"Smoosh, the popular Houston food truck known for its cookie ice cream sandwiches, will debut its permanent location at Lowell Street Market this week. The shop describes itself as Houston’s first destination for customizable ice cream sandwiches. Diners can choose from a variety of cookies, such as classic chocolate chip and oatmeal raisin, to stuff with a scoop of vanilla, chocolate, or butter pecan ice cream. Toppings like candy, crumbled bacon, and crushed Oreo cookies can garnish the dessert. Shakes, sundaes, soda floats, and cookie ice cream splits are also on offer.
