Smokehouse ATL BBQ

My friend ordered through DoorDash for us so I was happy to try. mixed the reviews on different sites for this place and didn’t want to be disappointed. Rib tips-Picture perfect and good taste. Good soft light bread underneath I didn’t love my sides. Baked beans-They were OK, A bit too sweet. Greens-salty and sweet. One bite & done. Salmon- Good teriyaki like flavor on it but somewhat dry. Green beans-sweet, not a fan Mac & Cheese & rice. They both were OK. I feel like you can probably get good ribs, brisket, and wings here. The sides could be improved. Fair price and portion. I wonder if they have a special BBQ sauce and I’m not sure if they sell good cornbread and good desserts.

I tried this restaurant for the first time a couple of days ago and the food was BUSSIN. I ordered the grilled salmon with yams and Mac and cheese for my 2 sides, and a mango lemonade. MAN. This is some of the best food I’ve had in a WHILE. Salmon is my favorite fish and they grilled it perfectly with the honey glaze sauce on it. Them YAMS are the BOMB🙌🏽🙌🏽. I will definitely be coming back here!

This little barbecue spot definitely was on point! I ordered the rib tips with collard greens and yams. Delicious! And, it was a nice size serving of barbecue. My husband and I both ate off of it. The restaurant is in the corner of a shopping center. We saw the sign from the highway and circled back, but apparently, the locals already know about it. We dined in, but there were a lot of people picking up Doordash and Uber Eats. I highly recommend it.

I liked the food!! I spent $55 altogether.. which seemed a little pricey for 2 plates and a side order of (4) wings, but other than that it was cool.

Food is absolutely delicious. I had the vegetarian plate and my husband ordered the rib tips and they smelled so good. The baked beans were surprisingly delicious as well. He gave them a solid 10 for BBQ. We will be back

The food was delicious. This was my 1st time trying it. I had 2 dinners so i could do a review on my YouTube channel Tatnai W. The rib tips were tender, macaroni cheesy, and greens good. I also tried the salmon, string beans, and rice.. all pretty good. I recommend this place. I will be back for more take out.

The food was absolutely delicious! The ribs tips were very tender and seasoned to perfection. The ribs were meaty and tender. The wings were filled with the best smoky flavor. Smokehouse offers two delicious sauce options—a traditional and a mustard-base (both quite tasty). Finally, the sides were excellent too. I highly recommend this spot for takeout. There are two communal tables in the restaurant, but not exactly an eat-in environment for me. Customer service was good—I efficiently got in and out.

I Ordered from Uber Eats and was a little hesitant at first, Not to say that I thought the food would be bad, but you don’t know when it comes to barbecue and you want it to be worth it and this was definitely worth it. Picture to presentation was on point. The food was good and still hot as you can see in The picture I had baked beans they were gone because they were so good as well as the rest of the mac & cheese and rib chips definitely 10 out of 10!!

The food was surprisingly good. I tried eating barbecue at other places and was really disappointed. They can keep the sides.

We ordered 2 bbq rib tip sandwiches, and shared with the family. It's always a lot, to where it's some left for later as well. The meat is tender and seasoned well. Today, mine was a little salty, but it was delicious. I didn't eat much, but I love the bbq sauce. We will be back, soon. :-)

I really enjoy this place. Their ribs are off the chain (I prefer the whole ribs rather than the tips) and I can drink their bbq sauce. I absolutely love their greens and when the mac isn't over-salted, it's really good too. I mistakenly thought their wings were undercooked, but much later realized they were SMOKED which causes the pink. Still wasn't as much of a fan of the wings compared to the ribs, but with the portions and price tag, this is definitely a go-to spot.

Delicious take out, great customer service. I left from the fun spot and found this place nearby on Yelp. We ordered Rib tips, Salmon, Collard Greens, String beans, Yams, Potato salad and Yellow rice. With 2 plates a side and 3 drinks the order came to $55. After a few coasters and go karts this was amazing. Parking is easy out front in an open parking lot and you'll see a white sign with red lettering, in the cut. There wasn't much of a wait and pro tip get there early or order. Like every BBQ place the food runs out so we missed out on the wings and brisket. We'll be back definitely. There are a few seats inside but I'd say take out is the way to go.

Decent BBQ! Could be better, this is coming from someone who's been to Dallas, Houston, & Austin Texas so my bar is pretty high! If you wasn't reasonably priced BBQ in Atlanta that isn't terrible .. go to Smokehouse. I was told by credible sources Fox Bros is the way to go

When I tell you this is some of the best BBQ!!! I visited for the first time last month after seeing them on IG. I ordered ribs tips and a rib sandwich. The meat was soooo tender and well seasoned. It's about a 50 minute drive but so worth it. My husband and I had a taste for Smokhouse ATL on yesterday. We had 2 rib tip sandwich meals and a1/2 slab. They did not disappoint. Oh, and let's not forget the RED BBQ SAUCE!! I sop it up with the bread which comes with the orders. The sauce is sooo GOOD!! The place is very neat and clean. You can dine in if you'd like but mostly carry out and pick up orders. The service is always great . The young lady, Bri is so sweet and very helpful. Give this place a try if you like good BBQ!

