Good. Would get the ice cream on a cone OR get a brownie but not together. The brownie is CHOCOLATE! lol it was an overload of sweet. Brownie-8/10 has chocolate chips inside Birthday Cake ice cream - 9/10 has cake pieces Cookie dough ice cream - 7/10 over powered by the brownie Brown butter caramel ice cream - 9/10 caramel swirl adds to it Sugar cookie - 10/10 perfect Snickerdoodle cookie- 3/10 tastes chalky and not tasty

7 bucks for 2 cookies and ice cream. I had the birthday cake ice cream and chocolate chip cookies. They were out of the m&m cookies and peanuts when I visited this location around 4. The pictures are misleading because you don't get alot of ice cream. Overall it was good but I will not be back.

Great date place. Lots of choice combinations. The only think they need more adult toppings like pecans and walnuts. Toppings seemed to be geared more towards kids. Other than that, it was terrific a must try spot. It is located on Shepard, so watch out for the construction.

3 stars because this place looks nice when you enter but the service could be better the girls didn't look to happy to be working and nobody smiled. The ice cream itself was pretty good but the churros, cookies and brownies tasted like they were store bought. They were cold and kind of hard to chew compared to other spots we've tried. Overall this will be one time experience for us.

So many options and delicious results!! We went just before closing, were treated well and speedily, and felt very safe sitting out front afterwards. Parking available in the back and best accessed on West 18th Street.

Wanted to try SMOOSH for a while and finally had the opportunity. There were so many different options for making the ultimate ice cream sandwich. The ice cream was delicious and the baked goods complemented it well. It was the perfect ice cream sandwich. Definitely ready for a return visit.

I recently visited with my family, and I wanted to share some feedback about our experience. While the ice cream was absolutely amazing—my kids were thrilled—the behavior of the staff was disappointing. They were rude and short with us, which left a negative impression. If it weren’t for how much my kids wanted ice cream, we likely would have left. I believe great service always complements a great product, and I hope this feedback can help improve the overall experience for future customers.

Really solid ice cream and cookies here! We got an M&M cookie with cookies and cream ice cream! There are a huge amount of options and combinations you can choose from! Definitely would go back.

I would give them maybe a 2.5-3.0 stars only because the cookie and ice cream was pretty good. Nothing great about this place very basic, but would give them another try. So I wanted to get a cookie and brownie ice cream Sandwich with cookie and cream ice cream. I added almonds, Twix's, and sprinkles. Mind you each additional topping is .75 each so my total was $10. For the size of the ice cream sandwich $10 was too much because looking online the ice cream was so much more than what we actually got. So be mindful that those toppings add up!

Decent place for cookies and ice cream. Came here on a Sunday with my family for some dessert. We had a few cookie ice cream sandwiches and an ice cream cone. All the flavors we had were good! A little disappointed as there were a few ice cream flavors and cookies that were not available. Not sure if they stopped baking cookies and bringing out new ice cream tubs at a certain point. Staff was okay. It felt rushed and almost like they didn't want to serve. At some point one of the workers looked irritated that he had to grab another ice cream tub from the back. For reference, they were still open for another 4 hours. The concept is nice but not sure I'd go out of my way to buy cookies and ice cream at this price. Overall a cute aesthetic place inside and outside (they have a few high chairs inside and few benches outside) and they also had a good amount of parking on the side.

Wonderful experience and located in an area full of awesome restaurants and boutique restaurants, so super great for an after dinner dessert. Ordered: Cookie Sandwich & Brownie Sandwich Also, they have a neat outside spot to sit and eat your yummy treat! Service was amazing, very friendly! Great for date night and big friend groups!

I wasn't so impressed with this place. Maybe I chose wrong but the c[okoes were really sweet. That with the combo of the ice cream was just too much. It is very pricey for just okay ice cream. The service was okay. It was a group of us. I didn't appreciate being told to get in a line by one of the servers. This was most of us first time being here and we were the only customers in there at that time. We were looking at the flavors and trying to decide what we wanted and also trying to get feedback from each other. We did line up at the register when it was time to order and pay. The place is really small and very limited seating. Parking lot is a fair size but will fill quickly if brunch time a restaurant is nearby. Can easily miss the turn due to the traffic

After eating lunch, we wanted some dessert and stopped by SMOOSH since a friend gave me a gift card. The parking can be bad at times if tons of people are at SNOOZE, but we were able to park easily this time. We got a cookie sandwich with their cookie monster ice cream. They pack the sandwich with A LOT of ice cream. The cookies are warm, delish and super sweet. When you check in, it gives you a coupon for 1 free topping, but the worker indicated that she had never seen it before and the owner doesn't like scams so I was unable to use it. Good spot for some ice cream! Wish they had UBE again.

