"The Forum Shops at Caesars now has a burger and barbecue restaurant. Smoked Burgers & BBQ just opened in The Otheroom space at the front of the shopping center with a menu of smoked chicken wings, loaded barbecue nachos, and chopped beef brisket. Hospitality Boulevard, which owns the Wellesbourne in Los Angeles, created this restaurant that includes pig candy with apple wood-smoked candied bacon, buttermilk fried chicken blueberry sliders, Louisiana hot links, and a smoked pork sandwich. Burgers include a barbecue variation, Mexican, and mushroom burger. At $27, the St. Louis ribs are the most expensive item on the menu. Salted caramel banana pudding highlights the dessert menu. To go along with the name, Smoked Burgers & BBQ serves a smoked barbecue bloody Mary made with Jack Daniels and a smoked Manhattan. Non-alcoholic beverages include sweet tea and lemonade." - Susan Stapleton

"As the name indicates, barbecue along with burgers and sliders make the menu, but the emphasis seems to be on the bar, which plans to serve beers, cocktails, sweet teas, and lemonade. DJs and live ambient acoustic performances take place on a stage next to the bar, while diners can sit inside or on the patio that overlooks the Strip. The menu features a barbecue pork burger, blueberry jalapeño fried chicken sliders, racks of ribs, smoked pulled pork sandwich, and tri tip and burnt ends. Smoked Burgers & BBQ opens on Jan. 1, 2019, and plans to serve every Monday through Thursday from noon to midnight, Friday and Saturday from noon to 2 a.m.; and Sunday from 10 a.m. to midnight." - Susan Stapleton

Reviewing after 2 months: It was a struggle to find the location of the restaurant as google maps location was incorrect. I called the place and they stayed on the phone until i got to the shop. It was at least a 5 minute walk from the location showed on Google maps. I sent an edit request for location but i think the business needs to approve. About the food., delicious burgers!!! The portion sizes were so large that i was stuffed for the whole day. If you like good burgers, this is a great place to go to in Vegas. Hope the location gets corrected on maps soon.!

We visited twice on our trip and did the all you can eat as well as a very nice lunch. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. The all you can eat has certain restrictions around the menu but does not disappoint in any way. The lunch we had the 2nd day was superb. They do a great job of mixing flavors and keeping your taste buds entertained. Drinks are mixed well and don't taste off. Overall I would certainly recommend this as a stop if you like smoked meats. They do a wonderful job!

It has been a while since we came across a good bbq place. This one not good; is Excellent!! Flavors are so yummy! I loved their sweet potatoes fries. Service was really friendly. One of the waiters went above and beyond to get my son an apple juice. My new place for burgers , bbq and wings. Highly recommend to give it a try.

The food here is the standard is all vegan restaurants I've been to. Freshly prepared food, delicious, and heavenly. My non-vegan friends rates this top notch; they did not miss the meat at all. The staff was excellent in their service and the experience was on top of the world.

Generous servings and A+ on the pulled pork sando. The cheddar jalapeño cornbread was perfectly baked like a muffin top. That housemade bbq sauce is salivacious. Solid service and presentation, easy to find, it's the first place you see when you enter Caesar's Forum from the Uber ride drop.

Had really high hopes for this place. We passed by and checked out the menu and it smelled and looked good from what we saw. We decided to stay and eat. My husband ordered a raspberry kamikaze and I had a Diet Coke. Our waitress was super friendly and we were greeted quickly. We ordered the burnt ends appetizer, I got the chopped brisket platter with mac n cheese and potato salad, and my hubby ordered the pulled pork with beans and mac n cheese. Our waitress asked if we wanted the burnt ends as an appetizer or with our meal. We said as an appetizer. About 15 minutes later our food arrived. No appetizer. The food looked amazing....that is until I tasted it. The beef brisket was fatty and either weirdly chewy or crunchy. It had a weird after taste that I did not enjoy. The sauce was good though. The mac n cheese was really disappointing. It was like watered down Velveeta mac with raw bread crumbs sprinkled on top. It was bland and there was not even salt or pepper on the table to help season it. The potato salad was good and really all I ate. However, it was no better than grocery store potato salad. My husband loved the pulled pork and the beans were quite tasty. He was also disappointed in the mac n cheese. We were both thankful that our waitress forgot the appetizer because after tasting the brisket I am 100% sure we would have hated it. The food was a bit pricey, however, you did get a lot of food for the $$. I was a bit surprised that the waitress paid no attention to me eating next to none of the meat nor wanting it to go. I dont think I will return any time soon and if I did I would probably get a burger. The kamikaze drink was very good but was also on the pricey side for the size.

First time in here. A few co workers of mines. Reccomend this place to me and omg I beyond Impressed from the customer services down to the servers. Anthony the bartender was very friendly and knowledgeable about the food. I had the Buttermilk Fried Chicken Blueberry Sliders Which come with blueberry jam and spicy bbq sauce & pepper Jack cheese and mixed greens lettuce on buttermilk bread with the Mesquite Fries is a extra charge $6 . Everything is fresh and it shows in the taste of the food. You can tell the taste in frozen vs fresh chicken and the chicken was very fresh. This will be my go to place on the strip. I am very impressed with Smoked Burgers & BBQ.

Been trying out vegan restaurants, and this one was one of my stops. The food was just delicious! I highly recommended and would definitely be back! (However I heard the chef and manager are no longer there.)It is not a full service bar (as the name made me think) but a restaurant that serves some alcoholic beverages. The service was good but a bit odd, and so it's the decor/layout of the place.