I had the taste for some ribs and the place I normally go to was closed. So I used yelp to find another place and Smokehouse came up. It's crazy because I ALWAYS go to the McDonald's right on the corner, but never took the time to see what else was in the shopping plaza. Which was obviously a huge mistake lol. Upon walking in, the place was somewhat packed. People placing orders, people waiting for orders, and people also eating. However it wasn't loud or anything. It appeared to be really clean as well. It didn't take long for me to place my order and the young lady was very pleasant. I decided on the ribtips plate with collard greens and Mac and cheese. I also got a mango lemonade. I sat down and awaited my order, which didn't take long. When I got back home, the food didn't stand a chance. These ribtips surpassed perfection!!!!!! They were juicy, tender, and well seasoned. The serving was a lot bigger than I expected but I was soooo happy because they were sooo good. The Mac and cheese tasted like it had a spiciness to it, however it was good too. Same with the collards!! And we're not going to talk about that mango lemonade lol. Everything was soooo good. And it looks like my bbq spot has been replaced. If you haven't tried this spot... now is your confirmation to!! I hope you enjoy it as much as I did!!

I ordered a half pan of smoked wings 48 hours ahead of time which cost 85.00 + taxes total 92.00 with taxes. The 1/2 pan was suppose to feed 10-15 people... I thought it was a little expensive; however I did not want to cook and need it for a family function. Nevertheless, I did not uncover the pan until it was time for guest of 12 to arrive. Once I uncovered I noted that there was only 35 pieces of wings I was pissed they actually smoke the largest pieces of wings they could find to fill in the pan. Just like when they slick place bread at the bottom of your dinners and put meat on top to make you think that you have a lot of meat. Beware of your catering purchase. Luckily, I was able to order a full pan of wings from JJ's to carry my guest of College Football Player.

Ribs were good. The yellow sauce was really tasteful and flavorful. The cornbread was good also but cold like out the fridge. Potato salad (not pictured) was very good. The Mac & cheese was bland and chewy. Very disappointed because I expected munched better. I would eat everything but the Mac & cheese again. They gotta step thru game up frfr.

If you are looking for barbecue and don't want to cook, this place is amazing. Very good smoke very good flavor. Even the sides are good. They have A1 baked beans and A1 macaroni and cheese. I highly recommend this place.

The bag that my food was in had a nice note so the service was good. I was a bit disappointed in the taste of the food because I was expecting something totally different. The ribs are good I'm glad the sauce comes on the side but the sauces are great and the yellow sauce is not good at all. The banana pudding is amazing and so were the baked beans, I absolutely loved them both. The macaroni and cheese was horrible, it was swimming in either grease or butter and it was seasoned with like seasonings, which was disappointing.

This food is delicious! Rib tips, Mac n Cheese, green beans and substituted yellow rice for the bread. There is a slight sweetness, that I find yummy, but for those more savory folk, just want to make you aware. I finally found my BBQ Spot. Definitely ordering again!

Everything tastes first rate here, except for the green beans! They just green beans. But who cares! The ribs were perfect, no sauce needed. The salmon had great flavor! The Mac and cheese was cheesy and flavorful. The greens were perfect, just add a little hot sauce! What a find. I've been going to the Mickey D's in the same retail plaza for years but just "discovered " this place!! Go!!

THE FOOD IS ALWAYS ON POINT. I have been here multiple times and ordered multiple items and the quality is always consistent. The staff is great always pleasant!

A hole in the wall, but the best barbecue I've had in Atlanta. The spot is a hidden gym and every time I go I'm always greeted out with the kindest service. Everyone who comes to visit me. I recommend this place.

Just ordered some food from Uber eats. For my first time I was presently surprised. Food was good and I was Hungary aka hungry. Although the driver ran off with my food when I called the restaurant Jessica hooked me up when I re-ordered. I had the wings yellow rice and string beans. I will be stopping by in person

It was my first time here at this establishment and it was a pleasure being greeted by Asia...she had great customer service and also gave me a warm welcome when I entered...Asia walked me thru the entire menu...so I ordered the wing plate & rib tip plate....an she convinced me to try the blue lemonade and it was delicious....i will definitely be back to try the rest of the menu....the vibe was very laid back and the music selection was great....

Ordered from Uber eats and my food was dry and cold. I had really high hopes for this place but ended up very disappointed.

Staff was friendly and service was fast. Seating is limited. Most customers use take out service. We ordered the ribs and the rib tips and had the mac n cheese, green beans, potato salad, and collard greens. The meat was very tender. Everything tasted good. Looking forward to them adding the yams to the menu.

I cannot express how unsatisfied I was with the food here!!!! I have never had greens that have no seasoning in them and for the ribs I say the same thing. Whatever happened to marinating your meat for 24hrs. I was visiting here from Florida and my daughter and I wanted soul food, please don't pick this spot to satisfy that need. I was so disappointed with the food here.

I ordered catering for a graduation party and everything was amazing. Customer service was great, everything was ready to go by the pick up time. I ordered smoked wings, rib tips and Mac n cheese. We were given two different bbq sauces but it was not needed. Everything was so flavorful and delicious. My guests enjoyed it and I enjoyed it as well. Will use them for catering again and definitely will be a returning customer.

I've only had it once and had the rib tips. They were pretty good and the sides good as well. Now I want to try the chicken on my 2nd visit.

Today was my second visit. Food was good first time but on today my ribs and smoked chicken were Raw inside. I have to bake them. The food isn't worth the price. I drove like 20 minutes to get there. Disappointed this visit.

Babyyyyyy those Rib Tips changed my life! They were seasoned and just delicious. Baked beans were really great as well. I didn't like the green beans because they were on the sweeter side, but that's just my preference. I liked the red barbecue sauce, the yellow not so much. Overall, this place is bussin period! I'll update with service and ambiance when I go in person.

Horrible mac and cheese tasted sour ,green beans soggy tasted like sugar was added .The ribs tasted like cardboard

Great food. I came in hungry and not knowing what to expect. The cashier was actually really nice considering how busy they were. Being in the service industry I know how a rush can weigh on you. I ordered the ribs Mac and cheese and beans. Big rib fan, they did not disappoint. The sides were very good as well. A little pricy but worth it for sure. Will definitely be back.