Wow! Not sure how smoosh thinks they can charge over $8 per pint when you actually get just three scoops of ice cream in a pint cup. This used to be my go to place. Loved it so much and like a fool, I chose to overlook two previous horrible occasions. But third time is a charm with such lackluster service. Goodbye. You really lived up to your name and smooshed yourself out of favor for good. Quite obvious their days are counted

Me and my friend were looking for something sweet in the area and I'm so glad we stopped by! The service was amazing, and I love the lady behind the counter. And of course, the ice cream and cookies are delicious! I come here as much as I can and I bring as many people as I can as well!

Got the cookie sandwiches which were absolutely delicious. I got the red velvet cookie with banana pudding ice cream in the middle. I highly recommend the banana pudding. The cookies were uber soft.

This is such a great sweet treat if you have a sweet tooth! I will say it can be a bit too much so you really have to be in the mood for it. Overall I would go back! I got the chocolate cookie with coffee ice cream and sprinkles.

This place is delicious. I had an ice cream cookie sandwich with banana pudding ice cream on oatmeal raisin cookies. The cookies were hard and chewy, otherwise I'd give it 5 stars.

Huge thanks to Karla for taking care of my friend and I as we were so indecisive about what ice cream we wanted a scoop of. I came here with a friend on a Sunday afternoon, ambiance was bright, trendy, happy ice cream vibes. The samples of all the flavors i tried were so delicious, and creamy. I ended up getting two scoops of the marshmallow ice cream (uhhmazinggg) with sprinkles, + waffle cone. Definitely my new go to ice cream shop, quality is 10/10

First of let me tell you that the staff is so nice, I wish I would of gotten her name but she was a petite brown/black hair with glasses. I just want to say stay sweet Now for the main show the ice cream is so thick and creamy and the flavor RUN TO GET THE BANANA PUDDING. Word of advise if they ask to warm your smoosh sandwich up say YES. (the ice cream does not melt)

Smoosh is better than baskin Robbins but the ice cream wasn't special for the price. The flavour I enjoyed the most was moose track which has peanut butter in it. The ice cream was good but it wasn't something that I would go out of my way for. If I am in the area, this would be considered as one of the options to go. The cookies were also good.

Smooshed has many options for ice cream sandwiches- you can use cookies, brownies, even donuts, and you can choose from a variety of flavors of cookies and ice cream plus toppings. I got a cup of the pumpkin ice cream, which had a nice pumpkin flavor and wasn't just "pumpkin spice" or cinnamon. My friends who had the brownie sandwich with expresso ice cream liked how the brownie was thin but chewy and the expresso ice cream was good but the expresso flavor wasn't very strong. Another friend got the M&M cookie sandwich with chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream, which she liked, but there wasn't much cookie dough in the ice cream. Price is a little high, my single scoop of ice cream was $4.50. The ice cream sandwiches without toppings are a little under $6. Due to COVID, there is no indoor seating and they are not giving out samples. There is some outdoor seating space. Plenty of parking in a lot in the back.

Delicious!! Service was amazing and the place is sweet and simple. Clean and organized layout of the store.

We came in and there was no one else in the store. Two staff walked around and were doing something, not sure what. We waited over 10 min and no one helped us so we left. Wish we could have given a review

meh.....maybe if you go right when they open the cookies, brownies, churros, donuts are fresh? we have been in the evening both times. it's not awful, it's not great though. i'd give it another try right at open to see.

Had a craving for a sweet treat Saturday night. What could be better than cookies and ice cream? Yikes! It was...bad. The chocolate chip cookies were rubbery with a strange chemical taste. The "coffee" ice cream had zero coffee flavor. Such a disappointment for the price (or any price). The nasty aftertaste from this "treat" is something I never want to repeat.

If you get one of these thrown in your face... You've been struck by a Smoosh Criminal. The truck apparently did so well for itself that it has now moved up to the Heights and opened an actual storefront. Well done! I'm not sure if it will do as well now that it's no longer in a truck but at least you'll be able to eat inside in a cool environment without it melting all over the sidewalk. I was surprised at how good the products were when I came here the first time because I thought they would use crap ice cream on crap cookies because most people making Insta type desserts really do. In this case they did not and it's actually really good.

Ok CHURRO donut or Giant SMOOSH. Either way I'm here for it. This time I got double chocolate cookie with chocolate chip cookie dough and chocolate sauce. It speaks for itself!

