"The Logan Square location replacing the long-running ice cream stand will debut on Monday, July 14, at 2815 W. Armitage Avenue. Ownership (Hogsalt, the hospitality group behind Bavette’s and Au Cheval) acquired the original stand in 2023 and has incorporated the stand’s name onto its ice cream menus.
