The location is clean, spacious & well maintained. The staff are really friendly and helpful. Service with a smile goes a long way. Their drive thru looked busy with cars waiting in line so I chose to walk into the store. In-store service was fast and efficient. The sandwich and smoothie were well made and tasted great. No reason for anything but 5 stars!

I’ve been coming to this location since I started working in The Colony, but lately the quality has really gone downhill. The last three smoothies I ordered were terrible—grainy, gritty, and hard to drink. At first they taste okay, but within 15 minutes to 30 minutes they leave a nasty aftertaste and even get stuck in my throat. I usually never finish them, which is disappointing since I’m spending good money here. Unfortunately, I won’t be coming back for a while.

They have a DRIVE THRU! Which is the best thing about it, aside from their staff. As someone who orders from them almost daily, I can hands down say this is one of the more well run smoothie kings. They're fast, efficient and always so friendly.

Just ordered a chocolate w/ banana gladiator smoothie and it was so yummy! This store has other snacks and merch that you can buy. Service was friendly and efficient.

Staff here are so kind! I order from here like once a month, and they always do an excellent job! Also had their toast for the first time today! 15/10

Great place to get a refreshing healthy blend whether juice or smoothie or milk shake. Always with a smile. Their drive through is amazing.

We ordered two 20 ounce smoothies. One of them didn’t taste right. When we got home, it wasn’t even the right smoothie! It’s supposed to have strawberries in it but the smoothie tasted like a vanilla protein smoothie. We won’t be back.

I always come by to this location and it is truly awesome, the customer service is great and Joanna if I am correct knows how to do the smoothies right every time. I recommend to try out smoothie king if it’s on your way to work or wherever!!

Was attempting to get some items from this store and even though everything online and even on the outside of the store states they open at 10 - the whole store was closed and very inconvenient when this is the closest location. They should update their store hours if they state they are open but otherwise not. See picture

No complaints, fast service, good smoothies and a clean, well kept establishment. If you're in the area and looking for a good smoothie, look no further!

Poor customer service. Ordered online and selected drive was asked park in lot and was informed my order would be brought to my car. After seeing several cars got ordet through the drive thru I went inside and my order had not been started. TERRIBLE!!

This location is beautiful and clean! We came here and I ordered my usual Angel Food Slim. Delicious and blended to perfection. The staff here was friendly and helpful in helping my husband choose a smoothie based upon what he was craving. We are so glad to have a smoothie king a bit closer to home!

Literally have to repeat myself numerous times and even when I say it loudly they don't understand, customer service is terrible, I genuinely think they hire slow people.

So I come here weekly, sometimes up to 3x a week. I get the same thing every time. This time I ordered a small of my regular but instead of gladiator chocolate with banana I did coffee. It was terrible. I gave it a quick sip, it was liquid... gross. I asked her if I could switch to my usual and give this one back. She told me no and I could re order a new one and pay for a new one. Just wow. It's not like I drank it and then asked for a new one. One sip! And it's not even a smoothie it's straight liquid...

Smoothie tasted awful. Just save yourself the money and go to Smoothie Factory across the street. The people there are much nicer and the smoothies are actually good.

Hate to do it ya'll but the smoothie I got tonight was terrible. I ordered a strawberry smoothie and was given an extreme. It was sour. When I took it back, I was told in the future I should order an extreme without papaya. The young lady made it again and the fruit was spoiled as I tried to tell her in the beginning. Sadly I poured it out when I got home. Expensive lesson. Oh i forgot to say that I been ordering strawberry smoothies since Smoothie King opened it's doors. I know when fruit is sour.

Staff is always friendly and the smoothies are always delicious. I love being able to order on the app and pick up.

I visited this location for the first time today, walked in and I was the only person in the store. There was only one person working and she took my order. As I waited and waited, she took 3 orders from the drive through, which I can understand as she is the only person working there but she continue making the orders for the drive through. By now I have waited 12 minutes and she has served 3 cars. As she took another order from drive through, I asked if she is only completing orders from drive through? She said that's their policy to serve drive through first. I asked for a refund as I was going to be there all night. She called her manager (Brea) to find out how to do a refund. Completely waste of time and unfair to people who walked in. Don't walk in, just drive through. The young lady working not at fault as she was following a ridiculous policy set by Brea (the manage) who should of been at the store in the first place managing the place. Update as of 2/7/22 - I received a call and text from the management and they confirmed that there is no such policy to serve the drive through first, that's a relief. They believe it was just a misunderstanding, missed communication and lack of training. Going to give them another try and see about the improvement next week.

Outside of everyone sounding like robots and very slow service, it's a decent location.

Yay a great convenient location in Coppell! Its nice to have a healthy option for on the go. Plus the servers are super friendly and helpful :)

Great place for a quick smoothie! Employees are extremely nice, I was greeted with a warm smile, and employees were very polite. The smoothie was made in under 2 minutes and taste perfect. Definitely recommend to anyone who is looking for a healthier option. All ingredients were natural and right in front of you so the customer can observe the ingredients in the smoothie. A really cool store with a great atmosphere!

I am so happy to finally have a smoothie king in coppell. they have such great service and the people are so nice. their smoothies are the best i am in love with the strawberry extreme.

I have always loved Smoothie King and finally they opened one near me in Coppell! The staff was super friendly and the smoothies are so diverse! I come here every day on my lunch break and it is definitely the best smoothie place in Coppell! The store is super clean and nice. I can't wait to go back later today!
