside. There's even a very cozy space towards the back with a tv. Customer service- Great! I met the owner and he was very welcoming. Food/drinks- I tried some of the cold brews (I'll be back to purchase some for sure) and I got an iced matcha latte with oatmilk and vanilla; it was good! Parking- I parked on the street, there's a good amount of street parking; you might have to pay depending on the time and day you go.

This is one of the top 4 coffee spots I've visited. I love their coffee. Garret and Byron were friendly and so wonderful to us. It is a must if you are in the area.

It's that industrial style that's so common to Houston coffee shops. I really liked how open and spacious this one is. They got a big menu and it's very easy to read, but I do mean it when I say I really appreciated the service. They asked if it was my first time and offered a sample of which coffee I was interested in. I had the brown sugar oat latte as a sample but settled with the brown sugar with whole milk. Needless to say it was really good and I had it hot to combat the once a year somewhat cold day of Houston. Service was quick and the workers were incredibly helpful. I tried the gingerbread oat latte as well and that one was really good too. If I'm in the area again I'll definitely come by again!

Hands down, top 3 of the best coffee shops I have ever had. Their concept is simple, their flavors are simple, and they bottled up these flavors for customers to be able to take them home. I had the iced brown sugar oat and it was great. It's not watered down with too much ice and milk, it's the PERFECT color, even for all of those picky coffee drinkers out there. 5 stars on Yelp, 5 starts on Google, and they deserve every bit of it. I took all the flavors home to try throughout the next few weeks and sad that it was all gone within a few days! The staff was great, shop was clean, couldn't ask for anything more.

We advised them that we were visiting and they offered samples to try so we decide what flavors we wanted to choose. They educated us so well on the different types and styles of coffee. They both were so nice to us. The inside of the Coffee shop was very clean and delightful. The shop was located downtown and it does have parking right in front of the shop and the side of the road.

Why 5 stars? Because this is a coffee lover's paradise. --- --- --- Whether you like super sweet coffee or you drink it black, Slow Drip TX is your new favorite spot. When we walked in, the girl behind the counter asked if it was our first time, and then offered us some samples, which was very appreciated. What we sampled was delicious, but I drink my coffee black, so I just went with that. It tasted like very bold, but very pure cold brew coffee. We also took home a bottle of the coconut cold brew, which was light and delicious. When we are in Houston, we are almost always on the lookout for a new coffee shop, but it will be tough to resist just coming here instead of trying to find a new place.

The cafe is surprisingly spacious with options to sit at tables or couches. There's also plenty of outlets if you need to work. The baristas noticed I was new and immediately offered samples for me to try. I landed on the honey cinnamon oat milk and I loved the natural honey taste. I ordered two tacos and even though it may not look like much, it's packed with flavor, pairing it with the red sauce took it to the next level. There's lots of great food options in Houston and if you're in the downtown area, you should definitely pay them a visit.

Food, Service, Ambiance?? A+ Visiting the Houston DT area for a sporting event so I am not privy the local spots but I found Slow Drip TX. Just as the name suggests, all coffee is slow dripped. I asked for my order iced with their source of sweetener black. Tasty cup of Joe with the a helpful personnel to understand the process. Now, for my first time and my choice of coffee and pastry I was pleased with this spot. If you're ever in the area and interested do yourself a favor make at least one visit to form your own opinion. I will definitely return.

Amazing service , customer service and great team . They all are so attentive and I really wish I gotten their name . I came this morning and the young man explained everything so well and even read my page and offered a Metro discount I didn't know we have . Most definitely a great facility with A1 service and people , will definitely return back .

Place is great! Has a more industrial type atmosphere but I love how friendly and helpful their staff ALWAYS is. On top of that, their coffee is yummy, as well as their food selection! Love their hours and they offer a rewards program. Let's keep supporting this business!!

Really cool concept of slow drip cold brews. I'm usually not a fan of black coffee drinks but tried theirs and it was smooth. No bitterness to it. After trying their sample of a lot of their drinks, went with the iced Brown Sugar shaken cold brew espresso and it was delicious. Look forward to coming again

Hubbs and I were in the area and remembered that Slow Drip was nearby. We wanted to try it as we are coffee lovers! We walked in and were greeted. We were unsure what to order but the owner gave us samples of their coffee and that was a huge plus! The coffee is so good, I had to grab some for home! Loved the ambiance, you can come for a coffee date, study session, etc. 10/10.

