If you’re looking for a convenient spot to grab a quick bite without trekking through the entire mall, Smashburger is a solid choice. The location is easy to access, and service is quick—which is perfect when you’re short on time. Smashburger is usually spot-on with their food, and while the burgers were a bit saltier than usual today, they were still flavorful and satisfying. I also love their drink selection—and the self-serve setup is a nice touch for those who like to mix it up or go back for a refill. What really stood out during our visit was the customer service. We were greeted by Allasha, who was incredibly sweet and professional. She went out of her way to make sure we felt welcome and even handled an awkward moment with grace when my husband accidentally walked into the employee area to wash his hands. She kindly and politely asked if he needed help, never missing a beat. Overall, it was a great lunch experience. We’ll definitely be back!

The location is very nice and clean. Service was A+. The quality of the food was A+ all around. It was definitely one of the best burgers I've had. It's pricey but worth it.

We went there today around 18:30 and the cashier was super nice (I guess her name is Zoey??), and the lady who packed our take out order was very friendly too. We ordered a kid’s meal and a regular fries, we waited around 13 mins. The fries were super fresh and very good! My kid liked the chicken tender as well. (I was about to order fries from Shake Shack but I’m glad I tried smash burgers!!). While we were walking and enjoying the fries, some people said “ hmmmm I smell french fries!🤣” It was our first time visiting and we will definitely go back again 👍👍👍

My first time at a Smashburger. We had a single truffle mushroom burger (I realize I don’t care for truffle flavor - haha) and a classic double smash. Lexi was an awesome host. She took our order, brought our burgers out to us and came by often to see how we were doing. This is a fast food place but almost felt like a sit down restaurant. The burgers were very good…love my burgers smashed!! Tried their smashed tater tots and loved them! I couldn’t taste the garlic but the rosemary flavor took it to the next level. Looking forward to coming back.

I've had some fantastic smash burgers, and I must say, the experience was truly top-notch. The staff was so kind and friendly from the moment I walked in, making me feel right at home. I was impressed by how quick the service was, and my burger arrived perfectly cooked and piping hot in no time. The restaurant itself was also incredibly clean, which I always appreciate. Overall, a great meal and a great experience—I'd highly recommend it!

Allasha is a super sweet server and very prompt. I like the atmosphere here and the food was excellent and came out hot which is nice .

Allasha was so professional and sweet. Excellent customer service. She was very attentive since we walked in the door. I would love to see her given an insentive. She made our first time experience exceptional, we will definitely be back, my girls loved the food. The whole experience was awesome.