Awesome concept this is how it works: Step 1: pick 2 baked goods I chose red velvet cookies . You also can chose brownies ,cookies (9 flavors) churros , donuts . Step 2: Pick your ice cream flavor 17 different flavors (all OAT MILK BASED ) I got the cappuccino fudge crunch. Step 3: Add any Toppings I chose @cinnamontoastcrunch because it's the best and caramel sauce. Don't smoosh yourself trying to find a better way to ice cream. Cookie was far from fresh. Almost stale. Ice cream was okay. Wouldn't reccommend coming here

Everything tasted great! I got a smoosh sundae: 1 cookie, 1 ice cream scoop, 2 toppings, and whipped cream. I have had a good amount of ice cream sandwiches before and when I got to the end of eating this, it was just way too much sugar. Comparing this place to other ice cream sandwich dessert type places, it was way too sweet. Two other people agreed with me in the car and they love a lot more sugar than I do. So if these two sugar lovers thought it was too sweet, then you know it is.

Ice cream was good, lots of variety and very flavorful. The Cookies were very stale and hard, thus making it a tough sandwich to enjoy. (definitely need a spoon) Also thought it was way too much sugar in those cookies, disappointing and unoriginal. Would prefer just getting the ice cream next time but also think there's much better options.

I came here during their grand opening promotion with Radio Now 92.1 where they gave away free ice cream sandwiches. The location is very convenient, although close to fat cat for competition. I've had their cookies before but this was my 1st time trying the sandwiches. They are very good. I had the red velvet cookie, and banana nut ice cream. Seating is a little limited. Inside they have about 8 stools to look out on the street, while outside they have some modern wood benches.

The 2 girls working friday July 22 at 9pm had all the stools up even tho they don't close until 10 pm and the open light off.. after serving and tipping them we sat sat down at a bench and they told us "there is not in store dining at this time" super rude, unprofessional. wish I didn't tip them

Good and totally customizable! The cookies are better than the ice cream in my honest opinion so definitely get the red velvet cookies if anything.

I used to love this place, but I'm not sure I would order again after tonight. Their cookie/brownie ice cream sandwich used to be my go to. I placed an order through Uber Eats last night and was super disappointed. The brownie was about half the size it used to be, the cookie didn't taste as good and there was hardly any ice cream (maybe one large spoonful). I'm not exaggerating when I say that I went to take a bite and the brownie was touching the cookie with no ice cream in between lol. I also ordered half a dozen cookies and was missing one cookie. Another cookie was half the size of all the others. I don't think I'd have the faith to order from them again. It seems like their quality control has taken a dive in the past year.

We came here to get me a sugar boost before embarking on a long drive. Because of COVID, sampling flavors was not allowed. Through I understand why, I was nevertheless disappointed but I won't hold it against them. We ordered the Smoosh Cookie Split. We got the chocolate chip cookie, brownie, cappuccino fudge crunch, cookies and cream, and strawberry cheesecake. Overall, the ice cream flavors were really good. We did get a lot of toppings which almost kinda masked the flavor of the ice cream. I think with ice cream that good, we shouldn't have loaded on toppings to really let the flavors shine. I really liked the cappuccino fudge crunch, which packed the right amount of caffeine flavor balanced with sweetness. The strawberry cheesecake was also very good. It was very strawberry forward, which I really enjoyed. However, against the great flavors of the ice cream, the cookie and brownie was not up to par. The cookie was almost flavorless and had a stale-crunch to it. It was not chewy and really brought down the whole dish. We tried letting the cookie soak up some of the ice cream flavor but it did not save it. The brownie itself was a little bit better, but also not as good as it could be. I have made box brownies that are better than what I was served. This is very unfortunate because this is an ice cream sandwich place. While the ice cream was delicious, the components sandwiching it together was not nearly as good, therefore bringing the rating down. 3.5/5 stars.

Perfect dessert place for some family time or a romantic date! This place doesn't have seating inside but there are plenty of places to sit outside. i loved how the ice cream wasn't too sweet and was the perfect portion size.

Went in yesterday and got a churro sundae. Churros were awful stale, but the ice cream was good. I got Cookie Monster ice cream with Oreo cookies and caramel sauce. Inside behind the counter seemed a little dirty too with the scoops not being well washed off. Other than that service was ok, but not great. Don't know if I'd return.

So, after a Yoga class, I tried this place. It seemed all so delectable and exciting! I had a chocolate chip cookie sandwich with Ube ice cream, and it was okay. Something about the Ube didn't quite work with the chocolate chip cookies. It's a neat idea and tempted me enough to try it, but no fulfillment. I ate as much as I could and then took the rest of it home - it unfortunately melted a bit on the ride home, but that's just as well. If you're a fan of cookies, ice cream, and ice-cream sandwiched in cookies, then you'll love this place! I just don't it's for me - it's a neat idea and place to visit or take guests if you're in the heights.

