"As the name indicates, barbecue along with burgers and sliders make the menu, but the emphasis seems to be on the bar, which plans to serve beers, cocktails, sweet teas, and lemonade. DJs and live ambient acoustic performances take place on a stage next to the bar, while diners can sit inside or on the patio that overlooks the Strip. The menu features a barbecue pork burger, blueberry jalapeño fried chicken sliders, racks of ribs, smoked pulled pork sandwich, and tri tip and burnt ends.
