I visited this location for the first time today, walked in and I was the only person in the store. There was only one person working and she took my order. As I waited and waited, she took 3 orders from the drive through, which I can understand as she is the only person working there but she continue making the orders for the drive through. By now I have waited 12 minutes and she has served 3 cars. As she took another order from drive through, I asked if she is only completing orders from drive through? She said that's their policy to serve drive through first. I asked for a refund as I was going to be there all night. She called her manager (Brea) to find out how to do a refund. Completely waste of time and unfair to people who walked in. Don't walk in, just drive through. The young lady working not at fault as she was following a ridiculous policy set by Brea (the manage) who should of been at the store in the first place managing the place.
Update as of 2/7/22 - I received a call and text from the management and they confirmed that there is no such policy to serve the drive through first, that's a relief. They believe it was just a misunderstanding, missed communication and lack of training. Going to give them another try and see about the improvement next week.