I love a good Houston themed place so already the name is great. I've tried the gingerbread oat latte and it's really good. They also give you samples of their product if it's your first time there and they explain their process which is cool. The guy was very nice and mellow while taking our order. Chill vibes for sure. I came again before work this morning and although it was empty this time around, the vibe in the place is still chill. Good spot too since a lot of people in the area are walking their dogs and everything. You can people watch and sip your coffee

Most definitely a 5 star experience! Garrett and his crew work so well keeping the shop lively with Houston love. The coffee, drinks, and food are awesome with taste and diet-friendly as well! Super convenient location while in route to the George Brown convention Center. we were in town for the week and friends. Don't let friends drink Starbucks. We brought a few peers here. Appreciate the slow, drip, smoothness and taste.

As a coffee lover, I highly recommend this place - 10/10! Garrett offered samples and explained their 6 hour slow drop process. There's something for everyone here. Oh, and the pastries and breakfast tacos are delicious!

I've been coming here for a few months now and the coffee never disappoints. The baristas are always really nice and friendly. I enjoy coming here to work and edit photos or just hang out with friends. My go to is the mocha oat and a steak and egg taco.

Came here on a weekday afternoon and they offered me a sample of the honey cinnamon and it was really tasty with a nice sweetness to it. I ordered the black drip cold brew and had one of the chocolate chip cookies. The coffee is super smooth and excellent, very delicious and aromatic with all the flavors retained in the cold brew. No need to add sugar! There wasn't a hint of bitterness and I thoroughly enjoyed my cup. The place is very spacious if you are working on your laptop and there are ready made drinks in the fridge.

My go-to coffee shop, it's a great experience every time! I can't pick a favorite, I always go with either the Brown Sugar or Vanilla. The service is amazing and love the fact that there's free parking available in the connecting parking garage considering it's downtown. Their bottled coffees are perfect for someone like me who is always on the go. It's a clean and welcoming environment filled with Houston pride!

God i wanted to like this coffee shop so bad, but absolutely not. The place is really cool but the parking is obviously downtown parking, i paid $3.50 for 3 hours. That aside though and only focusing on the coffee itself the easiest way to put this is, the coffee tastes like it comes from a can or a bottle... and that's because it literally does, it's bottled coffee. It tastes like something you get at a gas station. I loved the fact that it's drip coffee but i felt under the impression that somehow everything is being done on the spot and was disappointed to know that they basically just took a bottle out the fridge and served it to me in a cup LMAO. I will never be back, the coffee was insanely too sweet, neither of the cups we got even tastes like coffee and it's beyond me how this place is managing to only have 5 star reviews. This is not a 5 star place. Is it true what they say about the owner of the coffee shop being really nice and offering samples, without a doubt. This is not a personal attack against him by any means he was a great person, but I'm genuinely confused how this place can have 5 stars and not a single bad review, i understand coffee is subjective, but I have tried 28 coffee shops in the past month and this was the one cup of coffee I wasn't able to finish.

I saw this place on IG and I went in and I got the brown sugar oat and vanilla oat coffee with two croissants, tacos. Everything was absolutely delicious and freshly made The customer service was friendly. The place was clean with a nice atmosphere.

I'm a huge coffee person and this one blew me away! I just started coming here after church and and man their coffee is amazing!! I love the natural flavors they make out of the beans and that extra quick is super good, homegirl educated me upfront as well I didn't catch her name but her commitment and the passion she puts in her work was also great! Thanks for teaching me more and the awesome coffee shop

Excellent customer service! The staff is so friendly and accommodating. Delicious tacos! We had the bacon, chorizo, and the mexicana. All were delicious! Red sauce has a great spicy kick for true Texans. Coconut drip was yum. Just hint of coconut flavor. My husband only gets black coffee and he said theirs is the best iced Americano he's ever had.

This has become one of my favorite places to get coffee in Houston! The taste of the coffee is amazing and the food they offer is great! They even offer taste tests of the coffee they offer. The service is also amazing, I love the staff!

Really cool concept with very friendly baristas. The barista explained the process and was patient as I made my selection. You can customize your drink and they don't upcharge for non-dairy milks. My iced oat milk cinnamon honey drip was delicious. Definitely very potent. The steak and egg breakfast tacos were good too.