Pros: -Friendly customer service. -Multiple ice cream and topping options with traditional and unique flavors. -Yummy baked goodie options from cookies, a donut, or even churros! -They have late Happy Hour during the week and daily specials. -Large portion sizes (beware you will get ice cream wasted!) Cons: -Limited parking. -Small dining space.

Drove all the way over here and they are closed during the middle of the day smh no sign on the door either. Thanks for wasting my time and gas on my only day this week.

I have a sweet tooth from time to time. I can promise you can never go wrong with SMOOSH. It's both ice cream and cookies. It is always so good. Totally recommend it.

Would rather die than give one more dollar to this business. To eat here, you have got to be a barnacle on the hull of a life-wrecked ship. Cannot get a delivery order correct and always "sold out". Also will not cancel the order if they are "sold out", forcing you to pay anyway.

Seriously, wtf. It looked good, but the question is "Does it taste good?" The answer is heck freaking yes. Honeslty it's like being able to play with your food and make whatever sugary concoction your parents wouldn't have ever let you make when you were growing up. I had a brownie and chocolate chip ice cream sandwich. It featured delicious cookies and cream ice cream and then the whole thing was rollled around in Cinnamon Toast Crunch. I would slap a baby for this ice cream sammich.

I love the idea of ice cream cookie sandwiches and you can also choose brownies or donuts instead! The ice cream is really good and I love the toppings you can choose from. I just wish that the cookies were served warm with the sandwich because the cookies were hard and get really cold from the ice cream. I would choose donuts instead next time because of this!

My kids are elated they now have a store.... even though it is in a gentrified area (which I don't agree with), super cool storefront! Of course, product is superb as well! My fav is the pistachio almond...yes please

We got two items, the brownie sandwich and the cookie sandwich. The brownie was good, even though it cooled down really fast. However, the 3 star review is because of the cookie, it tasted extremely burnt, and it seemed like it had been overbaked. Inside of the place was clean and they were trying to follow social distancing guidelines as best as they could.

It was a nice treat for the hot night. The Variety of ice cream and smoothies we good.

I have been a huge fan of the food truck in Rice Village for years now, and was so happy that they opened up a brick & mortar. The inside is very bright and cute. Lots of new options compared to the food truck menu. I ordered a half chocolate chip cookie half brownie sandwich with rocky road ice cream. Was very disappointed :( the cookie tasted like the dough was mass produced. Didn't have that fresh homemade cookie taste like the food truck did. The brownie was good, but I've had better. And the ice cream was mediocre. This was a one time try for me. I used to think the smoosh sandwiches from the food truck were amazing! But now it just feels mass produced and lost that home made touch. Especially for the price, there are much better dessert options out there.

If you're a fan of ice cream sandwiches you'll love this place! We go when we can and it's the bomb every time! Fresh cookies (snickerdoodle all the way), brownies, churros or donuts then any flavor of ice cream you want (blue cookies n cream or salted caramel truffle) and then get it rolled in toppings (graham crackers, Cinnamon Toast Crunch cereal or Oreos)! They have other stuff (shakes, etc) but the sandwiches are what pays the bills!

Today i had a scoop of strawberry cheesecake & and expresso coffee. The combo worked well together. The strawberry swirl was amazing and the cheesecake bites inside weren't doughy. Just the right consistency. I added extra strawberry jam and chocolate chips!! I crashed an expresso strawberry chocolate cheesecake!!!

I used to go to their food truck in Rice Village. Always delicious. I really like their new location in the heights, it's in a nice plaza and I'm so excited for the new location in Katy coming soon! I ordered the smoosh cookie split with chocolate ice cream, cookies & cream ice cream and mango sorbet with one chocolate chip cookie, one brownie and gummy bears and sprinkles. It was really good. I loved the brownie. I don't think this location has a public bathroom. It's right between a yoga studio and an Asian restaurant. It doesn't have any outside tables but hopefully they will soon like their neighbor. Fortunately when I went there was enough seats for all of us.

If you are trying to impress a girl on a first date with something somewhat sweet, unhealthy, and aesthetic in the Heights, this isn't bad. However I found it a bit overrated.. $6 for two cookies and a scoop of pretty standard ice cream can only be so impressive. Par for the Heights

I would never come back here. The female employee was super dry and looked like she didn't want to be there. The ice cream sandwich itself wasn't good. The cookie was super hard and everything was way too sweet. Definitely not worth the trip or the price.
